Parenting style is formed from their attitude towards their children and the emotional environment that underlies it. This study aims to examine the influence of parenting style on the emotional intelligence of early childhood. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with a survey research design. The sample was selected using a simple random sampling technique, while data was collected through a Likert scale questionnaire distributed online. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression techniques. The results of the study showed that the three parenting styles—authoritative, authoritarian, and permissive—simultaneously influenced children's emotional intelligence. Among the three parenting styles, authoritative parenting had the most significant positive impact. Thus, parenting styles have an important role in shaping children's emotional intelligence, so it is necessary to apply parenting styles that support their optimal development

The development of children's disciplined character is greatly influenced by the parenting patterns applied in the family, especially by parents. However, preventive efforts by parents in instilling disciplined character are still relatively minimal. This study aims to analyze and identify the relationship between family parenting patterns and the formation of children's disciplined character. Data collection was carried out through a literature review method, which includes recording research issues, aligning various findings, in-depth analysis of research results, as well as criticism and providing ideas. The results of the study revealed a relationship between parenting patterns and the development of children's disciplined character. The variety of forms of parenting contributes to differences in child development. This study aims to compare the financial performance of two non-banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), using financial ratio analysis including liquidity, solvency, profitability, and activity ratios. Data were obtained from annual financial reports for the period 2019 to 2023. The analysis method used is quantitative descriptive with a comparative approach. The results of the study show significant differences in the financial performance of the two companies, especially in the profitability and activity ratios, which are influenced by the operational efficiency and capital structure of each company. This study aims to analyze participants' perceptions of green marketing practices in sustainable running events, focusing on factors influencing their acceptance and skepticism. Using a phenomenological qualitative approach, data were collected from 20 active runners in Indonesia through in-depth interviews and focus group discussions (FGDs). The findings reveal that transparency of information particularly through external certifications and visual evidence is critical in building participant trust. Seventy percent (70%) of participants were willing to pay higher fees for sustainable events, provided fund allocation was clear and facilities were not compromised. However, 55% of respondents doubted green claims lacking concrete evidence, reflecting persistent risks of greenwashing. Community involvement in post-event activities (tree planting) enhanced participant loyalty, while generational and geographic differences influenced preferences regarding the complexity of green practices. These findings confirm that green marketing strategies in the running industry must integrate credibility, participatory engagement, and pragmatic solutions adaptable to socio-cultural contexts. Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) often fail to achieve strategic goals due to a lack of attention to human factors, particularly employee well-being. This qualitative research analyzes the experiences of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) employees post-merger of three Islamic banks in 2021, focusing on the impact of M&A on employee wellbeing and coping strategies. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 15 employees from various levels and analyzed using a thematic approach. The research findings revealed that: (1) workload increased significantly post-merger, causing physical exhaustion and psychological stress; (2) career uncertainty and changes in organizational culture were the main sources of anxiety; however, (3) shared sharia values acted as cultural glue; and (4) wellbeing programs such as counseling and work flexibility proved effective in improving employee adaptation. This study contributes to the literature by showing that an employee well-being-based approach that integrates physical, mental, and spiritual aspects is the key to successful M&A in the Islamic banking industry. This qualitative study explores the perceptions of HR professionals and employees toward AI-driven sustainability in human resource practices within startup companies in Makassar, Indonesia. Through in-depth interviews and thematic analysis, the research reveals that while AI adoption offers significant potential for enhancing environmental sustainability, such as paperless recruitment and energy-efficient operations, its implementation faces challenges including budget constraints, workforce resistance, and gaps in digital literacy. The findings highlight a generational divide in technology acceptance, with younger employees more receptive to AI tools than their senior counterparts. Organizational culture and leadership commitment emerge as critical factors in successful integration. Bibliometric research in Indonesia has experienced significant developments in the period 2020–2025, along with increasing attention to the quantification of scientific literature and mapping of research trends. This study aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the growth of bibliometric research in Indonesia, identify the most productive researchers and institutions, and evaluate its implications for the national research ecosystem. By analyzing data from Scopus and Google Scholar, an exponential increase in the number of publications with the keywords “bibliometric” and “Indonesia” was found. Leading universities such as the University of Indonesia, Universitas Gadjah Mada, and Universitas Airlangga are the main contributors. The implications of this trend include increased methodological awareness, multidisciplinary collaboration, and the potential for integrating bibliometrics into national research policies. The phenomenon of career cushioning Gen Z employees' strategies in preparing career alternatives amid job uncertainty has become a global trend, but has not been widely studied in the context of local Indonesian startups. This qualitative research aims to reveal the motivation and impact of career cushioning on Gen Z employee loyalty in a startup company in Makassar City. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 15 Gen Z employees (20-27 years old) and analysis of supporting documents, then thematically analyzed. The results show that career cushioning is driven by external (startup instability, economic pressure) and internal (desire for self-development) factors, with diverse forms such as side hustle, skills training, or personal branding. Its impact on loyalty is dynamic: in companies with a flexible culture, the practice strengthens commitment; conversely, in restrictive environments, it becomes a stepping stone to exit. The study concludes that career cushioning represents a transformation in the meaning of loyalty among Gen Z from traditional compliance to value-based reciprocity. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh variabel makroekonomi terhadap saham syariah sektor kesehatan pada Jakarta Islamic Index 70 (JII 70). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data panel dan menggunakan regresi data panel untuk mengukur pengaruh inflasi dan kurs terhadap harga saham emiten sektor kesehatan yang termasuk dalam Jakarta Islamic Index (JII 70). Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif analitik. Populasi penelitian dalam studi ini adalah seluruh emiten saham sektor kesehatan yang terregistrasi di indeks saham syariah JII 70. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh emiten saham sektor kesehatan yang terregistrasi di indeks saham syariah JII 70 periode 2018-2022. Secara parsial, ditemukan bahwa inflasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap saham syariah sektor kesehatan. Selain itu, hasil penelitian juga mengindikasikan bahwa terhadap hubungan negatif antara nilai tukar dan harga saham, namun pengaruh ini tidak signifikan secara statistik. Secara simultan, semua variabel makroekonomi yang diteliti (inflasi dan kurs) memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap nilai ekuitas syariah dalam sektor kesehatan. Meskipun terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan antara variabel makro yang diteliti dan harga saham, investor tetap perlu memperhatikan indikator tersebut sebagai bahan pertimbangan karena kondisi perekonomian sewaktu-waktu dapat berubah.
