Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelaksanaan Penilaian Kinerja Kepala Madrasah (PKKM) terhadap kelengkapan dokumen akreditasi di madrasah. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode campuran (mixed method), dengan kombinasi antara analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian korelasional, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua variabel: pelaksanaan PKKM dan kelengkapan dokumen akreditasi. Populasi penelitian mencakup kepala madrasah dan dokumen akreditasi di madrasah yang telah melaksanakan PKKM. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik sampling purposive, dengan kriteria madrasah yang memiliki pelaksanaan PKKM dan kelengkapan dokumen akreditasi yang dapat dianalisis. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data kuantitatif dilakukan dengan uji korelasi Pearson untuk mengukur hubungan antara pelaksanaan PKKM dan kelengkapan dokumen akreditasi, sementara analisis kualitatif menggunakan analisis tematik untuk menggali faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara pelaksanaan PKKM dengan peningkatan kelengkapan dokumen akreditasi di madrasah. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa faktor yang memperkuat atau menghambat pengaruh tersebut, termasuk faktor dukungan internal dan eksternal terhadap pelaksanaan PKKM. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disarankan untuk meningkatkan pelatihan bagi kepala madrasah dan memperkuat sistem evaluasi PKKM guna meningkatkan kelengkapan dokumen akreditasi di masa mendatang. Abstrak ini mencakup elemen-elemen utama dari metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian, mulai dari pendekatan, desain, teknik pengumpulan data, hingga analisis data, serta gambaran singkat mengenai hasil dan saran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis relevansi hasil akreditasi madrasah dengan hasil Evaluasi Diri Madrasah (EDM) tahun 2023 pada jenjang Madrasah Ibtidaiyah di Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Pandeglang. Fokus utama penelitian mencakup identifikasi raport pendidikan dan raport mutu madrasah, serta analisis keterkaitan antara nilai akreditasi madrasah dengan hasil EDM. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui analisis dokumen EDM dan SISPENA (Sistem Penilaian Akreditasi). Pada tahap identifikasi, pengawas madrasah mengumpulkan data hasil EDM tahun 2023 yang diunggah melalui akun e-RKAM. Identifikasi Standar Kompetensi Pendidikan Madrasah (SKPM) mengungkapkan variasi pencapaian di lima aspek utama: budaya kedisiplinan, pengembangan diri bagi guru dan tenaga kependidikan, penyiapan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran, penyediaan sarana belajar, serta pengelolaan anggaran. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa aspek budaya kedisiplinan dan pengelolaan anggaran memiliki tingkat pencapaian terbaik dengan mayoritas madrasah berada pada kategori "Baik" (B) dan "Sangat Baik" (SB). Namun, aspek pengembangan diri, penyediaan sarana belajar, dan pembelajaran menunjukkan hasil yang bervariasi dengan sejumlah madrasah berada dalam kategori "Cukup" (C) dan "Kurang" (K). Data ini menjadi dasar penyusunan strategi peningkatan kualitas pada setiap aspek. Analisis keterkaitan hasil SISPENA dan EDM menunjukkan bahwa 60,71% madrasah memiliki keselarasan antara nilai akreditasi dan hasil EDM, sementara 39,29% lainnya menunjukkan ketidaksesuaian. Faktor-faktor seperti pengisian EDM yang tidak akurat dan kurangnya pemahaman terhadap indikator yang relevan menjadi penyebab utama ketidaksesuaian ini. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya penguatan sistem evaluasi dan monitoring, pelatihan teknis pengisian EDM, dan peningkatan kapasitas manajerial kepala madrasah untuk memastikan data yang diunggah mencerminkan kondisi faktual di madrasah. Selain itu, integrasi hasil SISPENA dan EDM melalui analisis komparatif diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kesesuaian data dan mendukung perencanaan mutu yang lebih terarah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun sebagian besar madrasah telah menunjukkan relevansi antara hasil akreditasi dan EDM, masih terdapat ruang untuk perbaikan terutama pada aspek pengembangan diri, penyediaan sarana belajar, dan pembelajaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan komitmen perubahan kepala madrasah dan strategi pendampingan yang dilakukan oleh pengawas madrasah di jenjang Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) di Kabupaten Pandeglang pada tahun 2024. Melalui analisis data, penelitian ini menggali tiga aspek utama: kesadaran kepala madrasah terhadap perubahan, tingkat kapasitas memimpin perubahan, serta strategi pendampingan yang diterapkan oleh pengawas. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa 54,3% kepala madrasah memiliki kesadaran tinggi terhadap pentingnya perubahan, sementara 45,7% masih berada pada tingkat kesadaran yang lebih rendah. Dalam hal kapasitas memimpin perubahan, sebagian besar kepala madrasah berada pada tingkat kemampuan sedang (47,8%), dengan 32,6% memiliki kemampuan tinggi. Berdasarkan pemetaan ini, pengawas merancang berbagai strategi pendampingan yang sesuai dengan profil kesadaran dan kapasitas kepala madrasah, antara lain penyemaian perubahan, perubahan segera, penguatan perubahan, perubahan berangsur, pemicu perubahan, dan perubahan berkelanjutan. Strategi pendampingan yang disusun bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dalam mengelola perubahan untuk memperbaiki mutu pendidikan di madrasah.

