<![CDATA[This research departs from a problem that occurs in Pejanggik Village, Central Praya District related to the shift of the subtle Sasak language which should be preserved and used as a communication tool in interacting so that this subtle Sasak language is not lost to the times. The purpose of this study are (1) to preserve the subtle Sasak language that exists in the area of the island of Lombok sasa West Nusa Tenggara NTB. (2) to find out the obstacles and the impact of the occurrence of language shift ayng used daily in communication carried out by the people of Pejanggik Village, Central Praya District. (3) to know the solution to overcome the obstacles and the impact faced in the impact of the occurrence of language shift ayng used daily in communication carried out by the people of Pejanggik Village, Central Praya Subdistrict. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive research method with the type of field research, to analyze data in the form of sentences or words. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data is analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, and data verification or data summarization. The results of the study are (1). With the existence of this fine Sasak language assistance program, it can reduce the shift of Sasak language in the village of Pejanggik, Central Praya kecamtan. (2) As for the impact of this fine Sasak language coaching procurement program, the youth and the community look enthusiastic in participating in these activities. And this program can solve the problems that occur in pejanggik village. (3). with the procurement of the subtle Sasak language coaching program organized by the pejanggik village government has a positive impact on the community as well as children and youth in general.]]>

<![CDATA[Currently people are expected to have a high interest in reading. Books are a source of knowledge and knowledge that have existed for a long time and are easy to find. Many can read but do not love books. This is because they do not understand from what they read, even though from the books they read they will get a lot of knowledge. Reading activities in Sayang-Sayang Village, Cakranegara District, Mataram City are one of the activities that must be carried out conceptually in dealing with the crisis of children's love of books. Organizing a program of reading activities for the community aimed at early childhood which aims to provide experience from reading together so that children have a love of books and love to read. The role of the community (parents) is needed to motivate and awaken the spirit of loving books, especially early childhood as a foundation for loving books more, not only reading but also being able to understand what they have read and also being able to relate it to real-world experiences. With this community service activity, the role of parents as a community becomes more optimal in helping develop children's love of books. This reading activity is a participatory activity involving community members in Sayang- Sayang Village and academics who assist in the smooth running of the activity.]]>

<![CDATA[The ability to read is one of the absolute abilities that must be owned by everyone. Reading ability that can be obtained from literacy is very important for elementary school children because literacy skills will affect their learning outcomes and their future. One of the important literacy for students is literacy literacy. Several students at SDN 09 Balang-Balang Sinjai Barata were not fluent in reading. One of the appropriate methods used is coaching using alphabet letter card media. The method used in this service is the coaching method using alphabetic card media. This coaching activity was carried out in Balakia Village, West Sinjai District, Sinjai Regency, especially at Balang-Balang 69 Elementary School for a month. The stages of coaching carried out are observation, implementation and evaluation. The results of coaching carried out using alphabet letter card media show that 100% of students who were previously not fluent in reading became fluent in reading, students know letters, spell words, read words, and read sentences and understand reading well]]>

<![CDATA[One activity that is very well developed is the Bosara Business which is a craft business that has been developed since the past until now. At first, bossara crafts were only made of palm leaves, but over time, bosara crafts were finally made of iron frames which were then given cloth as edges and flowers and decorated with lace as edges and flowers and rings as handles which were attached using wax glue. The fabrics used are of various types, such as boarding cloth, organza cloth and lace cloth. The purpose of holding bosara-making mentoring activities is to empower target audiences to have knowledge about the importance of taking advantage of free time, making use of leftovers, with possessive activities that can bring in profits or additional income, by making handicrafts, namely bosara especially for mothers. <![CDATA[Students writing mastery in English skill become a big problem that faced by Indonesian students, where is English as a foreign language for them. In order to overcome this problem, writing training was held by utilizing newspaper media. This training held in SMKN 3 Pamekasan specifically for students at XII grade. Writing news item text training give positif impact in increasing students writing ability. It is prove by students writing result that is in accordance with the generic structure of news item and also the correct use of the language. The students were very interested and enjoyed in making the news item text. There were no difficulties which become a barries or obstacles for students to make written work. From the explanation above it can be concluded that writing training by using newpaper as a media is very effective and efficent in increasing students’ news item ability.]]>

