Abstract

This study aims to analyse the implementation of production quality control at Konveksi Dimas Bag Collection in Grobogan. Adopting a case study research design with a survey method, this study specifically examines the effectiveness of product quality control using the Statistical Process Control (SPC) method. The analysis process includes determining quality standards, comparing them with production results, and evaluating defective products using SPC control tools to generate recommendations for improvement. The results indicate that the quality control process at Konveksi Dimas Bag Collection is not yet fully under control. This is statistically proven through a control chart that shows four data points outside the Upper Control Limit (UCL) and Lower Control Limit (LCL), namely in January (0.250), March (0.336), June (0.339), and August (0.303). This finding confirms the first hypothesis (H1) that quality control has not been implemented properly. Furthermore, five dominant types of defects were identified: folded seams, understitching, torn fabric, loose seams, and misaligned seams. The cause-and-effect analysis shows that the factors causing damage originate from human, machine, material, and work method aspects, which also support the validity of the second hypothesis (H2).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of risk perception, financial behavior, and investment knowledge on investment decisions among Generation Z in Surakarta City. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method with 75 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS. The results indicate that risk perception, financial behavior, and investment knowledge significantly affect investment decisions. The adjusted R² value of 0.801 implies that 80,1% of the variation in investment decisions can be explained by the three independent variables, while the remaining 19,1% is influenced by other variables outside the research model. This study supports Kahneman’s Prospect Theory and the Theory of Planned Behavior, which explain that risk perception, attitudes, and knowledge shape individual investment behavior. The findings are expected to provide practical contributions for young investors, regulators, and capital market practitioners in designing financial literacy programs and effective investment strategies.

Abstract

LPK Hinode Mandiri Karanganyar is an educational and skills institution that focuses on Japanese language training to prepare students who want to study and work in Japan. The research question in this study is whether there is a significant influence of service quality, price, and promotion on students' decisions to choose training at LPK Hinode Mandiri Karanganyar. This study aims to analyze the significance of the influence of service quality, price, and promotion on students' decisions to choose training at LPK Hinode Mandiri Karanganyar. The usefulness of this study is as a basis for consideration and input for LPK Hinode Mandiri Karanganyar, as well as a reference for future research using the same or different variables of service quality, price, and promotion with phenomena that are relevant in the future. The research hypothesis is that service quality, price, and promotion are positively and significantly influential on students' decisions to choose LPK Hinode Mandiri Karanganyar. This study uses a survey method conducted on students who have chosen and registered for training at LPK Hinode Mandiri Karanganyar from 2024 to April 2025. The required data includes the profile, vision, and mission of LPK Hinode Mandiri Karanganyar, the number of students, student responses, respondents' answers regarding service quality, price, promotions, and decision-making. The data source is primary data. Data collection techniques include questionnaires and direct observation. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling approach with 50 respondents. Data analysis techniques use the SEM method with outer model testing, inner model testing, and hypothesis testing using the SmartPLS 3.0. Outer model test showed that the convergent validity of all questionnaire items was above 0.70, the discriminant validity with the HTMT criterion was less than 1, and the composite reliability value of each variable was greater than 0.70. Therefore, it can be concluded that all questionnaire items are valid and reliable. The results of the inner model test consist of an R2 test value of 0.684, meaning that the decision to choose variable can be explained by the variables of service quality, price, and promotion by 68.4%, while the remaining 31.6% is influenced by other variables outside this research model. The Q2 value is greater than 0, indicating that the variables of service quality, price, and promotion can serve as predictive relevance for the decisionto choose variable. The GoF test yields an SRMR value of 0.091 < 0.1, indicating that the model is increasingly fit, and an NFI value of 0.694 within the range of 0–1, indicating that the model is fit. The hypothesis test shows a p-value of 0.001, indicating that service quality has a positive and significant effect on the decision to choose, price has a p-value of 0.212, indicating that price has a positive but insignificant effect on the decision to choose, and promotion has a p-value of 0.805, indicating that promotion has a positive but insignificant effect on the decision to choose.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, business capital, and tourism development on the income of MSME entrepreneurs in the Pesona Wisata Pasar Ndhoplang area, Slogohimo District, Wonogiri Regency. MSMEs play an essential role in developing the local economy, especially in tourism areas. However, many MSME actors face challenges in financial management, limited capital, and suboptimal tourism development that affect their business income. Prior to regression analysis, this study conducted classical assumption tests including normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation tests to ensure model validity. Further analysis involved partial tests (t-test), simultaneous tests (F-test), and the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R²) to measure the model’s explanatory power. The results indicate that financial literacy, business capital, and tourism development have a positive and significant effect on MSME performance. The F-test confirmed that all three independent variables simultaneously have a significant influence on the dependent variable. The coefficient of determination (R²) demonstrates that variations in MSME performance can be substantially explained by financial literacy, business capital, and tourism development, while the remaining variation is influenced by other factors outside the research model.

Abstract

Financial management is the activity of planning, organizing, staffing, implementing, and controlling financial functions. The main goal of financial management is to maximize the value of the company. One of the indicators used to measure company value in the capital market is stock price, as financial decisions are reflected in it. This study aims to analyze: 1) The influence Return on Assets on stock prices in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019–2023 period, 2) The influence of Earnings per Share on stock prices in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019–2023 period, 3) The influence of the Debt to Equity Ratio on stock prices in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019–2023 period.  The research method used is a quantitative method, utilizing SPSS 25.0 to analyze the data. The data source used in this study is secondary data. The population in this research consists of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample consists of 17 companies, selected using a purposive sampling technique. The data collection method employed is literature study. The data analysis techniques include descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination test. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis in this study are : Y = 4581.417 – 19963.401 X1 + 3686.066 X2 – 1623.543 X3 + e. The results of the t-test show that Return on Assets does not have a significant effect on stock prices of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange; Earnings per Share has a significant effect on stock prices of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange; and the Debt to Equity Ratio does not have a significant effect on stock prices of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of the F-test show an F value of 10.940 with a significance value (p-value) of 0.001, which is less than 0.05. Therefore, H₀ is rejected and Hₐ is accepted, indicating that the model used in the study is appropriate for predicting the influence of the independent variables X1 (Return on Assets), X2 (Earnings per Share), and X3 (Debt to Equity Ratio) on the dependent variable, which is stock price (Y). The result of the coefficient of determination (adjusted R Square) for this model is 0.651, meaning that 65.1% of the variation in stock prices (Y) can be explained by the independent variables X1 (Return on Assets), X2 (Earnings per Share), and X3 (Debt to Equity Ratio). The remaining 34.9% is influenced by other variables outside the model.
