Abstract

Ketimpangan distribusi sarana kesehatan di Indonesia masih menjadi persoalan dalam mewujudkan pemerataan layanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan visualisasi ketersediaan sarana kesehatan di tingkat desa/kelurahan per provinsi di Indonesia tahun 2024 dengan menggunakan analisis biplot. Data yang digunakan bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dan mencakup enam jenis sarana kesehatan di 38 provinsi. Hasil analisis Principal Component Analysis (PCA) menunjukkan bahwa dua komponen utama mampu menjelaskan 93,3% total variasi data. Komponen pertama (86,5%) didominasi oleh jumlah rumah sakit, rumah sakit bersalin, puskesmas, pustu, dan apotek. Komponen kedua (6,8%) mengindikasikan variasi pada persebaran puskesmas pembantu. Hasil biplot menunjukkan bahwa Provinsi Jawa Barat dan Jawa Timur memiliki ketersediaan sarana kesehatan yang tinggi, tercermin dari posisinya yang jauh ke arah positif pada Dim1. Sebaliknya, Papua Selatan, Papua Pegunungan, dan Gorontalo berada dekat titik pusat atau kuadran negatif, menandakan rendahnya jumlah fasilitas kesehatan. Provinsi Jawa Tengah terlihat sebagai outlier pada Dim2, yang mengindikasikan distribusi fasilitas yang tidak biasa. Abstract

Kawasan Aroen Meubanja di Kabupaten Aceh Jaya merupakan habitat peneluran penting bagi penyu belimbing (Dermochelys coriacea) dan penyu lekang (Lepidochelys olivacea). Karakteristik biofisik kawasan, terutama dominasi pasir sangat halus, kelandaian pantai yang landai, serta keberadaan vegetasi pantai seperti ketapang, pandan, dan cemara laut, mendukung stabilitas suhu dan kelembaban mikrohabitat yang diperlukan untuk perkembangan embrio. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kondisi ekologis, faktor ancaman, dan kapasitas kelembagaan sebagai dasar penyusunan strategi manajemen konservasi. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi langsung dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif berdasarkan data ekologis dan sosial yang telah terdokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi fisik–kimia kawasan termasuk suhu substrat, pH, salinitas, dan struktur sedimen sangat sesuai bagi aktivitas peneluran. Namun, keberhasilan reproduksi penyu masih dipengaruhi oleh berbagai ancaman, seperti predasi oleh biawak dan anjing liar, pengambilan telur oleh masyarakat, gangguan ternak, serta aktivitas wisata yang belum terkelola. Meskipun kawasan telah memiliki SK resmi kelembagaan pengelola dari Pemerintah Aceh, kapasitas operasional, sarana konservasi, dan sistem monitoring jangka panjang masih perlu diperkuat. Berdasarkan analisis SWOT, strategi yang direkomendasikan mencakup penguatan kelembagaan, patroli malam dan perlindungan habitat, mitigasi ancaman predator dan aktivitas manusia, peningkatan edukasi masyarakat, pengembangan ekowisata berbasis konservasi, serta penguatan riset dan monitoring. Dengan implementasi strategi terpadu, Aroen Meubanja berpotensi menjadi model konservasi penyu berkelanjutan di Aceh

Abstract

Pertumbuhan sektor akuakultur yang pesat telah menjadi respons terhadap meningkatnya permintaan protein hewani global, namun ekspansi yang tidak terkendali menimbulkan dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan, sosial, dan ekonomi. Konsep Blue Economy menawarkan kerangka pembangunan alternatif yang mengintegrasikan pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan pelestarian ekosistem kelautan. Review artikel ini bertujuan mensintesis literatur terkini mengenai penerapan pendekatan Blue Economy dalam manajemen budidaya ikan berkelanjutan. Kajian ini mengeksplorasi berbagai sistem produksi berkelanjutan seperti Integrated Multitrophic Aquaculture (IMTA), Recirculating Aquaculture Systems (RAS), dan aquaponik yang terbukti mampu mengurangi limbah, meningkatkan efisiensi sumber daya, dan mendiversifikasi produk. Implementasi Blue Economy juga mencakup dimensi sosial-ekonomi melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat lokal, pengembangan kapasitas, peningkatan akses pasar dan pembiayaan, serta penciptaan lapangan kerja. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini mampu mengurangi beban nitrogen hingga 40-50% dan fosfor hingga 30-40% melalui sistem IMTA, serta menghemat konsumsi air hingga 99% melalui RAS. Meskipun menjanjikan, implementasi masih menghadapi hambatan berupa keterbatasan investasi, kompleksitas regulasi, dan kurangnya kapasitas pembudidaya. Kajian ini memberikan kontribusi konseptual dalam memperkuat integrasi Blue Economy pada praktik budidaya ikan di Indonesia melalui tata kelola berbasis teknologi dan inklusivitas sosial

