Abstract

JSA (Job Safety Analysis) is a method used to identify work that has potential hazards ao this method aims at making corrections before the accident happens. The purpose of Job Safety Analysis (JSA) is to explain the potential hazards that arise during the process of work on the working area and control the potential hazards. The supervision on the implementation of JSA is in accordance with the Company’s SOP (Standard opeating Procedure) which is expected to improve the Behavior Based Safety (BBS). Behavior Based Safety (BBS). is a corporate system to change unsafe behavior so that it can educate employees to look for causes of accident-prone behavior. This awakens employees behavior causing the risk of work accident. The observed behavior is documented and discussed in meetings, so that everyone can have a safer environment. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the implementation of Job Safety Analysis method. This research was located in PT. PLN Persero Malang Area. The subject of this research was focused on unit PDKB/High Tense Working Unit (HTWU) of PT. PLN (Persero) Malang Area. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The data collection techniques in this study used observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The type of this research was descriptive qualitative case study. The results of this study indicate that High Tense Working Unit (HVWU) of PT. PLN (Persero) Malang Area has identified potential hazard periodically by using Job Safety Analysis method. Therefore, PT. PLN (Persero) Malang Area has a way of improving Behavior Based Safety (BBS) using JSA training, dismissal of workers, regulation socialization, implementation of safety awareness program and giving a sanction.

Abstract

This research aims to produce the Demonstration-based English Language Correspondence module, testing the eligibility of module through validation tests, and knowing the differences in learning outcomes of experimental class students using Demonstration-based English Language Correspondence module and control classes that do not use module by using the t-test. This research is a development research carried out using the Research and Development (R & D) model by Dick and Carey that has been modified by researcher. The learning outcomes of students in field trials conducted on class X OTP 1 as a control class with an average value of 76 and X OTP 2 as the experimental class with an average value of 88. The results of data analysis using the t test show that the value of probabilities <0,05 (0,000 <0,05) which means that there are differences in the average learning outcomes between the experimental class and the control class. It can be concluded that the English Demonstration-based Correspondence module is effectively used to improve student learning outcomes. Suggestions for teachers are that they can use this module maximally as a reference in classroom learning activities, and for students to use this module as a source of learning and practicing questions, both in learning activities inside and outside class.

Abstract

Employee performance directly has an influence on achieving organizational goals. Therefore, there is a need for good performance management from the organization to ensure the performance of the organization through the factors of work experience and employee competence in the administrative field that employees must have so that employees can carry out their duties so that organizational goals are more easily achieved. The purpose of this study is to describe and test the work experience and employee competency in the field of administration on employee performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling, so that a sample of 48 respondents was obtained. The results of the study show that: (1) the average work experience of employees of the General Section Malang City Regional Secretariat is for 16 years, the competence of administrative staff and employee performance is included in the good category; (2) Work experience does not affect employee performance. Competency of administrative staff has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work experience and competence of administrative staff simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has affected all aspects of life including SMEs. SMEs in the digital era have developed well, but the reality of digital transformation does need a process of adaptation and not all business fields are able to adjust to digitalization. The purpose of this study is to map influential concepts related to digital transformation in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) through conducting a systematic literature review and finding a better understanding of current knowledge. The systematic process has resulted in the final count of 10 journals from Emerald Insight. The method used is PRISMA, which is further studied and the results analyzed qualitatively. The results of a review in 10 (ten) journals by reviewing literature from the last month, showed that the majority gave a good response in the digital transformation process and some in addition mentioned enough or less. This means that there are differences in process improvement and capabilities in terms of digital development and traditional production.

Abstract

Researchers will further examine the process of creating co-creation in SMEs businesses with an analysis of strength, opportunity, aspiration, and results (SOAR). How a shared value creation strategy plays a role in the development of an entrepreneur's business strategy. SOAR analysis enables members of an organization to create their own desired future in the entire process by means of inquiry, imagination, innovation, and inspiration. SOAR's internal focus is organizational strength. This research will examine the business strategy of entertainment vendor service entrepreneurs, namely Backstage Production in this case event equipment service providers. As a result, Backstage Production has applied the SOAR concept very well to create corporate image and value. Although some things can be maximized again, each model makes a positive contribution and is believed to be able to contribute sustainably in strengthening the company, especially in the current era of society 5.0

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the culture, history, and evolution of the taste of "Bakpia Pathok 25" and analyze its gastronomic tourism potential as a culinary tourism object in Malioboro, Yogyakarta. This research applies qualitative methods. The study population in this study was limited to Bakpia Pathok 25 which is only located in Kampung Pathuk because of its famous reputation in Yogyakarta. The sampling techniques used for this study were interviews, observation and documentation. SWOT analysis is used as data analysis to get an overview of internal and external factors that affect Bakpia Pathok 25 as a potential for gastronomic tourism and culinary tourism attraction. The results showed that the history of Bakpia Pathok 25 is a typical Chinese food called "Tou Luk Pia" which is then interpreted as mung bean pia cake. The Chinese then brought this food to Indonesia in the 1948s. Culture "Bakpia Pathok 25 Bakpia is a form of food acculturation in the culinary field that occurs between Indonesian and Chinese people and by producing bakpia, the bakpia merti procession is held as a form of gratitude of the Pathuk people for abundant sustenance

Abstract

Governance studies system information on PT. Mega auto central finance (MCF). Objective research: (1). Measure level collection capabilities of PT. MCF. (2). Evaluate governance information system services at PT. MCF. PT. MCF is a company financing growing motorcycles rapidly, founded on September 24, 2007, with amount employee moment This is about 8000 people and the sample consists of 40 employees of 38 MCF employees, 1 Collection coordinator and marketing head. The study uses the framework COBIT 5.0 work and focuses on evaluating, directing, and monitoring (EDM) domains. There are several subdomains that help the research process i.e., EDM01 (ensure setup and maintenance governance framework), EDM02 (make sure delivery benefits), EDM03 (make sure optimization risk), EDM04 (make sure optimization source power), EDM05 (make sure stakeholder transparency). Based on the results of governance evaluation system information using the known COBIT 5 framework capability level collection i.e., is on a scale of 3 (established process), the process has been implemented using a specific process that has been set, which is capable achieve the expected outcome.

Abstract

The phenomenon of the development of social media in delivering sermons makes an opportunity for novices and atthasilani to innovate to be able to compete. But it is a challenge because of the need to increase skills in carrying out all processes of technological development. Preaching with the use of technology has been widely applied to other beliefs in order to entice people to listen to sermons. Padepokan Dhammadipa Arama Batu seeks to present graduates who can compete and increase the interest of the devotees to follow every Buddhist teaching. This study uses a qualitative phenomenological approach in which researchers raise the phenomenon that occurs, namely the development of digital speakers in building an entrepreneurial spirit amid competition and the times. Collect data in the field and study it in a triagulation technique to combine data collection and sources. The implementation of digital speaker training provides an increase in skills possessed, forms new insights, pioneers preach in a more modern style and method with the aim of being able to increase the interest of the faithful in listening to the Dhamma being conveyed. In addition to instilling an entrepreneurial spirit in accordance with the teachings of the Buddha which prioritizes the benefits of others without harming other creatures. The selection of entrepreneurial material for samanera and atthasilani cannot be separated from the phenomenon that occurs, namely humans cannot be separated from the process of seeking sustenance to continue life. So that the need for guidance and information to guide people to stick to the search for material in the world according to Buddhist teachings. Packing sermons in digital speakers gives a new perspective and style. However, this development must be followed by the procurement and improvement of supporting facilities to assist competent and competitive human resources so that the regeneration of samanera and atthasilani can be established and developed
