Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of influence of accessibility, tourist attraction, digital marketing and service quality on the decision to visit tourist attractions in Cilacap Regency. The phenomenon driving this research is the fluctuation in the number of visits to tourist attractions in Cilacap Regency over the past five years. This study employs a quantitative approach with a non-probability sampling technique using convenience sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 270 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS program to test the direct influence among variables. The results of the analysis show that: 1) accessibility has a positive effect on visiting decisions, 2) tourist attraction has a positive effect on visiting decisions, 3) digital marketing has a positive effect on visiting decisions, 4) service quality has a positive effect on visiting decisions. The findings of the study contribute to the development of theory and provide practical recommendations for tourism managers in efforts to enhance competitiveness and increase tourist visits in Cilacap Regency

Abstract

Human resources are a very important part for the Company. Human resources who have good quality and work professionally will greatly assist the company in achieving its goals. PT. Cebong Kayuindo Ajibarang experienced a decline in employee performance. Therefore, further research is needed on the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This research was conducted at PT. Cebong Kayuindo Ajibarang. The data used are primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires with samples using the help of SmartPLS software version 4. The results of the study show 1). Work discipline does not affect employee performance 2). The work environment has a positive effect on employee performance. 3). Work discipline has a positive effect on job satisfaction 4). The work environment has a positive effect on job satisfaction 5). Job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance 6). Job satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between work discipline on employee performance 7). Job satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between work environment on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pemanfaatan sistem ERP iDempiere dalam meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi pembayaran di PT XYZ, sebuah perusahaan asuransi dengan aset triliunan rupiah. Sebelum implementasi ERP iDempiere, proses pembayaran dilakukan secara manual, menyebabkan keterlambatan pembayaran, kesalahan input atau human error, dan koordinasi antardepartemen yang tidak efektif. Metode kualitatif deskriptif digunakan dengan data primer dari observasi dan wawancara, serta data sekunder dari dokumen internal dan literatur terkait. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama kegiatan magang di Finance Department, khususnya pada bagian Expense Mangement System. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa iDempiere mengintegrasikan seluruh tahapan administrasi pembayaran—mulai dari pengajuan, verifikasi, hingga penjurnalan—secara digital, mengurangi human error, mempercepat verifikasi dokumen, meningkatkan keefektifan dalam komunikasi antardepartemen, dan meningkatkan integrasi sistem dengan platform akuntansi seperti Pencatatan akuntansi. Sistem ini juga mendukung transparansi, akuntabilitas keuangan, dan efisiensi waktu dalam manajemen pengeluaran (Cash Reimbursement, Cash Advance, Settlement). Temuan ini mendukung strategi bisnis PT XYZ dalam mengadopsi teknologi digital untuk optimasi operasional.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the forms of Islamic marketing strategy innovation implemented by BTN Syariah Purwokerto in facing competition within the national banking industry and to identify its supporting and inhibiting factors. This research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that innovation occurs in three main areas: products, services, and promotions. BTN Syariah Purwokerto adapts its products to local needs, enhances digital and ethical service quality, and strengthens promotions through social media and community education activities. These innovations not only improve the bank’s competitiveness but also strengthen its image as an Islamic financial institution committed to ethical values and social welfare.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of product quality, price perception, and taste to increase customer satisfaction at Cafe Beli Kopi in Bubutan Surabaya. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The population in the study includes Beli Kopi consumers consisting of teenagers, students, and adults in the city of Surabaya. Because the population size cannot be known with certainty, the determination of the number of samples is carried out using the Lemeshow formula (Riyanto Slamet, 2020:13). The sample used in this study was 100 respondents,namely Beli Kopi consumers in the Bubutan area, Surabaya. The analysis techniques used include descriptive analysis, validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics software.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pelatihan, lingkungan kerja, kepuasan, dan kinerja pegawai di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Analisis dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, serta pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja pegawai. Populasi penelitian adalah 72 pegawai, dengan sampel 70 orang, menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel berada dalam kategori tinggi menurut responden. Pelatihan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Lingkungan kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh pelatihan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai secara signifikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja yang memediasi kompetensi, kepemimpinan, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Bapenda Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Jenis penelitian eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan data numerik. Populasi penelitian mencakup 50 pegawai Bapenda dengan teknik sampel jenuh. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi, kepemimpinan, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai. Selain itu, motivasi kerja, kompetensi, dan lingkungan kerja memengaruhi kepuasan kerja pegawai secara langsung, namun kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Motivasi kerja tidak memediasi pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kepuasan kerja, namun dapat memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Bapenda Kabupaten Bojonegoro.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan lingkungan kerja non fisik, beban kerja, motivasi, dan kinerja pegawai Bagian Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Bojonegoro, sekaligus menganalisis pengaruh antarvariabel tersebut. Menggunakan explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian melibatkan seluruh pegawai (41 orang) melalui teknik total sampling. Data dianalisis dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil menunjukkan persepsi pegawai terhadap lingkungan kerja non fisik, motivasi, dan kinerja tergolong sangat baik, sedangkan beban kerja dinilai baik. Lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap motivasi dan kinerja, serta secara tidak langsung meningkatkan kinerja melalui motivasi. Beban kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap motivasi, namun tidak memengaruhi kinerja, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Motivasi terbukti berperan penting dengan pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Job Stres and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT. PLN Persero UPT Bogor. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 65 employees. Data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis test. The results of the study indicate that there is a Simultaneous influence between Job Stres and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance as evidenced by the results of the calculation obtained F value > F table or (63.116 > 3.145), this is also strengthened by the ρ value <Sig.0.050 or (0.000 <0.050). Thus, H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. Partially, Job Stres and Job Satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance based on the results of partial hypothesis testing for the Job Stres variable (X1), which obtained a calculated t value > t table (9.808 > 1.669) and a significance value (0.000 < 0.05). Partial hypothesis testing for the Job Satisfaction variable (X2) obtained a calculated t value (6.979 > 1.669) and a significance value (0.000 < 0.05). The results of the Determination calculation obtained an R Square of 0.671, meaning that the Job Stres (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) variables together have a 67.1% contribution to Employee Performance (Y). While the remaining 32.9% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. These findings indicate that Job Stres and Job Satisfaction are important factors that need to be considered in efforts to improve Employee Performance at PT PLN Persero UPT Bogor.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous effect of emotional intelligence and job satisfaction on the performance of employees at PT Dcm Fatih Medika, South Jakarta. The method used is a quantitative approach with an associative method. The research population consisted of 57 people, all of whom were sampled using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis used instrument testing (validity and reliability), classical assumption testing (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity), multiple linear regression analysis, partial testing (t-test), simultaneous testing (F-test), and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results of the analysis show that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the emotional intelligence of employees, the better their performance. Job satisfaction was found to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, indicating that the higher the level of job satisfaction, the better the employee performance. Simultaneously, emotional intelligence and job satisfaction had a significant effect on the performance of employees at PT Dcm Fatih Medika Jakarta Selatan. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.494 shows that 49.4% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by emotional intelligence and job satisfaction. Meanwhile, the remaining 50.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study
