<![CDATA[Introduction: This research aims to evaluate the impact of training on employee work productivity at PDAM Tirta Kampar. Methods: This research uses a quantitative approach with simple linear regression as the analysis method. Research data was collected through a survey of PDAM Tirta Kampar employees which was conducted offline and after data screening a sample of 35 respondents was obtained which could be used in the research. Results: The research results show a significant increase in employee work productivity after participating in the training. This is reflected in increased operational efficiency, more optimal management of water resources, and improved services to the community. The analysis also shows increased employee motivation and job satisfaction, creating a more productive work environment. Conclusion and suggestion: This research provides an overview of management in integrating training concepts in the context of daily work, and the use of effective evaluation mechanisms to continue to support human resource development through targeted and planned training while ensuring continuous efforts in monitoring and evaluating its impact on the productivity and overall well-being of the organization.]]>

<![CDATA[Introduction: This research aims to analyze consumer perceptions regarding their desire to purchase halal products in Pekanbaru City. In the era of globalization and increasing awareness of the importance of halal products, understanding the factors that influence consumer desires is very important. Methods: This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods. The survey was conducted on 204 respondents who were randomly selected from various areas in Pekanbaru City. Data was collected using a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis and analyzed simply based on the highest indicator value of the variable being observed. Results: This research shows that the majority of respondents in Pekanbaru City have good knowledge about the latest halal logo from BPJPH and BPJPH's authority in managing halal certification. Respondents also felt that halal labeling was very helpful in making product purchasing decisions, and they tended to choose products labeled halal even though the price was more expensive. Quality standards, quality, and halal guarantees are the main considerations in purchasing products. Conclusion and Suggestions: This research concludes that consumers in Pekanbaru City pay great attention to knowledge about halal logos and certification authorities in choosing halal products. The halal label is considered to guarantee product quality, and consumers are willing to pay more for products labeled halal. Producers and marketers are advised to increase information and education about halal products, maintain brand quality and reputation, and ensure products have clear and reliable halal certification.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan – Tulisan ini membahas tentang implementasi keuangan inklusif pada lembaga keuangan syariah studi pada BMT Marwah yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Kampar. Metode – Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan key informan merupakan pimpinan BMT Marwah. Untuk validasi data menggunakan metode triangulasi dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara kepada anggota BMT Marwah. Hasil – Adapun hasil dari Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa akses untuk menjadi anggota dan menggunakan layanan jasa keuangan di BMT Marwah cukup mudah dan murah. Produk yang di berikan berbagai macam sehingga dapat dipilih sesuai dengan kebutuhan anggota. Kemudian dengan menjalankan fungsi social BMT Marwah dapat membatu masyarakat yang membutuhkan. Implikasi – Implementasi keuangan inklusif pada BMT Marwah dapat meningkatkan kualitas ekonomi dan kesejahteraan anggot maupun masyarakat sekitar yang dapat manfaat dari fungsi sosial yang di jalankan BMT Marwah.]]>

<![CDATA[Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan bagi siswa siswi SMK IT Al-Izhar Pekanbaru, Provinsi Riau, dimana tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan bekal dalam meningkatkan pemahaman terkait keuangan Syariah khusunya tentang E-money Syariah kepada masyarakat khususnya generasi Z pada siswa siswi SMK IT Al-Izhar. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah dengan penyuluhan dan presentasi, diskusi serta Latihan (pretset dan post test) bagi peserta. Metode penyuluhan digunakan untuk menjelaskan terkait konsep dan literasi keuangan Syariah, khususnya pada materi E- money syariah. Metode presentasi digunakan untuk menunjukkan suatu proses kerja yaitu tahap-tahap bagaimana e- money syariah tersebut dapat bekerja. Sementara metode tanya jawab digunakan untuk memberi kesempatan para peserta berkonsultasi dalam memahami lebih lanjut untuk materi yang telah diberikan. Metode Latihan digunakan untuk melihat sejauh pemahaman peserta pengabdian sebelum dan sesudah materi disampaikan. Ketersediaan tenaga ahli yang memadai dalam penyampaian materi ini , antusiasme peserta, dukungan kepala sekolah terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan merupakan pendukung terlaksananya kegiatan PPM ini. Adapun kendala yang dihadapi adalah para siswa/siswi belum memiliki pengetahuan awal tentang materi e- money syariah ini dan keterbatasan waktu dalam penyampaian materi. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat dapat diselenggarakan dengan baik dan berjalan dengan lancar sesuai dengan rencana kegiatan yang telah disusun, hasil dari pengabdian ini disimpulakan bahwa: Pertama, Sebagian besar siswa siswi kelas X SMK IT Al-Izhar belum memahami dengan baik, apa aitu uang digita, namun Sebagian besar dari mereka adalah pengguna dari e- money syariah khususnya pada e-wallet. Kedua, Ketercapaian tujuan program kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat kepada siswa siswi SMK IT Al-Izhar Pekanbaru keseluruhan program yang telah dilakukan dengan kolaborasi antara pihak sekolah dan pengabdi telah dilakukan semua dan sesuai dengan roundown acara maupun waktu yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya.]]>

