Abstract

This study is a qualitative descriptive field study focusing on Arabic learning strategies for children with special needs with social communication disorders in grade II by SD Islam Al Madani Banjarbaru. The data in this study are data related to Arabic learning strategies for children with special needs and the data source is SD Islam Al Madani grade II Arabic language teachers and special tutors Banjarbaru. Data collection techniques include observation, interview, and note-taking. The results of this study in which Arabic teachers used Arabic learning strategies for children with social communication disorders in Grade II of Al Madani Islamic Primary School applied the CTL strategy and Collaborative learning strategy with an orientation towards teacher creativity and the use of diverse and creative media. The barriers that teachers face when teaching Arabic are the environment that does not support learning during the day as well as psychological and emotional factors for children with special needs when feelings of guilt and anxiety arise bad mood.

Abstract

Abstract This article raises the thoughts of Michel Foucault on the relationship between knowledge and power, as well as describes this relationship in the form of discourse analysis. For Foucault, knowledge is a discourse whose truth is covered by a power. Therefore, discourse cannot be seen as it is, but it is the duty of every reader or listener of discourse to dismantle the structure of discourse that is expressed through languge. Every knowledge, then, falls within the sphere of power relations. Efforts to expose this discourse are through an analytical technique that Foucault’s readers often call “discourse analysis”. Because knowledge is ubiquitous and humans impart and absorb knowledge through knowledge, discourse is everywhere, be it in the fields of philosophy, science, religion, economics, politic and in education. There have been many researchers and reviewers who have applied Foucault’s discourse analysis technique in the field of education. However, in this article I will try to apply this method in the field of education in a broader scope as well as close to everyday life. This article aims to emphasize what Foucault has stated that there is a relationship between knowledge and power. Keywords: discourse, power relations, discourse analysis, education. Abstrak Artikel ini mengangkat pemikiran Michel Foucault tentang hubungan antara pengetahuan dan kekuasaan, sekaligus menjabarkan hubungan tersebut dalam bentuk analisis wacana. Bagi Foucault, pengetahuan adalah wacana (discourse) yang kebenarannya dilingkupi oleh suatu kekuasaan. Oleh karena itu, wacana tidak bisa dilihat sebagaimana adanya, melainkan tugas bagi setiap pembaca atau penyimak wacana untuk membongkar bangunan wacana yang terungkap melalui bahasa. Setiap pengetahuan, dengan demikian, berada dalam ruang lingkup relasi kuasa. Upaya untuk membongkar wacana tersebut adalah melalui suatu teknik analisis yang kerap para pembaca Foucault sebut dengan “analisis wacana”. Karena pengetahuan ada di mana-mana dan manusia menyampaikan dan menyerap pengetahuan melalui bahasa, wacana ada di mana-mana pula, baik di bidang filsafat, sains, agama, ekonomi, politik maupun di bidang pendidikan. Sudah banyak peneliti dan pengkaji yang menerapkan teknik analisis wacana Foucault ini dalam bidang pendidikan. Meski demikian, pada artikel ini saya akan mencoba menerapkan metode tersebut di bidang pendidikan dalam ruang lingkup yang lebih luas sekaligus dekat dengan keseharian. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menegaskan apa yang Foucault telah nyatakan bahwa ada relasi antara pengetahuan dan kekuasaan. Kata kunci: wacana, relasi kuasa, analisis wacana, pendidikan.

Abstract

This manuscript delves into philosophical research that examines philosophy in the context of Islam as a religion, where philosophy is categorized as a discipline that demands deep reflection on tangible objects. The concept of "human" begins with a basic understanding, namely the intrinsic difference between humans and divine nature regarding beliefs. Just as religion cannot be entirely explained by science, knowledge derived from human reason, separate from cultural traditions and sacred teachings, is also limited. Philosophy often confronts problems that are beyond the reach of science. Philosophy, when it intersects with faith and religious traditions, becomes relevant and harmonious when believers take the initiative to understand and respect their own religious teachings, doctrines, and beliefs logically. As a result, philosophy is no longer seen as the adversary of religion. The author of this manuscript presents a new perspective on religion as a special entity that also encompasses substantial elements, with the hope of fostering a broader understanding and inter-religious interaction and providing a clear conceptual framework within the discipline of philosophy.

