Abstract

A teacher should ensure a learning process is carried out well and achieves learning objectives. The problems encountered at the SMK Negeri Cipatujah at this time are how the implementation of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic can be effective and efficient, the existing teacher problem is in the preparation of the syllabus, the components in the syllabus are not filled out completely and clearly, the learning materials are only written only names only books, the method is not written down, the learning steps are not clear, the evaluation used is not available, and the motivation and apperception used by the teacher is not clear. The lesson plan prepared by the teacher is not in accordance with what is carried out when learning in class, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an increase in the ability of teachers in making learning administration or the completeness of online learning tools with the implementation of the supervision of the Principal at Cipatujah State Vocational School for the 2020/2021 Academic Year. Furthermore, the purpose of this school action research is to find out the improvement of teachers' abilities in making learning administration or the completeness of online learning tools through the supervision of the Principal at SMK Negeri Cipatujah for the 2020/2021 Academic Year. The research method used is the School Action Research method, because the research is conducted to solve the problem of the learning process in schools. This study describes how a School Action Research technique is implemented at SMK Negeri Cipatujah. The conclusions are 1) there is an increase in the ability of teachers in making learning administration or completeness of online learning tools. The results of pre-action coaching on the ability of teachers to make online learning tools complete, it was found that teachers still had difficulty in making learning administration or online learning tools complete because so far learning still requires classrooms as a face-to-face place, implementation of learning during the pandemic requires teachers to use applications so that students can use it online, while teachers in using online applications are also still learning and a weak internet network is one of the obstacles to implementing learning during this pandemic. 2) Through the supervision of the Principal at the SMK Negeri Cipatujah for the 2020/2021 academic year, the teacher's ability to make online learning tools has increased significantly. If in the first cycle the total average value of the teacher's competence only increased from the first cycle, namely the percentage of completeness 66.67% and 88.89% in the second cycle the teacher was generally said to be complete with the total increase in the teacher's average score was 8.67 and the total percentage increase is 22.22%, this shows the improvement efforts made by researchers in the second cycle bring changes. Academic supervision is effectively used to increase teacher competence at SMK Negeri Cipatujah in making online learning tools. 3) Teacher activities show that coaching activities through academic supervision are useful and can help teachers at SMK Negeri Cipatujah improve their pedagogical competencies.

Abstract

The problems of this study were 1) the process of resolving the crime of traffic accident committed by a child which causing death in Jurisdiction Police Cirebon, 2) the difference between the completion of the crime of traffic accident by a child which causing death by perpetrators of adults in Police Cirebon City? 3) consideration of the law by the police in the Cirebon City Police enforcement of laws against the crime of traffic accident causing death committed by a child.The method used is research that combines Juridical and Empirical. The source of research data derived from primary data and secondary data obtained by collecting documents and interviewing criminal cases with informants.Based on research findings conducted by researchers regarding law enforcement in case of a traffic accident causing death committed by minors resolved with the criminal justice process method to process outside the criminal justice and restorative justice approach that is Diversion. Based on Act No. 11 of 2012 on the Criminal Justice System Child involvement of multiple stakeholders in the settlement became a mandatory provision. Constraints law enforcement officials in the execution of diversion itself is the factor of legal, officials law enforcement factors, community factors and factors of facilities and infrastructure.Keywords: Law Enforcement; Police; Accident; Traffic; Child.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan menigkatkan keaktifan dan prestasi belajar mahasiswamelalui implementasi Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) dan Kuis. Penelitian ini dengan subyek mahasiswa perekam medis semester genap tahun ajaran tahun ajaran 2013/2014 Tingkat 2 kelas E. Pengambilan data menggunakan metode observasi, angket, tes tulis dan perbuatan, serta dokumentasi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tiga siklus. Setiap siklus dilakukan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian pada siklus I, aktifitas pembelajaran klasikal mencapai 58,66%. Hal ini belum mencapai peningkatan proses pembelajaran yang diharapkan yaitu 60-70%. Namun proses pembelajaran kelompok telah mencapai 84,4 % dengan target 70-80%, dan kuis mencapai 83,45% dengan target 70-80%. Sedangkan hasil belajar mencapai 75% siswa mencapai nilai 60 - >60 dengan rerata nilai 64,68 sedangkan target yang ditentukan 100% tuntas mencapai nilai 60 - >60. Pada Siklus II terjadi peningkatan proses pembelajaran klasikal menjadi 77,5%. Proses Pembelajaran kelompok meningkat menjadi 90,62%. Dan Pembelajaran kuis meningkat menjadi 90,72%. Sedangkan hasil belajar mencapai rerata 73,43% dengan 100 % siswa mencapai 60 - >60. Pada siklus III terjadi peningkatan proses pembelajaran klasikal menjadi 97,05%. Proses Pembelajaran kelompok meningkat menjadi 95,31%, dan proses kegiatan kuis meningkat menjadi 90,72%. Sedangkan hasil belajar mencapai rerata 79,37% dengan 100% siswa mencapai nilai 60 >60. Dengan demikian semua target yang ditetapkan telah tercapai.Kata Kunci: Terminologi Medis, STAD, Keaktifan, Prestasi Belajar

