Studi Multidisipliner: Jurnal Kajian Keislaman (Journal of Islamic Studies) published by Postgraduate IAIN Padangsidimpuan (now the status has changed to State Islamic University Syekh Ali Hasan Ahmad Addary Padangsidimpuan). This journal was started in 2014, when it was still in the form of P-ISSN: 2355-7850 published twice a year, namely in June and December. But then this journal is already in the form of E-ISSN: 2477-0280, so the management of this journal is now OJS and nationally accredited. The focus and scope of this journal is research related to Islamic Education, Islamic Law, Islamic Economics, Islamic Broadcasting Communication, Islamic Thought and Philosophy, Islamic History. Authors can submit articles to this journal by reading the template articles first.

Abstract

Ibnu Khaldun adalah seorang filsuf abad 14 yang sangat berpengaruh dalam dunia Islam dan Barat. Ia sangat concern membahas masyarakat dan Negara, sosial-politik hingga soal Tuhan dan agama. Kitab Mukaddimah merupakan karya monumental Ibnu Khaldun yang menjadi rujukan utama dalam penelitian ini. Tulisan ini mengangkat tokoh penting abad 14 karena the history of scientific development tak lepas dari sejarah dan tradisi intelektual Islam yang selalu memperkaya ruang kajian multidisipliner khususnya Islamic studies. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pustaka (library research) dengan pendekatan historis, sosio-cultural-religius dan bersifat kritis-analisis, dalam artian sang tokoh tidak dilepaskan dari konteks sosio-cultural dan agamanya yang dianalisis secara kritis. Penelitian ini menemukan beberapa pokok pikiran utama yang terkandung dalam kitab Mukaddimah. Dalam hal ini penulis memetakan pokok pikiran itu pada empat kategori, pertama tentang Tuhan dan agama, kedua tentang manusia dan akal, ketiga tentang masyarakat dan Negara, keempat tentang sosial dan politik. Kempat poin ini memiliki keterkaitan antara satu dengan yang lainnya terutama dalam pembentukan serta pertahanan sebuah Negara. Teorinya yang populer ashabiyah tak lepas dari peran antara agama, manusia dan akal, masyarakat dan politik yang memiliki hubungan satu sama lain.

Abstract

This study aims to describe internalizing values of Islamic Religious Education in learning based centre. This research is classified into qualitative research. Data collection instruments used were observation, interviews and document study. Data analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis. From the research carried out, the results were obtained, namely: 1. The values of Islamic Religious Education internalized in the center of al-Islam are three, namely: a. Faith value b. Value of worship. c. Moral values. Internalization method: Lecture, question and answer, habituation, exemplary, advice, attention and supervision and story. 2. The values of Islamic Religious Education that are internalized in a language center are three, namely: a. Faith value. b. Value of worship. c. Moral values. 3. There are three values that are internalized in the cognitive center, namely: a. value of faith. b. value of worship. c. Moral values. 4. The values internalized in the center of science are the values of aqeed and morals.

Abstract

The concept of multicultural education’s Sayyid Quṭb starts from the verses of the Qur'an which explain diversity, as well as several traditions that narrate the patterns and interactions of the Prophet who live in diversity. This article examines a topic of multicultural education through the perspective of Sayyid Quṭb in his interpretation book Fī Ẓilāl Al-Qur’ān, focusing on several verses in Surah Al-Baqarah (2) verse 62, Surah Hūd (11) verse 118 , Surah Al-Rūm (30) verse 22, Surah Al-Fatḥ (48) verse 29, Surah Al-Ḥujurāt (49) verses 9, 10, 11, and 13. Multicultural education according to Quṭb in Tafsīr Fī Ẓilāl Al-Qur’ān is a doctrine in which one recognizes diversity and difference as sunnatullāh, and is also a sign of God's power. God's determination for this diversity has a goal so that people can get to know each other, brothers, work together, improve each other, give each other benefits and also be compassionate so as to create a harmonious, safe and peaceful life. Sayyid Quṭb hisself views multicultural education as a character of Islamic religion, in his interpretation Sayyid Quṭb even condemns people who are fanatical about certain tribes or groups by calling them as a jahiliyyah.

