The Journal of Computation Science and Artificial Intelligence (JCSAI) is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal devoted to publishing original scientific articles on research and development in all fields of Computer Applications. Computational Science is a rapidly growing multi- and interdisciplinary field. It develops mathematical and computational models and uses advanced computing techniques to simulate these models, driven by data. Its overarching goal is to understand and solve complex problems. It has reached a level of predictive and interventional capability that now firmly complements the traditional pillars of experimentation and theory. The recent advances in experimental techniques have opened up new windows into physical and biological processes at many levels of detail. The resulting data explosion allows for detailed data-driven modeling and simulation which is no longer feasible using traditional analytical approaches alone. This new discipline in science combines computational thinking, modern computational methods, devices and collateral technologies to address problems far beyond the scope of traditional numerical methods. Journal of Computation Science and Artificial Intelligence (JCSAI) is a fully open access, international journal that aims to provide academia and industry with a venue for rapid publication of research manuscripts reporting innovative computational methods and applications to achieve a major breakthrough, practical improvements, and bold new research directions within a wide range of Computer applications. The objective of this journal is to communicate recent and projected advances in computer-based engineering techniques, with an emphasis on research and development leading to practical problem-solving. It will reflect the significant advances that are currently being made in computer science. The multidisciplinary character of this field will be typified by providing the readers with a broad range of articles. The Journal also provide an active forum for the dissemination of results in both research and advanced practice in computational engineering, to promote rapid communication and exchange between computer scientists, computational engineers and software developers. The journal especially encourages papers from new emerging and multidisciplinary areas, as well as papers reflecting the international trends of research and development aimed at a general computer science audience seeking a full and expert overview of the latest developments across computer science research. Abstract

Cirebon City Court as a Technical Implementation Unit in the field of law and is directly responsible to the West Java Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. In determining the appeal / appeal, the plaintiff / defendant still uses a complicated system, namely accumulating files, consulting with legal experts, and certain rules that make cassations in giving too long a decision. There is no system that links decisions, files and regulations so that when the plaintiff / defendant appeals / cassation is not yet effective. Seeing these problems, to improve the smoothness of appeal / cassation, a computerized system is needed, one of which is by using the Composite Performance Index (CPI) method. Using this method is expected to reduce the weaknesses that exist in solving problems, so that the section related to cassation can input data and make decisions granted / not appealed easily and can provide the desired report quickly and accurately, there is no twin data and if the chairman of the Cirebon City Court wants the report to be printed immediately. Abstrak Pengadilan Kota Cirebon sebagai Unit Pelaksana Teknis di bidang hukum dan bertanggung jawab langsung pada Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi manusia Jawa Barat. Dalam menentukan kasasi / naik banding penggugat/tergugat masih menggunakan sistem yang rumit yaitu berkas yang menumpuk, konsultasi dengan ahli hukum, dan aturan-aturan tertentu yang membuat kasasi dalam memberikan keputusan terlalu lama. Belum adanya system yang mengaitkan antara keputusan, berkas dan aturan sehingga Ketika penggugat/tergugat naik banding/kasasi belum efektif. Melihat permasalahan tersebut maka untuk meningkatkan kelancaran naik banding/kasasi tersebut, dibutuhkan sistem komputerisasi salah satunya dengan menggunakan Metode Composite Performance Index (CPI). Dengan menggunakan metode tersebut diharapkan dapat mengurangi  kelemahan  yang  ada  dalam  penyelesaian  permasalahan,  sehingga pada bagian yang terkait dengan kasasi dapat menginput data dan pemberian keputusan dikabulkan/tidak kasasi dengan mudah dan dapat memberikan laporan yang diinginkan secara cepat dan  akurat,  tidak  ada  data  yang  kembar  dan  apabila  ketua Pengadilan Kota Cirebon menghendaki laporan sewaktu waktu langsung bisa dicetak.

