JPM Pambudi merupakan jurnal yang dikelola dibawah unit Pusat Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat IKIP Budi Utomo Malang. Jurnal yang berbasis pada pengabdian masyarakat ini difokuskan pada empat (4) Pilar isu-isu unggulan Perguruan tinggi IKIP Budi Utomo Malang, yaitu: pengabdian yang konsen pada isu isu pendidikan berwawasan kearifan lokal, pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat, kesehatan masyarakat dan lingkungan hidup, serta pengabdian yang memacu pada upaya pengelolaan keragaman di masyarakat sekitar kampus –kampus multi-etnik di Malang. Melalui empat isu di atas sekaligus menjembatani visi dan misi perguruan tinggi IKIP Budi Utomo Malang. Untuk itu pengembangan kampus melalui pusat penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat ini akan terus membangun kemitraan strategis baik dengan masyarakat, universitas serta para pemangku kebijakan lokal nasional maupun internasional.

Abstract

Every organization is required to develop an activity-based financial system that is effective and efficient. Therefore, the financial performance of the organization must be based on the form of a budget that reflects these objectives. A budget that is able to reflect effectiveness and efficiency is the activity based costing (ABC method) budget method. Through this activity-based costing-based budgeting method, organizations can see and monitor the use of budgets and costs in accordance with the activities needed to carry out organizational performance. Activity-based budget construction training can provide assistance and benefits in the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of performance. Thus, all budget requirements and cost items can be tracked and their use can be accounted for. Activitybased budgeting also greatly facilitates rational and reliable decision-making so that in the end it can reflect an organizational management based on good corporate governance

Abstract

Garbage becomes a problem, when waste is perceived as useless material, creates bad smells, is harmful to the environment, causes pollution to the surrounding environment, invites disease bacteria, kills marine life, spoils the view, and many other negative perceptions. One strategy for dealing with waste is to teach children at SMP Negeri 2 Wagir, Sukodadi Village, Wagir District, Malang Regency about turning waste into useful things, namely by making a simple composter using used bottles that function as a means of converting organic waste (leaves and paper) into solid and liquid fertilizers. This service activity focuses on organic waste that can be turned into compost (solid fertilizer and liquid fertilizer). The skill of making compost is actually simple, but it must be taught because it turns out that not many children know about it, let alone practice it in everyday life. The purpose of this activity is to study the method and process of making compost by means of anaerobic fermentation with the help of EM4 bioactivator as decomposing bacteria and brown sugar for bacterial food, and to determine optimal operating conditions in order to obtain maximum compost both qualitatively and quantitatively. The method in this activity goes through 5 stages, namely the first stage is presentation of the material, the second stage is the practice of making a simple composter using used bottles, the third stage is making composter liquid consisting of EM4 bioactivator, sugar and water, the fourth stage is mixing organic waste with composter liquid , the fifth stage is forcing the trash into the bottle. The results of the activities that have been carried out are training in making compost as a result of processing organic waste. Based on the activities that have been carried out, students are able to practice environmentally friendly waste management both at school and in everyday life.

Abstract

Based on a joint agreement between the community service team and partners, in this case, SDN 1 Mangir, it is necessary to provide assistance to improve students' literacy and numeracy skills. The purpose of the service is to improve literacy and numeracy skills in SDN 1 Mangir students through mentoring activities. The methods used include observation, design, implementation, and evaluation. The place of service is held at SDN 1 Mangir. The service instrument used is in the form of observation sheets, reading interest rubrics in the Pojok Literasi, and tests of literacy and numeracy skills. The results of community service activities show that 1) partners respond positively to the implementation of community service activities, 2) the implementation of community service activities are in accordance with the achievement targets, and 3) literacy skills of 92.2% and numeration of 68.7%. Community service activities really help SDN 1 Mangir as a partner in improving students' literacy and numeracy skills.

Abstract

This community service activity regarding counseling on juvenile delinquency for students of SMP Negeri 01 Tirtoyudo, Tirtoyudo District, Malang Regency aims to fix the dilapidated lifestyle of junior high school students who are in their teens and what negative effects they get when they choose to be outside the scope of his teenage years. They can experience negative effects if outside their scope, among other things. abuse of narcotics, sex outside of marriage, promiscuity, rape, bullying and even brawls. The method used in this community service activity is direct counseling in collaboration with several agencies such as the Gadungsari village hall, the SMP N 1 Tirtoyudo school and the Tirtoyudo sub-district Community Health Center The material presented in this counseling activity is various kinds of juvenile delinquency, the bad effects that will be felt when entering into juvenile delinquency and how to overcome so as not to fall into this behavior. The output of this counseling activity is that students at SMP Negeri 1 Tirtoyudo are equipped to be able to respond to the impact of the progress of the globalization era, one of which is having a bad impact on those who are unable to sort out the good things. They are expected to be able to realize these provisions in themselves so that they become superior quality next generations.

