Abstract

Persaingan rumah sakit yang semakin tinggi, membuat rumah sakit harus mampu memahami kebutuhan dan harapan pasien supaya keinginan pasien dapat terpenuhi dan meningkatkan kepuasaan pasien sehingga tercipta loyalitas pasien. Pasien yang loyal merupakan aset berharga yang harus dijaga oleh rumah sakit agar memiliki daya saing yang tinggi dengan pesaing lainnya di bidang pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan bauran pemasaran dengan loyalitas pasien rawat jalan di RS Muhammadiyah Selogiri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian observasional-analitik yang menggunakan pendekatan waktu cross sectional. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa bauran pemasaran berhubungan dengan loyalitas pasien dengan nilai signifikansi produk = 0,001, harga = 0,001, tempat = 0,001 dan promosi = 0,001. Dengan demikian, Rumah Sakit diharapkan untuk dapat meningkatkan bauran pemasaran produk, harga, tempat, dan promosi sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasien dan keinginan pasien sehingga loyalitas pasien juga meningkat di Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Selogiri.

Abstract

Dalam Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 4 Tahun 2018 dinyatakan bahwa setiap rumah sakit wajib memberikan pelayanan kepada pasien dengan aman, bermutu dan efektif dengan mengutamakan kepentingan pasien sesuai sesuai dengan standar yang sudah ditetapkan. Berdasarkan data sekunder jumlah kunjungan pasien pada tahun 2019-2023 mengalami fluktuasi. Dari jumlah rekapan kuesioner kepuasan pasien tahun 2023 dari semua pelayanan di rumah sakit, pasien yang paling banyak mengisi kuesioner pada unit rawat inap kelas III serta terdapat saran dan masukan terkait pelayanan dan sarana prasarana di rumah sakit. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas pelayanan dengan kepuasan pasien rawat inap kelas IIII di Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Selogiri. Jenis penelitian yaitu kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional dan desain penelitian analitik observasional. Populasi penelitian pasien rawat inap kelas III tahun 2023 sebanyak 3.446 pasien dan jumlah sampel 97 responden. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Dari hasil uji menggunakan kolerasi spearman diperoleh hasil nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 <0,05 dan nilai kolerasi sebesar 0,706**, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan dengan kolerasi kuat dan searah antara kualitas pelayanan dengan kepuasan pasien rawat inap kelas III di Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Selogiri.

Abstract

Kualitas kehidupan kerja merupakan aspek penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dan kinerja pegawai administrasi Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Selogiri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai administrasi Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Selogiri yang berjumlah 30 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dan kinerja pegawai administrasi Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Selogiri. Koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0.098 menunjukkan bahwa bahwa pengaruh variabel independen (Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja) terhadap variabel dependen (Kinerja Pegawai) adalah sebesar 9,8% dan sisanya 90,2% disebabkan oleh faktor lain. Koefisien regresi X sebesar 0.236 menyatakan bahwa setiap penambahan nilai kualitas kehidupan kerja bertambah sebesar 0.236, koefisien regresi tersebut bernilai positif sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa arah pengaruh variabel X terhadap variabel Y adalah positif. Nilai Sig. (0.091) > 0.05 maka Ha ditolak dan Ho diterima, jadi variabel X (Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja) tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel Y (Kinerja Pegawai). Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Meskipun terdapat hubungan positif antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dan kinerja, pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja tergolong lemah dan tidak signifikan secara statistik. Artinya, tidak terdapat cukup bukti untuk menyimpulkan bahwa kualitas kehidupan kerja secara pasti meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) on enhancing students' speaking abilities. PBL, an instructional methodology that emphasizes student-centered inquiry and real-world problem solving, is posited to create an engaging and collaborative learning environment. The research involved a diverse group of students subjected to PBL interventions, where they tackled relevant problems requiring verbal communication and presentation. The findings indicate significant improvements in students' speaking skills, including fluency, coherence, and confidence. The study concludes that PBL is an effective strategy for developing speaking abilities, promoting critical thinking, and fostering authentic communication among learners.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki keampuhan keadilan restoratif dalam mengurangi residivisme dan elemen-elemen yang mempengaruhi keberhasilannya. Keadilan restoratif, sebuah alternatif dari sistem peradilan retributif, berfokus pada perbaikan hubungan antara pelaku, korban, dan masyarakat melalui percakapan dan reparasi. Menurut literatur, keadilan restoratif dapat mengurangi residivisme, meningkatkan kepuasan korban dan pelaku, dan memungkinkan rehabilitasi kerusakan. Namun, karakteristik pelaku dan korban, kualitas fasilitator, masalah budaya dan sosial ekonomi, serta desain dan implementasi program, semuanya berdampak pada keberhasilan keadilan restoratif. Tantangan yang dihadapi antara lain dukungan pemangku kepentingan, keragaman implementasi, integrasi dengan sistem hukum yang ada, sumber daya yang terbatas, dan bukti empiris tentang efektivitas. Terlepas dari tantangan-tantangan tersebut, keadilan restoratif memberikan pilihan yang lebih manusiawi dan rehabilitatif terhadap sistem pidana.