Abstract

AbstrakKeberadaan unit rekam medis pada suatu rumah sakit sangat penting. Hal ini karena sebagai sumber informasi yang berasal dari data rekam medis,  oleh sebab itu perlu adanya manajemen mutu  yang baik  dalam penggelolaan rekam medis sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai landasan perencanaan dan untuk menilai kinerja unit pelayanan medis. Permasalahan pengelolaan rekam medis masih terjadi di Rumah Sakit PKU Muhamadiyah Surakarta yaitu  penempatan petugas rekam medis belum sesuai dengan kompetesinya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui  bagaimana penerapan manajemen mutu Sumber daya Manusia di unit rekam medis PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Penelitian ini adalah kualitatif  dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus (Case Study). Informan utama yang dipilih oleh peneliti terdiri 2  koordinator pengelolaan rekam medis  dan Informan Triangulasi  terdiri dari Manajer Unit  Rekam Medis Staf  rekam medis. dan PPSDM. Cara pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara terstruktur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah telah melakukan perencanaan terhadap  rekrutmen petugas rekam medis dengan baik. Pelaksanaan Monitoring dari perencanan karyawan, SOP dan sarana prasarana telah di secara berkala yakni  harian, bulanan dan tahunan. Identifikasi  dari  permasalahan yang timbul adalah  kedisiplinan, loyalitas, ketelitian.Tindakan dan solusi yang telah dilakukan adalah mendapatkan surat peringatan (SP), pemotongan insentif.Kata kunci : Rekam Medis,  Petugas, Manajemen Mutu AbstractThe existence of a medical record unit in a hospital is very important. This is because as a source of information derived from medical record data, therefore it is necessary to have good quality management in medical record management so that it can be used as a basis for planning and to assess the performance of medical service units. The problem of managing medical records still occurs in PKU Muhamadiyah Surakarta Hospital, that is, the placement of medical records officers is not yet in accordance with their competencies. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of quality management of human resources in PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta medical record unit. This research is qualitative using a Case Study approach. The main informants selected by the researchers consisted of 2 coordinators for managing medical records and Triangulation Informants consisting of Staff Records Unit Managers Medical records. and PPSDM. How to collect data using structured interview techniques. The results showed that PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital had planned well the recruitment of medical records officers. Monitoring of the initial planning has been periodically namely daily, monthly and yearly. Identification of problems that arise are discipline, loyalty, accuracy. Abstract

