Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze genetic disorders in humans based on 10 national and international based journals. This research method uses a literature review design. From the results obtained, the pure genetic disease found was Down syndrome, with a total of 13 cases in four years. Other diseases that can be influenced by genetic factors such as primary hypertension, asthma, and schizophrenia were also found in sig1nificant numbers.

Abstract

The role of an Islamic Religious Education teacher is someone who is responsible for the development of students who can develop their achievements to have strength in religious understanding and noble morals. Mental health is an expression of students through all actions and knowledge with the aim of developing themselves according to their potential, talents and interests.The focus of the problem in this research is: 1). What is the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in preparing students' mental health at SMA Abdul Wahid Hasyim Tebuireng Jombang, 2). What are the supporting and inhibiting factors for the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in preparing students' mental health at SMA Abdul Wahid Hasyim Tebuireng Jombang. The results of the research show that the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in preparing students' mental health at SMA Abdul Wahid Hasyim Tebuireng Jombang is: 1). The role of the Islamic Religious Education teacher at SMA Abdul Wahid Hasyim Tebuireng Jombang is that the teacher has a responsibility and role towards his students to educate, direct, develop and evaluate students so that they have moral character with good moral character. The role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in preparing students' mental health at Abdul Wahid Hasyim Tebuireng Jombang High School is that teachers educate their students and direct their students to always have mental and spiritual health which will transform them into students who have sufficient mental health. 2). The supporting and inhibiting factors for the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in preparing students' mental health at Abdul Wahid Hasyim Tebuireng Jombang High School are through examples that can be seen, namely looking at the character of the teacher himself, how the teacher behaves, conveys things, conveys his opinions, and the way he communicates with his students.

Abstract

A wood splitting machine is a machine that can crushing wood into fragments. From these wood fragments can be utilized as a variety of raw materials in the home industry, one of which is for firewood. one of which is for firewood. In general, this firewood splitting machine consists of an electric motor that functions as a serves as a drive, pulley, belt, shaft, bearing, and threaded drill bit. This research takes a case study of a firewood production business in firewood production business in Baturetno, Wonogiri, Central Java which experienced problems related to workers' complaints because the wood produced has not reached the the target needs of the community because the firewood produced can reach 40 bundles while consumer demand in one day bundles while consumer demand in one day can reach 70 bundles. So with this research the purpose of making a firewood splitting machine aims to help and be a solution to workers' complaints so that they can help in meet the resulting production targets. The purpose of this research is to find out identification of needs in the design of making firewood splitting machines, Knowing the design of the firewood splitting machine tool, and Knowing the increase in production capacity after the design of the firewood splitting machine. production capacity after designing the firewood splitting machine. The method used in this research is Verein Deutscher Ingenieure (VDI) 2221 used to produce an innovative firewood splitting machine design. From the results of the research on the design of firewood splitting machines, a significant time difference was obtained compared to using manual tools using an axe. Based on the results of research analysis using an axe produces an average time of 3.05 minutes in 10 times splitting wood, while using a firewood splitting machine produces an average time of 1.12 minutes, so it can be concluded that the time difference of 1.93 minutes or 63,28% is more efficient using a firewood splitting machine tool.

Abstract

Economic growth is an ongoing challenge that every country needs to address so that economic growth results are significant. Starting from the government, it must know how to accelerate economic growth by increasing per capita output in the long term. The research method used is qualitative with a complete data collection. The Indonesian economy from 2018-2019 was relatively stable at a percentage of 3% with balanced economic growth in the range of 5%. However, in 2020 the Covid-19 outbreak caused Indonesia's inflation to decline sharply to 1.68%. So the impact on economic growth in Indonesia fell by -2.07%.

Abstract

This research discusses the readiness to become a teacher that must be formed from college, through choosing an education major that suits your talents and interests, in order to prepare for a career as an educator. This research aims to examine the influence of students' teaching skills and self-esteem on their interests and implications for readiness to become teachers. Survey of economic education students class of 2020. The research method used is quantitative research. Implemented and supported by survey design using an explanatory survey approach. The sample in this study was non-probability sampling with a total of 110 students. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of the path analysis obtained the regression equation Y = 0.195 X1 + 0.000 X2 +0.748 e1 and Z = 0.049 The results of the path analysis show that there is a direct influence between the Teaching Skills and Self-Esteem variables on Interest, the Self-Esteem variable on Readiness to Become a Teacher. And there is an indirect influence between the Teaching Skills variable on Readiness to Become a Teacher.

