Abstract

This research aims to find out whether there is an influence on teachers' teaching skills and students' learning readiness on the PKK Class XI BDP SMK Negeri 1 Pematangsiantar academic year 2024/2025. The variables in this research are teachers' teaching skills and students' learning readiness as independent variables and learning outcomes as dependent variables. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research, with a population of all class Data collection techniques were carried out by observation and distributing questionnaires, while data analysis techniques used validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multiple linear regression tests, t tests, f tests and coefficient of determination tests.Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that there was a significant influence between the teacher's teaching skills on the learning outcomes of class Then, there is a significant influence between learning readiness on student learning outcomes, this result can be seen from the value ????ℎ???????????????????? 2.19 > ???????????????????????? 1.985, and it is concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the teacher's teaching skills and learning readiness variables have an influence on the results studying class XI BDP students at SMK Negeri 1 Pematangsiantar. Then there is a joint or simultaneous influence between the teacher's teaching skills and learning readiness on learning outcomes, seen from the value ????ℎ???????????????????? (5.86) > value ???????????????????????? (3.09). The R Square coefficient of determination test shows that the influence of teacher teaching skills on student learning outcomes is 44.1% and the remaining 55.9% is influenced by other factors and the influence of learning readiness on student learning outcomes is 48.4% and the remaining 51.6% influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze and compare land registration policies in Europe and Asia and their impact on legal certainty in both regions. The study employs a comparative method, using literature review and policy analysis focused on differences in administrative structures, technology, and community involvement in land registration systems. The main findings reveal that land registration systems in Europe, typically centralized and registry-based, provide a higher degree of legal certainty than many Asian countries, where decentralized approaches and manual methods are often used. These variations influence public trust, investment climate, and legal stability in each region. In conclusion, this study highlights the importance of technology integration and policy standardization to enhance legal certainty, particularly in Asia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning motivation and learning discipline on the learning achievement of ninth grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Siantar. The variables in this study are learning motivation and learning discipline as independent variables and learning achievement as the dependent variable. This type of research is quantitative research with a quantitative descriptive data analysis approach, with a research population of all 9th grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Siantar and a research sample of IX-3 and IX-2 students of SMP Negeri 1 Siantar consisting of 53 students selected using Simple random sampling (Slovin formula). Data collection techniques using instruments: (1) learning motivation questionnaire, (2) discipline questionnaire, and (3) learning achievement in the form of Economics daily test scores.The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a positive and significant effect of learning motivation on learning achievement, this result can be seen in the t test where the tcount value of learning motivation (3.374)> ttable value (1.67528) which means that the variable is significant. (2) there is a positive and significant effect of learning discipline on learning achievement, this result can be seen in the t test where the tcount value of learning discipline (3.272)> ttable value (1.67528) which means that the variable is significant. (3) learning motivation and learning discipline together affect learning achievement, this result can be seen in the F test where the Fcount value (6.600) > than the Ftable value (2.79). The RSquare coefficient of determination test is known to be 0.216, which means that 21.6% of the learning motivation and learning discipline variables affect the learning achievement of class IX students at SMP negeri 1 Siantar and the remaining 78.4% is the influence of other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance partially and simultaneously at PT Warna Indah Sentosa , South Jakarta. This research method uses quantitative analysis methods associative method through quantitative approach, using 109 respondents. The sampling method used in this study was the slovin sampling technique. Data analysis processing techniques used descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, regression test, correlation test, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis testing. Work discipline and motivation have a simultaneous effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 0.690+0.506X1 + 0.0423X2. The correlation coefficient value is 0.831, meaning that the independent variable and the dependent variable have a very strong relationship with a simultaneous determination or influence coefficient of 69,1,5% while the remaining 31,9% is influenced by other factors. The results of the partial test of Work Discipline on employee performance show a t value of 4.748 > t table 1.65936 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that partially work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the partial test of Work Motivation on employee performance show a t value of 5.275 > t table 1.659 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that partially work Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the F test have a probability of 0.000 < 0.05 or the value of Fcount 118,470 > Ftable 2.69. Thus it can be concluded that simultaneously work discipline and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

while an activity, tandem walking involves reducing the foot's area of support while you walk in a straight path while contacting your other toes with your heel. The goal of this exercise is to stimulate a dynamic improvement in postural balance. Finding out how Tandem Walking affects geriatric balance is the primary goal of this research. This research method uses a literature review approach. Literature was obtained from 2 data bases, namely: Sematic Scholar and Google Scholar. The research sample is elderly people with balance disorders, giving Tandem Walking Exercises, male and female, publication year is the last 10 years (2014-2024), variables measured are the BBS, TUGT. Based on the 20 pieces of literature collected, the results showed that the most dominant literature in 2020 was 17 pieces of literature, a study design with an average of Quasi Experiments and 3 pieces of literature with case studies. All journals analyzed show that Tandem Walking is significantly effective in improving balance in the elderly