Abstract

Bullying has always been a hot topic of conversation. Bullying is an action taken by a person to hurt, mentally drop another person by committing violence so that the victim receives all forms of treatment from the bully (Yonita & Karneli, 2019). The impact of bullying is very large, the victim can become depressed and traumatized so that in the future the victim will close himself off from outside influences and feel devastated and eventually commit suicide. The Minister of Education and Culture (Mendikbud) Nadiem Makarim explained the results of the character survey that had been conducted. The survey involved 260 thousand schools in Indonesia at the elementary/madrasah to high school/vocational school levels. There were 6.5 million students and 3.1 million teachers involved in the survey. From the survey, there was 24.4 percent of the potential for bullying in schools. In an effort to serve to increase understanding of the impact of bullying at Taman Siswa Batu Middle School, the method used was a socialization which was held on Tuesday 14 February 2023. So the results of the socialization increased the understanding of students and teachers at Taman Siswa Middle School, Batu City about the effects of bullying.

Abstract

Community service activities regarding counseling on juvenile delinquency for students of SD Negeri 1 Gadungsari, Tirtoyudo District, Malang Regency aim to reduce the risk of disease in school children (aged 6-10 years), create a supportive learning atmosphere because a clean school environment can increase student enthusiasm and learning achievement at school. They can experience negative impacts if they do not carry out PHBS in the school environment, such as diseases that arise due to unhealthy lifestyles, and the impact of an unclean school environment. The method used in this community service activity is direct counseling in collaboration with several agencies, namely the Gadungsari Village Government and Gadungsari 1 Public Elementary School. The material presented in the counseling activities included various PHBS in the school environment, the negative impact of not doing PHBS in the school environment. The output of this counseling activity is that Grade VI students at SD Negeri 1 Gadungsari will be equipped to be able to apply PHBS in the school environment and to respond to the impact of an environment that does not implement PHBS which has a negative impact on those who are unable to choose actions and behaviors that are not good for health. From this provision, it is hoped that they will be able to realize it in themselves so that they can become the next generation of a nation that is healthy, of superior quality.

Abstract

Bullying is behavior that intentionally wants to dominate, hurt, or get rid of the victim, either directly (physically) or indirectly (verbally). The impact of bullying can cause psychological pressure and if left untreated will worsen the victim to commit suicide. This study aims to determine the most appropriate types of interventions that can be implemented to reduce bullying and prevent suicide risk using a systematic review based on PRISMA guidelines. The studies were searched across five databases: Scopus, ScienceDirect, Proquest, Pubmed and CINHL and must have been published from 2014-2019. Articles are identified using the keywords "bullying" AND "intervention", "anti-bullying program". 14 articles were found to be used using this systematic review. The article reviewed stated that the anti-bullying program involving several parties has the benefit of reducing intimidation. Several intervention efforts can be used to prevent the recurrence of violations and can also be used as promotive and preventive by carrying out anti-bullying counseling at the Hasanudin Vocational School, Wajak Village, Wajak District, Malang Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to improve and introduce the game of futsal for futsal players at SMA Negeri 3 Batu, which is located in Sumbergondo Village, Bumiaji District, Batu City, East Java. The implementation method uses training that combines theory and practice for the participants. The results of this service basically the participants already have the basic technical skills of playing futsal very well 75% but 15% of them are still in the sufficient category and 10% are below the average futsal player. The conclusion from this dedication is that it is very important for the understanding of the players to be able to improve their ability to play futsal in order to achieve achievements in futsal.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the skills of prospective mathematics teachers on limit and integral mathematical software. The activities include training in mathematical software innovation on limit and integral. The training materials include the definition of mathematical software, installation, use of mathematical software in the form of maple math, material delivery, interactive dialogue, presentations, and evaluation. This is an indicator of the successful implementation of community service activities. The results of community service activities are mathematical software innovation modules on limit and integral. The module describes the use of mathematical software on limits and integrals for mathematical calculations and graphs. This community service activity received positive responses, and the results of prospective mathematics teachers’ presentations in applying mathematical software on limits and integrals were very good.

Abstract

The talent of soccer players in Indonesia is very promising, but the lack of attention and a good coaching process, especially from an early age, causes the development of Indonesian football to be less good. One of the best ways to develop soccer potential and talent is through a soccer school (SSB). Through SSB basic training in soccer will be provided to prospective soccer players properly. The purpose of this service is to provide training to early-aged SSB participants on basic training in playing soccer which includes passing, dribbling and shooting. This training was conducted for two months in PS. Ganthari City of Malang. The results of this dedication show a pretty good increase in terms of passing, dribbling and shooting PS students. Ganthari. Based on these results, it is suggested to continue to carry out basic soccer training in order to develop better Indonesian football.
