Abstract

Financial technology has encouraged the widespread adoption of digital wallet applications as practical and efficient tools for conducting payment transactions. This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, trust, and security on customer satisfaction among users of the DANA digital wallet application in Tangerang City. This research employed a quantitative approach using survey questionnaires distributed to DANA 100 users with purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to examine the relationships among the variables. The results indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, trust and security demonstrate positive but statistically insignificant effects on customer satisfaction. This finding implies that although users perceive trust and security as important factors, these variables do not strongly determine satisfaction levels in this study. Furthermore, the R-Square value of 0.739 indicates that service quality, trust, and security collectively explain 73.9% of the variance in customer satisfaction, the other 26.1% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Bullying can undermine students’ self-confidence, weaken their psychological resilience, and limit their willingness to participate in academic and social activities at school. This study examined the effectiveness of group guidance services using reframing techniques to improve the self-confidence of students who had experienced bullying. A pre-experimental one-group pre-test–post-test design was employed. The participants were nine Grade XI students of SMA 1 Mejobo, selected purposively from 33 students based on low self-confidence scores and recommendations from the guidance and counseling teacher. The intervention consisted of group guidance sessions using reframing techniques, through which students were encouraged to reinterpret bullying experiences in a more adaptive, constructive, and self-empowering manner. Data were collected using a self-confidence scale and analyzed through descriptive statistics and the Wilcoxon signed-rank test. The results showed that the mean self-confidence score increased from 40.11 in the pre-test to 61.56 in the post-test, with a mean gain score of 21.44. The Wilcoxon analysis indicated a statistically significant difference between pre-test and post-test scores. These findings suggest that reframing techniques can be integrated into responsive guidance and counseling services to strengthen students’ self-confidence after bullying experiences, particularly within school-based preventive and curative counseling programs for adolescents.

Abstract

Digital transformation in education, marked by the launch of the Rumah Pendidikan Platform by the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education in January 2025, has created new opportunities for independent and integrated teacher career development. This study aims to analyze the optimization of the platform’s use in supporting teacher career development, identify the obstacles encountered, and formulate optimization strategies within the Mathematics MGMP of Regional Coordinator III, Bengkalis Regency. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Research subjects were selected using purposive sampling and included the MGMP chairperson, active teacher members, and school principals. Data analysis followed an interactive model, while source, technique, and time triangulation were applied to ensure data validity. The findings show that the platform contributes significantly to improving teachers’ pedagogical competence through independent training modules and supports the fulfillment of promotion credit points through digital documentation of certificates and academic works. MGMP plays a strategic role as a collaborative ecosystem that accelerates platform adoption through digital literacy programs and a buddy system. However, three main challenges were identified: limited internet infrastructure, heavy administrative workloads, and non-mandatory regional policies.

Abstract

This study reports on the development and evaluation of KeSimba (Kembara Simpulan Bahasa), a digital game designed to enhance Year 5 pupils’ comprehension and motivation in learning Malay idioms (simpulan bahasa). Recognising pupils’ persistent challenges in mastering figurative language, the study aimed to identify the pedagogical need for a game-based approach, develop KeSimba using the ADDIE instructional design model, and evaluate its effects on idiom learning achievement and motivation. A mixed-method design involving 30 pupils and three Malay language teachers was adopted, employing a needs survey, pre- and post-tests, the System Usability Scale (SUS), and semi-structured teacher interviews. Findings indicated significant improvement in pupils’ idiom achievement, with mean scores increasing from 52.1 to 78.2, and an SUS score of 82.3 categorised as “Excellent”. Thematic analysis revealed three themes; heightened participation, enhanced confidence and transfer of learning, and the need for integration support. Grounded in Constructivism and Self-Determination Theory, KeSimba fostered contextual meaning-making, autonomy, competence, and relatedness. The findings suggest that culturally relevant, game-based tools can revitalise idiom learning when embedded in curriculum practices and supported through teacher training.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of SAK EMKM socialization, accounting comprehension, and information technology on the quality of financial statements of micro-scale MSMEs, with SAK EMKM implementation as an intervening. Conducted in Kemiling District, Bandar Lampung, it uses a quantitative approach with data from 40 MSMEs analyzed PLS-SEM (SmartPLS). The results show that only accounting comprehension significantly affects SAK EMKM implementation, while socialization and technology do not. SAK EMKM implementation also does not significantly influence financial statement quality and fails to mediate the relationships. This study is subject to certain constraints, particularly the relatively small number of observations and the restricted geographic coverage of the research area. This study highlights the importance of accounting comprehension for improving MSME financial practices. The finding reveal the models explain a substantial proportion of variance in financial statement quality, highlighting the centrality of targeted socialization programs and literacy in improving MSME reporting practices, as well as the facilitating role of appropriate implementation of SAK EMKM. Policy implications include prioritizing comprehensive socialization campaigns, strengthening accounting training for MSME owners, and aligning technology solutions with SAK EMKM procedures.

Abstract

The quality of financial statements remains a critical issue for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), particularly because many business actors still face limitations in accounting knowledge, technology use, and practical application of Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM). This study examines the effects of SAK EMKM socialization, accounting comprehension, and information technology on the financial statement quality of micro-scale MSMEs, with SAK EMKM implementation as an intervening variable. A quantitative explanatory survey was conducted on 40 micro-scale MSMEs in Kemiling District, Bandar Lampung, using purposive sampling, and the data were analyzed through Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0. The results show that accounting comprehension significantly affects SAK EMKM implementation (p < 0.001), whereas SAK EMKM socialization (p = 0.112) and information technology (p = 0.216) have positive but statistically insignificant effects. SAK EMKM implementation does not significantly affect financial statement quality (p = 0.581) and does not mediate the relationships between the independent variables and financial statement quality. However, SAK EMKM socialization (p = 0.029) and accounting comprehension (p = 0.040) directly improve financial statement quality. These findings imply that practical accounting training and continuous mentoring are more critical than formal standard exposure or technology provision alone.
