Abstract

In an era when information does not only come from journalists, but also from various media platforms and even from ordinary people, there is a lot that we consider as "information". Sometimes there is so much, we ignore and get lost in the truth of the information. Now there is the internet and social media, now printed newspapers are not the main source for citizens to obtain information. However, there is a principle that the Jawa Pos newspaper carries out, namely the educational function carried out by the Jawa Pos newspaper to prevent the spread of hoaxes with the rubric "Hoax or Not". This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach to the "Hoax or Not" column of the Jawa Pos newspaper. Mass media can play a role in educating the public about the importance of media literacy and how to recognize false information. This includes providing guidance on how to check sources, recognize bias, and evaluate the credibility of news stories. This research concludes that the “Hoax or Not” column can maintain high standards of ethical journalism, such as not publishing unverified information or refraining from sensationalism, building trust with their audience and positioning themselves as a reliable source of information. In the current context, it helps reduce the spread of false information and increases public literacy awareness about the importance of fact verification.

Abstract

The noble history of the nation is tarnished because the communication system deviates from the nature and identity. For some citizens, the values ​​of politeness, mutual respect and tolerance as the basic glue of the nation are no longer considered relevant. Changes occurred and soon changed the paradigm of national and state life as a consequence of intense interaction with foreign cultures. Even culture itself is considered traditional so it is not very appropriate to apply it in the context of a very modern era. The essence of nationality as a basic value is starting to be replaced by new values ​​that are being formed and refer to global values. Adab and politeness as part of national communication have faded. Nationality, as the main source of values ​​for all citizens of the nation, must be the main reference in conveying various matters relating to communication. However, in this era, we face very tough challenges. Based on these conditions, this research aims to determine the application and influence of changes in national values ​​in communication practices that occur in online media networks. To explain this further, the method used is a qualitative method which aims to explain the background that is the object behind the visible symptoms. The research results show that communication will have national value if it is carried out by referring to values, norms and ethics that originate from the nation's treasures.

Abstract

Land as a national asset must receive attention in terms of distribution and ownership. Therefore analysis is very important to support Land Value Zoning (ZNT) mapping. In practice, there are various factors that influence land price determination and these factors must be taken into consideration. Because the position of the land determines the value of the land, especially those in disaster-prone areas. Its importance is not only for buying and selling transactions but in making decisions related to infrastructure development and risk mitigation. Based on these conditions, this research aims to analyze the influence of the factors analyzed including the distance of the object from the main road, the distance of the object to the central business district (CBD), and the width of the road. The factors that influence land value are studied using the multiple regression method. The method used in this research uses a quantitative approach with a multiple regression research design. The analysis results show that distance to the CBD, distance to the main road, and road width have a positive and significant influence on land value with an influence of 69.2%. The remaining 30.8% was influenced by other factors not studied.

Abstract

The national spirit must always live on in all phases of era development. Its importance is not merely to emphasize national identity, but as the most essential manifestation of Indonesianness. It is inconceivable that if the national identity is lost and replaced by foreign values, then gradually the characteristics of Indonesia will be lost or at least will not have a character that shows its identity in world relations. In reality, the tendency in this direction is getting stronger amidst the influx of foreign culture which permanently intrudes into all sectors of life. This includes the struggle for values brought by foreign nations as well as the agenda of world nations who are trying to become a force to subdue other nations. Also unavoidable is the power of the cronies of the superpowers who are only oriented towards business and profit without recognizing the boundaries of nationalism. Facing conditions like this, national awareness must always be fostered and become a source of pride and directed in the form of internalizing values within every member of the nation. In this regard, the study was structured as an effort within the framework of bringing national values to life. Through the method of observing developments in the national situation, literature studies adapted from materials spread across various internet networks are strengthened as data that strengthens the analysis. The result is that national values must be embedded in every citizen of the nation with the practice of the principles of Pancasila as the strengthening basis that unites Indonesia.

Abstract

The mass media carried out massive coverage regarding the declaration of the presidential candidates (candidates) for the Republic of Indonesia in 2024. This style of reporting on the presidential candidates not only communicates the achievements that have been achieved for each presidential candidate, but also reveals more about their lineage or lineage. The method used by the media has a big impact on the public in making choices, considering that lineage or lineage gives confidence to the presidential candidates to get support from potential voters. Likewise, prospective voters will get a complete reference regarding the profiles of the presidential candidates they will choose. Moreover, one of the functions of the media, namely, to inform, is very involved in the campaign process for each presidential candidate by reviewing more deeply about various matters including the background on the heroic ethos, and figures of the national Islamic movement. This can be a reinforcement to convince voters, especially from Muslims as the majority voter. Based on these conditions, this study aims to determine the process of disclosing lineage or lineage with respect to general election contestation (election). To explain this, the method used is descriptive qualitative with the type of media content analysis. The findings in this study are the campaign process which presents the symbols of identity politics through lineage to become reinforcement in the course of contestation. Ethnic and religious ancestry that is bound to the presidential candidates, of course as the inclusion of symbols that are part of identity politics.

