Studi Multidisipliner: Jurnal Kajian Keislaman (Journal of Islamic Studies) published by Postgraduate IAIN Padangsidimpuan (now the status has changed to State Islamic University Syekh Ali Hasan Ahmad Addary Padangsidimpuan). This journal was started in 2014, when it was still in the form of P-ISSN: 2355-7850 published twice a year, namely in June and December. But then this journal is already in the form of E-ISSN: 2477-0280, so the management of this journal is now OJS and nationally accredited. The focus and scope of this journal is research related to Islamic Education, Islamic Law, Islamic Economics, Islamic Broadcasting Communication, Islamic Thought and Philosophy, Islamic History. Authors can submit articles to this journal by reading the template articles first.

Abstract

This research aims to represent the masculinity and femininity character of Umar bin Khattab as a hadith narrator contained in the hadith he narrated. Thus, the author is interested in examining the two characters of masculinity and femininity that are realized in the hadith and hadith narrators. The research method used in this research is socio-historical analysis (historical analysis) with the type of library research. The primary data that the author uses is al-Kutub at-Tis'ah. The initial search to collect the history of Umar bin Khattab could not look at al-Kutub at-Tis'ah because it could not detect the entire history of Umar bin Khattab. Therefore, apart from using software, the author also detected it through Ahmad bin Hanbal's Musnad book because the book was arranged with the names of friends. The secondary data are all references related to the research object such as history books, journals and so on. In the context of Umar bin Khattab, who was known as a masculine narrator, his feminine character was found. All of Umar bin Khattab's personal life, including his character or disposition, is not related to the hadith he narrated. There are two indications of Umar bin Khattab's character in the hadiths he narrated, namely based on the number of hadiths he narrated, of the 98 hadiths, 32 hadiths were found that described Umar bin Khattab's character, namely 27 hadiths that actualized masculine values and 5 hadiths that actualized feminine values, so that in the person of the narrator Umar is more dominantly masculine. And based on the 32 hadiths, there are 29 hadiths that discuss men and 3 hadiths that discuss women. The implication of the connection between Umar bin Khattab's masculinity value and the hadiths he narrated is that in terms of the narration of hadiths, Umar bin Khattab used his masculinity to spread and convey the Prophet's hadiths and did not abuse his masculinity to oppress the weak.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the method of Imam Asy-Syaukani in compiling the book Nailul Autar Syarh Muntaqal-Akhbar. Kitab Nailul Authar is a book of shar from the book of legal hadith compiled by ibn Taimiyan "al-Muntaqa" consisting of 5029 traditions, then disyarh by Asy-Syaukani to 8 juz, each of 380 pages, up to 3040 pages. Therefore, the author tries to give a picture of the intended book.

Abstract

This study intends to explore various forms of spiritual education in fasting during Ramadan. This type of research is a qualitative research in the form of library research with a philosophical normative approach. The data sources used are various scientific literatures, both in the form of books (books) and scientific journal articles related to the discussion of the philosophical values of fasting during Ramadan. Meanwhile, the analytical theory used is the Sufistic andragogy theory in the form of takhalli, tahalli, and tajalli methods. The results of the study conclude that there are three forms of actualizing the value of spiritual education with Sufistic dimensions in fasting that can be carried out by an adult Muslim independently and informally. First, the actualization of takhalli values in the form of character education. Second, the actualization of the value of tahalli in the form of an attitude of social concern and various sunnah practices in the month of Ramadan. Abstract

The existence of multiple meanings of the implementation of the Bengkulu Tabot tradition is the main background for writing this article. This meaning implements the Bengkulu Tabot ceremony tradition and changes its function. Thus this article aims to reveal the dynamics of changing the meaning of the Tabot tradition historically. This article is a qualitative research using historical research methods including heuristics, verification, interpretation, and historiography. From the results of the analysis, it is known that at first, the Bengkulu Tabot tradition had a sacred-magical value which in its implementation was closely related to the entry of the Syi'ah-Punjab understanding into the Bengkulu region. This form of implementation of the Bengkulu Tabot tradition is specially recorded in the manuscript of the Story of Tabot which has a sacred dimension. However, along with the times, the implementation of the Tabot tradition then changed its value to become profane in the form of the Bengkulu Tabot festival. The implementation of this festival takes on the identity of Tabot Pembangunan which was introduced by the Bengkulu Government. This condition resulted in the emergence of a discourse related to the legality of identity in the Tabot tradition in Bengkulu.