Abstract

Badui language is one of the regional languages ​​in Indonesia and its existence is quite well preserved by the local government, although linguistic research on this language is still relatively small. The use of the Bedouin language is considered the most important marker of tribal identity for the Bedouin community. Even though the Badui community itself is an isolated community, in fact some of them have bilingual skills, which means they can also communicate using Indonesian in their daily lives, especially when conversing with other people from outside Badui who come to their area. Therefore, The aim of this research is to identify the language skills (bilingualism) of the Baduy community and what factors cause only some Baduy people to be able to speak Indonesian. This research uses a qualitative approach with the Internet Searching data announcement technique, namely from official websites such as journals or articles. Research data analysis was carried out in three ways, namely data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and verification. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the Baduy people have two language skills, namely Sundanese, the Banten dialect and also Indonesian.

Abstract

Indonesia has a diversity of languages spoken by various ethnic groups, which often poses challenges for cross-language communication. Pidgin and creole are important solutions to overcome these barriers, serving as communication tools that connect individuals from different language backgrounds. This research examines the role of pidgin and creole in shaping the social and cultural identity of Indonesian society. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and a literature study, this research analyzes various literatures that describe the role of these languages in social life. The results show that pidgin and creole are not only practical communication tools, but also symbols of the social, historical and cultural dynamics of the people who use them. In the Indonesian context, these two languages function as social identities and communication bridges amidst language differences.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of social environment on the use of code switching in Panimbang Sub-district. Code switching refers to the switching of languages or dialects used in communicating between individuals in the community life in Panimbang Sub-district. This phenomenon is widespread in the Panimbang community, where more than one language is used in daily life, such as Sundanese, Javanese and Indonesian. Social, cultural, and educational factors are the main causes of the code switching phenomenon, and are influenced by factors such as social status, closeness between individuals, and local cultural habits. The results of this study show that the use of code switching has a positive impact on social relations between individuals, but there are also negative impacts, such as causing confusion for those who are less familiar. Therefore, it is important for people to preserve local languages, especially Sundanese and Javanese, in order to maintain cultural identity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of using Youtube-based audiovisual media on students' mathematics learning outcomes. Youtube-based audiovisual media is considered to be an effective alternative because it is able to present visualizations and animations that facilitate understanding. This study uses a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental design with pre-test and post-test techniques. The research sample consisted of two groups, namely the experimental group using Youtube media and the control group using conventional learning methods. The results of the study showed that there was a significant effect of using Youtube-based audiovisual media on students' mathematics learning outcomes. The experimental group using Youtube media showed a higher increase in learning outcomes compared to the control group. These findings indicate that using Youtube as a learning medium can effectively improve students' understanding of mathematical concepts.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the use of used materials on the creativity of children aged 5-6 years. This research was conducted on the basis of problems that emerged in PAUD Ar-rasyidin, Cikande District in the 2023-2024 academic year. The results of observations in the field show that problems occur due to children's lack of creativity in carrying out painting activities, lack of techniques in learning so that they do not stimulate children to create their own ideas according to their imagination. implemented from February to June 2024. The subjects of this research were 17 children aged 5-6 years in group B. Consisting of 10 boys and 7 girls, the aims of this research are as follows: (1) To find out the imaginative condition of creative abilities through painting activities in group B, (2) To have high curiosity. Painting from used materials can increase creativity, (3) Confidence (4) Dare to take risks (5) Independence in thinking. The method used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which refers to Kemmis and McTaggar, its implementation consists of 2 cycles using 4 action research components, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The results of the research that has been carried out show that the activity of learning to paint used materials increases children's creative abilities, as evidenced by an increase in creativity in each cycle. In the pre-research the average ability of children was 43.67%, after being given action in cycle I there was an increase with an average of 73.71%, this shows that there was an increase in children's ability on average of 30.04%. Based on these data, it is said that this research has not met the criteria for success, so the researchers took action in cycle II. The results of cycle II data obtained data on increasing creativity through painting activities from used materials in children aged 5-6 years, an average increase of 90.3%. then there was an increase from cycle I to cycle II of 16.59%.

