Abstract

This quantitative survey study was conducted in the village government environment in Slogohimo Subdistrict, Wonogiri Regency, with the main objective of testing the significance of the influence of internal control systems, transparency, and the application of village financial systems on the successful management of village funds. Using primary data collected from 60 respondents through a validated and reliability-tested questionnaire, this study applied multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R2) for analysis. The results of the study indicate that internal control systems and the application of village financial systems do not have a significant influence on the success of village fund management. Conversely, transparency has been proven to have a significant influence. Collectively, the adjusted R-square value of 0.617 indicates that these three variables only contribute 38.3% to the variation in the success of village fund management.

Abstract

This study investigates two main hypotheses: the significant influence of boycott movements on social media and religiosity on McDonald's purchase interest after the boycott. Using a quantitative approach, this study collected data from 120 Generation Z respondents in Central Kalimantan through a questionnaire, using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using a series of statistical methods, including descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R2).The results of the study indicate that the boycott movement on social media has a negative and significant influence, indicating that the more intense the boycott movement, the lower the consumer purchasing interest. Conversely, religiosity has a positive and significant effect, indicating that higher levels of religiosity correlate with increased purchasing interest. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.594 or 59.4% indicates that this model has moderate predictive power, where 59.4% of the variation in purchasing interest is explained by the two independent variables. The remaining 40.6% is influenced by other variables outside the model, such as price, competitor product quality, promotions, recommendations from public figures or peers, and consumer awareness levels.

Abstract

This quantitative survey research was conducted in Surakarta, Central Java, with a focus on Generation Z workers. The objective of this study was to examine the influence of workplace bullying, workplace gossip, and workplace incivility on turnover intention. This study employed non-probability sampling techniques with a purposive sampling approach, utilising primary data collected from 150 respondents through a validated and reliability-tested questionnaire. The analysis of the data was conducted through the utilisation of classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R2). The findings indicated that workplace bullying and incivility did not exert a substantial influence on the intention to turnover. In contrast, workplace gossip was found to have a significant effect. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (R²) of 18.2% indicates that the three independent variables only contribute a small portion (18.2%) of the variation in intention to leave, while the remaining 81.8% is influenced by factors outside the model studied.

Abstract

This study was designed to empirically examine the influence of the village financial system, transparency, and the Government Internal Control System (SPIP) on the accountability of village fund management in the village government of Jatipurno Subdistrict, Wonogiri Regency. The research methodology used was a quantitative survey with primary data sources. A sample of 45 respondents was obtained through purposive sampling, and a questionnaire instrument was used for data collection. Data analysis techniques included multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test). The results of the study concluded as follows: (1) The village financial system, transparency, and SPIP individually proved to have a significant effect on the accountability of village fund management. (2) The value of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²) was 0.777, indicating that 23.3% of the variation in the dependent variable was explained by the independent variables.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis signifikansi pengaruh cita rasa, harga dan variasi produk terhadap minat beli ulang kopi keliling Cuphi Kopi di Kota Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 konsumen Cuphi Kopi yang berdomisili di Kota Surakarta. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil analisis regresi linier diperoleh persamaan Y = 2,525 + 0,661 X1 + 0,316 X2 + 0,003 X3 + e. hasil uji t menunjukkan cita rasa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang, karena memiliki nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan variasi produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang, karena memiliki nilai signifikansi 0,977 > 0,05. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa model regresi ini memiliki nilai F hitung 113,393 dengan nilai (p-value) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, artinya model regresi sudah tepat untuk memprediksi minat beli ulang. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R²) menunjukkan besarnya sumbangan pengaruh variabel independent terhadap dependen sebesar 77,3% sisanya 22,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar variabel yang diteliti, seperti promosi, kualitas pelayanan, citra merek, atau lokasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi determinan kinerja keuangan pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kecamatan Jatiyoso, dengan memfokuskan pada kontribusi literasi keuangan, adopsi financial technology, dan implementasi digital marketing. Sebagai pilar fundamental perekonomian nasional, UMKM kerap dihadapkan pada kendala manajerial, terutama dalam hal manajemen finansial yang efektif serta adaptasi terhadap disrupsi teknologi dan pemasaran digital. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data primer melalui kuesioner yang diadministrasikan kepada 75 pelaku UMKM yang dipilih melalui teknik simple random sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan model regresi linear berganda untuk menguji hipotesis. Temuan empiris mengindikasikan bahwa secara parsial, literasi keuangan (p=0,007), financial technology (p=0,001), dan digital marketing (p=0,036) masing-masing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara statistik terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM. Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of digital marketing, price, and product quality on consumer purchasing decisions at Toko Kondang Sukoharjo, a reputable second-hand clothing store (thrift shop) in the Sukoharjo area. The research question is based on the need to understand the determining factors that shape purchasing decisions at this store, with the initial hypothesis that the three independent variables have a significant influence. This study is expected to provide an informative basis for consumers in their decision-making. The method used is a quantitative survey with primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to 101 respondents. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with specific criteria. The results of the data analysis show that partially (t-test), the variables of digital marketing, price, and product quality each have a statistically significant influence on purchasing decisions. Similarly, the results of the simultaneous test (F-test) confirm that these three variables together have a significant effect. The analysis of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) produced a value of 0.741, indicating that 74.1% of the variation in purchasing decisions can be explained by the variables of digital marketing, price, and product quality.