Abstract

Muharrom abadan is haram to marry forever. Muharrom muwaqqot is Muharrom existing time period for example, collecting two siblings and another man's wife are still valid. Biological daughter brought isiteri, if not interfered with her mother, the daughter should marry. His mother was allowed to marry the child of the former husband who divorced her. Cancel wudu 'it starts with sintuhan coupled with a sense of pleasure, not because muharom or not Muharrom. Muharrom nothing to do with the void wudu '.

Abstract

The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) was easy to give his marriage dowry in keeping with the Qur'an.The history of The Islamic Dowry preserved the Qur'an from its beginning to the present has witnessed an interesting development of the study.The dowry of the qur'an's preservation of the marriage practiced by people today is driven by the lack of conformity with the history that occurred at the time.From previous backgrounds, the author is more studying through a historical approach to discovering developments that have taken place since the beginning of the Qur'an.'The results of this study show that the payment of a dowry from the Qur'an is currently witnessing the development of the meaning of dowry on the one hand, which is actually happening and the bottom now in society today is not limited to concern with the elements of rightsonly women, but increased attention to other aspects as well as the circumstances of the interest of the rightsTherefore, islamic law in its historical review is valid for all time and place. Keywords: RightsWomen: Marriage Dowry: History: Memorizing the Qur'an.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of reward and punishment to Santri Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Al-Hakimiyah Padang Lawas Regency in carrying out congregational prayers. This study uses a qualitative method with a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. The data sources used are primary data sources from the Dormitory Trustees, and Aliyah Santri, and secondary data sources are the Leaders, Deputy Principals for Student Affairs, and the Community around Al-Hakimiyah Islamic Boarding School. The instruments used were observations, interviews, and documents for boarding the Al-Hakimiyah Islamic Boarding School.The results showed that the reward method applied at the Al-Hakimiyah Islamic Boarding School was in the form of expressions of pleasure to students who performed congregational prayers, while punishment was applied in the form of calls or reprimands along with advice about the importance of praying in congregation at the mosque. The reward and punishment method is effectively applied to the congregational prayer of aliyah students at the Al-Hakimiyah Islamic Boarding School. This is evidenced by the increase in the practice of praying in congregation for Madrasah Aliyah students. In the first act is 22.5%, in the second act is 32.5%, in the third act is 52.5% and in the fourth act is 80%

Abstract

Character education has become a must in the world of education, because character education not only makes students smart in thinking but also can build character and manners in everyday life. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of religious character education through madrasah culture. This research was conducted at MI Annasirin Al Islami in the odd semester of TA. 2023/2024. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the research subject of grade 2 students totaling 20 students consisting of 12 male students and 8 female students. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. The data collected was analyzed with an interactive data analysis model which includes the process of condensing data, presenting data, and finally concluding the results. Then the researchers conducted a verification process with data triangulation to maintain data validity. The results showed that the implementation of religious character education through madrasah culture was carried out through religious activities, routine activities, exemplary and habituation. Through the implementation of these activities, it is hoped that it can provide provisions and indications for the personality of students to become a generation that has good morals, adab, spirituality and behavior.

Abstract

Character education in the family which is a big responsibility that parents must give to children from an early age. This study aims to determine the method of family character education according to Abdullah Nashih Ulwan in Tarbiyah Al-Aulad Fi Al-Islam book and its relevance to the present reality. This research is a library research. The data collection was carried out using the documentation method, and Data analysis is content analysis models. The results of this study conclude that the method of character education in the family according to Abdullah Nashih Ulwan is education with exemplary, educational by habituation, education with advice, education with attention and monitoring and education with punishment. This research also concludes that the method is still relevant to the present reality.

Abstract

The dichotomy of science in madrasa, science and technology material has not been integrated with Islam and vice versa. Habibie founded Insan Scholar to unite IPTEK with IMTAQ, and MAN IC South Tapanuli  was no exception.  This study aims to describe, discover, and explain the integration of IPTEK white IMTAQ of MIA subject groups in MAN Insan Cendekia South Tapanuli. The conclusions of this study are: The curriculum integration implemented at MAN Insan Cendekia South Tapanuli is the development of a curriculum set by the government. There are two patterns used by teachers in curriculum integration, namely Islamization of general science, and Spiritualization of learning. This can be seen from the integration steps contained in the plan, implementation, and evaluation of the program, namely: 1) Read greetings and prayers, 2) Apperception and ensure students memorize Qur’an and Hadith, 3) Review material from a general and Islamic angle, 4) Bringing students out of the room for natural learning, 5) Providing exercises and questions that can improve IPTEK and IMTAQ, 6) Motivation and re-awareness that all truth comes from God, 7) Closed with Kafaratul Majelis prayers and greetings.