Abstract

Seksi Penyelenggara Haji dan Umrah pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Pekanbaru merupakan unit kerja yang memiliki peran strategis dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan ibadah haji dan pengawasan perjalanan ibadah umrah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tugas, fungsi, mekanisme layanan, serta tantangan yang dihadapi oleh Seksi Penyelenggara Haji dan Umrah dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi langsung, wawancara, serta penelusuran dokumen terkait prosedur operasional dan regulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seksi ini melaksanakan berbagai layanan, antara lain pendataan jamaah haji, verifikasi dokumen, bimbingan manasik, pengelolaan kuota haji, serta pembinaan Penyelenggara Perjalanan Ibadah Umrah (PPIU). Selain itu, seksi ini berperan dalam memastikan penyelenggaraan haji dan umrah berjalan sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku melalui koordinasi dengan instansi terkait dan pengawasan terhadap biro perjalanan. Tantangan yang dihadapi meliputi peningkatan jumlah pendaftar, kebutuhan digitalisasi layanan, dan tuntutan pelayanan publik yang lebih efektif dan transparan. Secara keseluruhan, Seksi Penyelenggara Haji dan Umrah Kemenag Kota Pekanbaru memiliki kontribusi penting dalam mendukung kelancaran dan kualitas pelaksanaan ibadah haji dan umrah di tingkat daerah.

Abstract

Bank Syariah adalah bank yang beroperasi dengan tidak mengandalkan bunga. Bank Islam atau biasa disebut dengan Bank Tanpa Bunga, adalah Lembaga keuangan/perbankan yang operasional dan produknya dikembangkan berlandaskan al-Qur’an dan Hadist Nabi SAW. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis efektivitas strategi pemasaran berbasis relasi, edukasi, dan digital yang diterapkan oleh BSI KC PekanbaruHarapan Raya, mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat, mengevaluasi dampaknya terhadap kepercayaan, loyalitas, dan peningkatan jumlah nasabah, serta memberikan rekomendasi    strategis    guna    mengoptimalkan    pemasaran    dan meningkatkan  daya  saing  bank. Pendekatan  kualitatif  dengan  metode fenomenologi  dengan  data sekunder  mencakup  dokumen  bank  dan literatur  terkait.  Analisis  data  dilakukan  dengan  langkah-langkah reduksi,  pengelompokan  tema,  dan  interpretasi  untuk  memahami  makna  pengalaman responden dan mengaitkan temuan dengan teori pemasaran syariah. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran BSI KC Pekanbaru Harapan Raya efektif dalam menarik nasabah dengan pendekatan personal, edukasi keuangan syariah, media digital, dan kemitraan komunitas lokal. Faktor pendukung utama mencakup peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap keuangan syariah, regulasi pemerintah, dan  inovasi  digital.  Namun,  tantangan  seperti  kurangnya  pemahaman  masyarakat,  keterbatasan jaringan layanan, dan persaingan dengan bank konvensional tetap ada, meskipun pemasaran relasional berperan penting dalam membangun kepercayaan dan loyalitas nasabah

Abstract

Human resources play a crucial role in realizing the company's established vision, mission, and objectives, and can significantly determine the company's actual achievements, given the available resources. Work discipline plays a crucial role in realizing the company's established vision, mission, and objectives, and can significantly determine the company's actual achievements given the available resources. The work discipline instilled by an organization or company in its employees greatly influences employees' dedication to their work. Employee performance is the tangible behavior of each individual regarding the results of their work for the company, so that each employee's work results differ from those of others. An individual's performance, whether good or poor, will significantly impact an organization's ability to achieve its goals. High performance fosters greater employee loyalty to the organization, increases motivation, and allows employees to enjoy the work they perform; however, it can sometimes leave individuals unable to escape the pressures of their work.  The research method employed uses questionnaires or interviews for data collection; thus, the data sources are referred to as respondents. Work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) office in Pekanbaru City, as evidenced by the t-test, which indicates that the calculated t-value is greater than the critical t-value (7.038).