Abstract

Genetic disease is a health condition caused by changes or mutations in a person's genetic material. Some examples of commonly known genetic diseases include thalassemia, cystic fibrosis, and Huntington's disease. This research was carried out to determine the level of awareness of class 11 students at MAN 1 Medan regarding genetic diseases and to provide an understanding of the importance of preventing genetic diseases. The method used in this research is the survey method. The results of the basic knowledge survey about genetics were that 85% of students stated that they had studied genetics at school and 60% of students stated that genetics material was discussed quite often in biology lessons. In understanding genetic diseases, 70% of students know what genetic diseases are and the most well-known examples of genetic diseases are Thalassemia and Hemophilia. Regarding the effectiveness of genetics learning, 75% of students felt that genetics learning helped them understand genetic diseases and the most effective method according to students was laboratory practicum (50%), followed by learning videos (30%). In terms of increasing awareness, 65% of students felt more aware of the importance of checking for genetic conditions after studying genetics and 80% of students considered that genetics learning at their school was good or very good in increasing awareness about genetic diseases. So it can be concluded that genetic diseases are health conditions caused by changes in a person's genes or chromosomes.

Abstract

One of the businesses operating in the tourism sector in the city of Yogyakarta is Lava Tour Mjak Jeep Merapi. In this research, there are problems regarding the gap between consumer perceptions and expectations and how to obtain appropriate quality improvements. The aim of this exploration is to find similarities between consumer perceptions and assumptions and to obtain appropriate quality improvements. As an attribute of questionnaire questions, the SERVQUAL method utilizes service dimensions such as realism, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The TRIZ method is used to produce various innovative solutions. The research results show that there are more attributes that have negative GAPs than positive GAPs. With the TRIZ method, several improvements can be made, such as the cleanliness and tidiness of the base camp, employee appearance, responsiveness in dealing with customers, service to customers, as well as improving the availability of adequate equipment. The attribute that has the largest negative GAP value is employees not helping customers with difficulties with a score of -0.18, so this attribute is the main point for improvement in the results of the SERVQUAL method.

Abstract

Gratitude strategies is speech acts of communicative acts frequently and abundantly utilized in human interactions. This study aims to find out the types of thank you strategies and the differences between men and women in expressing them written by fans in the Youtube comment section. Data were collected based on fan comments that corresponded to the types of gratitude strategies. The data source comes from one of NCT's music videos entitled Beautiful. Following a descriptive qualitative research design, the researcher identified different types of gratitude strategies and the differences between men and women in expressing them. Researchers also found some differences between men and women in expressing gratitude strategies. Based on the research conducted, there are eight types of gratitude strategies that are thanking, positive feelings, others, attention getter. While the other four types of gratitude strategies were not found in the study that are apology, repayment, recognition of impotition, appreciation. In this study, only four types were found that were relevant to the data taken. from several types of gratitude strategies, each type has several sub-categories. The findings of this study are that women tend to be more expressive than men. The conclusion is that thanking and positive feelings are most often used by fans.

Abstract

With the development of increasingly advanced technology, data security and privacy are becoming increasingly crucial issues in the financial sector. Blockchain technology has emerged as a promising solution to improve data security and privacy in this scope. This research explores the role of blockchain technology in strengthening data security and privacy in the financial sector through a qualitative research approach. By conducting literature analysis, it was found that blockchain technology offers characteristics such as decentralization, transparency, and cryptographic security that can significantly improve data security and privacy. However, challenges such as technological scalability and regulatory irregularities are still obstacles that need to be overcome for the implementation of this technology to be fully successful. A case study of blockchain implementation in the financial sector is also presented to illustrate its impact on data security and privacy. The research results show that although blockchain technology has succeeded in improving data security and privacy in the financial sector, further efforts are needed to optimally maximize its potential.
