Abstract

Operating room is a hospital facility that carries risk of medical injury and complications that endanger lives. There’re still near misses incidents although the surgical safety checklist is completed. The completion of the surgical safety checklist questionable.In-depth interviews were conducted with informants. Results of interviews carried out data reduction, data display (data presentation) and conclusion drawing or verification. Data was analyzed then conclusions were drawn. Efforts for patient safety have been going well by the PMKP team. Still those who were not disciplined in their implementation for SSCL. There is already socialization on filling out the SSCL, training is still under discussion. There is a guarantee of supervision of filling in and implementing the SSCL in the operating room in coordination with the nurse and PMKP team and this is done every day and recapped every month. The implementation of SSCL was carried out well by all staff in the surgical room and supervised by the head of the room. Time out still hasn't been done in the operating room. There are obstacles in implementing SSCL, especially the doctor's signature, and non-existent training. Rewards are not balanced with punishment and the number of anesthesia nurse is inadequate to ensure patient safety. There is still prone to patient safety incidents seen from the negative findings about SSCL. The implementation of SSCL is effective in reducing patient safety incidents’s number in the operating room, during the sign in, time out and sign out phases. Hospitals need to build good work teams, organize training related to the SSCL, implement supporting technology, and reinforce safety culture and supervision regarding filling and implementing SSCL.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the influence of organizational commitment and work environment on employee performance through work motivation. This study was conducted at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office of Bojonegoro Regency with a population of 52 people, then the sample used was all members of the population using total sampling. Data were collected with a questionnaire and analyzed by Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study showed that performance and work environment were in good condition, and work environment were in high condition, Organizational commitment and work environment affect work motivation. Work environment has a direct impact on employee performance, while organizational commitment does not. Work motivation has a significant impact on employee performance, and both affect employee performance indirectly through work motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the condition of performance, innovation, transformational leadership and work self-efficacy in the Bojonegoro Regency Transportation Agency. In addition, it is also to analyze the direct and indirect influence of leadership and work self-efficacy on performance through employee innovation. This study is classified as an Explanatory Research type with a quantitative approach. The population studied was all employees of the Bojonegoro Regency Transportation Agency, totaling 64 people. The research sample was determined as many as 64 people with the total sampling method. The data analysis technique used Path Analysis through the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. From the results of the analysis, it was concluded that transformational leadership, innovation and performance of employees of the Bojonegoro Regency Transportation Agency were in good condition, only employee self-efficacy was very good. Transformational leadership had a significant effect on employee innovation. Self-efficacy had a significant effect on employee innovation. Transformational leadership directly had a significant effect on employee performance. Self-efficacy did not have a significant effect on employee performance. Innovation had a significant effect on employee performance. Transformational leadership had a significant effect on performance through employee innovation. Self-efficacy had a significant effect on performance through employee innovation.

Abstract

This study aims to outline influencers' function in MSMEs' social media marketing. A descriptive study using a qualitative methodology is the methodology employed. MSMEs in Sukabumi City are the study's informants. There are up to fifteen business actors at Sukabumi City's Muhammadiyah University. methods for gathering data that include literature research, interviews, and observation. Strategies for data analysis that make use of triangulation are data reduction, data display, and conclusion drafting. The results of this study can be seen from the research questions, namely the number of followers on social media, the type of social media owned, creative content, the impact of content on sales, and the number of consumers. owned, creative content, the impact of content on sales, and the number of consumers who buy on social media. Who buys on social media, explaining that marketing on social media carried out by MSMEs today must have creative and effective content. Done by MSMEs today must have creative content.

Abstract

Research on the role of communication in effective leadership has been done by many researchers before, but it is still rare to conduct research with loci in student organizations. This study aims to discover and explain communication's role in effective leadership in UMMI student organizations. Quantitative descriptive is used as the method of this research, while as a sample, namely representatives from each student organization, in this case the secretary and members totaling 88 respondents. Questionnaires were distributed to respondents as a data collection method for this study. The study's results explained that communication had a significant positive influence on effective leadership, with an influence of 61.6%.

