Pengelolaan merupakan suatu proses yang memberikan pengawasan pada semua hal yang terlibat dalam pelaksanaan kebijaksanaan dan pencapaian tujuan. Secara umum pengelolaan merupakan kegiatan merubah sesuatu hingga menjadi nilai-nilai yang lebih tinggi dari sebelumnya. Teori produksi islami dan teori manaje men syari’ah yang dijadikan landasan dalam penelitian ini yang didasarkan pada suatu perbuatan produksi kemudia disesuaikan terhadap manajemen syari’ah. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan yuridis empiris dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode induktif. Bahan hukum primer dari observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi data kepustakaan. Hukum sekunder diperoleh dari buku, jurnal dan literatur yang terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan ditinjau dari manajemen syari’ah, adanya ketidak sesuaian yakni belum adanya perencanaan dan kurangnya pengawasan dari pemilik.

As Muslim investors, of course we are not only concerned with profits and losses, but we must also prioritize halal and haram in accordance with what has been established in the principles of Islamic economics and include beneficial values. The aim of this research is to examine in more detail the practice of conventional bonds so that we can clearly understand what practices are prohibited and what are permitted in investing in bonds so that it is not just an opinion that claims usury in conventional bonds. The method used is the normative Islamic economic studies research method (normative economic studies) with a qualitative approach, data is collected by researchers using library study techniques and analyzed by reducing the data then the data is presented for verification and conclusions are drawn. The findings from this research are that there are indications of usury from conventional debt practices because bonds are debt securities and basically the debt giver or investor is not allowed to take advantage of the funds invested and these benefits are also stated and become binding provisions at the time the agreement occurs, whereas The term buying and selling bonds is an inaccurate term because the terms and conditions for buying and selling bonds are not fulfilled

The language techniques used in promoting an item can influence someone to carry out a transaction, which is often done by someone who markets. The aim of this research is to analyze persuasive language techniques in MS Glow cosmetic advertising products from an Islamic economic perspective. The research method used by the author is a qualitative method with the research subjects being sellers and buyers of MS Glow cosmetics on Instagram. The data collection method in this research uses interview, observation and documentation methods. The results of the research show that the persuasive language used for marketing MS Glow on the Instagram account "MS Glow 99" uses language that is included in Thorwell's blockbuster formula technique, namely Don't Ask Of As Wich. Thowell's Blockbuster Formula persuasive language technique is Simulated disinterest. Promotion via Instagram is permitted provided it complies with Islamic law.

Indonesia is one of the countries that adheres to the trias politica power separation system, the concept that is the reference to the power separation system in Indonesia has in common with the trias politica offered by John Jock who divides power into the legislative, executive and judiciary. But over time there is a group of people who say that the government system implemented in Indonesia is a pagan government system. And this opinion is indisputable because there are scholars 'who have the concept of separation of powers which is exactly the system of separation of powers in Indonesia, namely Wahbah al Zuhaili he divides power into legislative power (sultatu al-tasri’i), executive (sultatu al-tanfidhi) and the judiciary (sultatu al-qodo’i). This type of research is a normative legal research using two approaches: a comparative approach and a conceptual approach. The primary legal source is Fiqhu al-Islam Wa Adillatuhu, Restoration of Indonesian Constitutional Law Based on the 1945 Constitution, secondary legal sources are books and other scientific works related to the object of discussion in this study. The results of this study conclude: First, Indonesia adheres to the power separation system of trias politica by dividing the three powers, the legislature, the executive and the judiciary. Secondly, in the Islamic system of government there is also the term separation of powers which also divides the types of power that is, sultatu al-tasri’i', sultatu al-tanfidhi, sultatu al-qodo’i. Third, the Indonesian state in applying the separation of powers has similarities with the Islamic governance system from Wahbah al-Zuhaili's perspective, so that it answers that the Indonesian state in its government system does not adhere to a kafi government system

This research explores the implementation of the Ijarah Multijasa contract in financing Hajj and Umrah by Amitra Sharia Malang. In the context of Islamic finance, this financial institution provides innovative solutions to facilitate access for Muslims to Hajj and Umrah financing services. Using a qualitative case study method, the research aims to comprehensively understand the implementation process of the Ijarah Multijasa contract and evaluate the transparency of its terms. The results of this study are expected to offer insights for other Islamic financial institutions and contribute to the development of the Sharia finance industry, particularly in the realm of financing the pilgrimage and minor pilgrimage. Dari berbagai aspek ekonomi syariah, industri halal merupkan bagian yang sangat berpotensi memiliki peluang yang sangat besar untuk mengembangkan pertumbuhan ekonomi khususnya Indonesia yang mayoritas penduduknya beragama Islam, permintaan terhadap produk halal saat ini terus mengalami peningkatan, namun pada saat yang bersamaan tersebut Indonesia masih sangat kurang memberikan kontribusi yang besar dalam meningkatkan produk halal itu sendiri. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam atikel ini yaitu menggunakan metode pustaka dengan berbagai literatur yang digunakan kesimpulan dari arrtike ini yaitu peluang indonesia yang dimungkinkan sangat besar untuk menjadi pusat ekonomi syariah berada pada beberapa sektor diantaranya sektor keuangan syariah, sektor makanan dan minuman halal, sektor wisata halal dan fesyen muslim berbagai macam cara dan strategi telah dilakukan dan dikembangkan oleh pemerintah bersama dengan masyarakat dan pelaku usaha diantaranya adalah strategi Pembangunan Pusat Global Halal, stategi riset dan regulasi, strategi industrilialisasi, stategi preferensi halal dan strategi pengembangan usha mikro kecil menengah, namun selain peluang Indonesia juga masih memiliki banyak tantangan

