Abstract

Sportmen or athletes who receive or obtain income in connection with their participation in a competition or championship activity are obliged to carry out their tax obligations. Because athletes are included as individual tax subjects who receive income with deductions from Income Tax Article 21 and/or Article 26. Therefore, knowledge and technical skills are needed to carry out tax obligations properly and correctly. This activity was carried out as an embodiment of the Bandung Accounting Academy (A2B) in carrying out community service in accordance with the study program, namely tax accounting. The activity was entitled Tax Provision and Tax Training for Indonesian Paragliding athletes in West Bandung Regency. Organizing training, covering topics related to the field of taxation, as well as increasing the professional capabilities and competencies of HR in the scope of tax accounting for activity participants. Technically, this activity went according to target; all participants underwent the implementation process until completion, were declared to have passed, and were given a brevet A&B competency certificate.

Abstract

Jatiluwih, recognized as a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site in 2012, attracts significant tourist attention. Despite its burgeoning development, the village faces challenges due to a lack of adequately trained human resources. Predominantly, educational attainment in the village is restricted to the secondary level, which limits management knowledge and skills among the residents. The Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) method, which involves engaging community groups in the examination of rural conditions, has been employed to address these challenges. This approach seeks to empower non-productive groups to enhance the overall capacity, knowledge, skills, and well-being of Jatiluwih's community, thereby fostering sustainable human resource development and improved socio-economic conditions.

Abstract

Tri Dharma College is the three main tasks that must be fulfilled by the academic civilisation of college, one of the forms of implementation of the main task is the execution of devotion to the community (PKM). PKM activities are activities that include the application, development and dissemination of science. The activities of PKM form a collaboration of education and teaching between colleges and community partners. This time, the lecturer of the Accountancy Studies Program of the University of Pamulang organized a PKM at the Nurul Ihsan Pondok Pesantren in Tangerang South Banten. The implementation of the PKM is divided into three material sessions and is carried out by methods of presentation, training and discussion. At the end of the presentation session, questions were answered to the centers included with the award of the doorprize. The PKM activities are expected to complement the training science curriculum in which the centri not only have strong Islamic values but also accounting, entrepreneurship and taxation skills that are useful for self-development.

Abstract

Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not simply free from disease or weakness. Through community service activities packaged in the 53rd Anniversary program of the Bandung Accounting Academy (A2B), A2B partnered with the Red Beret Corps Children (AKBM) and SMK Dharma Bhakti Indonesia (SMK DBI) to hold free medical check-up and treatment activities in the form of checking blood pressure, blood sugar, and uric acid as well as providing free consultations and medicines by doctors. It aims to monitor the health of the local community and early detect non-communicable diseases that may arise. This activity is expected to increase the awareness of the elderly regarding the importance of carrying out a healthy lifestyle to avoid disease.

Abstract

Stunting is a growth disorder in children caused by repeated infections and malnutrition. This is indicated by the child's height being less than the age standard. The stunting rate in Indonesia is still quite high. Although there is a decrease from 24.4 percent in 2021 to 21.6 percent in 2022, this figure is still far from the target of 14% in 2024. Long-term malnutrition which can start during pregnancy is the main cause of stunting. Therefore, it is very important to consider the nutritional intake of pregnant and breastfeeding mothers, and provide appropriate complementary foods for breast milk. To prevent stunting, pregnant women must get better nutrition, get the right complementary foods for breast milk, and encourage eating healthy foods. The Indonesian government, in collaboration with international organizations such as UNICEF, has taken various steps to address this problem. The method used in this community service activity consists of several stages, namely the preparation stage, implementation stage and evaluation stage. This activity was carried out at Posyandu Sejahtera Pondok Kelapa Duren Sawit, East Jakarta. The results of the counseling showed that as a result of the implementation of community service, 90% of theparticipants were able to explain stunting prevention.