<![CDATA[Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are recognized as the backbone of the national economy in many countries, including Indonesia. Even so, there are problems related to financial management, especially accounting records. Orderly accounting records will lead to financial reports that are relevant and reliable for decision making by various parties. Technological advances accompanied by the widespread use of gadgets such as cell phones have opened opportunities for the use of accounting technology in the form of android applications that are operated by cell phones. Of the various applications on the market, the “Si Apik” application was chosen. This application was developed by Bank Indonesia. This community service aims to provide assistance in the use of Android-based accounting applications for the preparation of MSME financial reports. The target group of MSMEs are those under the guidance of the Indonesian Muslim Dharma Bhakti Foundation (YDBMI). The series of mentoring activities consists of pre-activities, motivational materials on financial management, accounting basics and the practice of inputting “Si Apik” application data.]]>

<![CDATA[Reading training using the phonics method is organized to explore methods that are appropriate to early childhood learning styles. This activity was organized for study groups in the village of Segeran Kidul, Juntinyuat sub-district, Indramayu district. The target of the activity is study group participants who are able to spell and sound syllables, but still have difficulty in reading. This report is presented qualitatively and analyzed descriptively. The results of the activity showed that the training participants were enthusiastic in trying and learning to read using the phonics method. 7 participants consisting of 5-6 years old showed reading ability according to their age category. while 2 participants aged 7 years did not show the ability to read according to their age category. They can only spell letters based on syllables. To obtain a significant increase in reading skills requires intense practice and habituation.]]>

<![CDATA[As a professional educator, the teacher is expected to be able to develop their competencies. One of the competencies that must be developed is pedagogical competence. Pedagogical competence is the teacher's ability to manage learning to achieve success in the process and assessment. Currently, technological advances have supported the development of education that allows teachers to integrate conventional teaching and learning processes with e-learning. The purpose of this activity is to increase teachers' knowledge about the benefits, functions, and be able to determine the type of e-learning based media that is appropriate for the learning material. The activities are carried out through three stages, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. From the results of the implementation, it was found that training and mentoring in this service activity was very useful because it could increase teachers' understanding in choosing and using appropriate e-learning-based learning media to support the learning process.]]>

<![CDATA[Not all SMK Barunawati alumni continue to higher education, the school management are fully aware that their students don't have appropriate skills to get into society. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide additional skills to Barunawati Vocational High School students in promotional media design. Training activities are implemented using lecture methods, tutorials and mentoring. The results are measured by 4 indicators, 1) the ability to use Canva as design applications, 2) The ability to make product visualization sketches, 3) The ability to present product information, 4) The ability to create creative promotional content. Each indicator has an increasing average value. The highest score indicator is the ability to design creative promotional media with score 3.7, while the lowest indicator is the ability to make product visualization sketches. In general, the response of participants to this training was very good, hopefully there will be follow-up with further level training. Promotional media design training equips participants to get involved in society.]]>

<![CDATA[Training aims to improve employee performance, where employee performance has a major influence on an institution in order to be able to compete. Human Resource Management (MSDM) is the basic capital to achieve goals which can improve employee performance. Training is something that is needed in an effort to improve employee performance, namely MSDM, because quality HR is able to have a positive influence on work productivity, employees and institutions. The problem that exists with employees is that their skills still need to be improved to create awareness about the importance of planning and MSDM, where it is felt that there is still a lack of knowledge and practice regarding HRM in improving the performance carried out. The purpose of this community service is to provide training on MSDM in a simple way which can improve employee performance. The benefit of this activity is to provide knowledge on how to plan control, implementation, MSDM, MSDM functions, and how to exercise control to improve performance. The method used in carrying out this activity is to plan community service activities which include the preparation, planning and evaluation stages. It is hoped that this community service activity can help employees increase understanding and motivation about MSDM to make plans so that performance can be better and optimal.]]>