Abstract

The Agricultural Counseling Center (BPP) is an agricultural extension institution in the sub-district, which has a role as a center for coordination and synchronization of agricultural development programs and activities, data centers, agricultural information centers, learning centers, consultation centers, agribusiness and handling centers. The extension system that is currently underway to plan the budget for the basic cost of rice production for farming is currently still using Microsoft Exell for data processing and has not worked well because there are still some obstacles such as wanting to find out about the costs incurred for farming with land area farmers have a long time to only rely on counseling whose time is uncertain. Based on the problems that occur, a desktop-based information system is needed by using the Visual Studio Code programming language, with the Database system, the method of software development using the Waterfal SDLC Method and the data collection method using the Questionnaire or Questionnaire Method. ABSTRAK Balai Penyuluhan Pertanian (BPP) merupakan kelembagaan penyuluhan pertanian di kecamatan, yang mempunyai peran sebagai pusat koordinasi dan singkronisasi program dan kegiatan pembangunan pertanian, pusat data, pusat informasi pertanian ,pusat pembelajaran, pusat konsultasi,  Agribisnis dan pusat penanganan. Sistem  penyuluhan yang sedang berjalan saat ini untuk rencana anggaran biaya pokok produksi padi untuk usaha tani saat ini masih menggunakan Microsoft Exell untuk pengolahan data dan belum berjalan dengan baik karena masih terdapat beberapa kendala seperti ingin mengetahui tentang biaya yang di keluarkan untuk usaha tani dengen luas lahan yang petani miliki membutuhkan waktu yang lama hanya mengandalkan penyuluhan yang waktunya tidak menentu. Berdasarkan  permasalahan yang terjadi maka di butuhkan sistem informasi berbasis desktop dengan menggunakan bahasa pemograman Visual Studio Code, dengan sistem Database, metode pengembangan perangkat luank menggunakan Metode SDLC Waterfal dan metode pengupulan data menggunakan Metode Deskriptif.

Making these applications uses the language of programming, ActionScript 3.0 is language of programing which work to flash, flex with uses supporting of Application Adobe Air, Adobe CS6, it can be simplifly design of application software using object into design of application can be used as aids to teaching into the form of games, technology based, android smartphone. Abstrak Aplikasi pengenalan nama hewan dalam bahasa inggris merupakan salah satu pendekatan terhadap sistem belajar. Oleh karena itu, inovasi dalam pembelajaran dan strategi pembelajaran bahasa inggris perlu dilakukan. Aplikasi  ini dibuat berbasis Android, karena pada saat ini trend aplikasi-aplikasi dan game-game berbasis mobile banyak digunakan oleh hampir semua kalangan masyarakat. Dalam perancangan aplikasi ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman ActionScript3.0 merupakan bahasa pemrograman yang bekerja pada Flash, Flex dengan menggunakan penunjang Aplikasi Adobe Air, Adobe CS6, dapat menyederhanakan desain aplikasi perangkat lunak. Penggunaan object dalam desain aplikasi dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantu mengajar dalam bentuk permainan pendidikan teknologi berbasis android  smartphone.

Abstract

Overchoice is a cognitive disorder in which people have difficulty making decisions when faced with multiple choices, having too many equivalent options is very mentally draining because each option has to consider several alternatives to choose the best option. During this technological development where everyone is faced with an infinite number of choices every day, this overchoice phenomenon often occurs in everyday life such as choosing a drink at one of the café shops, therefore the Recommendation System is needed to help in choosing the drinks you want to order and to help in choosing other options. Recommendation System (RS) is a subclass of machine learning that is generally concerned with ranking or assessing products or users. These recommendations pertain to the decision-making process, such as what items to buy, what music to hear, or what online news to read. In this study, researchers propose to build a non-personalized hospital at the Mubtada Kopi café with the best rated approach and content-based filtering techniques. The content – based filtering technique will try to take user preferences explicitly, namely asking users to choose the preferences that users want from the 6 previously created content and then calculating the match of user preferences with the 6 contents on each item using the dot matrix formula. After getting the results, the number will be changed to a rating to match the RS approach, which is best rated which is made non-personalized. This rating is an indication of the compatibility of user preferences with the items on the Mubtada Kopi menu list. The larger the rating, the more it matches the user's preferences