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pentingnya pemasaran relasional yang berkualitas dalam meningkatkan jumlah nasabah Bank BSI di Bondowoso. Era globalisasi dan persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat menyebabkan perubahan signifikan dalam pendekatan pemasaran industri perbankan. Bank BSI di Bondowoso menyadari perlunya mempertahankan dan meningkatkan jumlah nasabah demi pertumbuhan dan keberlanjutan usahanya. Oleh karena itu, mereka mengadopsi strategi kunci berupa pemasaran relasional yang berkualitas. Pemasaran relasional adalah pendekatan pemasaran yang berfokus pada pengembangan, pemeliharaan, dan pengembangan hubungan jangka panjang antara perusahaan dan pelanggan. Di Bank BSI Bondowoso, pemasaran relasional yang berkualitas meliputi layanan nasabah yang unggul, komunikasi yang efektif, kepercayaan yang kuat, kesesuaian produk dan layanan, serta penanganan keluhan dan permasalahan yang cepat dan efisien. Bank BSI di Bondowoso berkomitmen memberikan layanan nasabah yang unggul dengan memberikan pelayanan yang ramah, cepat, dan efisien. Selain itu, mereka menyadari pentingnya komunikasi yang efektif dengan pelanggan melalui berbagai saluran komunikasi. Kepercayaan yang kuat juga menjadi fokus utama mereka, dengan menjaga kerahasiaan informasi pelanggan dan menjamin keamanan transaksi. Bank juga mengutamakan kesesuaian produk dan layanan dengan kebutuhan nasabah melalui riset dan analisis pasar yang mendalam. Terakhir, penanganan keluhan dan masalah dengan cepat dan efisien juga merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pemasaran relasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan melibatkan nasabah Bank BSI Bondowoso sebagai populasi penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dirancang berdasarkan variabel-variabel yang berkaitan dengan kualitas pemasaran relasional. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kualitas pemasaran relasional terhadap peningkatan jumlah nasabah Bank BSI di Bondowoso. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi Bank BSI Bondowoso dalam mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang efektif untuk meningkatkan jumlah nasabah. Implikasi dan rekomendasi praktis juga dibahas untuk memperkuat kualitas pemasaran relasional mereka

Poverty in Indonesia is still a problem that is difficult to solve, and poverty continues to increase day by day. In fact, until now we have not yet found the right strategy to become a win solution to minimize the low poverty rate in Indonesia. Moreover, in East Java, namely in Bangkalan Regency, the poverty rate is increasing in 2020. The Bangkalan Regency National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) in 2019 has realized the distribution of Zakat, Infaq and Alms (ZIS) funds amounting to IDR. 611,295,400 while the funds collected that year amounted to Rp. 887. 417.162. The statement made by the Chairman of the East Java National Zakat Amil Agency stated that Bangkalan Regency has 1.8 billion zakat potential. If this is the case, the percentage of funds realized is 48%. So from this it is necessary to make better efforts than before so that the funds distributed by ZIS to mustahik can be distributed evenly. The aim of this research is to analyze the management of BAZNAS Bangkalan social funds from the perspective of Yusuf Qardhawi. This research uses qualitative methods with case studies to investigate phenomena in real life. The results of this research are that the implementation of zakat, infaq and alms management carried out by BAZNAS Bangkalan Regency is in accordance with Law 23 of 2011 concerning zakat management. In improving the economy of the people of Bangkalan, BAZNAS Bangkalan has done this by providing productive business capital loans for micro business actors who cannot meet their living needs. Yusuf Qardhawi's view regarding the Bangkalan Regency ZIS BAZNAS management analysis has been implemented well and appropriately.

The practice of asceticism according to Antonius (250/356) was that monks lived alone in the desert to maintain silence so they could live closer to God. According to Antonius ascese is a way of total rejection of the work of the flesh and insisting on the work of the spirit. With ascese, a monk frees himself from worldly things that disturb the soul. Basilius considered ascese as a principle aspect. For him, asceticism is a medium to free the soul from worldly attachments and lead people to unity with God. In this article we will focus on the Islamization of knowledge according to Al Faruqi's concept which is related to the concept of unnatural asceticism which is often practiced by clergy. In this writing, we use a qualitative method by narrating about unnatural or extreme asceticism and will be Islamized in accordance with the concept of Al Faruqi. The materials in the analysis and formation of the narrative in this article come from several books and journals related to Western asceticism and Islamic asceticism. After the Islamization of Western asceticism, three things can be concluded. Firstly, asceticism carried out by monks violates the principle of the unity of life. According to Al Faruqi, the unity of life consists of trust, caliphate and completeness. Both violate the concept of the unity of truth and knowledge. The actism carried out by monks violates the unity of truth. Al Faruqi's principle of Islamization recognizes that truth comes from the revelation revealed by Allah SWT to the Prophet Muhammad. The third violates the principle of the unity of life and the concept of the unity of truth. Monastic asceticism tends towards self-harm. Because one of the attitudes of monks or clergy who practice asceticism is that they dare to cause harm to themselves, so that their dreams of becoming someone close to God can be successful.