Abstract

The phenomenon of this research, the less than optimal performance of employees at the Boyolali Trade and Industry Service, is marked by a decline in employee performance in 2023 and 2024. The factors causing the decline in employee performance include work discipline, organizational culture and work stress. The purpose of this study (1) to analyze the significance of the influence of work discipline on the performance of employees of the Boyolali Trade and Industry Service, (2) to analyze the significance of the influence of organizational culture on the performance of employees of the Boyolali Trade and Industry Service, (3) to analyze the significance of the influence of work stress on the performance of employees of the Boyolali Trade and Industry Service. The population of this study was all employees of the Boyolali Trade and Industry Service, with a total of 60 people. This study used saturated sampling, namely taking all members of the population as samples. The data collection technique used a questionnaire assessed on a 5-point Likert scale. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that (1) Work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Boyolali Trade and Industry Service, indicated by p value (0.012) < 0.05, thus hypothesis 1 is proven. (2) Organizational culture has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Boyolali Trade and Industry Service, indicated by p value (0.000) < 0.05, thus hypothesis 2 is proven. (3) Work stress has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Boyolali Trade and Industry Service, indicated by p value (0.002) < 0.05, thus hypothesis 3 is proven.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of field work experience (PKL), motivation to enter the workforce, and employability skills on the work readiness of class XII MPLB students at SMKN 1 Karanganyar. The research method used was quantitative with data collection techniques through questionnaires and document analysis. The research sample consisted of 70 students selected using saturated sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS Statistics 17. The results showed that the three independent variables had a positive and significant effect on work readiness, both partially and simultaneously. The highest contribution was given by motivation to enter the workforce (33.6%), followed by employability skills (12.3%) and PKL experience (6.3%). Overall, the three variables contributed 52.2% to students' work readiness. These findings imply the importance of improving the quality of PKL, strengthening student motivation, and developing employability skills in the vocational school curriculum.

Abstract

This study was designed to empirically test the significance of the influence of brand ambassadors (X₁), price (X₂), and product quality (X₃) on the purchase decision (Y) of Chitato products among the Carat community in Solo. The methodology used was a quantitative survey of 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling. The data were analysed using multiple linear regression after passing validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The results of the study concluded as follows: (1) The regression equation formed is Y = -1.935 + 0.258X₁ + 0.281X₂ + 0.394X₃ + e. (2) Partially, the t-test confirmed that brand ambassadors, price, and product quality had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. (3) Simultaneously, the F test shows that the regression model is significant. (4) The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) is 61.4%, which means that the simultaneous contribution of the three independent variables to the dependent variable is 61.4%, while the remaining 38.6% is influenced by other variables outside the model.