Abstract

Permasalahan mendasar umat Islam saat ini ketika mereka mendudukkan epistemologi bayani sebagai representasi tunggal dan menolak penalaran yang lebih luas. Karena itulah, Al-Jabiri memandang diperlukan sikap yang lebih kritis dalam melihat sejarah dan keberanian untuk melampaui ideologi, yaitu dengan memasuki ranah epistemologi. Gambaran yang penulis peroleh, epistemologi bayani mendasarkan sumbernya pada teks wahyu, sementara epistemologi irfani pada pengalaman, dan epistemologi burhani pada realitas. Metode epistemologi bayani bersifat qiyasiyah, metode epistemologi irfani bersifat dzauqiyah dan riyadhah, sedangkan epistemologi burhani dengan abstraksi, argumentasi kritis, dan demonstrasi. Pendekatan yang dilakukan bayani adalah kebahasaan, ’irfani intuitif, dan burhani filosofis-saintis. Al-Jabiri mengatakan bahwa Islam yang ada pada zaman Nabi adalah Islam yang realistis. Islam yang menjawab realitas saat itu. Dengan pemahamannya ini, Al-Jabiri ingin melegitimasi epistemologi burhani. Wacana Alquran, menurutnya, adalah wacana nalar bukan keyakinan gnostik. Analisa Al-Jabiri ini juga menggiring kita untuk melihat wacana Islam autentik. Secara tidak langsung seakan dia mengatakan tidak ada yang autentik dari ketiga epistemologi ini. Tetapi juga dengan pemahaman bahwa Islam adalah realitas, menguatkan kecenderungannya kepada epistemologi burhani.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to understand the pattern of education during the Safavid dynasty in Persia, as well as to try to identify elements that could possibly be reconstructed from the golden age of Islam, for Islamic education in Indonesia today. The research method used in this study is literature review. The results of the research show that during the rule of the Safavid dynasty in Persia, Islamic education played a significant role in shaping society and political power. The Safavid kings established an education system based on Shia Islamic teachings, with main centers in Qom, Isfahan, and Najaf. They founded madrasahs to spread religious teachings, literature, and other Islamic knowledge. For Islamic education in Indonesia today, it is important to focus on deep understanding, skills and character development, and the implementation of modern educational methods. By considering the principles of the golden age of Islam in the past, Islamic education in Indonesia can be improved to produce intelligent, morally upright generations capable of competing in the era of globalization.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan fungsi-fungsi manajemen Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam Kabupaten Banjar tahun 2024 dengan menerapkam beberapa fungsi-fungsi manajemen yaitu planning, organizing, actuating dan controling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan fungsi-fungsi manajemen MGMP PAI Kabupaten Banjar telah dilaksanakan dengan baik dapat dilihat dengan adanya visi, misi, tujuan yang jelas dan realistis, memiliki program kerja yang jelas, dan memiliki rencana pendanaan, melaksanakan kegiatan Identifikasi Kebutuhan anggota, memiliki AD dan ART, dan memiliki struktur kepengurusan yang dibawahi oleh kepala dinas pendidikan provensi Kalimantan Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah diskriptif kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan datanya berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam artikel ini berjumlah 6 orang dan yang menjadi Sumber data adalah ketua MGMP PAI Kabupaten Banjar, wakil MGMP PAI Kabupaten Banjar, sekretaris MGMP PAI Kabupaten Banjar, bendahara dan anggota MGMP PAI Kabupaten Banjar serta Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dengan cara memilih data yang penting, baru, unik dan terkait dengan pertanyaan penelitian.

Abstract

The study of 'illah hadits is very important because it determines whether a hadits is truly authentic or not. This research aims to delve into the concept of 'illah hadits, its position in hadits criticism, and its impact on the authenticity of hadits. This study uses a qualitative approach and a literature review process. The results of this research show that the concept of 'illah hadits is key to hadits criticism and provides insights into the historical background, events, and contexts that influence the validity of hadits. 'Illah is the hidden defect in its authentic hadits. The 'illah of hadits is located in the chain of transmission of the hadits narrated by Ya'la bin 'Ubaid and the text of the hadits narrated by Ibrahim ibn Thahman, such as the hadits narrated by Baqiyyah from Yunus. The steps to determine the "illah" in a hadits involve a deep understanding of the hadits, textual studies, historical context, the study of Asbab al-Wurud, examination of the narrators, and hadits methodology. The process involves philological analysis, understanding of historical context, identification of causes, examination of hadits transmitters, and hadits methodology. Through these steps, a comprehensive and scientific understanding of "illah" in hadits is achieved.