Abstract

Sinkretisme dalam praktik keagamaan merupakan keniscayaan dan umum terjadi di tengah masyarakat. Kepercayaan Orang Rimba sebagai komunitas lokal dianggap berpotensi atau bahkan mengandung unsur sinkretis dengan ajaran Islam. Artikel ini berupaya menjawab masalah dan anggapan tersebut dengan fokus pada pertemuan Islam dengan kepercayaan Orang Rimba di Provinsi Jambi. Pendekatan etnografi memiliki relevansi dan tepat digunakan menjawab permasalah tersebut. Temuan penelitian ini: pertama, adanya pertemuan konsep kepercayaan Orang Rimba dan Islam yang diyakini telah bercampur melalui kesamaan ajaran dan kepercayaan satu Tuhan (tauhid). Kedua, kepercayaan Orang Rimba tentang hal-hal yang gaib seperti; Tuhan bernama Alah ta'ala, Malekat Orang Meru sebagai makhluk ghaib, Baheulo (dewa) sebagai jin dan setan, serta Bilik dan Nereko sebagai surga dan neraka, serta Adam dan Muhammad sebagai utusannya. Kesimpulan penelitian ini, pertemuan Islam dan kepercayaan Orang Rimba dalam wilayah normatif, ajaran dasar, dan hal gaib menunjukkan telah terjadi sinkretisme Islam dalam doktrin kepercayaan Orang Rimba.

Abstract

AbstrakDalam perspektif falsafah pendidikan Islam semua orang adalah peserta didik, karena, pada kenyataannya, semua manusia selalu dalam proses pembangunan menuju kesempurnaan. Konsep pendidikan Islam tentang peserta didik, khususnya teori fitrah, menyatakan bahwa peserta didik, pada hakekatnya, ketika lahir telah membawa bakat dan potensi yang cenderung kebaikan dan kebenaran. Potensi ini pada dasarnya dapat berkembang dalam keterikatan dengan dunia luar. Sekalipun konsep teori fitrah mengakui bahwa potensi atau daya-daya yang dimiliki peserta didik secara kodrati memang memiliki keaktifan, akan tetapi membiarkannya tumbuh secara alamiah berdasarkan kodratnya sendiri, sangat memungkinkan pertumbuhannya tidak seperti yang diharapkan. Untuk mencapai hasil yang maksimal dalam proses pendidikan, seorang anak didik dituntut untuk memenuhi kode etik tertentu, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Di samping itu, seorang anak didik/peserta didik harus berniat secara ikhlas dalam menuntut ilmu, karena niat itu merupakan dasar bagi setiap amal perbuatan. AbstractIn the perspective of the philosophy of Islamic education, the fact that all people are learners. Because, in fact, all human beings are always in the process of development toward perfection. The concept of Islamic education on the learner ascertains that learners basically birth has brought talent and potential that tends to goodness and truth. These potentials can essentially develop in an entang-lement with the external world. Although the theory of fitrah recognizes that the potential or owned power learners are naturally does have liveliness, but let it grow naturally by its very nature, it is possible growth was not as expected. To achieve maximum results in the educational process, a protege required to meet certain code of conduct, either directly or indirectly. The student is intending in their studies, since the intention was to form the basis for any charity action.

