Abstract

Permasalahan hukum yang sering terjadi di dalam masyarakat seperti sengketa hibah menimbulkan konflik diantara para pihak. Pada akhirnya sengketa hibah akan bermuara ke lembaga peradilan, apabila dalam penyelesaian secara musyawarah tidak tercapai kesepakatan di antara para pihak yang bersengketa. Fokus Utama penelitian ini adalah mengkaji tentang Tiga hal yaitu: 1). Bagaimana duduk perkara pembatalan akta hibah putusan pengadilan agama jember nomor 1430/pdt.g/2016/pa.jr) tahun 2019. 2). Bagaimana prespektif dalam hukum positif dan hukum Islam terhadap pembatalan akta hibah yang tidak mempunyai kekuatan hukum. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam kajian studi ktitis ini adalah metode pendekatan normatif sosiologis. Karena dalam penelitian ini yang dicari adalah aspek-aspek hukum dari penyelesaian perkara pembatalan akta hibah yang tidak sesuai dengan aturan hukum yang berlaku sehingga dapat diketahui kedudukan hukumnya. Dalam analisis kritis ini memperoleh kesimpulan bahwa: (1). Batal demi hukum terhadap Akta hibah yang tidak mempunyai kekuatan hukum dari Jumilun Bin Tuban. (2) Kompilasi Hukum Islam menganut prinsip bahwa hibah hanya boleh dilakukan 1/3 dari harta yang dimilikinya, apabila hibah yang diberikan seorang pemberi hibah yang melebihi 1/3 dari harta kekayaannya maka dapat dibatalkan karena tidak memenuhi syarat dalam penghibahan serta melanggar ketentuan sebagaimana diatur di dalam Pasal 210 Kompilasi Hukum Islam, kemudian diperkuat oleh KUHPerdata pasal 1960 yang menjelaskan bahwasanya pembatalan hibah dapat dilakukan apabila tidak memenuhi ketentuan dalam pasal 1688, oleh karena itu untuk melakukan hibah perlu melalui prosedural yang jelas seperti yang termaktub dalam KHI dan KUHPerdata agar supaya tidak terjadi sengketa di kemudian hari.

Abstract

The application of big data technology has become increasingly important in the context of digital marketing, especially in the e-commerce industry in Indonesia. Faced with intense competition and increasingly diverse consumer demands, e-commerce companies in Indonesia are increasingly relying on big data to gain deep insights into consumer behavior and market trends. This study aims to explore the application of big data in digital marketing, focusing on the e-commerce industry in Indonesia. Analyzing how e-commerce companies use big data to optimize their marketing strategies, enhance personalized services, and identify new market opportunities. We also evaluate the challenges faced in implementing big data technology in the context of digital marketing in Indonesia, including issues of data privacy, security, and infrastructure.

Abstract

This research discusses the role of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in Forming an Attitude of Independence Through the Peer Tutoring Method at Sultan Agung 1 Tebuireng Vocational School. The teacher's role is not only about understanding religious values, but also about developing critical thinking skills and instilling responsibility and discipline. Peer tutoring can make learning easier, actively participate in learning. Based on the problems above, this researcher has 3 objectives related to the research focus. The role of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in forming an attitude of independence through the peer tutoring method (Peer Tutor) at SMK Sultan Agung 1 Tebuireng. The research objectives are 1). To describe the role of teachers. The role of Islamic teachers in forming independence at SMK Sultan Agung 1 Tebuireng. 2). To describe the peer tutoring method at SMK Sultan Agung 1 Tebuireng. 3). To describe the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in forming an attitude of independence through the peer tutoring method at SMK Sultan Agung 1 Tebuireng. The type of research is case study research. The research was carried out using a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection was carried out using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The informants in this research consisted of the school principal, head of student affairs, PAI teachers, and students. Data collected for observations and interviews were analyzed using data source triangulation analysis techniques. The results of this research show that, 1) The role of Islamic Religious Education teachers is very much needed, with the role of Islamic religious education teachers it can produce students who have good morals, have a sense of responsibility and discipline. 2) In learning, the teacher creates a peer tutoring method where students share their themes with each other so that learning becomes easy to understand with their peers. 3) Supporting factors that influence the role of Islamic religious education teachers using the peer tutoring method are good cooperation with students, communication skills, lack of seriousness in practicing this method, because sometimes they end up playing with their friends next to them, limited time. making one of the inhibiting factors, namely the lack of enthusiasm in participating in learning.

