Abstract

SWOT analysis has become an important tool in planning business strategies, especially for coffee SMEs in Sidoarjo. By understanding their internal strengths, weaknesses, market opportunities and threats, SMEs can identify concrete steps to increase their competitiveness. By focusing on product quality development, market expansion, managerial skills training, product innovation, and industry collaboration, coffee SMEs can strengthen their position in local and regional markets. SWOT analysis provides an in-depth and holistic view of the internal and external factors that influence the growth and success of coffee SMEs, making it a very useful tool in strategic planning.

Abstract

This research aims to determine a competitive strategy for PT. Oceania Wood Products through SWOT analysis. This analysis identifies company strengths such as high product quality and an extensive distribution network, as well as weaknesses such as dependence on imported raw materials and high production costs. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, the recommended competitive strategies include: environmentally friendly product diversification, optimizing production cost efficiency, expanding into international markets, and partnership building strategies. Implementation of this strategy is expected to strengthen PT's market position. Oceania Wood Products, increase competitiveness, and achieve sustainable growth.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to investigate the impact of electronic business information systems (ECRM) on the online market of business information systems. Limited to consulting, marketing and advertising buying and selling, we need a database to make your business easier, efficient, fast and easy and sell regardless of distance or time. That can happen. They can do it. For people, the importance of marketing information is that they can buy products online quickly and easily. After creating a product database, customers can easily register in the desired product database and pay for the product via bank transfer. Qualitative analysis was used in this research. The research results show that: 1) e-commerce has an effect on consumer information; 2. E-CRM affects customer information; and 3) collection of information that affects customer data.

Abstract

Service quality strategy with SWOT analysis to increase progress in a company which aims to find out how the influence of using strategy, service quality and SWOT analysis as a way to increase progress in a company. The method used in this research is qualitative, with the method used being a literature study. Strategy is defined as a way to determine the company's main objectives with appropriate actions, which can be used as a guideline for the company's vision and mission. Service quality is closely related to customer experience, which helps them develop a strong relationship with the company's mission. SWOT provides an overview of the weaknesses, strengths, opportunities and threats that each company or activity has in carrying out its operations or business activities. companies need to have a coherent and responsive strategy to overcome challenges and exploit new opportunities. Business strategy is also important in setting a clear direction for the company. The company's goal can be to improve quality to be able to differentiate between the company's positioning and its competitors in terms of what might be of value to customers.

Abstract

The Influence of Multimodal Transport, Information and Communication Technology, and Order Consolidation on Logistics Cost Efficiency is a scientific literature review article within the field of logistics. The aim of this article is to build hypotheses regarding the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable, which will be used in future research. The research objects include online media libraries such as Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar, Elsevier, Zotero, and other online journal platforms. The analysis uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of this article are: 1) Multimodal transport influences logistics cost efficiency; 2) Information and communication technology influences logistics cost efficiency; and 3) Order consolidation influences logistics cost efficiency.

Abstract

The Influence of Logistics Management Implementation, Logistics Information Systems, and Quality of Goods Distribution Services on Customer Satisfaction is a scientific literature review article within the scope of the field of study. The purpose of this article is to develop hypotheses on the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable that will be used in subsequent research. The research objects are online media literature, Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar, Elsevier, Zotero, and other online journal media. The research method employs library research sourced from e-books and scientific journals. The analysis uses a qualitative descriptive approach.