Abstract

Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan tentang prosedur pelaksanaan dan pembatalan terhadap Putusan BASYARNAS serta kepada Lembaga mana yang kewenangan itu diberikan. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa, jika mengacu pada Pasal 61 UU No. 30 Tahun 1999 yang berwenang melaksanakan dan membatalkan Putusan BASYARNAS adalah Pengadilan Negeri. Namun jika didasarkan pada ketentuan Pasal 49 UU No. 3 Tahun 2006 maka yang berwenang melaksanakan dan membatalkan Putusan BASYARNAS adalah Pengadilan Agama.Abstract:This study aims to find out and explain the procedures for the implementation and cancellation of the BASYARNAS Decision and to which Institution the authority was granted. The method of this research is qualitative. The results of the study indicate that, if referring to Article 61 of Law No. 30 of 1999 which has the authority to implement and cancel the BASYARNAS Decision is the District Court. But if it is based on the provisions of Article 49 of Law No. 3 of 2006 then the authority to carry out and cancel the BASYARNAS Decision is the Religious Court.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the moral message of fasting 'Asyura in Paringgonan’s society, Ulu Barumun, Padang Lawas. There are 3 moral messages that grow from fasting 'Asyura: 1) The moral message of religion in fasting 'Asyura is to get closer to Allah SWT and His Messenger, follow the sunnah of the Prophet, erase sins a year ago, get used to fasting sunnah especially on fasting 9, 10, 11 Muharram in the Hijri year, then you can remember the story and journey of Noah as. 2) The social moral message of fasting 'Asyura Pada is to be able to establish friendship, help each other (making 'Asyura porridge), work hand in hand, share with each other, when making 'Asyura porridge can tell each other about each other's life stories, then can joking jokingly while stirring the porridge 'Asyura so that it does not feel the fasting 'Asyura. 3) The moral message of the fasting culture of 'Asyura is by getting used to and teaching children and grandchildren and the community to fast 'Asyura on the 10th of Muharram every year, then sharing food in making 'Asyura porridge' is good to orphans, the poor, and other communities

Abstract

This research examines the LGBT movement which is at odds with the issue of marriage law in Indonesia. With a library research approach, this research collects data and information through journal literature, news, and books. The research results show that the existence of lesbians or the like is contrary to the values of Pancasila. The responsiveness of marriage law to the LGBT movement is very firm in rejecting it, whereas, in Law No. 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage, marriage is only permitted for men and women. In the view of the Al-Qur'an and Hadith, the existence of LGBT harms the nature that Allah has given. Because the legal aim of marriage is to form a happy, eternal family and a means of channeling biological desires. So the existence of the LGBT movement destroys the values that have been built into marriage law.

Abstract

Basic Islamic education curriculum is the Qur'an and Hadith, but not explained in detail. In the Qur'an and Hadith The term curriculum is more directed at the points of material that will be taught to students. PAI curriculum orientation refers to the development of values, community needs, talents and interests of students, opportunities for workers, and adjustments to the development of science and technology. In planning the curriculum, the main ones are the goals to be achieved according to various parties, curriculum content to support the achievement of goals, strategies in developing the curriculum, and evaluation as a tool to measure learning completeness and achievement of goals.

Abstract

AbstrakThe article aims to explain the motivation to learn and achievers students in academic year 2015-2016 at the Institute of Islamic Religion of Padangsidimpuan State which is seen from the student's efforts to obtain a mission scholarship. This research uses a qualitative approach with constant comparison analysis. The results of the study indicated that the students who obtained the academic year scholarship 2015-2016 at the Institute of Islamic Religious Affairs, Padangsidimpuan, had motivation to learn which was stimulated by the desire and desire, there was encouragement and Needs in learning, and future expectations and ideals Keywords: motivation; learning; achievement; mission Abstrak Atikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan motivasi belajar dan berprestasi mahasiswa bidikmisi tahun akademik 2015-2016 di Institut Agama Islam Negeri Padangsidimpuan yang terlihat dari upaya mahasiswa untuk memperoleh beasiswa bidikmisi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis  komparasi konstan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa yang memperoleh beasiswa bidikmisi tahun akademik 2015-2016 di Institut Agama Islam Negeri Padangsidimpuan memiliki motivasi belajar yang distimulasi oleh hasrat dan keinginan berhasil, adanya dorongan dan kebutuhan dalam belajar, serta adanya harapan dan cita-cita masa depan.Kata Kunci: motivasi;  belajar;  prestasi;  bidikmisi.
