Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the Voluntary Disclosure Program (PPS), Tax Socialization and Tax Awareness on increasing individual taxpayer compliance based on the perception of tax consultants who are members of the Indonesian Tax Consultant Association (IKPI) Bogor branch. This study uses a quantitative approach with a data collection method through distributing questionnaires. The sample was determined by purposive sampling with a total of 60 respondents. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 26 program. The results of the study indicate that partially, the Voluntary Disclosure Program and Tax Awareness have a positive and significant effect on increasing individual taxpayer compliance, while Tax Socialization has a positive but insignificant effect. Simultaneously, the three variables have a positive and significant effect on increasing individual taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh sistem penghargaan, pelatihan, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional melalui kepuasan kerja pada karyawan SPBU 5462109 dan 5462116 Bojonegoro. Penelitian explanatory dengan pendekatan kuantitatif ini melibatkan seluruh 35 karyawan sebagai sampel menggunakan total sampling. Analisis dilakukan dengan Partial Least Square (SmartPLS 3.0). Hasilnya, sistem penghargaan, pelatihan, dan kepuasan kerja tergolong cukup baik; lingkungan kerja dan komitmen pegawai termasuk baik. Sistem penghargaan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, sedangkan pelatihan tidak. Pelatihan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, namun sistem penghargaan tidak. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional serta memediasi pengaruh pelatihan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap komitmen, tetapi tidak memediasi hubungan sistem penghargaan dengan komitmen organisasional.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan beban kerja, kompensasi TPP, kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja pegawai Inspektorat Kabupaten Bojonegoro, serta menganalisis pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung antarvariabel. Menggunakan desain explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian melibatkan seluruh pegawai (70 orang) melalui teknik sensus sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan seluruh variabel berada pada kondisi sangat tinggi. Beban kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan secara tidak langsung menurunkan kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja. Sebaliknya, kompensasi TPP dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui kepuasan kerja. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan beban kerja yang proporsional serta pemberian kompensasi yang memadai untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dan kinerja pegawai di lingkungan Inspektorat Kabupaten Bojonegoro.

Abstract

Transparent presentation of information related to the process of identifying, evaluating, and controlling risks. This study aims to evaluate the impact of the independent board of commissioners, company ownership structure, and gender diversity on the level of risk management disclosure. This study focuses on transportation and logistics companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019-2023 period. Risk management disclosures were conducted using ISO 31000:2018. The study employed quantitative methods with secondary data and panel data regression analysis using Eviews-12. The sample consisted of 95 companies selected by purposive sampling. Based on the results of the simultaneous analysis, all independent variables showed a significant influence on the level of risk management disclosure. Based on partial analysis conducted by controlling for certain variables, it was found that the independent board of commissioners and the level of gender diversity on the board had a positive influence on the level of risk management disclosure. Conversely, institutional ownership and managerial ownership aspects showed a negative influence on risk management disclosure practices. In addition, the analysis results showed that the level of public ownership did not have a significant influence on risk management disclosure.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasingly fierce competition in the coffee shop industry, so that the application of product branding and digital marketing is an important factor in increasing sales turnover, especially in micro, small and medium enterprises such as Kedai Viaipi in Jombang Regency. This study aims to analyze the role of branding and digital marketing strategies in driving the growth of the coffee shop business. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results showed that the consistent application of branding through visual elements, packaging, and attractive interior concepts succeeded in building brand identity and increasing customer loyalty, especially among young people. On the other hand, the utilization of social media such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook with creative content, influencer collaboration, and interactive promotions proved effective in expanding market reach and increasing customer engagement. The positive impact of the integration of these two strategies is reflected in a 30% increase in sales turnover in the last six months and an increase in the number of customers from various regions. Obstacles faced, such as competition on social media and limited resources, can be overcome through innovation, employee training, and good supplier management. The study concludes that a combination of product branding and digital marketing is the key to success.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi organisasi, keterlibatan pegawai, dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja di Kecamatan Kanor, Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Penelitian eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif ini menggunakan metode sensus terhadap 30 pegawai, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan dokumentasi, serta analisis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi organisasi, keterlibatan pegawai, kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja pegawai secara umum berada pada kategori tinggi. Komunikasi organisasi, keterlibatan pegawai, kepemimpinan, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan hanya komunikasi organisasi dan kepemimpinan yang berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja terbukti tidak memediasi pengaruh komunikasi organisasi dan keterlibatan terhadap kinerja, tetapi berperan signifikan sebagai mediator dalam hubungan kepemimpinan dengan kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan komunikasi, penghargaan, komitmen organisasional, dan loyalitas pegawai Kecamatan Sugihwaras, serta menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi dan penghargaan terhadap loyalitas melalui komitmen organisasional. Penelitian explanatory dengan pendekatan kuantitatif ini melibatkan seluruh pegawai sebanyak 32 orang menggunakan sensus sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dokumentasi, lalu dianalisis dengan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keempat variabel berada pada kategori baik. Komunikasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen maupun loyalitas, baik langsung maupun melalui komitmen organisasional. Sebaliknya, penghargaan terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, loyalitas, serta loyalitas melalui komitmen organisasional. Selain itu, komitmen organisasional juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pegawai. Dengan demikian, penghargaan dan komitmen organisasional menjadi faktor utama yang meningkatkan loyalitas pegawai di Kecamatan Sugihwaras.

Abstract

Home Industry Glagahan, which produces traditional kerupuk (crackers), faces several challenges in managing sales, stock recording, and product distribution, as these processes were previously carried out manually, leading to errors in record-keeping, loss of transaction data, and difficulties in generating structured sales reports. To address these issues, this study developed a Web-Based Sales Information System for Kerupuk Products using the Laravel framework supported by a modular e-commerce package, applying the Waterfall development method that includes requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and evaluation stages. The system provides features such as an online product catalog, automated transaction recording, integrated stock management, and sales reports based on specific periods, while system functionality was tested using the Black-box Testing method to ensure that it meets user requirements. The results show that the system successfully assists the business owner in managing sales and stock data more effectively compared to the previous manual method, although limitations remain, such as the lack of fully implemented online payment integration and a relatively simple user interface. In the future, this system can be further enhanced by integrating courier services, digital payment methods, and a more flexible user interface to support wider market expansion.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of work discipline and work environment which are directly related to performance. Good work discipline and work environment can have an impact on increasing performance values. which with high discipline and a comfortable environment can provide changes in achieving goals to improve the performance of the Santika Premiere Dyandra Hotel Medan. This study was conducted at the Santika Premiere Dyandra Hotel Medan. The method used is quantitative descriptive research. The sampling technique uses the sloving formula with a set sample size of 67 respondents. As independent variables, namely work discipline and work environment, while the dependent variable is performance. The analytical tools used include validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing used is a partial test (t test). The results of hypothesis testing show that the first hypothesis (H1) work discipline and the second hypothesis (H2) are accepted. The results of testing the first hypothesis (H1) obtained results that have a positive and significant effect on performance. These results Testing the second hypothesis (H2) obtained results that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance. Discipline and work environment have a simultaneous influence on performance, contributing 77.60%, while the remainder is influenced by unknown variables.
