This study explores the impact of product quality on customer satisfaction and loyalty, focusing on three variables: product quality, product quality, and customer loyalty. It aims to understand how these variables influence consumer behavior and provides insights for international manufacturers on improving their product quality strategies. The research also explores the influence of economic needs, psychological factors, social factors, and situational factors on consumer behavior. Consumers prioritize product quality when buying a product at a certain price, and social factors, such as media interactions, play a crucial role in understanding consumer behavior. The increasing prevalence of online shopping has led to consumers using various products to compare product quality. The study reveals that 67% of consumers in Kelantan, especially in Kota Bharu, are influenced by factors such as price, product quality, service, reputation, and product knowledge, contributing to 50% of their purchasing decisions. Product quality is crucial in e-commerce, as it affects customer satisfaction and loyalty. Product image and brand authenticity play a significant role in stimulating purchase intentions in adults.

This study examines the intricate relationships between foreign direct investment (FDI), gross domestic product (GDP), imports, international trade, and food security in Southeast Asia. Utilizing panel data from 2002 to 2022, the research employs the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) to analyze the dynamic interactions among these variables. The findings indicate that FDI significantly enhances both GDP and food security, highlighting its crucial role in the region's economic development. Conversely, while imports have a positive effect on GDP, GDP does not significantly influence import levels, suggesting that imports are more driven by external factors. Additionally, international trade positively affects imports but does not have a direct significant impact on food security. These results underscore the importance of fostering FDI and trade while also emphasizing the need for comprehensive policies that bolster domestic food production and economic diversification. The study concludes with recommendations for policy measures to create a more resilient and sustainable economic environment in Southeast Asia

This study aims to develop and evaluate an artificial intelligence (AI)-based typing speed test platform for Office Management program students in the Merdeka Curriculum. In the ever-evolving digital era, fast and accurate typing skills are becoming increasingly important both in the workplace and in education. This study follows the Research & Development method with five main steps: initial research, product development, expert validation, small-scale and large-scale trials. The developed platform, called the Typing Speed Test, is designed to provide real-time feedback, performance analysis, and personalized exercises based on user abilities. The trial involved 150 students from various schools in East Java, showing positive results with 90% of students reporting significant improvements in their typing skills. The platform is considered effective in improving typing speed and accuracy and supports the principles of the Merdeka Curriculum which emphasizes independent learning and the development of 21st-century competencies. The integration of AI into the platform allows for dynamic adaptation of learning, making it a modern solution that can be easily integrated into the educational curriculum. The findings of this study emphasize the importance of digital literacy and the potential of AI in providing innovative and effective learning experiences to prepare students for the demands of an increasingly technology-dependent workforce

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes and mastery in Tax Administration through the application of a contextual learning approach, specifically Problem-Based Learning (PBL). A quantitative research method utilizing SPSS analysis was conducted on 106 students from class XII Akl at SMKN 2 Kota Blitar for the 2020/2021 academic year, selected using a saturated sample technique. The results indicate that students' learning motivation plays a crucial role before the implementation of the PBL model, influencing their readiness to face this new method. Additionally, there is a reciprocal relationship between learning motivation and student outcomes within the PBL context. This research highlights the importance of contextual approaches like PBL in enhancing students' understanding and application of tax concepts in real-world contexts, which are highly valuable skills for preparing students for careers in tax administration

Learning media is part of the communication process which has an important role in the teaching and learning process. Learning media has the aim of connecting interactions between teachers and students. Interaction through learning media can help students understand the material presented by the lecturer more effectively (Sena & Howard, 2019). The research method is based on the development of the ADDIE model. The ADDIE model has five stages starting from analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The interview method is used as a procedure for finding problems. Interviews were conducted with resource teachers in the Creative Entrepreneurship Products subject and class XII students. Based on the objectives and problem formulation that have been prepared above, the research method uses qualitative methods which are descriptive statistics. This Canva-based module is very suitable for use as a learning tool for Creative Products and Entrepreneurship subjects in class XII, especially for KD in making promotional media. This is shown by the validation scores of the two experts, which reached a score of 88% which is considered very valid. Research shows that Canva-based learning media consists of materials related to creating media to promote creative and entrepreneurial products. 2) Canva-based learning media is valid for use in the teaching and learning process, as shown by validation results from material experts of 86 percent (Very Valid) and the results from media experts were 90 percent (Very Valid).