Abstract

This study aims to prove the influence of learning model strategies Problem Based Learning on the cognitive learning outcomes of students in economics class X of Tamansiswa Private High School Pematangsiantar. The problem in this study is the economic learning outcomes on the material of distribution and consumption economic activities using the learning model strategy Problem Based Learning and models Teacher Centered Learning class X at Tamansiswa Private High School Pematangsiantar.This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study is all students of class X of Tamansiswa Private High School Pematangsiantar with a total of 283 students. The sample in this study consists of 2 classes, namely class X Merdeka 3 and class X Merdeka 4 with a total of 71 students.Based on the results of descriptive analysis, it shows that the average economic learning outcomes in the material of economic activities, distribution, and consumption in classes that do not use the learning model strategy Problem Based Learning which is 72.70. Meanwhile, the average learning outcomes of students in classes that use learning model strategies Problem Based Learning which is 79.71. In the data analysis technique, the hypothesis test "t" is 5.277 ˃ 1.995 It can be concluded that it is accepted and rejected, meaning that there is an influence of the Problem Based Learning learning model on students' cognitive learning outcomes in Economics subjects.

Abstract

This research aims to prove the relationship between communication and self-confidence with the Economics learning outcomes of class XI students at SMA Negeri 2 Pematangsiantar. The problem in this research is the high level of student communication anxiety in class which is shown through behavior such as being embarrassed to ask the teacher, having difficulty expressing opinions, avoiding speaking in front of the class.This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were students in classes XI-8, XI-9, XI-10 in Economics subjects at SMP Negeri 2 Pematangsiantar with a total of 106 students. The sample in this study consisted of 106 people using a saturated sampling technique with sample determination if all members of the population were used as samples.Based on the results of descriptive analysis, it shows that: (1) there is a negative relationship between communication anxiety and Economics learning outcomes in class XI SMA Negeri 2 Pematangsiantar. This is indicated by the Rcount coefficient value - 0.164 which is smaller than the Rtable value of 0.1891. (2) there is a positive relationship between self-confidence and Economics learning outcomes in class XI SMA Negeri 2 Pematangsiantar. This is indicated by the Rhitumg coefficient value of 0.152 which is smaller than the rtable value of 0.189. (3) there is a positive and significant relationship between communication anxiety and self-confidence and the economic learning outcomes of class Xl students at SMA Negeri 2 Pematangsiantar. This is indicated by the Rcount of 0.194 which is greater than the Rtable of 0.1891. The results of this study show that there is a significant relationship between communication anxiety and self-confidence and students' Economics learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to prove the effect of the jigsaw cooperative learning model on the learning outcomes of class XI Taman Madya (SMA) Tamansiswa Pematangsiantar economics students. The problem in this study is that the results of learning economics are still below the assessment criteria. Teachers have used a variety of learning models but sometimes this is not in accordance with the conditions experienced by students. The low learning outcomes in students are influenced by the lack of learning motivation where in the learning process students do not listen and pay attention when the teacher teaches, students are less focused when the learning process takes place such as being busy telling stories and doing assignments from other subjects and students are also lacking in group participation.This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all students of class XI IPS Merdeka Taman Madya (SMA) Tamansiswa Pematangsiantar with a total of 102 students. The sample in this study consisted of 2 classes, namely class XI Merdeka 6 and XI Merdeka 8, with a total of 68 students. Based on descriptive analysis, it shows that the average learning outcomes of economics on employment and wages in classes that do not use the jigsaw cooperative learning model strategy are 75.30. While the average learning outcomes of students in classes that use the jigsaw cooperative model strategy are: 80. The results obtained are t count> t table (26.616)> 1.996). So based on the test criteria, it can be said that Ha is accepted, namely there is a significant influence of the jigsaw cooperative model strategy on student learning outcomes in the subject of economics, labor and wage material, class XI Ips Merdeka Taman Madya (SMA) Tamansiswa Pematangsiantar.

Abstract

The results of the study stated that: 1) Financial literacy has a significant effect on students' consumer behavior. This result can be seen in the t-test where the t-count value of financial literacy (3.683) > t-table value (1.291) and the significant value obtained by financial literacy is 0.000 < 0.1. 2) Lifestyle has a significant effect on students' consumer behavior. This result can be seen in the t-test where the t-count value is (2.726) > t-count value (1.291). The significant value obtained by lifestyle is 0.008 < 0.1. 3) Financial Literacy and Lifestyle have a significant effect on consumer behavior. This result can be seen in the F-test where the F-count value is 17.459> from F-table with df = n-k-1 (92-2-1) of 2.36. The determination coefficient test R Square is known to be 0.282 which means 28.2% of financial literacy and lifestyle on student consumptive behavior and 71.8% is the influence of other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Acid sulfate soils are quite abundant in Indonesia, and some have been used for agricultural land. The main problem with this soil is the presence of pyrite compounds (FeS2). The oxidation of these compounds causes the soil to become acidic, metals and bases dissolve so that the soil becomes poor and the life of aquatic biota affected by the drainage water is disturbed. The oxidized soil, if flooded again, causes an increase in ferrous iron ions and hydrogen sulfide which can poison plants, therefore management of acid sulfate soils needs to be carried out so that the soil has characteristics that can support plant growth. Some soil management actions that can be taken are controlling the activity of microorganisms in the oxidation and reduction processes of pyrite, providing amelioration materials and fertilization, land management and water management.