<![CDATA[Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan di SMK IT AL Izhar Pekanbaru dengan peserta siswa-siswi kelas X. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan tema Literasi Keuangan Syariah: Perencanaan Keuangan Berdasarkan Prinsip Syariah Bagi siswa SMA/sederajat. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang keuangan syariah khususnya perencanaan keuangan berdasarkan prisnsip syariah bagi siswa-siswi SMK IT AL-Izhar Pekanbaru. Materi yang disampaikan dengan metode ceramah disertai dengan menampilkan slide materi yang berhubungan dengan tema pengabdian dan diakhiri dengan tanya jawab seputar materi pengabdian masyarakat. Selama kegiatan berlangsung Siswa siswi SMK IT AL-Izhar Pekanbaru mengikuti dengan antusias. Dari pengabdian yang dilaksankan diharapkan bahwa peserta yang menghadiri pengabdian masyarakat yaitu siswa-siswi SMK IT Al-Izhar Pekanbaru mendapatkan tambahan pengetahuan tentang keuangan syariah khususnya perencanaan keuangan berdasarkan prinsip syariah bagi siswa SMA/Sederajat. Kemudian, dari pengingkatan pengetahuan peserta memiliki motivasi untuk merencakan keuangannya berdasarkan prinsip syariah untuk meraih kesejahteraan dunia dan akhirat.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of the boycott of pro-Israel affiliated products on economic growth in Indonesia. This research method uses a qualitative approach used to understand the perspectives and attitudes of consumers and industry players towards the boycott of pro-Israel affiliated products. Qualitative data were collected through in-depth interviews and focus group discussions with consumers, traders, and economists. These interviews aimed to explore the reasons behind participation in the boycott, perceptions about the effects of the boycott, and views on local product alternatives. Qualitative data analysis was conducted using thematic coding methods to identify key patterns and themes. The results of this study indicate that the boycott of pro-Israel affiliated products in Indonesia reflects how international political and humanitarian issues can influence economic and social behavior at the national level. While this boycott has the potential to affect the Indonesian economy by reducing demand for imported products and increasing support for local products, the challenges in implementation and its impact on larger political goals remain complex questions. Therefore, there needs to be an in-depth study and a wise approach in dealing with this issue, considering the economic, social, and political impacts holistically.]]>

<![CDATA[This service was carried out in Kampar Regency, Riau Province. The object is Dharma Wanita SMAN 1 Bangkinang Kota as one of the schools in Bangkinang Kota District. This service aims to socialize the Sharia Sale and Purchase Agreement in High Schools. The results of this service show that: 1) The success of the target number of training participants. 2) Achievement of activity goals. 3) Achievement of planned material targets. 4) Participants' ability to master the material. Overall, this service activity can be said to be successful. Apart from being measured by the four components above, this success can also be seen from the satisfaction of the participants after taking part in the activity because the service members provide the opportunity to ask as many questions as possible and when the service members ask questions they can be answered by the participants and they ask about the training agenda with the theme of the next sharia buying and selling contracts. This is because the theme/material of these sharia buying and selling contracts is interesting for participants. ]]>

<![CDATA[Introduction: This article aims to provide a better understanding of Accounting Principles in Islamic Banking. Methods: The research method used is the literature research method or literature review. The purpose of literature research is to understand existing understanding of a research topic, identify knowledge gaps, and provide a conceptual basis for further research. Results: The research results provide a better understanding of the calculations and accounting treatment of sharia banking products, as well as discussing the importance of compliance with Islamic sharia principles in sharia banking operations. Conclusion and suggestion: This article highlights the importance of research and a deeper understanding of calculations and accounting treatment in sharia banking products to strengthen accounting practices following sharia principles. The implication of this article is to increase understanding and awareness of sharia banking among the wider community. With a better understanding of how Islamic banking operates and how their financial products and services are managed accounting, people can make smarter financial decisions that comply with sharia principles.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the implementation of sharia economic contracts at Dhuafa Mart in supporting the development of sharia economy and empowerment of the dhuafa community. The study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation as data collection techniques. The results of the study indicate that Dhuafa Mart implements several sharia contracts, such as murabahah (buying and selling with a profit margin), ijarah (renting), and qardhul hasan (goodwill loans). The implementation of these contracts has been proven to provide economic and social benefits, including transparency in transactions, easy access for the dhuafa community, and real contributions to sharia-based economic empowerment. These findings indicate that a business model such as Dhuafa Mart can be a strategic instrument to expand sharia financial inclusion and strengthen the socio-economic impact of Islam in society]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the implementation of qardhul hasan in the Sharia Cooperative of SMAN 1 Bangkinang City as a form of financing that is in accordance with sharia principles. Qardhul hasan is a sharia financial product in the form of an interest-free loan that aims to help cooperative members in need. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observations, and document studies. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of qardhul hasan in the Sharia Cooperative of SMAN 1 Bangkinang City is in accordance with sharia principles. The loan provision procedure is carried out by considering the eligibility and repayment ability of members, and is equipped with a simple administrative mechanism. In addition, the implementation of qardhul hasan has a positive impact on cooperative members, such as helping urgent needs without burdening interest, and increasing solidarity and a sense of responsibility among members. However, several challenges such as limited funds and member awareness in repaying loans on time need further attention.]]>