Abstract

Low student participation is an obstacle in the learning process. The business economic learning outcomes of class XII SMK PGRI Sumber Agung still have not reached classical completeness. The reason is that students are not active in classroom learning. To anticipate these problems, the alternative used is through the articulation learning model, because this model is a learning technique so that students can work together with peers. The subjects of this study were XII grade students of SMK PGRI Sumber Agung in the 2023/2024 academic year totaling 20 students. This research is a classroom action research conducted collaboratively between teachers and researchers. This research was carried out in two cycles, namely cycle I, and cycle II. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, tests, and documentation. The data obtained were then analyzed descriptively quantitatively in each cycle. To determine student learning outcomes on the material studied, test questions were used which were then analyzed using the standard reference for the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) >70. From the data analysis of the research results it can be concluded that, (1) learning by using the articulation learning model can improve the learning outcomes of XII grade students of SMK PGRI Sumber Agung on the subject of money and banking. This can be seen from the student learning outcomes in the pre-cycle 55%, in cycle I 70%, and cycle II 90%. (2) Learning by using the articulation learning model can improve the economic learning outcomes of XII grade students at SMK PGRI Sumber Agung, Kecamatan Buay Madang, Kabupaten OKU Timur, this can be seen from the average economic learning outcomes that are increasing and the level of completeness is getting higher.

Abstract

This research focuses on the importance of English pronunciation in language teaching, particularly for students using English as a foreign language. The study highlights the significance of accurate pronunciation in language interpretation and communication, emphasizing the impact of mispronunciation on language comprehension. With the advancement of technology in the Society 4.0 era, the use of pronunciation software, such as the English Language Speech Assistant (ELSA), has become a valuable tool for improving students' pronunciation skills. The ELSA application utilizes speech recognition technology to detect and correct pronunciation errors, providing interactive feedback to enhance students' pronunciation abilities. By incorporating AI-based learning through ELSA Speak, this research aims to enhance students' pronunciation proficiency and promote effective language learning strategies.

Abstract

Task-Based Language Teaching (TBLT) has gained prominence in language education for its effectiveness in enhancing speaking proficiency among English as a Foreign Language (EFL) learners. Unlike traditional methods that focus on isolated grammar and vocabulary instruction, TBLT emphasizes the use of meaningful tasks that mirror real-life communication. This study employs a quasi-experimental design with pre-test and post-test measures to evaluate the effectiveness of TBLT in improving EFL learners' speaking skills. Participants are divided into an experimental group receiving TBLT instruction and a control group receiving traditional instruction. Data is collected through audio recordings of speaking tasks, questionnaires, and interviews to assess aspects such as fluency, accuracy, and complexity. Results indicate that TBLT significantly enhances speaking proficiency by providing authentic communication practice, thereby addressing common challenges such as limited vocabulary, incorrect pronunciation, and lack of confidence. The findings underscore the advantages of TBLT in fostering communicative competence, increasing learner confidence, and creating a supportive learning environment. The study supports the assertion that TBLT is a more effective and engaging approach compared to traditional methods, offering valuable insights into its application in language education

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine social media users' perspectives on learning English using social media. This study collects data using a qualitative descriptive approach, with questionnaires distributed to 26 social media users who are learning English through social media. The data collected through a set of questionnaires can be summarized as follows: 1) The majority of respondents agreed that their English skills improved as a result of using social media; 2) The majority of respondents agreed that they frequently get new vocabulary from social media; 3) The majority of respondents agreed that they can improve their speaking using the duet feature on social media; and 4) The majority of respondents agreed that they can get English material on social media; 5) The majority of respondents agree they enjoy learning English using social media; 6) The majority of respondent use of social media makes it easier to learn English. Therefore, the use of social media provides benefits for its user to learn English.