The large number of hospitals in Sukoharjo City makes the people of Sukoharjo City have many choices to determine where they will use health services. The community is very selective about services in hospitals, so that aspects in the Marketing Mix become a benchmark for determining whether or not patients will use health services at the hospital. Marketing Mix is ​​a series of marketing tools used by companies or hospitals continuously to achieve their marketing goals in the target market. This study aims to explore and find obstacles in the implementation of the marketing mix at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital, Sukoharjo. The study used a qualitative descriptive method with a cross-sectional approach and data collection techniques using in-depth interviews with key informants and specialist informants at the hospital. The results of the study showed that marketing mix components such as products, people, and promotions have been implemented well, although there are still some challenges. Excellent services such as ERACS and stitch-free eye surgery have succeeded in attracting patient interest, but promotion through social media has not been optimal, based on a comparison between the number of patients each month and interactions on social media, it was concluded that social media promotion is still not optimal because the number of interactions is still ≥50% of the number of patients. In addition, hospitals face obstacles in implementing telemedicine and homecare services. Recommendations provided include improving digital promotion strategies and developing innovative services to improve hospital competitiveness and hospitals must also consider the suitability between educational background and the work assigned.

Abstract

Umi Barokah Boyolali Hospital is a private hospital with type D which is one of the private hospitals formed to provide services to the community in the form of services that prioritize service in carrying out its activities based on customer satisfaction. Umi Barokah Boyolali Hospital is currently developing to offer health services with target service coverage in Boyolali Regency. Currently, the marketing team at Umi Barokah Boyolali Hospital is starting to develop marketing efforts which are expected to increase patient visits. High competition between hospitals is one of the factors that patient visits at Umi Barokah Boyolali Hospital tend to fluctuate. The marketing team's lack of knowledge regarding Digital Marketing, the large number of job desks for each marketing team member and the lack of supporting equipment result in digital marketing efforts being less than optimal. The marketing strategy that is currently being implemented is still not optimal considering that views on various social media for hospitals are still lacking. The solutions offered through this Community Service activity are (1) Providing education regarding the Digital Marketing Hospital Transformation Strategy (2) Providing education regarding the Digital Marketing Hospital Transformation Strategy method which can be applied in hospitals (3) Training on the Digital Marketing Hospital Transformation Strategy which combines Media Content Marketing, Collaboration Transformation, Expanding Social Media Networks, Optimizing Patient Services through digital marketing. The methods used in this community service include: (1) Increasing the marketing team's knowledge regarding the Digital Marketing Hospital Transformation Strategy to increase the number of patient visits; (2) Increasing the skills of the marketing team in implementing the Digital Marketing Hospital Transformation Strategy (3) Increasing and developing strategies to produce user interfaces for collecting customer data (4) Mentoring. The outputs of this activity are (1) Publication of service results in the Community Service Journal (2) Videos of PkM activities which can be accessed online; (3) Increasing the knowledge of the Hospital Marketing team through the Digital Marketing Hospital Transformation Strategy; (4) Integration of the results of PkM activities in the Hospital Marketing Management course; (6) Increasing students' skills in implementing the Digital Marketing Hospital Transformation Strategy in the Hospital Marketing Management course

Abstract

Mother is a leader in a family who is tasked with managing the nutritional needs of toddlers. Knowledge about the nutritional needs of toddlers and stunting among PKK mothers in Papahan Village, Tasikmadu is still limited, because many of them come from underprivileged families and have low educational backgrounds so that basic knowledge from the family is not optimal (less attention). This community service activity aims to provide understanding to PKK mothers to know the nutritional needs of toddlers and provide counseling to PKK mothers about stunting. The counseling method is carried out using the lecture method and explanations about the nutritional needs of toddlers and prevention of stunting with posters and power points. The results of this community service activity are that PKK mothers understand the nutritional needs of toddlers and the prevention of stunting. The conclusion of this community service activity is that PKK mothers can know the nutritional needs of toddlers and the prevention of stunting.

