Abstract

Realizing welfare as the ultimate goal of the state still requires a long struggle. The collective experience of the nation in manifesting welfare has been marked by various events that led to deviations from national ideals. Fundamental disruptions have occurred, each with broad and profound impacts. The emergence of foreign agents seeking to blur and alter the nation’s ideology and aspirations, the formalization of Pancasila, authoritarian leadership that tended to align with the axis of certain states, the rise of oligarchy, and political streams that diverted the nation’s struggle to achieve the ideal of welfare, all became part of these challenges. These events represent episodes in the nation’s journey to uphold Indonesia as an independent, strong, and prosperous nation. Based on these considerations, this study aims to examine the practice of national communication in the effort to achieve a welfare state. The method used in this research is qualitative, emphasizing data analysis drawn from media sources and other documents. The findings show that national communication can serve as an essential aspect in building commitment toward realizing the ideals of a welfare state

Abstract

The availability of sawdust as a growing medium for oyster mushrooms is becoming increasingly limited, thus alternative raw materials are needed. Rice straw, as an abundant agricultural waste, has potential for use, but requires chopping to an ideal size of 2–5 mm. This research designed and built a rice straw chopper with a 1 HP electric motor drive and a pulley-belt transmission system. The research methods included observations of mushroom farmers, literature studies, design planning, technical calculations (torque, power, capacity), prototype fabrication, and performance testing. The test results show that the machine's production capacity reaches 2.78–3.24 kg/hour with efficiency between 94–97% depending on the number of blades. The machine operates stably, produces cuts according to standards, and is easy to operate. These findings provide a practical solution for mushroom farmers in utilizing straw waste as an economically valuable growing medium.

Abstract

This research aims to design and build a used oil-fueled stove equipped with a steam boiler furnace,which can utilize heat energy to produce steam. The metode use combustion parameters were also analyzed to assess efficiency, flame stability, and emission characteristics. The research results are expected to provide environmentally friendly technological solutions while utilizing waste as a renewable energy source,reducing dependence on fossil fuels, and raising awareness of the importance of sustainable waste management.

Abstract

The development of information technology has brought significant changes to the dynamics of this nation’s life. Its utilization can transform societal habits, as it not only increases efficiency within work frameworks but also demands the application of professional ethics through more advanced computational linguistics in a digital society. This research aims to analyze the role of information technology in supporting the implementation of professional ethics and to identify the challenges and opportunities arising from the integration of technology in professional practices using computational linguistics. The methods used include literature studies, document analysis, and case reviews related to professional ethics in the digital era. The findings show that information technology contributes to strengthening ethical values such as transparency, accountability, and information openness. However, technology also presents risks, including privacy violations, data misuse, and decreased professional integrity if not accompanied by adequate supervision and digital literacy. These findings affirm that the implementation of professional ethics must progress in tandem with technological development through clear regulations, increased ethical awareness, and secure digital infrastructure support. Overall, this study emphasizes the importance of synergy between information technology and professional ethics to create a work environment that upholds integrity and earns public trust.