Abstract

Stone Crusher HSgroup 02 adalah sebuah UMKM yang mengolah batu pasir menjadi abu batu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi bahaya yang terjadi pada proses produksi di Stone Crusher HSgroup 02. Dalam tujuh proses produksi yang ada, terdapat berbagai potensi bahaya, seperti mata terkena debu pasir saat input bahan baku, serta risiko tersengat listrik bertegangan tinggi dan kebisingan mesin hingga 97,31 dB bagi operator. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode HIRA untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis risiko berdasarkan tingkat keparahan dan frekuensi terjadinya bahaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya 12 potensi bahaya, dengan 0 potensi bahaya kategori high risk, 2 potensi bahaya kategori moderate risk, dan 10 potensi bahaya kategori low risk. Penilaian risiko menggunakan metode HIRA menghasilkan nilai 0% untuk risiko kategori high risk, 17% untuk risiko kategori moderate risk, dan 83% untuk risiko kategori low risk.

Abstract

Citizenship Education (PKN) in elementary schools has an important role in forming children's character and civic awareness. The teacher's role in the effectiveness of PKN learning is very vital. PKN teachers are expected to be able to develop learning methods that are interesting and relevant to children's daily lives, so that they can understand civic values ​​better. Apart from that, teachers also have a role as role models in implementing civic values ​​in everyday life. By providing good examples, teachers can shape children's character to be better and have the awareness to contribute to the development of the country. However, the challenges in teaching PKN in elementary schools are also not small. Communication skills and the right approach are needed so that PKN material can be delivered well and is easily understood by children. Apart from that, teachers also need to keep up with the times and utilize technology in PKN learning. In facing these various challenges, PKN teachers are expected to continue to improve their competence and professionalism through various training and self-development, so that they can make maximum contributions in building the character and citizenship awareness of children in elementary schools.

Abstract

In the business world, especially in the food industry sector, competition has always centered on improving time efficiency, proper use of equipment, productive labor, and capacity to produce goods. Labor affects production productivity significantly, therefore, the implementation of appropriate OHS standards in all stages of production is essential to ensure the comfort and safety of workers, so that they can achieve optimal production results. Pak Rahman's Tofu Factory is an UMKM making tofu Work accidents that often occur are, exposed to sparks during the frying process, injured during the cutting process, blistered skin during the boiling process, skin irritation during the washing process. The purpose of this study is to analyze the potential hazards at Pak Rahman's Tofu Factory and submit recommendations for risk control. To identify and evaluate risks by considering the likelihood and severity of events, the HIRA method is needed to complete this research. The results of risk evaluation using the hazard identification and risk assessment method show that there are no risks with a high risk category, risks that have a moderate risk category have a value of 82%, while risks with a low risk category have a value of 18%.

Abstract

. CV Tunas Karya produces a variety of industrial machinery. This business may be found in Yogyakarta City's Jalan Kaliurang Dsn. Beji, Harjo Binangun, Pakem, Sleman District. The purpose of this study is to determine the risk of workplace accidents in CV. Tunas Karya's production process. The measurement of the effort taken to prevent such mishaps and the amount of risk that accidents would occur throughout the production process are the other goals. The Hazard and Operability Study Method is an engineering technique to find and reduce hazards employed in industrial processes, while the Job Safety Analysis Method seeks to examine current hazards. After using the Job Safety Analysis and Hazard and Operability Study methods to process data on occupational accident risk, the job accident risk ratio was found with a 47% moderate risk category and a 53% low risk category. To prevent the occurrence of potential hazards, the plan recommends the provision of first aid equipment located in the factory and the use of APDs that meet K3 standards.

Abstract

This research was conducted to help Sudarmi Tempe Chips MSMEs to compare between the Economic Order Quantity and Periodic Order Quantity methods which is more efficient. In addition, it also knows how much Safety Stock of tempeh raw materials is available to Sudarmi Crispy Tempeh MSMEs. from controlling raw materials using the Economic Order Quantity method and the Periodic Order Quantity method is a more efficient procurement of raw materials, with 9 times more order frequency., the number of orders is 1,944 pcs tempeh, and the total cost is Rp 583,768. For the safety stock of raw materials, the supply of tempeh raw materials is 139 pcs.

Abstract

E-learning that uses the web has now become an important part in achieving the success of an educational institution, but many services that use the web still find it difficult to use it, even it is not attractive and does not function as the web is used. The reason a web page needs to be measured is to know the quality of the website from the users. By doing this research, we can determine the usability of the e-learning web to Yogyakarta Technological University students who are often used during learning, the method we use is to use usability testing which will determine the level of usability of the e-learning web.
