Abstract

UMKM Has an Important Role in the Economy. Where UMKM performance is very necessary so that UMKM goals are met in the HR Competence owned by UMKM determines the course of UMKM performance, the next stage is in the form of a Simple Financial Management Model. The current macro environmental conditions are not so conducive to the implementation of UMKM activities. UMKM also carries out and forms business networks to expand UMKM partnerships, and facilitates cooperation with other parties so that UMKM performance can run well. Efforts to improve performance are very important, especially those related to HR competency, macro environmental conditions and business networks carried out by UMKM. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of HR Competence and how to process finances, Macro Environment and Business Networks on the Performance of UMKM Cibay (Aci Ngambay) in Karawang. So that this study is useful for adding references to the condition of UMKM performance related to HR compensation and financial management, macro environment and business networks. From the results of this study, two methods were used, namely direct observation and interviews at one of the food businesses, namely Cibay ((Aci Ngambay) precisely in front of the Karawang Square, it can be seen that currently in 2024 this Cibay business already has 4 HR staff. The discussion of this study is to analyze and describe the empowerment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) HR from the start of the business, business success, business failure to surviving until now. Conclusions on financial management that are commonly used and provide information related to how to use working capital management for Mrs. Fitri's business so that the financial management used can help increase sales of food made by Mr. Jaky as an MSME actor.

Abstract

This article discusses the decision-making process in overcoming the shortage of human resources in the Indra Jaya convection as MSMEs. This study was conducted to explore the challenges MSMEs faced in recruiting and managing the workforce and to identify the strategies implemented by managers in dealing with these problems. The research method used was qualitative, with data collection through interviews, observations, and literature studies. The study results indicate that MSMEs face difficulties finding new employees who meet the required criteria, thus requiring stricter recruitment procedures and clear standards. In addition, this article also describes the various decision-making styles used, such as autocratic, participatory, and delegative, as well as systematic steps in the decision-making process. The data collected will be analyzed using thematic analysis techniques to understand how managers carry out decision-making to overcome human resource shortages. These findings are expected to provide insight for MSME owners in improving the effectiveness of HR management to support business sustainability.

Abstract

UMKM Hoki Dimsum which is located at Jl. Sumoroto No 30, Kauman Ponorogo. In the distribution of Hoki Dimsum products, there were several obstacles, namely there was no recording or data collection, resulting in increased expenditure costs. The aim of this research is to optimize shipping costs. The results of research on the initial solution obtained for each NWC method Rp. 13,950, LC Rp. 10,500, and VAM Rp. 11,000. From each distribution with the minimum value, namely the Least Cost (LC) method. By using the three methods NWC, LC, VAM, a minimum cost value of IDR 10,500 is obtained. The routes resulting from the selected method are motorbike (A) to Balong and Mlarak, motorbike (B) to Balong, motorbike (C) to Kauman and Mlarak, motorbike (D) to Mlarak. distribution of dimsum products to Hoki Dimsum MSMEs gets optimal results.  Least Cost (LC) is the most optimal method among the other two methods with the minimum cost of IDR 10,500/week.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate efficient digital marketing techniques for boosting shoe product sales. In order to find and comprehend best practices in digital marketing, this research used a qualitative literature review technique to examine a variety of relevant material, including books, journal articles, and industry reports. The findings demonstrated that successful methods for contacting and interacting with customers included the use of social media, paid advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), and interactive content. While paid advertising aids in rapidly expanding market reach, social media is crucial for increasing brand recognition and engagement. Product exposure is increased via SEO, which facilitates brand discovery for customers. User-generated content (UGC) and user reviews are examples of interactive material that impacts purchasing choices and helps to establish trust. According to the study's findings, shoe product sales may rise significantly and sustainably when quantifiable and consistent digital marketing methods are used. The results provide businesses important information for creating and executing successful digital marketing plans.

