Abstract

Membangun ekosistem e-commerce inklusif sangat penting untuk mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi digital dan memberdayakan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Analisis ini membahas model bisnis dan strategi pengembangan untuk platform penjualan produk UMKM dengan dukungan Gerakan Nasional Bangga Buatan Indonesia (GPN). Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus pada platform e-commerce tertentu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model bisnis platform harus didasarkan pada nilai inklusivitas, kemudahan akses, dan dukungan untuk pengembangan UMKM. Strategi pengembangan platform meliputi integrasi sistem pembayaran digital, pengembangan konten dan pemasaran digital, serta penyediaan program mentoring dan pelatihan untuk UMKM.

Abstract

The development of knowledge and technology continues to progress, impacting the diversity of products and changes in consumer lifestyles. As a result, companies must implement effective strategies to attract consumer purchasing interest in a competitive business environment. This study aims to identify and explain the influence of promotions and discounts on consumers' purchasing decisions and their demand for goods or services. The research method employed is a literature review using the Research Rabbit platform. The findings indicate a positive and significant relationship between discounts, promotions, and consumer purchasing decisions and demand. Furthermore, the combination of discounts and promotions proves to be more effective in increasing consumer demand.

Abstract

This review explores the potential of integrating artificial intelligence (AI) in management information systems (MIS) to improve the quality of strategic decision-making. This article discusses the various ways in which AI can be integrated into a SIM, the benefits gained, and the challenges faced in its implementation. In addition, this research will also propose a comprehensive framework for integrating AI in a SIM, including technical, organizational, and ethical aspects. The research results are expected to provide insights for decision-makers in utilizing AI technology to improve organizational performance.

Abstract

The implementation of M-BCA (Mobile Banking BCA) at Bank Central Asia (BCA) has significantly enhanced customer access to banking services and financial transactions. Governed by Articles 1 and 3 of Law No. 10 of 1998 on Banking, which emphasizes the necessity for technological innovation in banking services and customer protection during financial transactions, M-BCA aligns with these principles by offering transparent and efficient access through smartphones. Customers can conduct banking transactions anytime and anywhere without visiting physical branches, thereby improving transaction speed and efficiency.Additionally, M-BCA incorporates advanced security measures, including dual authentication mechanisms like Personal Identification Numbers (PINs) and One-Time Passwords (OTPs), which mitigate unauthorized access and reduce fraud risks. Compliance with relevant regulations, such as Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 18/40/PBI/2016 on electronic money services, further strengthens customer trust in BCA's electronic banking.Despite the positive impacts, challenges remain, particularly regarding telecommunications infrastructure in rural areas, which can hinder access to M-BCA services. Continuous investment in cybersecurity is essential to protect personal data from cyber threats. BCA's proactive strategies include enhancing security systems, employee training on cybersecurity practices, and maintaining compliance with data protection regulations. Overall, M-BCA has expanded financial inclusion while improving customer experiences in banking services, necessitating collaborative efforts to address existing challenges.

Abstract

Islamic Business Ethics is an important foundation in carrying out economic activities in accordance with Islamic teachings. In a business context, ethics not only includes compliance with sharia law, but also moral values that uphold justice, social responsibility and honesty. Principles such as the prohibition of usury, gharar and fraud are the main guidelines for running an ethical business. In addition, Islamic business ethics emphasizes the importance of integrity and openness in every transaction. In the era of globalization and increasingly fierce competition, the application of Islamic business ethics is becoming increasingly relevant, because it not only contributes to economic development, but also builds reputation and trust in the eyes of consumers and the wider community. Thus, understanding and implementing Islamic business ethics not only benefits individuals and companies, but also society as a whole, creating a more sustainable and fair business environment.

Abstract

This article presents a comprehensive analysis of the strategies needed to enhance the readiness of the industrial market in Indonesia, emphasizing government policies and their impact on industrial growth. In the context of globalization and the 4.0 industrial revolution, market readiness is crucial to ensure competitiveness and sustainability. The article examines various policies implemented by the government, such as investment incentives, infrastructure development, and support for research and development (R&D), to create an environment conducive to innovation and productivity. The development of human resources through vocational education and training is a primary focus, where skills relevant to industry needs are essential for producing competent and adaptive workers. Abstract

Employee engagement is an important factor in increasing productivity in the workplace. This study aims to analyze the relationship between employee engagement and productivity, and identify the elements that influence the level of engagement. Using a qualitative approach through literature study and document analysis from various organizations, this study explores best practices in human resource management that support employee engagement. The findings indicate that factors such as effective communication, recognition of achievements, and opportunities to participate in decision-making play a significant role in increasing engagement. In addition, an inclusive work environment and a positive organizational culture contribute to increasing employee motivation and commitment.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak penggunaan portal online terhadap efisiensi operasional bisnis e-Dodol Kita, sebuah usaha kecil yang bergerak dalam produksi dan penjualan dodol secara daring. Portal online memungkinkan integrasi berbagai fungsi bisnis seperti pemesanan, pembayaran, dan pelacakan pengiriman, sehingga mengurangi kebutuhan akan proses manual yang memakan waktu dan meningkatkan keakuratan data operasional. Implementasi portal online secara signifikan meningkatkan kecepatan pelayanan, menurunkan biaya operasional, dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa digitalisasi melalui portal online merupakan strategi efektif untuk meningkatkan daya saing usaha kecil di era digital. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif (field research). Penelitian yang memakai penelitian kualitatif bertujuan untuk konsep sensitivitas dalam kasus yang dihadapi, memberitahukan empiris yg berhubungan dengan menggunakan penelusuran teori menurut bawah (grounded theory) dan memberikan pemahaman akan satu atau lebih menurut kenyataan yang dihadapi. Penelitian kualitatif bersifatnya naratif analitik. Data yang diambel seperti hasil pengamatan, hasil wawancara, hasil pemotretan, analisis dokumen, catatan lapangan, disusun peneliti di lokasi penelitian, tidak ditaungkan dalam bentuk dan angka-angka. Peneliti langsung melakukan analisis data dengan menyebarkan informasi, mencari keterkaitan, membandingkan, mehubungkan pola atas dasar dengan data aslinya. Hasil analisis data berupa pemaparan mengenai situasi yang diteliti yang disajikan dalam bentuk uraian naratif.

Abstract

. Industrial concentration is an indicator in determining the level of market dominance by companies in the economic sector. This study aims to analyze the concentration level of the cement industry in Indonesia, understand the market structure, company behavior, and industrial performance. The cement industry was chosen because of its significant role in supporting national infrastructure development. The research uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach, utilizing secondary data from various literature, including journals and books. The analysis was carried out by measuring market concentration using the concentration ratio (CR4) and the Herfindahl-Hirschman index (HHI), as well as the Structure-Conduct-Performance (SCP) approach. The results of the study show that the cement industry in Indonesia has a high level of concentration, with PT. Semen Indonesia as a market leader. The market structure is classified as oligopoly, characterized by the dominance of several large companies such as PT. Semen Indonesia. Market behavior includes price competition and non-price strategies, as well as distributions focused on innovation and market share expansion. The market performance of this industry is dominated by two large companies, reflecting significant oligopoly characteristics.