Abstract

Application count is not familiar to everyone, especially children. With the application of this count is expected to improve the ability of children in the process of learning to count. In scientific writing, the author makes an application counting containing elements of education. With the application of this counting method taught in RA Yasin Indramayu will be different from that used for calculating based on the rise and android application very easy to under go everywhere. the player has the task of counting applications learn to recognize numbers and answering questions with a true count of making this count applications using Adobe Flash CS 6 and using Action Script 3. While the author uses the Android operating system. With a view counting applications can be used as a medium of learning in supporting children's learning to count. Abstrak Aplikasi berhitung bukanlah hal yang asing lagi untuk setiap orang terutama anak-anak. Dengan adanya aplikasi berhitung ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan anak dalam proses pembelajaran berhitung. Pada penulisan ilmiah ini, penulis membuat suatu aplikasi berhitung yang mengandung unsur edukasi. Dengan adanya aplikasi berhitung ini metode yang di ajarkan di RA Yasin Indramayu akan berbeda dengan yang dulu karena di bangunnya aplikasi berhitung berbasis android yang sangat mudah di bawah kemana-mana. pemain aplikasi berhitung memiliki tugas belajar mengenal angka dan menjawab soal berhitung dengan benar. dalam pembuatan aplikasi berhitung ini menggunakan Adobe Flash CS 6  dan menggunakan Action Script 3. Sedangkan dalam sistem operasinya penulis menggunakan Android. Dengan tampilan aplikasi berhitung dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu media pembelajaran dalam mendukung proses belajar berhitung anak

Abstract

A special strategy is needed to find out information. The author asks for data on the level of satisfaction of users of the e-government website of the Department of Communication, Informatics and Statistics to measure how effective and efficient the service is. So an application system is needed to measure the level of user satisfaction of e-government website services. This strategy is carried out using data processing methods using the K-Means Clustering Algorithm method for data grouping. By using this method, data can be grouped into clustering data. The author implements the K-Means Algorithm so that the Informatics and Statistical Communication Service does not experience difficulties in obtaining information and knowing the grouping results. From the results of this research is expected to be useful for interested parties such as; add insight and knowledge for writers, contribute thoughts and input in evaluating related to e-government website services, can be used as a useful reference for further research, used to enrich knowledge and sources of information in the field of information systems for education personnel and the community.From the results of the research that has been carried out, an information system application for processing data on the level of user satisfaction of e-government website services at the Department of Communication, Informatics and Statistics is formed. , the system also makes it easier to make reports related to the level of satisfaction of website service users. Abstrak Diperlukan strategi khusus untuk mengetahui sebuah informasi. Penulis meminta data penilaian tingkat kepuasan pengguna layanan website e-government Dinas Komunikasi Informatika dan Statistik untuk mengukur seberapa efektif dan efisien pelayanan tersebut. Sehingga diperlukan sistem aplikasi untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan pengguna layanan website e-government. Strategi ini dilakukan menggunakan metode pengolahan data menggunakan metode Algoritma K-Means Clustering untuk pengelompokkan data. Dengan menggunakan metode ini, data dapat mengelompokan data kedalam clustering. Penulis mengimplementasikan Algoritma K-Means agar pihak Dinas Kominikasi Informatika dan Statistik tidak mengalami kesulitan untuk mendapatkan informasi serta mengetahui data hasil pengelompokkan. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat untuk pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan seperti; menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan bagi penulis, memberikan sumbangsih pemikiran serta masukan dalam mengevaluasi terkait layanan website e-government, dapat digunakan sebagai referensi yang bermanfaat untuk penelitian-penelitian selanjutnya, digunakan untuk memperkaya pengetahuan dan sumber informasi dibidang sistem informasi untuk para insan pendidikan dan masyarakat.Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, terbentuklah sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi pengolahan data tingkat kepuasan pengguna layanan website e-government pada Dinas Komunikasi Informatika dan Statistik, penulis memperoleh sistem yang dapat mempermudah pengelolaan data tingkat kepuasan pengguna layanan website dan membantu menemukan hal yang harus di evaluasi, sistem tersebut juga mempermudah dalam membuat laporan terkait tingkat kepuasan pengguna layanan website. .

