Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan fungsi-fungsi manajemen Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam Kabupaten Banjar tahun 2024 dengan menerapkam beberapa fungsi-fungsi manajemen yaitu planning, organizing, actuating dan controling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan fungsi-fungsi manajemen MGMP PAI Kabupaten Banjar telah dilaksanakan dengan baik dapat dilihat dengan adanya visi, misi, tujuan yang jelas dan realistis, memiliki program kerja yang jelas, dan memiliki rencana pendanaan, melaksanakan kegiatan Identifikasi Kebutuhan anggota, memiliki AD dan ART, dan memiliki struktur kepengurusan yang dibawahi oleh kepala dinas pendidikan provensi Kalimantan Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah diskriptif kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan datanya berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam artikel ini berjumlah 6 orang dan yang menjadi Sumber data adalah ketua MGMP PAI Kabupaten Banjar, wakil MGMP PAI Kabupaten Banjar, sekretaris MGMP PAI Kabupaten Banjar, bendahara dan anggota MGMP PAI Kabupaten Banjar serta Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dengan cara memilih data yang penting, baru, unik dan terkait dengan pertanyaan penelitian.

Abstract

AbstractThis research is motivated by the weak ability of students to read the yellow book at Madrasah Diniyah Takhassus Darussalam Martapura. The research approach used is a qualitative approach, with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. The main research subjects are Qism Tarbiyah and teachers of instrumental sciences. Data analysis techniques involve data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are as follows: (1) Planning the learning process at Madrasah Diniyah Takhassus Darussalam is structured and logical, (2) the teaching process of instrumental sciences at Madrasah Diniyah Takhassus Darussalam is good, (3) in assessment, the process and results of teaching instrumental sciences at Madrasah Diniyah Takhassus Darussalam often do not meet the targets, and (4) in follow-up actions, there are two policies taken for the process and results of teaching instrumental sciences at Madrasah Diniyah Takhassus Darussalam, namely directives and reprimands.Keyword: Learning Management; Ilmu Alat; Nahwu dan Sharaf;AbstrakPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena lemahnya kemampuan para santri dalam membaca kitab kuning pada Madrasah Diniyah Takhassus Darussalam Martapura. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian utama adalah Qism Tarbiyah dan guru pengajar ilmu alat. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data kemudian penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitan ini adalah (1) Perencanaan (plan) proses pembelajaran Pada Madrasah Diniyah Takhassus Darussalam sudah terstruktur dan logis (2) proses pembelajaran ilmu alat baik di Madrasah Diniyah Takhassus Darussalam sudah bagus, (3) Dalam penilaian (check) proses dan hasil pembelajaran ilmu alat di Madrasah Diniyah Takhassus Darussalam seringkali tidak mencapai target, , dan (4) Dalam tindak lanjut (act) proses dan hasil pembelajaran ilmu alat di Madrasah Diniyah Takhassus Darussalam ada dua kebijakan yang diambil, yaitu; himbauan dan teguran,.Kata Kunci: Manajemen Pembelajaran; Ilmu Alat; Nahwu dan Sharaf;

Abstract

ABSTRACTTeachers in the Islamic view are people who play a role in the spiritual development and physical growth of students so that they can carry out their duties as servants or caliphs on earth according to Islamic teachings. An teacher should not be harsh and make things difficult for students because in accordance with the Hadith it is stated that the Prophet Muhammad SAW was sent as an teacher who made things easier, not difficult. The teacher is the representative of parents in the home environment, and their role in the school environment is to train students to achieve predetermined goals and make themselves human beings who do not deviate by providing examples that can be imitated, because the teacher is a learning resource, facilitator, person who manages learning, people who can provide instructions to students, or people who are called demonstrators, and are people who are able to realize ideas that exist in the world of education. The type of research used is Library Research. The main data source in this research is hadith manuscripts about teachers and the secondary sources in this research are books and journals that are relevant to the research.ABSTRAKPendidik dalam pandangan Islam merupakan orang yang berperan dalam perkembangan rohani dan pertumbuhan jasmani peserta didik agar bisa menjalankan tugas-tugas sebagai seorang hamba ataupun khalifah di bumi sesuai ajaran Islam. Seorang pendidik tidak boleh bersikap keras dan menyulitkan peserta didik karena sesuai dengan Hadits yang disebutkan bahwa Nabi Muhammad SAW diutus sebagai pendidik yang mempermudah bukan mempersulit. Guru merupakan wakil orang tua di lingkungan rumah, dan peranannya di lingkungan sekolah adalah melatih siswa mencapai tujuan yang telah ditentukan serta menjadikan dirinya sebagai manusia yang tidak menyimpang dengan memberikan contoh yang dapat ditiru, karena guru sebagai sumber belajar, fasilitator, orang yang mengelola pembelajaran, orang yang dapat memberikan petunjuk kepada peserta didik, atau orang yang disebut demonstrator, serta menjadi orang yang mampu mewujudkan ide-ide yang ada dalam dunia pendidikan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Library Research (Kajian Pustaka). Sumber data utama pada penelitian ini adalah manuskrip hadits tentang pendidik serta yang menjadi sumber sekunder dalam penelitian ini adalah buku dan jurnal yang relevan dengan penelitian.

Abstract

Aqidah is the main aspect of Islamic teachings preached by the Prophet Muhammad. This is clearly visible in the Prophet's main mission to spread Islam in Mecca. The Aqidah aspect is an issue that is quite important than the Sharia and is clearly visible in the Qur'an which explains a lot about faith. After the death of the Prophet Muhammad, the Islamic community experienced a split in several sects, namely after the death of Caliph Usman bin Affan and after the murder of Ali Bin Abi Talib. The sects in Islam emerged because of the many different thoughts of figures, for example thoughts about the power of Allah and human will, the position of revelation. and reason, God's justice. And in the end various sects emerged such as Jabariah, Qodariah, Shi'ah, Kkhuarij, Murjiah and others. This was said by the Prophet that the Islamic community would split into several groups. Qadariah is a sect founded by Ma'bad Al-Juhani, Gaila al-Dimasyqi, and the followers of Wasil ibn' Atha, Umar bin Ubaud, they believe that humans have freedom in their actions, where there are no demands or wills of God in their affairs. Some of these groups believe that human deeds or actions are not God's will And the background to the birth of genre Jabariah is still unclear. And the opinion of Abu Zahra says that this sect emerged from the time of the Companions and the time of the Bani Umayyh. At that time the ulama were discussing the issues of Qada, Qadar, and human power. This sect was founded by Jahm bin Afwan and Ja'ad bin Dirham. This research discusses sects or schools of Islam with conflicting thoughts, namely the idea of God's power over humans and the thought of Qada and Qodar. Because studying the meaning of these two schools is very important for us to be careful and be able to lead someone to strong-founded beliefs. The aim of this research is to address the wisdom of differences in thinking regarding Qoda and Qodar beliefs. The method used is the Leatherface Method by collecting sources from literature. The results of this research show that Muslims are no longer confused or lost with the teachings of deviant sects.

Abstract

This study discusses the book Rijal al-Hadith which is very important in the study of Hadith science. This field deals with individuals connected in the chain of transmission (sanad), namely the narrators of Hadith. Rijal al-Hadith talks about the narrators of Hadith, aimed at assessing the validity of Hadith from the perspective of the chain of narration, whether the connections are sound or flawed by any narrator. This research focuses on how al-Mizzi obtained or revealed narrators in a valid manner. The author also seeks this information. Therefore, the author hopes to contribute to broader and more specific research on the book Rijal al-Hadith.