Abstract

Penerapan keselamatan pasien di Rumah Sakit Hidayah Boyolali dengan data kejadian insiden keselamatan pasien menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun 2023 terdapat 1 kejadian tidak diharapkan, 6 kejadian tidak cedera, dan 6 kejadian nyaris cedera. Pada tahun 2024, jumlah insiden menurun menjadi 5 kejadian tidak cedera dan 4 kejadian nyaris cedera. Penyebab insiden terbanyak adalah reaksi transfusi darah, kesalahan pemberian obat tanpa efek, dan salah identifikasi pasien. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan mengetahui penerapan keselamatan pasien, kualitas pelayanan rawat inap, serta pengaruh penerapan keselamatan pasien terhadap kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel terdiri dari 52 perawat di unit rawat inap. variabel penerapan keselamatan pasien terhadap kualitas pelayanan rawat inap. Instrumen menggunakan skala ordinal, dan analisis data dilakukan dengan uji Kruskal Wallis. Menunjukan hasil uji Kruskal Wallis, diketahui bahwa hanya dua indikator keselamatan pasien yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan rawat inap, yaitu identifikasi pasien yang benar (p = 0,001) dan komunikasi yang efektif (p = 0,011). Sementara itu, empat indikator lainnya keamanan obat (p = 0,103), ketepatan lokasi/prosedur/pasien operasi (p = 0,150), pengurangan risiko infeksi (p = 0,308), dan pencegahan cedera akibat jatuh (p = 0,088) tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam bidang pelayanan kesehatan merupakan strategi penting dalam meningkatkan efisiensi, efektivitas, dan mutu layanan rumah sakit. Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) merupakan salah satu bentuk digitalisasi pelayanan yang bertujuan mengintegrasikan proses administrasi, pelayanan medis, serta pelaporan rumah sakit secara elektronik dan terstandar. Kinerja tenaga kesehatan adalah hasil atau tingkat keberhasilan seorang tenaga kesehatan dalam melaksanakan tugas sesuai dengan tanggung jawab profesinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan SIMRS terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan di Unit Rawat Jalan Rumah Sakit Kasih Ibu Surakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel sebanyak 65 tenaga kesehatan diperoleh melalui teknik total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner tertutup berskala Likert, dan data dianalisis dengan regresi linier sederhana menggunakan bantuan software SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan SIMRS memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan (nilai signifikansi p = 0,001), dengan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,498. Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh adalah Y = 10,626 + 0,417X, yang menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan penggunaan SIMRS secara langsung berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja tenaga kesehatan. Responden menilai bahwa SIMRS mendukung kecepatan, ketepatan waktu, dan tanggung jawab dalam menyelesaikan tugas. Temuan ini diperkuat oleh penelitian terdahulu yang menyatakan bahwa SIMRS mampu meningkatkan efisiensi, kualitas kerja, dan kepuasan pengguna layanan. Kesimpulannya, SIMRS memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan. Diperlukan upaya optimalisasi sistem serta peningkatan kapasitas pengguna agar SIMRS dapat berfungsi maksimal dalam menunjang pelayanan rumah sakit secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The increase in the number of patient visits at Asy Syifa Sambi General Hospital was not accompanied by an increase in patient satisfaction. In fact, patient satisfaction actually decreased slightly, although it was still within the ideal category. This condition raises questions regarding the role of hospital image in influencing patient satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image on patient satisfaction in the outpatient installation of Asy Syifa Sambi General Hospital, Boyolali. The type of research used was quantitative with a non-experimental design (analytical survey) and a cross-sectional approach. The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents obtained by non-probability sampling technique using the accidental sampling method. Data analysis was carried out through simple linear regression analysis. The results of the univariate analysis showed that the brand image variable was categorized as "Very Good" by 78% of respondents, while 64% of respondents categorized the level of patient satisfaction in the "Very Satisfied" category. In the bivariate analysis with a simple linear regression test, the t-value was 11.106, which was greater than the t-table of 1.984 with a significance level of 0.00 <0.05. These results indicate that brand image has a significant impact on patient satisfaction. Based on these findings, hospitals are advised to continue enhancing their brand image by improving service quality, enhancing the competence of healthcare personnel, and optimizing available facilities. These efforts are expected to maintain and increase patient satisfaction levels. Future research should include other variables, such as service quality, trust, or patient loyalty, to obtain more comprehensive results regarding the factors influencing patient satisfaction.
