Abstract

This study aims to increase child independence through role play in group B children in PAUD al-Hidayah. This type of  research is class action research (PTK). The action model used in this study used Kemmis & Mc techniques.  Taggart. It consists of four components: (1) planning (2) action (3) observation and (4) reflection. The subject of this  study was group B students aged 5-6 years in PAUD al-Hidayah District Tunjung Teja which had 13 children  consisting of 6 girls 7 boys. Tekhnik data collection is carried out by means of Observation, Interview, and  Documentation. The research is carried out in 2 cycles, each of which is in the form of planning, execution, results of  observations and reflection. This study was carried out with collaboration between teachers and researchers. From the  results of the study it was shown that role-playing can increase the independence of the child this is evident from the  results of observation before the action and after the action. It is evident from the results of child independence in the  pre cycle 62.88% and the cycle I increase in child independence 77.50% and the second cycle the increase in child  independence reached 77.50% and has met the average percentage that has been targeted. Based on the research, it  can be concluded that through role-playing methods it can improve the independence ability of PAUD al-Hidayah  children of Tunjung Teja District.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy of playing stick numbers can improve early counting in BKB Melati Binuang District. From the results of cycle 1 research above, it can be concluded that out of 10 children, it is known that learning completeness in the ability to count the beginning has not reached the expected standard of 71%, it is evident from the average results obtained results of 66% of 10 children who are the object of research, children who get the highest score with a total score of 15 or 94%, and the lowest score with a total score of 8 or 50%. From the results of cycle 2 research above, it can be concluded that out of 10 children, it is known that learning completeness in the ability to count the beginning has reached the expected standard of 71%, it is evident from the average results obtained of 80%, out of 10 children who were the object of research, the child who obtained the highest score with a total score of 16 or 100%, and the lowest score with a total score of 11 or 69%. Abstract

This study aims to determine parents' perceptions of the use of gadgets in children aged 5-6 years at PAUD At Taqwa, Tunjung Teja sub-district, and identify factors that influence parents' perceptions of the use of gadgets in children of that age. The population in this study included all students aged 5-6 years at PAUD At Taqwa, with the sampling technique using random sampling. Data were collected through observation and interviews. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman method, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study revealed two main findings: first, parents' perceptions of the use of gadgets in children tend to be negative, due to the assumption that gadgets have more negative impacts than positive; second, there are three factors that influence parents' perceptions, namely the level of parental education, understanding of the negative impacts of using gadgets, and controlling the use of gadgets.

Abstract

Children's mathematical logic abilities need to be developed from an early age. Interesting media is one of the teaching aids to improve mathematical logic intelligence, namely the geometric bag game which is able to understand the concept of numbers, recognize geometric shapes, state the order of numbers and recognize several colors. The results of observations at TKS Tunas Bangsa Group B found that most of the children were still low because there were still many children who were not able to understand the concept of numbers, recognize geometric shapes, state the order of numbers and recognize several colors. It is suspected that due to the lack of availability and lack of attractive learning tools and the lack of teacher motivation in teaching, the methods used by teachers are also less varied. The aims of this research are (1) to analyze how to improve the mathematical logic intelligence of children aged 5-6 years through the geometric bag game, (2) to analyze the Geometry Pocket Game at TKS Tunas Bangsa which can improve the mathematical logic intelligence of children aged 5-6 years. This research uses Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is collaborative with the class teacher. Data collection in this research was through observing children's activities in learning for 10 Group B TKS Tunas Bangsa children. The research results showed that in the first cycle it reached 51.6% in the category Sufficient or Starting to Develop (MB). In Cycle II there was an increase reaching 79.6% with the category Good or Developing According to Expectations (BSH). Based on research results, the Geometry Pocket Game can improve mathematical logic intelligence in recognizing number symbols.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan proses dan hasil pembelajaran melalui STEAM berbasis loose parts  yang dapat meningkatkan kreativitas anak usia dini kelas B PAUD Ar-Rohmat kecamatan Binuang. Subjek penelitian ini sebanyak 11 anak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas oleh  Kemmis dan Mc.Taggart yang meliputi empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Penelitian ini  terdiri dari dua siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari 4 kali pertemuan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian  ini adalah analisis data kualitatif, kuantitatif, dan kesimpulan verifikasi. Analisis data kualitatif diperoleh dari  penggunaan lembar observasi aktivitas guru dan anak. Analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan analisis dengan  menghitung skor rata-rata pemahaman anak dari pra siklus, siklus I dan siklus II. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan  adanya peningkatan kreativitas anak usia dini melalui pembelajaran STEAM berbasis loose parts, dapat dibuktikan  ketuntasan kreativitas pra intervensi sebesar 30%. Kemudian meningkat pada siklus I sebesar 40% dan siklus II sebesar  80%.