Abstract

Artikel ini merupakan hasil review yang bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana influencer marketing, endorsment dan brand image, mempengaruhi minat pembelian konsumen di pasar kosmetik. Di era digital yang semakin berkembang pesat, media sosial telah menjadi salah satu alat pemasaran yang paling efektif bagi banyak perusahaan. Dalam konteks ini, influencer marketing dan endorsement muncul sebagai strategi pemasaran yang efektif dan populer di era digital. Salah satu produk yang menggunakan teknologi periklanan dalam komunikasi pemasaran digital adalah kosmetik. Data yang didapat dari jurnal yang terpublikasi pada google scholar yang total keseluruhan jurnal yang direview berjumlah 45 jurnal. Hasil review menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara influencer marketing, endorsment, dan brand image yang saling memengaruhi minat pembelian dipasar kosmetik untuk membeli suatu produk. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan kosmetik disarankan untuk memanfaatkan influencer yang tepat, memilih endorsment yang sesuai dengan citra produk, dan terus menciptakan citra merek yang positif.

Abstract

Pelatihan sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan investasi strategis untuk meningkatkan kualitas tenaga kerja dan kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh pelatihan SDM terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Epson Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan wawancara mendalam. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan 15 informan, yang terdiri dari manajer pelatihan, supervisor, dan karyawan di divisi manufaktur dan teknis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap pengembangan kompetensi teknis, motivasi kerja, dan produktivitas karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi manajemen keuangan internasional yang dapat m eningkatkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan multinasional di era globalisasi. Dalam kondisi saat ini yang semakin kompleks, perusahaan dihadapkan pada tantangan dan peluang yang beragam, termasuk fluktuasi nilai tukar, perbedaan regulasi, keadaan politik dan kondisi ekonomi yang bervariasi di setiap negara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, mengandalkan studi kepustakaan dari berbagai sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen keuangan internasional yang efektif, melalui strategi seperti hedging, diversifikasi mata uang, perencanaan pajak, serta analisis dan transfer risiko dapat membantu perusahaan meminimalkan risiko dan memaksimalkan peluang. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan dan rekomendasi bagi perusahaan multinasional untuk mengembangkan strategi manajemen keuangan yang adaptif dan responsif terhadap perubahan lingkungan global, guna mencapai keberlanjutan dan pertumbuhan di pasar internasional.

Abstract

This research discusses the influence of training, empowerment of human resources (HR), and work environment on employee performance. Through a systematic literature review (SLR) method that analyzes 18 journals, this research asks three research questions regarding the influence of this third factor on employee performance. The research results show that the work environment has a significant influence on employee performance, especially through job satisfaction as a mediator. Apart from that, training and empowerment of human resources also makes a positive contribution to performance. The work environment is divided into physical and non-physical, while training aims to improve employee knowledge and skills. Empowerment gives employees autonomy and confidence to innovate. This research suggests companies improve work environment training and achieve better employee performance, as well as the importance of the interaction between work stress, work environment, training and empowerment in influencing employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the optimization of the distribution efficiency of Kue Aris UMKM in Jabung Ponorogo using the linear programming transportation method. The three techniques used are Vogel's Approximation (VAM), Least Cost (LC), and North West Corner (NWC). The results of the study indicate that the minimum distribution costs are NWC Rp1,705,000, LC Rp1,635,000, and VAM Rp1,515,000. This shows that the VAM method is the most effective in minimizing distribution costs. This study contributes to the management of goods distribution in the UMKM sector with a data-based approach and quantitative analysis.

Abstract

Seiring berkembangnya dunia bisnis dan persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat, perilaku konsumen kini menjadi tantangan berbagai sektor bisnis dan berbagai sektor bisnis dituntut agar selalu dapat memahami perilaku konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah harga dan kualitas produk secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Maranatha Store. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kausal komparatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Kota Bandung yang pernah berbelanja ke Maranatha Store dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 150 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu non-probability sampling dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai teknik pengambilan data. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan memakai SPSS (statistical product and service solutions) sebagai alat bantu. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa harga dan kualitas produk secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Maranatha Store.