Abstract

Hallo Pemirsa is a karaoke-type television program that offers direct interaction between the audience and the presenter through interactive services. Hallo Pemirsa is a program of LPP TVRI Station Riau that has the most interactive audience. Audience activity on the program results from choosing to use the media with certain considerations. The research aims to analyze audience motives and factors that encourage audiences to watch the Hallo Pemirsa Program of LPP TVRI Riau Station. The research uses descriptive qualitative methods, drawing on McQuail's concept of media use. The research subjects were 7 informants, selected purposively. The results showed that: (1) the motives of audiences in watching the interactive dialogue program Hallo Pemirsa depart from three motives for media use only, namely, personal identity motives, social integration and interaction motives, and entertainment motives. Informants stated that information motive is not a motive in watching the Hallo Pemirsa program; (2) two factors are found that encourage audiences to watch this program, namely internal factors, including motive factors, attitudes, emotions, habits, and personal experiences, and external factors, including time factors, program content, media personalities, and media

Abstract

A persistent issue in education, school dropout is currently a significant social issue. However, economic incentives often encourage young people to participate in family economic activities even when access to quality education remains limited. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how parents in Muara Nibung Village view the value of education for their children, what factors affect school attendance in fishing households, and how economic issues partially and concurrently affect the dropout rate of fishermen's children. This study included a sample of 89 individuals and employed a mixed methodology. The following are the study's findings: (1) Although a lack of education is not a justification for not sending their children to school, the majority of parents in Muara Nibung Village have a positive attitude toward education. They want the best education possible for their kids so they can grow up to be the best versions of themselves. The dropout rate is influenced by variables with partial significance values below 0.05, including parental education, parental occupation, child involvement in employment, children's low motivation and interest, and school atmosphere. The socio-economic circumstances of fishing families can have an impact on the dropout rate, as seen by the simultaneous influence of 92.6% on the dropout rate. The study concluded that the socio-economic circumstances of fishing households strongly influence young people's learning interests in Muara Nibung Village. Unfavorable socio-economic circumstances lead children and adolescents to learn less, thereby raising the region's school dropout rate

Abstract

The courier industry in Indonesia has experienced significant growth in recent years, driven by the rapid expansion of e-commerce and increased online shopping activity. This study is based on the fact that many customer complaints regarding J&T services, such as late deliveries, damaged goods, and difficulties communicating with couriers, remain, despite J&T being one of the courier service companies with the highest market share in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the effects of service recovery on distributive, procedural, and interactional justice. The study was conducted from August to September 2025. The method used was quantitative, with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through questionnaires administered to 100 residents of Pekanbaru City who had used J&T services and experienced delivery-related complaints. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression in SPSS. The results show that, both partially and simultaneously, distributive, procedural, and interactional service recovery have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. This implies that the better the company handles complaints using an appropriate justice approach, the higher the customer satisfaction

Abstract

Communication plays a vital role in the operation and success of businesses whether multinational, micro, or medium-sized and the communication activities carried out within a business help achieve its objectives. The objective of this study is to determine how the Riau Coconut Bonsai Community uses business communication to attract the interest of ornamental plant enthusiasts in Pekanbaru during the pandemic. This study was conducted from August to December 2021. Observations were carried out at the BKR Secretariat, Jl. Patria Sari No. 57, Rumbai, Pekanbaru. The research was conducted through face-to-face interviews in accordance with health protocol standards. This study employed a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation with informants who are members of the BKR community. The results of the study indicate that the business communication employed by the BKR community utilizes the marketing mix strategy (4Ps): place (selection of strategic locations), price (setting affordable and competitive prices), product (providing unique coconut bonsai products with high aesthetic value), and promotion (promotion through social media and exhibition activities). Additionally, interpersonal communication among members and potential customers plays a crucial role in building trust and increasing public interest in joining the business