Abstract

Jasturi, 2024 was motivated by the problem of reading ability in Kober Anugrah, Binuang District, Serang Regency which was still not optimal. So the researcher wanted to improve reading ability by creating a thesis title "Efforts to Improve Reading Ability Through Letter Card Games in Children Aged 5-6 Years in Sukamampir Village, Binuang District, Serang Regency" The purpose of this study was to see an increase in reading ability through letter card games and to improve reading ability through letter card games in children aged 5-6 years in Kober Anugrah. The research time was Tuesday, July 30, 2024 in Kober Anugrah, Binuang District, Serang Regency. The research subjects in Kober Anugrah were 8 children out of 5 girls and 3 boys, the objects of the research assisted by 4 teachers. The instruments used were assessment of observation data analysis, interviews and questionnaires. The method used was Classroom Action Research which was carried out in two cycles and consisted of 10 meetings, each cycle consisting of 4 activities, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results of this study showed that the average reading ability in cycle 1 was 31 children who had not developed or 77.5%, 6 children who had started to develop or 15%, 3 children who were developing according to expectations or 7.5%, while in cycle 2 the number of children who had not developed or 3 could be 7.5%, 15 children who had started to develop or 37.5%, 20 children who were developing according to expectations or 50%, 2 children who were developing very well or 5%. So it can be concluded that with the implementation of the letter card game, children are invited to play arranging the alphabet A-Z letter cards, children are invited to mention the letters A-Z, children are invited to group vowels and consonants, and to compose syllables and words. So that the reading ability of children aged 5 to 6 years in Kober Anugrah, Sukamampir Village, Binuang District, Serang Regency can increase according to expectations and develop very well.

Abstract

The teacher's efforts in teaching students are a very important part in achieving the success of the planned learning objectives. Therefore, choosing the right media, methods, strategies, approaches and techniques is the most important element carried out by the class teacher because the teacher is the one who knows better the condition of his students. For this reason, research is needed to improve learning. This learning improvement research was carried out on learning gross motoric concepts using the media game darts in children aged 5 - 6 years at PAUD Nurul Anwar, Pontang District, Serang Regency. Improvements were made because the results of learning to describe children's gross motor skills were still low. This is due to the use of inappropriate learning media. The aim of this improvement is to improve gross motor skills using Media Darts. Children's learning outcomes increase after teachers use appropriate media that is integrated with gross motor learning methods, such as: Lecture Method, Discussion Method, Assignment Method, etc. The success score achieved by 13 students out of a total of 15 students was 90%, 10% greater than the target for complete student learning outcomes of 80% in cycle 2.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung melalui permainan batang korek api untuk anak 5-6 tahun di PAUD Anugrah Desa Sukamampir Kecamatan Binuang Kabupaten Serang Provinsi Bnaten. Permainan berhitung merupakan bagian dari matematika, sedangkan permainan matematika merupakan salah satu kegiatan belajar yang mampu mengembangkan kemampuan dasar matematika anak seperti kemampuan melihat, membedakan, meramalkan, memisahkan dan mengenal konsep angka, selain itu juga mampu meningkatkan kemampuan anak dalam memecahkan masalah. Apabila diberikan sejak usia dini maka akan mampu merangsang serta meningkatkan, Konsep Dasar Anak Usia Dini. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ( PTK ), subjek penelitian ini adalah anak kelompok A ( usia 5-6 tahun ) yang berjumlah 8 anak terdiri dari 4 anak perempuan dan 3 anak laki-laki, penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Kemmis dan Mc Taggart. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan menggunakan observasi, instrument penelitian dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa permainan batang korek api dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung dimana ketuntasan belajar pada siklus 1 adalah 61% atau meningkat 8% dari pada ketuntasan belajar pada pra tindakan yang hanya sebesar 53%, dan pada siklus 2 ketuntasan belajar mencapai 81% atau meningkat 20% dari pada siklus 1, ini berarti Penelitian Tindakan Kelas melalui permainan batang korek api dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung melalui permainan dibandingkan hasil belajar sebelum dilakukan tindakan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine fine motor skills through cooking classes in children aged 5-6 years at PAUD Sejahtera Pamarayan district in the Teaching Year 2023-2024, conducted from January to June 2024.The subjects of this study were 5-6-year-olds in group B with a total of 15 children consisting of 5 boys and 10 girls. This research method uses Class Action Research (PTK) which refers to the Kemmis and Mc Taggart Model that uses the four components of action surveillance, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. Based on the results of the development then fine motor skills of children in group B in PAUD Welfare of 15 people, at the time of the pre-study the average ability of children of 44,3% after being given action on cycle I there was an increase with an average of 52,3% based on the data, this study is said to meet the criteria of success, then the study carried out cycle action II. The results of cycle II data obtained data improvement of fine motor abilities in children aged 5-6 years increased by the average of 75,5% then there is an increase from cycle 1 to cycle 2 by 31.3%.

Abstract

Early childhood is in a crucial stage of development and has the right to grow and develop optimally, especially during the golden period of intelligence. Naturalist intelligence, defined as the ability to recognize and categorize elements in nature, is very important to develop. This study aims to improve the naturalist intelligence of children aged 5-6 years at PAUD Raflesia through a learning model, Project Based Learning (PBL). Initial observations showed that children had low naturalist skills. The conventional method applied at the PAUD proved to be less effective, so a change in approach that is more fun and interactive is needed. In this study, a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design was applied with three stages: planning, action, and reflection. The results showed a significant increase in children's naturalistic intelligence, from 34.44% in the pre-research to 49.47% in cycle I and reached 90.20% in cycle II. This increase reflects the effectiveness of PBL in motivating children to actively learn and care for the environment. This study suggests the use of learning models that match children's interests as well as varied and fun activities to support further development of naturalist intelligence.