Abstract

Pondok pesantren merupakan lembaga pendidikan islam yang memberikan penerapan pembelajaran agama kepada santriwan dan santriwatinya dengan mengutamakan pengajaran Al-Quran dan Hadis Nabi. Sebagai pendukung para santri dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, pihak pondok pesantren berkewajiban memberikan bantuan berupa beasiswa kepada para santri yang memiliki permasalahan dalam hal keuangan. Pondok Pesantren Manba’ul ‘Ulum merupakan salah satu Pondok Pesantren yang ada di wilayah Kabupten Cirebon yang terdapat beasiswa tahfiz Al-Qur’an. Dikarenakan sistem yang digunakan oleh Pondok Pesantren Manba’ul ‘Ulum belum menggunakan sistem yang berbasis komputerisasi dalam proses menentukan pemilihan penerimaan beasiswa tahfiz, hal ini menyebabkan proses ini tidaklah berjalan secara efisien, untuk itu dibutuhkan sebuah sistem yang dapat membantu proses pemilihan penerima beasiswa tahfiz. Ada banyak metode Sistem Pendukung Keputusan namun peneliti menggunakan metode Combinative Distance-Based Assesment (CODAS) untuk diterapkan kedalam sistem. Hasil yang didapatkan berdasarkan pada nilai dari perhitungan dengan menggunakan metode CODAS, yang diurutkan dari nilai yang terbesar ke yang terkecil. ABSTRAC Islamic boarding schools are Islamic educational institutions that provide the application of religious learning to students and female students by prioritizing the teaching of the Quran and the Prophet's Hadith. As a supporter of students in learning activities, the Islamic boarding school is obliged to provide assistance in the form of scholarships to students who have financial problems. Manba'ul 'Ulum Islamic Boarding School is one of the Islamic Boarding Schools in the Cirebon Kabupten area which has a Qur'an tahfiz scholarship. Because the system used by the Manba'ul 'Ulum Islamic Boarding School has not used a computer-based system in the process of determining the selection of tahfiz scholarship recipients, this causes this process to not run efficiently, for that a system is needed that can help the process of selecting tahfiz scholarship recipients. There are many Decision Support System methods but researchers use Combinative Distance-Based Assessment (CODAS) methods to apply to the system. The results obtained are based on the value of the calculation using  the CODAS method, which is sorted from the largest value to the smallest.