Abstract

The use of plastic as a packaging material and other equipment has caused environmental problems. The longer it accumulates, because plastic waste is not easily destroyed by rain and sun or microbes that live in the soil, this increasing environmental damage. In order to overcome this environmental problem, you can apply 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) by recycling plastic waste and reprocessing it into plastic ore or into plastic molding products. The purpose of this research is to produce a plastic shredder capable of chopping plastic waste according to the target to be achieved with a Shredder Machine design system with two edge cutters for cutting plastic waste, Solidworks is used to produce blade geometry and shape, blade material used is SS400 which has been carburized to make it stronger and more resilient, from the calculation process the plastic chopper obtained 0.45 Hp With a rotation of 47 RPM and a shaft diameter of 28 mm with a total of 14 Rotating Blades and 40 Silent Blades the production process obtained 62 kg/hour

Abstract

The 2024 Presidential Election has produced three pairs of presidential and vice presidential candidates, namely Anies Rasyid Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar, Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud M.D, and Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka, each of whom is supported by a coalition of parliamentary political parties resulting from the 2019 election and non-parliamentary political parties. Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka was promoted and supported by the coalition of 7 parliamentary and non-parliamentary political parties with 261 seats equal to 45.39% proposing the vision and mission of ASTA GITA and the Best Results Fast program, which is the implementation of the national ideology based on Article 33 of the Constitution with the principles of kinship and identity politics based on popular democracy and economic identity with a middle way economic school. This study is to elaborate on Prabowo Subianto's understanding, commitment, thoughts, and actions as stated in his vision, mission, and programs. Explanatory descriptive methods with a qualitative approach and interpretive analysis in a biographical model are used to obtain meaning and connections between national ideology and multidimensional political and economic identities. The results of the study show that ideology, political identity, and economics are interrelated between the figure of the Presidential candidate and the political work of political party machines and community choices which strengthen the legitimacy of identity, or give rise to resistance to different identities as a rejection of various forms of domination and hegemony from social actors in society. Abstract

Abstract: Indonesian through Presidential Regulation (PERPRES) No. 39 of 2019, strives to implement a quality government based on data that is credible, accountable and up-to-date and becomes a reference in making policies that will be taken for government management. Implementing Presidential Decree No.39 of 2019 is not easy and tends to face quite big challenges. Satu Data Indonesia aims to unite data resources owned by various government agencies, create information transparency, and increase data interoperability. In the context of quality government administration, the implementation of PERPRES no. 39 of 2019 is the main key in ensuring that the data used by the government is accurate, consistent and can be accessed easily. The Governance of One Higher Education Data which refers to Presidential Decree number 39 of 2019 which is implemented in the tertiary environment is expected to facilitate the data synchronization process and be a solution to several problems such as university data not being the same as data in study programs, unclear university data that can accessed by both study programs and the public, in this case the community, there is no data transparency, lack of quality statistical data and preparation of higher education accreditation instruments (IAPT). Abstract

No much people knows that’s a certain in the village at West Java Province Region with names the Sitiwinangun Village, Palimanan, Cirebon regency have the unique handicraft with the names Sitiwinangun handicrafts or Sitiwinangun traditional art ceramics have already started from the prehistory period till now. The Sitiwinangun traditional art ceramics its most popular into the several regions in Indonesia, even famously into China, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Korea, and many other country in the world. The motive and unique the Sitiwinangun ceramics it’s very famous, and many Indonesian collectors likes to be collected. But, the results of Sitiwinangun ceramics have different qualities and quantities, and this handicraft have the unique aesthetics values too. It seems, for create the best qualities of Sitiwinangun traditional art ceramics must be have the several traditional ritualism. Because of the best qualities product, the traditional Sitiwinangun art ceramics become of the sources of the Indonesian incomes. This research is suitable with aesthetics values, promotion about the Sitiwinangun village, and surrounding, as well as the Sitiwinangun traditional art ceramics as one of the local tourist, and foreign countries tourist gifts from Cirebon, West Java province, Indonesia.

Abstract

The year 2024 is the year of the party as well as the stake of democracy in Indonesia, because in this year the presidential and legislative elections will be held. Ahead of the elections, the mainstream media and social media have provided many issues related to the 2024 elections so that the polarization of opinion in Indonesian society is getting stronger. This polarization divides the public into several groups supporting each candidate pair, namely groups supporting Anis-Muhaimin (AMIN), Prabowo-Gibran and Ganjar-Mahfud. This polarization is also supported by various efforts made by the three groups of candidate pairs, including the change movement carried by Anies-Muhaimin, continuing Jokowi's program carried by the Prabowo-Gibran candidate pair and accelerating towards superior Indonesia carried by the Ganjar-Mahfud candidate pair. However, there is a narrative being spread in the community related to the 2024 presidential election, namely dynastic politics, where it seems that there is an imposition of will from Jokowi to pass his son Gibran to become a vice presidential candidate to accompany Prabowo Subianto. This movement is very active in discussing and spreading narratives on social media. This study sought to explore and compare the polarization of opinions that developed in society through social media. This research uses a qualitative approach using the virtual ethnography method. The results show that the polarization of opinion that occurs on social media is not as significant as the polarization of opinion on social media.
