Abstract

One of the major problems faced by teachers around the world is occupational stress, which can negatively affect their health and performance. The purpose of this study is to find out how effective a stress management program based on Human Resource Management (HRM) is for educators. To gain a more in-depth understanding of educators' experiences during the program, a qualitative research approach was used. Data was collected through interviews with teachers and research of books and journals. The results showed that the program was effective in reducing educators' stress and improving their emotional well-being.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berangkat dari persoalan konseptual penjaminan mutu pendidikan Islam yang dalam praktik kelembagaan cenderung digerakkan oleh logika teknokratis dan administratif manajemen modern. Kondisi tersebut berpotensi menjauhkan penjaminan mutu dari orientasi nilai dan tujuan transendental pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan merekonstruksi konsep penjaminan mutu pendidikan Islam agar selaras dengan nilai, tujuan, dan karakter pendidikan Islam. Metodologi yang digunakan ialah pendekatan kualitatif dengan paradigma interpretatif–kritis melalui penelitian konseptual berbasis studi kepustakaan. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis konsep dan analisis tematik kritis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penjaminan mutu perlu dipahami sebagai mekanisme normatif yang menjaga keterarahan pendidikan Islam pada misi pembentukan manusia bermakna, dengan manajemen modern berfungsi sebagai instrumen pendukung, bukan penentu makna mutu.
