Abstract

This study aims to analyze the trends in digital payment usage, the key factors influencing adoption, and the roles of Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use in driving user interest. A systematic literature review approach was employed, analyzing scholarly articles from the past decade (2014–2024), focusing on technological, behavioral, cultural, and regulatory aspects influencing digital payment adoption. The findings reveal that digital payment adoption has proliferated and is driven by technological advancements such as blockchain, regulatory support, and economic incentives. Perceived Usefulness emerges as a primary factor, offering benefits such as efficiency, cost savings, and enhanced financial inclusion. Meanwhile, Perceived Ease of Use, including intuitive interfaces and AI-based support, strengthens user engagement. This study highlights the importance of user-friendly and locally adaptive service designs. Practically, the findings provide strategic guidance for service providers and policymakers to prioritize intuitive designs, robust security frameworks, and digital literacy programs to foster the development of an inclusive and sustainable digital payment ecosystem.

Abstract

Fraud in government is a major challenge that impacts public trust and the efficiency of state administration. This study aims to analyze the trends, causes, and mitigation strategies of fraud in the government sector through a systematic literature review approach. Based on the fraud triangle theory which includes pressure, opportunity, and rationalization, it was found that fraud in the public sector is often triggered by weak internal control, political and economic pressure, and an organizational culture that is permissive of corruption. Recent trends show an increase in the use of digital technology in fraud modes, especially in data manipulation and public procurement. This study also identifies mitigation strategies, including the implementation of effective internal control, strengthening transparency, ethics education, and collaboration between supervisory institutions. These findings are expected to provide relevant policy recommendations for the government to improve transparency, accountability, and integrity in the public sector.

From the results of the t test in the table, the calculated t value of the banking reputation variable (X1) is 7.082 while the t table value is 1.66105 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. So Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Teller service (X2) is 5.224 while the t table value is 1.66105 with a significant value of 0.004 <0.05. So it can be seen that the calculated t > t table, so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The results of the simultaneous test show that the F count value is 9.553 > F table 2.70 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05, so the regression model explains that banking reputation and teller services together have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Development Bank South Sulawesi area, Mamuju Main Branch