Abstract

Mahabbah or love is a science that emphasizes feelings of love for God. When someone wants to achieve ma'rifat to Allah, then one will go through this stage. Mahabbah is basically a gift that forms the basis for everything. The Quran explains that the feeling of love is stronger than anything else except Allah. Islam recognizes the presence of love that is implanted in every human heart, as a gift, with that feeling one will love their partner, family, wealth, and place of residence. However, Islam does not justify that feeling of love to be stronger than the love for Allah as the Creator. This study aims to determine the urgency of mahabbah, getting closer to Allah, and to understand the history of the development of mahabbah. The modern era brings many problems in human life, ranging from social crises, structural crises to moral crises, because humans are less able to see the true meaning of life. Material wealth is considered as the actualization of life. Therefore, it is important to emphasize mahabbah in each individual, because by cultivating love for Allah, Allah will pour out His mercy so that we can avoid actions prohibited by Allah SWT.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kita sering mendengar wasiat dalam hal kewarisan, kedua hal ini memang saling berkaitan. Jika pewasiat membuat wasiat sebelum dia meninggal, maka harta tersebut harus digunakan terlebih dahulu untuk kepentingan pengurusan jenazah, pelunasan hutang si mayyit, dan wasiat, baru kemudian masalah warisan dilakukan kepada ahli waris ini masih dipertanyakan kejelasan hukumnya apakah boleh ahli waris juga menerima warisan, penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana prosedur pelaksanaan wasiat dan bagaimana hukum wasiat yang diberikan kepada ahli waris. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif atau yuridis normatif adalah penelitian hukum yang dilakukan dengan meneliti bahan hukum, Metode pendekatan yang dimaksudkan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan perundang-undangan (statuta aproach). dengan bahan hukum primer terdiri dari Al-Qur’an dan Hadits yang membicarakan tentang wasiat, Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Perdata dan di dalam Kompilasi Hukum Islam tepatnya pada Buku II tentang Kewarisan pad BAB V tentang Wasiat. bahan hukum sekunder yakni dari buku-buku ilmu hukum, jurnal ilmu hukum, laporan penelitian ilmu hukum tentang Wasiat, dan bahan hukum tersier berupa kamus. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari teknik studi dokumentasi dan tela’ah pustaka. Bahan hukum yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian dalam praktik pelaksanaannya wasiat yang diberikan kepada ahli waris harus memenuhi beberapa persyaratan tertentu seperti : tidah boleh melebihi sepertiga dari harta warisan dan harus diketahui oleh ahli waris yang lain, hal tersebut agar tidak merugikan para ahli waris. Dalam hukum islam ayat yang mengandung hibah wasiat terdapat pada Q.S. Al-Baqarah ayat 180, 181, 182, 240, dan Q.S. An-Nisa ayat 11 dan 12. Sedangkan dalam KUH Perdata (BW) terdapat didalam pasal 875, serta didalam pasal 954 juga ada aturan wasiat (testament) khusus yang artinya diperuntukkan untuk ahli waris dalam garis keturunan lurus kebawah (erfsitelling). Demikian hasil penelusuran peneliti tentang wasiat yang diberikan kepada ahli waris, bahwa diperbolehkan selama ahi waris lain tidak ada menggugat hak mereka dan ahli waris yang mendapat wasiat diberi izin untuk menerima wasiat oleh ahli waris.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the religious cases in PITI Surabaya from two different perspectives related to religious motives. According to the perspective of the facilitator, the majority of the Chinese Muslim community enter and learn Islam because of marriage and personal interests, while the perspective of the congregation shows that they embrace Islam out of self-awareness and repentance. The researcher uses the religious of commitment theory approach through five dimensions to formulate research problems and uses qualitative research methods with an intrinsic case study approach. The results of the study show that the Chinese Muslim community has a deep understanding of religion in terms of doctrine and textual, applying their religious understanding by actively attending mentoring classes, and having a high religious commitment with the effect of changes in their behavior and participation in religious activities at the PITI institution. In addition, the study also examines the religious contributions of the Chinese Muslim community to the surrounding community and the impact of the changes they experience after embracing Islam.
