Abstract

ABSTRACT: Lack of knowledge about sexual and reproductive health is still a problem that needs to be addressed among premarital couples. The use of online education method can provide an effective option for increasing knowledge and awareness of how to maintain reproductive health and prevent the transmission of sexual diseases post-marriage. A quasi-experimental design with a comparison group was conducted from April to November 2019 at a Public Health Centers in Bukittinggi city, West Sumatra, Indonesia. The total participants were 30 in the intervention group and 30 in the comparison group. Pre-marital couple in the intervention group received a online education module that was developed by the researcher. On the other hand, participants in the comparison group received a regular handbook. Knowledge was assessed by using a modified Knowledge of reproductive and sexual health. Data were analysed using paired t-test and independent t-tests for the inferential statistic. This study found an online education method significantly increased participants’ knowledge in the intervention group (p = .002). In the comparison group, the regular handbook significantly also improved participants’ knowledge (p =.035). However, the change of pre-test and post-test mean score of participants’ knowledge in the intervention group was significantly higher than those in the comparison group. It can be concluded that the online education method with an effective module development was significantly improved knowledge of pre-marital couples. Public health care provider should regularly concern to improve the strategy to prevent the incidents of the transmission of sexual diseases post-marriage.

Abstract

With job satisfaction acting as a mediating variable, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact of organizational culture, work environment, and work motivation on nurse performance. This study involved 48 nurses and was carried out in Jakarta. A Likert scale of 1 to 5 was used for 34 questions on the questionnaire, which was distributed as part of the census sampling procedure to collect data. The SEM approach based on PLS was used to analyze the data. The study's findings indicate that the XYZ Community Health Center (Puskesmas) nurses performance is influenced by organizational culture, the work environment, and job satisfaction. This research model is still intriguing and will hopefully add to the performance literature despite a number of limitations

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Swim Board Aids on Learning Basic Freestyle Swimming Techniques in Class VII Students of SMP Negeri 5 West Karawang. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with experimental research methods. The population in this study was all students of SMPN 5 Karawang Barat class VII which amounted to 394 students. The study sample was taken using cluster random sampling technique. This research instrument uses freestyle swimming skill tests that have previously been made by previous researchers. Data analysis techniques using pretest posttest design. The result of the study was a pretest mean of 9.20 and a greater posttest mean = 12.07. The results of the paired sample t-test analysis with the data obtained are the significance value (2-tailed) = 0.000 less than the significance level (?) = 0.05, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. So it can be concluded that learning using swim board aids can affect the improvement of basic freestyle swimming techniques at SMPN 5 West Karawang

Abstract

Staphylococcus aureus bacteria, especially Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), is one of the main causes of antibiotic resistance. MRSA is a bacteria that is resistant to the ?-lactam class of penicillin antibiotics. MRSA infections can cause a variety of health problems, including skin infections, pneumonia, and bacteremia. This problem requires alternative resources that can be an option. Propolis from the stingless bee species Tetragonula laeviceps can be a potential alternative for treating MRSA infections. This research is classified as a true experiment with a posttest control group design. The concentration of propolis ethanol extract tested was 20%; 10%; 5%; 2.5%; 1.25%; and 0.625% in the diffusion and dilution methods. These two methods provide assessment output in the form of inhibition zone diameter, minimum inhibition concentration, and minimum bactericidal concentration. The data obtained will be tested statistically using One-way Anova and Fisher's exact tests. Test results show that the ethanol extract of Tetragonula laeviceps propolis has an antimicrobial effect against MRSA bacteria. The diffusion test showed that the average diameter of the inhibition zone formed by the ethanol extract of propolis successively from a concentration of 20% to 1,25% with six repetitions was 12.7 ± 1.23 mm; 11.36 ± 0.67 mm; 10.24 ± 0.61 mm; 7.59 ± 1.69 mm; and 6.5 ± 1.14 mm. From these averages, the One-Way Anova test revealed a statistically significant difference in the diameter of the inhibition zone (F(7,40) = [ 192.79], p = 0.000).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out 5c credit analysis of bad debt of finance companies on the momentum of the holiday holiday. This study used descriptive analysis techniques designed and carried out by collecting data describing each variable before and after Hari Raya. The test results show that Character has a negative and significant effect on Astra Credit Companies (ACC) Non-Performing Financing (NPF). This can be proven by a calculated t of 4.999 greater than the table t (1.86) and a Sig value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that Hypothesis 1 (H1) is accepted that there is a negative and significant influence between the Character variable and the Non Performing Financing (NPF) of Astra Credit Companies (ACC). Conclusion based on the results of the study and the results of the analysis that has been carried out in previous studies, it can be concluded that the research data meets the criteria of data normality and is free from deviations from classical assumptions such as, Multicollinearity and Heteroscedasticity. So it has a high determination to be used as a prediction or forecasting

Research Method: This study uses a correlation research design with a cross sectional approach model with a sample of 75 respondents with a non-probability sampling method, namely using purposive sampling, data collection using GPAQ and MRS questionnaires, data analysis using correlation tests. Results: The results of the study of 75 respondents found the frequency distribution of respondents' characteristics with the most jobs as housewives, namely 23 people (30.7%), the most junior high school education was 20 people (26.7%), and the most menopause duration of 5-7 years, which was 36 people (48.0%). Showing that most respondents had moderate category physical activity 54 (72%) and most respondents experienced moderate category menopausal symptoms 37 (49.3%) There was a relationship between physical activity and menopausal symptoms with p value = 0.000 (p < 0.05). Conclusion: There is a relationship between physical activity and menopausal symptoms where the higher the physical activity carried out, the less menopausal symptoms are felt, menopausal symptoms can be reduced by routinely doing activities and exercising for 15 to 60 minutes every day

Abstract

The target of this study discusses the Role of Accountants on Climate Change related to Net Zero Emissions 2060 in the Cement Sub-Sector Industry in Indonesia. This study uses narrative analysis that describes the causes of climate change, the impact on company finances and accountants' efforts in dealing with field conditions. This study found that if the accounting profession can function dominantly covering various climate change issues, its function is to force all accountants to contribute to helping the government meet the target of the Net Zero Emissions 2060 movement by internalizing climate change issues in financial statements, assisting company management in making sustainable strategy planning, measuring environmental impacts and developing carbon emission reduction strategies. The conclusion of this study is companies registered in the cement sector industry in general have supported the Indonesian government's program in the Net Zero Emission 2060 movement.