Abstract

Community service activities were carried out in Panjer Village, Plosoklaten District, Kediri Regency, targeting the village's PKK (Family Welfare Empowerment) women. The purpose of this activity was to enhance creativity, particularly among the PKK women, by introducing new innovations to process unripe papayas into food products, specifically papaya chips. This initiative aimed to increase the economic value of papayas processed into chips, create new business opportunities for the PKK women, and contribute to the local community's economy. The stages of the activity included observation and communication between the IAIN Kediri KKN community service team and the residents of Panjer Village. Preparations were then made, followed by the implementation of the activity, which involved delivering material on how to process unripe papayas into culinary products such as chips and conducting practical workshops on making the chips. An evaluation was conducted by the community service team to assess the participants' understanding of the chip-making process. The results of this community service activity showed that participants were able to produce their own papaya chips, which can serve as a family snack or as a potential business opportunity to generate additional income. Moreover, it demonstrated the effective use of locally available materials to create economically valuable products, whether on a group or individual basis.

Abstract

Cargo company CV. Intan Sanggraha Int'l is one of the MSMEs that serve the delivery of goods on a large scale with various delivery lines. Shipping destinations can be in the country or abroad. The COVID-19 pandemic has made the domestic and international delivery process tighter because the government is aware of the virus carried in the goods sent, so Cargo has experienced fewer sales than before. Problems that exist CV. Intan Sanggraha Int'l has not optimized the management and recording of technology-based petty cash. This community service activity aims to help CV—Intan Sanggraha Int'l by conducting training and mentoring in business management. The solution of this work program is to manage and record petty cash using Microsoft Excel software to make the recording process more efficient. This work Program is expected to benefit the community, especially companies affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, and increase company productivity.

Abstract

A business plan is a framework that explains every part of the business that will be worked on from start to finish. And by including various events that must be anticipated if there are unwanted things that happen. So that a business plan is made by referring to conditions that are considered realistic or feasible to be implemented. Technopreneur can be simply interpreted as a technology enthusiast who has an entrepreneurial spirit and without an entrepreneurial spirit, a technology enthusiast will only be a technician who is less able to make the technology he is working on a source of life. This Community Service Activity aims to provide assistance in compiling a business plan with a technopreneurship trend for SMK Techno Media students with the provision of the will and creativity they have. The method developed in this activity is through socialization and assistance in compiling a business plan for students at SMK Techno Media in the Tangerang city area. This is based on a lack of understanding of the business plan, resulting in low awareness and difficulty in compiling a business plan, especially in the independence and creativity of students. So that with the activity of preparing a business plan for these students, it can provide insight, knowledge and skills for students at SMK Techno Media.

Abstract

Saving is a crucial first step in managing personal finances. In addition, investment is a smart way to grow wealth over time. To implement saving and investment activities for generation Z, Pamulang University Lecturers were moved to provide education and understanding related to this through Community Service (PKM) activities. This service aims to provide an understanding of the importance of saving and investing among generation Z who are at the Tahfidz House in Batan Indah Housing. With the increasing development of technology and access to information, this generation has the potential to manage finances better. This activity was carried out offline, namely by providing materials and discussions related to saving and investment strategies. This activity had a positive impact on participants, by increasing their discipline in managing their personal finances for a better future. The results of this activity showed an increase in participants' knowledge and awareness of financial management.

Abstract

Small, Micro and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are part of one of the backbones of the economy of the people in the city of Tangerang, especially in the old market area. This area is one of the largest centers famous for culinary. Culinary SMEs in the area still use simple systems and technologies in running their businesses including production, administration, marketing, financial records and payroll. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide and introduce how to make pay slips to help compile and provide transparency of salaries/wages for employees in Culinary SMEs in Tangerang City. Community service is carried out face-to-face in the form of presentations and practice (tutorials) on making pay slips, presentations using Microsoft Office Powerpoint and Microsoft Office Excel applications. Participants in the community service activity are representatives of culinary SME business actors in the city of Tangerang and fellow participants in this Community Service (PKM). The implementation of community service received enthusiasm from the participants because it was in accordance with the conditions of business actors and could be applied immediately easily and cheaply.