Abstract

Every year there are additional Land and Building Tax (PBB) receivables which become the work burden of the Cimahi City Regional Revenue Management Agency (Bappenda) and are recorded in the Cimahi City Regional Government's Financial Report. To reduce PBB receivables, strategies are needed and how to implement these strategies is necessary. analyzed further in order to always get new strategies that are better, more effective, efficient and economical in collecting PBB and efforts to reduce tax receivables. The research design that will be used is a descriptive analysis research method with a qualitative approach in order to broadly describe the UN collection strategy for reducing uncollectible tax receivables at the Cimahi City Bappenda. This research was conducted at the Cimahi City Bappenda which is located at the Cimahi City Public Services Mall, Jl. Aruman Kel. Pasirkaliki District. North Cimahi Cimahi City, West Java Province. Analysis was carried out starting from before being in the field, while in the field and after being in the field, using library research, field research and interviews.The results of this research produced a study and document analysis of the collection strategy for uncollectible land and building tax receivables in Cimahi City.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the application of Supply Chain Management (SCM) principles in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in Sukabumi City by identifying relevant performance indicators in designing new products and analyzing factors that affect MSME operational performance, such as production cycle time, capacity utilization, product quality, and customer satisfaction. Using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentary studies of five MSMEs, where the data analysis techniques obtained used source and time triangulation. The results of the study show that efficiency in the supply chain, optimization of production capacity, and improvement of product quality contribute greatly to the competitiveness of MSMEs, while the lack of innovation and process improvement is still the main challenge. Therefore, this study recommends the application of technology in SCM, improvement of human resource skills, closer collaboration with suppliers and distributors, and stronger policy support to support the sustainability and competitiveness of MSMEs.

Abstract

This article discusses the role of technological innovation in e-business as a solution for energy efficiency and carbon emission reduction, focusing on the implementation of various environmentally friendly technologies that can enhance the operational sustainability of companies. This research aims to analyze the impact of technologies such as Internet of Things (IoT)-based energy management systems, big data analytics, and cloud computing on reducing energy consumption and carbon footprints of companies. The methodology used is a qualitative approach with in-depth analysis of various case studies in the e-business sector that have successfully implemented green technologies. The findings indicate that the adoption of environmentally friendly technologies not only benefits the environment but also enhances operational efficiency and significantly reduces energy costs. With collaboration between government, private sector, and communities, the e-business sector can play a crucial role in global efforts against climate change.

Abstract

Research on supply chain analysis has been done a lot and tends to be only for large companies, while research on supply chains in micro businesses, especially in the culinary sector in Indonesia is still limited. This study aims to analyze the structure and flow of Rice Bowl Trustmee's supply chain, identify key challenges in supply chain management, evaluate strategies implemented to overcome these challenges, and provide recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain management in similar micro enterprises. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data is collected through in-depth interviews with business owners, operational managers, suppliers, and customers, as well as direct observation of operational processes. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, thematic analysis, and conclusion drawing to ensure the accuracy and consistency of research findings. The results of the study stated that Rice Bowl Trustmee implements a simple supply chain involving local raw material suppliers, order-based production, temporary storage, distribution through online services, and digital promotion. The main challenges faced include limited storage capacity, dependence on a single supplier, and fluctuations in market demand. Order-based production strategies help reduce the waste of raw materials, while the use of social media is effective for promotion. However, reliance on one major supplier and online distribution platform poses risks that need to be managed.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of competence, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance. The research was conducted at PT Tunas Muda Seruni with a total population of 35 employees. The sampling technique employed was non-probability sampling using a saturated sampling approach, in which all members of the population were included as research samples. Data were collected through a questionnaire utilizing a Likert scale (1–5). The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The findings indicate that competence, motivation, and work discipline each have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
