Abstract

This journal explores the challenges of big data security, threat identification, and effective data protection methods. Based on empirical data analysis, the implementation of big data can enhance operational efficiency, marketing strategies, and business decision-making. However, to realize these benefits, companies must adopt advanced security technologies, strict privacy policies, and effective employee training. A well-integrated approach to leveraging the benefits of big data while adhering to strict security policies can support business growth and increase customer trust.

Abstract

The husband's responsibility for his wife's debts according to Islamic law in Gondang Wetan Village, Jatikalen District, Nganjuk Regency can be started by highlighting the importance of understanding and applying Islamic law in everyday life, including in the context of the husband's responsibility for family debts. This research is to understand the concept of debt settlement wife according to Islamic law. This research is field research. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with an empirical juridical approach. The results of this research show that people have different views about the husband's responsibility for his wife's debts, some people in Gondang Wetan Village agree that the wife's debts are the husband's responsibility if the wife is married, so everything related to the wife is the husband's responsibility, and If the wife is able to pay the debt then it is permissible. In Islamic law, the person who has the obligation to pay and settle debts is the individual and joint debts in the family, it is the husband, because the husband is the head of the household and the leader of the family. Meanwhile, the settlement of default debts is borne by each party unless agreed otherwise before the marriage (pre-nuptial agreement)

Abstract

The study investigates the implementation of the English Zone (EZ) in the English Dormitory at Darussalam Islamic Boarding School to enhance students' English-speaking skills. Given the global significance of English for communication, education, and professional success, particularly in non-native English-speaking countries like Indonesia, this research explores how an immersive language learning environment can facilitate language proficiency. The study focuses on the methods, strategies, challenges, and opportunities involved in creating an English-speaking zone, examining how structured rules, consistent practice, and supportive environments contribute to language development. The findings aim to provide insights into the effectiveness of the English Zone approach in promoting English language proficiency within a unique educational and cultural context, offering potential implications for similar language immersion programs.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the role of social media in building public awareness about the importance of community participation in village development. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey research type. The population studied was village communities in Medan City, with sampling using a Random Stratified Proportional technique based on age, gender, education level and access to social media. The sample consisted of 50 respondents, selected assuming unknown population proportions. The research was conducted in 5 villages which reflect the diversity of village characteristics in Medan City. The overall conclusion is that social media is proven to have a significant role in building public awareness about the importance of participation in village development in Medan City. This is proven by the positive and significant relationship between access and use of social media and the level of community awareness about village development programs and their level of participation in these programs.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the phenomenon of hedonism lifestyle among students and indicated the occurrence of dramaturgy addressed through their real world and social media. This refers to activities carried out to achieve a pleasure and direct satisfaction both in terms of physical and emotional. The purpose of this study is to find out what dramaturgy is done by students to achieve this satisfaction and form the desired self-image so that it can be validated by others. The method in this study uses descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation with triangulation data validity techniques, as well as purposive sampling analysis techniques. The research sample was three informants of economics education students class of 2020 who worked part-time, freelance and did not work. The results of the study found several facts that in real life and social media the three informants tended to carry out almost the same dramaturgical activities with different satisfaction goals so that it was easier to pour into social identity theory.

Abstract

The implementation of a wedding cannot be separated from the traditions or customs that apply in an area. Among the people of Bulurejo Village, Diwek District, Jombang Regency, there is a belief that they do not dare to carry out weddings in the month of Suro or the month of Muharram in the Hijriyah calendar. Because that month is believed by the Javanese people of Bulurejo Village to be a bad month. This research has the following objectives: First, to find out the views of the Javanese people of Bulurejo village towards weddings in the month of Suro or Muharram. Second, to find out the Islamic law review of the tradition of prohibiting marriage in the month of Muahrram. This research uses a normative research type method and a qualitative approach. Then the way researchers obtain data in the field is through interviews and documentation. The research results concluded that according to the views of the Javanese people in Bulurejo Village regarding the prohibition on marriage during the month of Muharram, people should be more careful in carrying out things or things related to worship, by straightening out their intentions or returning their intentions or returning everything to Allah alone. . The public must be aware that customary law is a product of humans themselves, while Allah's law is a provision that comes from Allah, so that customary law cannot be used to solve problems. In applying Islamic law, it must prioritize the benefit of the people, as stated in the 'urf theory, so This needs to be studied more deeply so that it will not cause confusion among Muslims, especially Javanese Muslim communities who will hold weddings in the month of Suro/Muharram.

Abstract

The use of big data to develop data governance ensures that the quality of data in a company has a positive impact on company performance. Big data analytics technologies can help improve audit quality, manage large amounts of diverse data, and facilitate algorithmic decision making. Big data increases the efficiency and effectiveness of audits and allows data collection to reveal patterns and relationships that are not visible at first glance. In addition, the use of big data can help reduce the burden on infrastructure by identifying problem areas, developing the tourism sector, and improving the quality of emergency response.

Abstract

The distribution of chicken eggs by Adi Farm does not take into account the distance to reach customers and distribution costs. There are 11 customers with a total distance traveled of 122.4 km and distribution costs of IDR 292,400. The method used to solve this problem uses the Clarke and Wright Savings algorithm and the Nearest Neighbor Algorithm. Based on the result of calculations using the Clarke and Wright Savings algorithm method, the result was a distance of 106.5 km with a total cost of IDR 276,500. Meanwhile, using the Nearest Neighbor algorithm method, the distance obtained was 124.4 km with a total distribution cost of IDR 294,400. Using the Clarke and Wright Savings algorithm method shows a distance saving of 12.99%.

The use of big data and business analytics provides benefits to businesses globally. This research focuses on business analytics and big data technologies to improve business decision-making processes, technical approaches, applications, and research questions. Especially in the era of data explosion, “data” is very important. Therefore, those who have the ability to process and use multifaceted data sets can gain several benefitsThree things differentiate big data: volume, velocity, and variety.Understanding client questions requires a strong understanding of data. Producing extraordinary new products and services is essential. Accessible platforms include Hadoop, MongoDB, Cassandra, Apache Spark, and Xplenty, which can be used to store and process very large amounts of data and have the capacity to store and process very large data, and are used as supporting tools to increase utilization and saving resources, reducing calculation time and effort, and enabling better business decisions.
