Abstract

Changes in behaviour and lifestyle during the Covid-19 pandemic have resulted in a greater demand for ready-to-eat food that lasts a long time, making this a great opportunity right now. Furthermore, the flexibility to offer food products can be done in a variety of ways, from selling door-to-door, selling in canteens, restaurants, and restaurants, to selling online through digital platforms (social media and marketplaces). This expands the possibilities for a home-based frozen food business that can be run by housewives. The goal of this Community Service program with PKK member is to support capacity building for housewives to fill in more productive time, which can support providing additional family income. The target partner is homewifes as member of PKK at Perumnas 1, RW 007, Cibodasari Village, Cibodas District, Tangerang City. The research methodology associated with the strategy used in this activity includes (1) basic entrepreneurial knowledge, (2) debriefing materials on home-scale frozen food business opportunities, (3) material regarding the importance of food safety aspects for processed frozen food products, (4) demonstration of making simple frozen food, and (5) discussion and exploration of frozen food product ideas. As a result of this activity, housewives have more self-confidence and are more likely to start their own home culinary business. 30% of training participants have decided to start a home-based culinary business. The majority of participants were encouraged to accept frozen food orders and market them via social media.

Abstract

Participating in groups is a fact of life. One of the tendencies of every human being is to live in groups, get involved int the other people’s life. The teenagers are no exception. Our partners in this activity is students of SMAN 6 Tangerang who are aged 16-17 years. This age is included in the Middle and Late Adolescent categories. Middle and late adolescence is the age where at this stage individuals really need friends and a period of consolidation towards the adult period so they tend to live in groups. However, it is unfortunate that partners didn’t get education related to something that can control their emotional self as a teenager who is prone to conflict, anxiety, and influence. One of them is the conformity of the play group and its influence on communication behavior. In the implementation of this activity, the method used by the team to handle the solution was in the form of education or counseling related to Group Conformity and Behavioral Deviations. This training is carried out through Zoom Meeting media. This activity goes succesfully, participants assessed that all the delivery of the material was understandable, participants were also able to know and understand well what group conformity is and its influence on communication behavior.

Abstract

Temperature changes that occur on Earth due to human activities that cause pollution result in climate change in the hemisphere. The increase in climate has resulted in threats and risks of disasters, such as floods, landslides, droughts, and human health problems. The Climate Care Community Group for Our Earth One RW 01 is an organization that serves as a forum for communication and coordination for residents of RW 01 to realize the climate village program in Gaga Village, Larangan District, Tangerang City. Previous programs have been running and are continuing, such as farmer women's groups, waste banks, making bio pores, clean water channel programs, and climate village programs which aim to create clean, beautiful, green, and fresh villages. The need for fresh air and a green environment is critical now, as seen from the many city parks built by the central and regional governments. The importance of clean air and greenery makes many residents who are members of community groups concerned about the environment. The group makes greenery in the neighborhood to provide coolness and serenity. The Community Group Concerning the Climate of Our Earth One RW 01 was formed to create a clean, green, and relaxed environment so that a good climate for the health and development of its inhabitants will be formed. Many activities have been carried out, such as requiring every house to have at least 1 tree and planting gardens in every space in Larangan Village, Gaga. However, the problems faced by partners are the membership which is still tiny compared to residents in RW 01, and the need for more understanding of residents about how to present the importance of caring for the climate. Therefore we took the initiative to conduct training using power points to attract residents' interest to participate in the Community Group Concerning the Climate of Our Earth One RW 01.

Abstract

Community service activity (PKM) entitled "Improving Family Financial Management Skills: Training for Residents of RT.4/RW.4, Slipi, Palmerah, West Jakarta" conducted by STIE IGI Jakarta lecturers on March 23, 2023. The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge and skills about family financial management to families in the RT.4/RW.4 area, Slipi, Palmerah, West Jakarta. The methods used are lectures, discussions, and simulations. The results showed that the participants experienced an increase in understanding and interest in managing family finances, and were able to plan a family budget according to their income and expenses. This activity is very useful for participants in managing family finances effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Abundant village potential that has not been developed into business potential that can contribute to village development and the welfare of village communities. The abundant village potential in Sambirata Village, Cilongok District, Banyumas Regency, Central Java, includes abundant natural resources and human resource potential. For development to become a profitable business, it needs to be mapped out in depth in a business proposal. Therefore, one of the important roles of tertiary institutions is to provide continuous assistance and collaboration to realize independent village development. One way is by assisting in the preparation of business proposals and mapping business potential in the village.

Abstract

Financial Report is very important in the company because it is a fundamental thing that must be analyzed in the company for the continuity of the company. PT Sinar Hidup is a company engaged in the electronics sector. This company has prepared financial reports but needs a deeper explanation regarding the analysis of the results of these reports, especially to employees in the company. Employees also need the ability to analyze because it is fundamental and can be useful for decision making, including for decision making. Financial ratios can be used for making decisions in terms of profit, liquidity, cash flow, and also for debt. Employees are trained to be able to translate the meaning of ratios and financial analysis contained in the company's financial statements so that they can be precise in making Financial Reports, which are brief reports on a summary of financial results, including the financial position of a company. The financial statements of a company include balance sheets, profit and loss and cash flows from the company. Financial statements are very important because they are fundamental things that must be analyzed in the company for the continuity of the company. Budgeting reveals the strategic plan of a business unit, organization, activity or event in a measurable manner. Budgeting lies at the foundation of any financial plan. In increasing the profit, they need to have budgeting in sales in cooperation with the marketing department. With good budgeting in sales, company can have strategic planning.

Abstract

Doing budgeting is an important process in most businesses. It is better to maximise the benefits of a good budgeting process by performing a budget analysis over a period of time.Evaluation of budgeting is a strategy for evaluating the financial health of a business. By doing a budget evaluation, company can find out how much profit the business is making and compare how much money is spent in a given time frame. Conducting a budget analysis can help business owners make important decisions about a company's expenses and revenue streams. PT Tunas Harapan Meubelindo is a company who has business in ceramics. With the budgeting process that the company has done, PT Tunas Harapan Meubelindo need to have the evaluation of the budgeting that they have done. In order to understand the importance of evaluation, it needs to give some understanding to the employee of PT Tunas Harapan Meubelindo.

Abstract

This service activity is carried out for UMKM players in the Regency. Banyumas. Based on the survey results, there are two general issues related to empowering MSMEs in Banyumas, namely: alternative access to capital/funds and a lack of capacity for financial management skills among MSME actors. This activity aims to convey insights regarding alternative micro business financing (MSMEs) outside of bank finance and provide insight into Islamic financial literacy. Against this background, follow-up activities on Fintech and Islamic financial literacy were held. Fast-growing fintech will help achieve the three main objectives of the Indonesian financial services sector master plan. (1) Contribution, encouraging accelerated growth of the national economy through optimizing functions in the financial services sector, (2) Resilience, sustainable development driven by good management of financial system stability; (3) Inclusive, namely providing a way of convenience in finance with the aim of improving people's lives for the better in the future. Furthermore, financial literacy is carried out with sharia financial literacy training to provide insight into knowledge, abilities and beliefs that influence attitudes and behavior to improve the quality of decision-making and financial management in achieving a better level of life, develop materials on how to optimize the financing of production activities and direct MSME actors to always operate in accordance with sharia principles.