Abstract

Changes in land use functions in the city of Cirebon as a development guide with an increasing urban population. This fact will affect the transportation system, especially on several roads whose land use functions are trade and services, offices, education and housing. Empirically, the phenomenon of transportation problems in the city of Cirebon, especially on roads, is caused by mixed traffic, driver behavior and discipline. The occurrence of traffic circulation disruption, especially in the city center, is due to irregular road users with the presence of road signs and markings, especially for stop signs. The real conditions due to the ineffectiveness and efficiency of the system for placing stop signs in the city of Cirebon include the large number of road users driving at high speed where stop signs are not installed, thus increasing the number of accidents, therefore a decision-making technique is needed in selecting stop signs. One of the methods used in decision making is the Composite Performance Index (CPI) method which can be proposed as an alternative to a more structured decision-making method. The CPI method can show the relationship of each factor in decision making and produce priority value weights for all factors in decision making. This method is a method used in the decision-making process of a complex problem with quite a lot of considered aspects or criteria. CPI is used because the concept is simple, easy to understand, and has the ability to measure the related performance of supplier alternatives in a simple mathematical form. Abstrak   Perubahan fungsi guna lahan di kota Cirebon sebagai tuntunan pembangunan dengan meningkatnya penduduk perkotaan. Kenyataan ini akan mempengaruhi sistem transportasi khususnya pada beberapa ruas jalan dengan fungsi guna lahan adalah fungsi perdagangan dan jasa, perkantoran, pendidikan dan perumahan. Secara empiris fenomena permasalahan transportasi di kota Cirebon utamanya pada ruas jalan diakibatkan lalu lintas yang bercampur, perilaku dan kedisiplinan pengendara. Terjadinya gangguan sirkulasi lalu lintas khususnya di pusat kota akibat tidak teraturnya pengguna jalan terhadap keberadaan rambu dan marka jalan khususnya untuk rambu stop. Kondisi riil akibat tidak efektif dan efesiensinya sistem penempatan rambu stop yang ada di kota Cirebon antara lain banyaknya pengguna jalan yang melaju dengan kecepatan tinggi pada tempat yang belum terpasang rambu stop sehingga meningkatkan angka kecelakaan., oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu teknik pengambilan keputusan dalam pemilihan rambu stop. Salah satu metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan adalah metode Composite Performance Index (CPI) dapat diusulkan sebagai alternatif metode pengambilan keputusan yang lebih terstruktur. Metode CPI dapat menunjukkan keterkaitan setiap faktor dalam pengambilan keputusan dan menghasilkan bobot nilai prioritas pada seluruh faktor dalam pengambilan keputusan. Metode ini merupakan metode yang digunakan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan suatu masalah kompleks dengan aspek atau kriteria yang dipertimbangkan cukup banyak. CPI digunakan karena konsepnya sederhana, mudah dipahami, dan memiliki kemampuan untuk mengukur kinerja yang berhubungan dari alternatif-alternatif  supplier  dalam bentuk matematis yang sederhana.

Abstract

One of the manufacturers engaged in the furniture industry is Cirebon Furniture (CF) which is a leading company in the natural fiber & wood furniture industry. Making the right decisions based on the required standard categories requires comprehensive and accurate information, so that with sharp analytical skills, it is expected to produce decisions that are in accordance with the problem, namely by using several considerations. Such a method will be very risky for the progress of the furniture industry in the future, because the market image is declining on the quality of the furniture produced Therefore, a computer-based decision-making method is needed that can support decision making regarding the issue of selecting furniture material materials so that an effective and efficient production RAB decision can be obtained. Usage . With the conclusion of the method used by the previous research, namely the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method, the researcher proposed making a system and choosing the ARAS method to be implemented in this study, in order to help provide solutions in choosing decisions using the ARAS method as a weighting theory of each factor and real criteria in the prosecutor's office. Based on the problems that have been described, the author is interested in conducting research aimed at helping PT Cirebon Furniture in making decisions on determining furniture materials.   Abstrak Salah satu produsen yang bergerak dibidang industri furniture yaitu Cirebon Furniture (CF) yang merupakan perusahaan terkemuka di industri mebel serat alam & kayu. Pengambilan keputusan yang tepat berdasarkan kategori standar yang diharuskan, diperlukan informasi-informasi yang menyeluruh dan akurat, sehingga dengan kemampuan analisa yang tajam, diharapkan dapat melahirkan keputusan- keputusan yang sesuai permasalahan yaitu dengan menggunakan beberapa pertimbangan. Cara seperti itu akan sangat beresiko untuk kemajuan industri meubel di masa yang akan datang, karena image pasar yang merosot terhadap kualitas furniture yang dihasilkan Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan suatu metode pengambilan keputusan berbasis komputer yang dapat mendukung pengambilan keputusan menyangkut masalah pemilihan bahan material furniture sehingga dapat diperoleh keputusan RAB produksi secara efektif dan efisien. Penggunaan . Dengan adanya kesimpulan dari metode yang digunakan penelitian sebelumnya yaitu metode Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS), maka peneliti mengusulkan pembuatan sistem dan memilih metode ARAS untuk di implementasikan dalam penelitian ini, guna dapat membantu memberikan solusi dalam memilih keputusan dengan menggunakan metode ARAS sebagai teori pembobotan dari setiap faktor dan kriteria nyata yang ada di kejaksaan. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang telah diuraikan, penulis tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian yang ditujukan untuk membantu PT Cirebon Furniture dalam mengambil keputusan penentuan material furniture.

