Abstract

The development of Islamic economic theory starts from the revelation of the verses about the economy in the Qur'an, such as: Q.S. Al-Baqarah verse 275 and 279 on the sale and usury; Q.S. Al-Baqarah verse 282 of bookkeeping transactions; Q.S. Al-Maidah paragraph 1 of the contract; Q.S. An-Nisa 'verse 5 and 10 as well as Q.S. Al-Araf verse 31 about the search settings, care and spend their wealth. According to At-Tariqi, these verses show that Islam has set economic staple since pensyariatan Islam (time of the Prophet.), And methodically continued by his successors (rashidun). At this time, the shape perokonomian problems have not been very varied, so the theories that emerged was not diverse. It's just a very substantial from the development of this thinking is the commitment to the realization of the vision of Islam rahmatan lil 'alamin.

Abstract

The discrepancies qiraat the Koran is not a fictitious result of the creation or the scholars qiraat experts. Various qira'at Qur'an is solely delivered by history with a saheeh sanad from the Prophet. Differences qira'at kaifiyat originated from a teacher in delivering / qira'at read it to his disciples, and this activity continues from one generation to the next. From some differences'i'rab proposed by scholars of language and words or phrases mufassirin the verses of the Koran, was only partially affect the difference of meaning.

Abstract

Starting from a question, why the behavior of most students comes out of good behavior while having understood moral education? This is because morality is only given seminars, notified, informed, not accustomed to, trained and given examples. Ibn Miskawaih emphasizes that behavior must be familiarized and trained, as is the case with tri-success guidance in which there is an alim (religious understanding) the orientation is understanding of basic obligations such as holy-unclean, lawful-haram and others, wise the orientation is good character, polite, and courteous in situations and conditions, while independent orientation is not relying on other people in any case, thus it must be familiarized, trained and given an example not just being told, informed and in seminars all oriented to the goals of Islamic education. Descriptive qualitative research method, this is carried out to build knowledge through understanding and discovery, the analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions.

Abstract

The awareness of hygiene issues for Islam is deep. The Prophet Muhammad's hadith emphasized that Islam was built on immaculacy. Hygiene is the foremost prerequisite in operating out all parts of life, concerning outer and inner levels. This report portrays the interpretation of QS. al-Muddatsir:4 regarding hygiene's topic utilizing a comparative interpretation approach between Wahbah al-Zuhaili and Quraish Shihab. This investigation desires to discover the hygiene substance amid numerous distinct interpretations. The research approach used is to perform a descriptive study of the collected library data. The outcomes demonstrated that the bits of knowledge between Wabah al-Zuhaili and Quraish Shibab were distinguishable. Al-Zuhaili interpreted "hygiene" with the definition of majazi while Quraish Shihab with the authentic substance.

Abstract

This study aims to describe in a systematic, actual, and accurate manner regrading the conflict management practices of the Madrasah Principal at MTs Bumi Sholawat Central Lampung. The source of the data in this study came from the stakeholders of MTs Bumi Sholawat Central Lampung which are the parties involved in it. Researchers used data collection technique through observation and interviews, then analyzed the data that had been collected from the beginning of the study to the end of the study with data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research was conducted periodically from January 11, 2022 to March 02, 2022. This research was conducted to obtain valid data on conflict management practices for Madrasah Prinsipals at MTs Bumi Sholawat, Central Lampung. The result of this study indicate that the practice of conflict management has been implemented by the Head of Madrasah at MTs Bumi Sholawat Central Lampung. The conflict management practice carried out by the Madrasah Principal of MTs Bumi Sholawat Central Lampung refers to the theory of conflict management styles, namely by practicing the styles of competition, collaboration, compromise, avoidance, and accommodation.

Abstract

The verses in the Qur'an are categorized into two types: first, the verses that were revealed as guidance and guidance for humans without being preceded by certain causes, and second, the verses that were revealed in response to events and reality. what happened in the community where the Qur'an was revealed. Although in quantity, fewer verses of the Qur'an were revealed due to certain reasons, but the scholars paid special attention to these verses through a discussion of the reasons for the revelation of the verses of the Qur'an or commonly known as the Qur'anic verses. Asbab al-Nuzul science. The results obtained in this article are first, because the revelation of verse 26 is due to the denial of unbelievers and hypocrites to the parables made by Allah SWT for them in surah al-Baqarah verses 17 and 19. Second, the content of the interpretation in the verse 26 in Surah al-Baqarah which explains the purpose of Allah's parable in the verse, also explains the nature of the characteristics of believing Muslims and the nature of hypocrites, and explains the recompense for the fasiq who Allah has misguided with his parables. . Third, the interpretation of verse 26 in surah al-Baqarah because al-Nuzul is two interrelated elements (relevant), which is a rebuttal verse against the denial of hypocrites to the parable made by Allah SWT, and the parable is in line with the meaning His word is that he does not hesitate to use it (mosquito) as an example.

Abstract

Ganjaran positif (apresiasi) dan ganjaran negatif (sanksi) dibolehkan dalam pendidikan dengan tujuan memperbaiki, ganjaran positif diberikan sebagai bentuk apresiasi (Az-Zalzalah: 7), sedangkan ganjaran negatif (sanksi) adalah bentuk-bentuk upaya bagi peserta didik untuk instropeksi (Az-Zalzalah: 8).Tujuan dari Penelitian Ini Menemukan bahwa ganjaran negatif(sanksi) tidak selalu berkonotasi negatif. Dalam Riset ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan sumber utama tafsir klasik dan kontemporer.adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah Sanksi menjadi pertimbangan dalam proses belajar mengajar penting karena belajar adalah proses mengubah tingkah laku, dan penghargaan dapat merangsang rangsangan belajar siswa bertingkahlaku.

Abstract

The increasing awareness of Muslim consumers about the importance of halal cosmetics will affect purchasing decisions for these products. For this reason, producers must convince consumers that the cosmetics they produce and sell are guaranteed to be halal. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between halal awareness, religiosity, and purchasing decisions. The methodology used in this research was quantitative with SEM-SmartPLS analysis tool. The study was conducted on 115 Muslim consumers in Pekanbaru, Riau Province with a purposive sampling procedure. The results of this study indicated that there is a positive influence of halal awareness on religiosity, a positive influence of religiosity on purchasing decisions, and the influence of halal awareness on purchasing decisions. Halal awareness can explain religiosity by 62.7% and has a strong correlation. Religiosity can explain purchasing decisions by 69% and also it has a strong correlation. The theoretical implication is that halal awareness and religiosity should be used as a theoretical basis and measure in purchasing decisions. The managerial implication is to prioritize raw materials, production processes and include halal labels on every cosmetic product produced.

Abstract

The embodiment of public trust cannot be carried out by all pilgrimage guidance groups, in order to attract people's hearts. This effort requires perfect service and cooperation with alumni of the pilgrims. KBIHU Nurul Haramain has congregations that increase in volume from year to year. Done by good service in reliability system, professional management, and other capabilities. This research was conducted using a qualitative method, with a descriptive type, and the data was taken directly from KBIHU Nurul Haramain through direct interviews, observation and documentation. While the data analysis is by collecting all the data, reducing the data and concluding the data, the validity of the data uses the triangulation model (researchers, data sources, methods and theories). This research uses Sunarno's theory about alumni involvement in an institution. The results of research in this journal are to form a forum for alumni reunion of pilgrims, create good relations with alumni of pilgrims, collaborate with alumni, and create quality alumni, so as to increase public trust.