Abstract

This research is aimed at (1) To find out how the application of prophetic stories in improving the moral ability of children of group B in PAUD Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Linduk Kecamatan Pontang. (2) To know whether there was an improvement in the moral abilities of the children of Group B in PUD Aishiah Bastanul Athpal Linduk District Pontang after being given action of creativity through the story of the Prophet. Guide I:Dr Dedi Aryadi, M.Pd. Guide II: Yusdiana, M.pd, University of Buddhist Faithfulness (USB) Rangkasbitung 2024. The research method used in this study is the Class Action Research (PTK) method which consists of two cycles and each cycle has three meetings. Subject of this research, the age of 5-6 years in PAUD Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Prefecture of Pontang District of Serang. Guides. Research data collection techniques, that is, through observation, and documentation. The results of the research can be concluded that there has been an improvement in the moral knowledge of the children of PAUD Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Prefecture of Pontang district of Serang following the story of the Prophet, that is, cycle I by 73.81 % to 80,06 % in the cycle II. Learning to improve the moral development of the child in PAUD Bustanonul Aisyiah Athfal prefecture and Pontang District of the Serang through the tale of the prophet has been well implemented.

Abstract

This research aims to 1) To find out if using a pink tower arrangement medium can improve the seriesing ability. 2) To  know how the Pink tower beam is simulated against the 4 - 5 year old children's seriesing abilities in PAUD Sri Lestari  Kec. Pontang. Guide I: Dr. Eneng Sri Susilawati, M.Pd. Guide II: Hadi Sutiawan, MD, University of Buddhist  Faithfulness (USB) Rangkasbitung 2024. This type of research is collaborative classroom action research. Each cycle  consists of four stages: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subject of this study is the age of 4-5  years in the PAUD Sri Lestari district of Pontang with a total of 15 children. The object of the research is the ability to  serialize through the pink tower arrangement beams. The data collection technique uses observations, documentation,  and interviews. The instrument used in observations is a study sheet, for documentation using a photo camera to  document all the activities of the child during the activity and the interview using guidelines for interviews with  teachers at the age of 4-5 to find out the conditions and problems faced. The results of research show that learning  through pink tower arrangement can improve the ability of children aged 4-5 years in PAUD Sri Lestari Prefecture of  Pontang district of Serang. The rate of success in children is increasing. The pre-cycle activity from an average of  64.10% increased from 9.94% in cycle I to 74.04% then increased again from 4.81% in Cycle II to 78.85%.