Abstract

The development of information technology spurred a new way of life, from life starting to ending, this kind of life is known as e-life, meaning that this life has been influenced by various needs electronically. Now this is lively with various letters starting with the prefix e such as e-commerce, e-government, e-education, e-library, e-journal, e-medicine, e-laboratory, and others that are based on electronics. Selection of suppliers who are competent and able to provide quality raw materials is the first step to maintain product quality. In an effort to meet the needs consistently and with quality, supplier selection needs to be carried out to obtain appropriate criteria for the company. Seeing the rapid development of the business world, companies are competing to be the best to meet market and consumer demands. CV.EKA TEKNIK is a small and medium scale aluminum furniture manufacturer. The variety of requests for orders from consumers causes CV.EKA TEKNIK to always provide and provide the best service for its consumers. In an effort to win the competition in the eyes of consumers, CV.EKA TEKNIK uses various methods including increasing customer satisfaction through quality products, on time delivery and cost efficiency. Therefore, CV. EKA TEKNIK needs to assess suppliers carefully and precisely. Arresting suppliers is a strategic activity, especially if the supplier will supply goods that are important and will be used in the short and long term.   Abstrak Perkembangan teknologi informasi memacu suatu cara baru dalam kehidupan, dari kehidupan dimulai sampai dengan berakhir, kehidupan seperti ini dikenal dengan e-life, artinya kehidupan ini sudah dipengaruhi oleh berbagai kebutuhan secara elektronik. Sekarang ini sedang semarak dengan berbagai huruf yang dimulai dengan awalan e seperti e-commerce, e-government, e-education, e-library, e-journal, e-medicine, e-laboratory, dan yang lainnya lagi yang berbasis elektronika. Pemilihan supplier yang kompeten dan mampu memberikan bahan baku berkualitas merupakan langkah awal untuk menjaga kualitas produk. Dalam usaha untuk memenuhi kebutuhan perusahaan secara konsisten dan berkualitas, pemilihan supplier perlu dilakukan untuk mendapatkan kriteria – kriteria yang sesuai bagi perusahaan. Melihat perkembangan dunia usaha yang semakin cepat mengakibatkan perusahaan berlomba-lomba menjadi yang terbaik untuk memenuhi permintaan pasar dan konsumen. CV.EKA TEKNIK adalah sebuah perusahaan produsen penyedia furniture alumunium berskala kecil menengah. Beragamnya permintaan akan pesanan dari konsumen menyebabkan CV.EKA TEKNIK harus selalu menyediakan dan memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik bagi para konsumennya. Dalam usaha memenangkan persaingan dimata para konsumen CV. EKA TEKNIK menggunakan berbagai cara diantaranya meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan melalui produk berkualitas, ketepatan waktu pengiriman dan efisiensi biaya. Oleh karena itu, CV.EKA TEKNIK perlu menilai supplier secara cermat dan tepat. Penentuan supplier merupakan kegiatan strategis, terutama apabila supplier tersebut akan memasok barang yang penting dan akan digunakan dalam jangka pendek dan panjang.
