Abstract

The output of the success of the education process needs to be traced by tertiary institutions to find out how many graduates are relevant to the work with the field of knowledge they master is through tracer study. The implementation of the Tracer Study on the STMIK MIC Cikarang campus is still done manually, resulting in the campus difficulty reaching more alumni in filling out the questionnaire. Plus, the campus had to go the extra mile in recapitulating the results of the questionnaire. In this study, the FAST (Framework for Application System Technologies) method is used with the aim of designing a Tracer Study information system that can facilitate the management of alumni data and the results of the Tracer Study. By using this method, a system that can manage alumni data can be designed, and can present alumni data reports. And can provide email notifications given to alumni to update their personal data, so that data is up to date. This system can also recap the results of the tracer study questionnaire conducted by alumni, which can then present the report in graphical form

Abstract

Capital is one of the most important things in any business activity that will be carried out. Capital includes capital before planting, planting period until harvest time arrives and post-harvest. Because of the large number of farmers in Kuningan district, the Kuningan district Food Security and Agriculture Agency needs investors to help the farmers. In this study designing and building applications for selecting investments in the agricultural sector using a decision support system with the EDAS method. EDAS is a multi-criteria decision-making method based on the AS score. The data used is data from direct interviews with farmers to determine criteria, sub criteria and alternatives. The criteria include land area, capital, harvest period, yields, and selling price. The alternatives include the names of the farmers, namely Tati, Niryo, Odah, Umin, and Tarwa, as well as types of farming, such as chili, shallots, rice, corn, and peanuts. From the results of the overall calculation of this study, it shows that the EDAS method produces the best choice for Tati farming with the type of chili farming. This research produces a web-based application that can be used by farmers and investors and furthermore, it can be developed into an Android or mobile-based application. The goal is to make it easier for investors to find and choose the best farms to invest in.

Abstract

This community service program aims to empower Generation Z students at the MODERN IIBS EL-'AZAM Islamic Boarding School to become agents of change oriented towards community service by utilizing information technology. Through the program, students experienced increased digital literacy, communication skills, and social awareness. They were able to design and implement technology-based community service projects that generated positive impacts for the surrounding community. The community expressed appreciation for the programs implemented and hoped that similar initiatives could be sustained. These findings indicate that empowering Generation Z in Islamic boarding schools through the utilization of information technology can be an effective solution to improve community engagement and service. The program not only benefited the students, but also addressed real needs identified in the local community, demonstrating the potential for technology-driven community service to create lasting change. ABSTRAK Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan santri Generasi Z di Pondok Pesantren MODERN IIBS EL-'AZAM untuk menjadi agen perubahan yang berorientasi pada pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi. Melalui program ini, santri mengalami peningkatan literasi digital, keterampilan berkomunikasi, dan kepedulian sosial. Mereka mampu merancang dan melaksanakan proyek pengabdian kepada masyarakat berbasis teknologi yang memberikan dampak positif bagi masyarakat sekitar. Masyarakat menyampaikan apresiasi atas program yang dilaksanakan dan berharap agar kegiatan serupa dapat berkelanjutan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan Generasi Z di pondok pesantren melalui pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dapat menjadi solusi efektif untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Program ini tidak hanya bermanfaat bagi santri, tetapi juga menjawab kebutuhan nyata yang teridentifikasi di masyarakat setempat, menunjukkan potensi pengabdian kepada masyarakat berbasis teknologi untuk menciptakan perubahan yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Pengelolaan infaq dan pembayaran siswa di Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur'an (TPA) Masjid AT-TAQWA masih dilakukan secara manual, yang seringkali menimbulkan berbagai masalah seperti ketidaktepatan pencatatan dan keterlambatan pelaporan. Keterbatasan literasi digital di kalangan pengelola juga menjadi hambatan utama dalam penerapan teknologi informasi yang lebih efektif. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital pengelola TPA serta memperkenalkan sistem informasi yang terintegrasi untuk pengelolaan infaq dan pembayaran siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, pengembangan, implementasi sistem informasi, serta pelatihan literasi digital. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam efisiensi dan akurasi pengelolaan data di TPA, dengan pengurangan waktu pencatatan hingga 50% dan penurunan tingkat kesalahan pencatatan serta kehilangan kartu bayaran menjadi tidak ada. Pelatihan literasi digital juga berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan pengelola dalam menggunakan teknologi informasi, dengan sebagian besar pengelola mampu mengoperasikan sistem informasi dengan baik. Dengan adanya implementasi sistem informasi yang didukung oleh pelatihan literasi digital dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan infaq dan pembayaran siswa di TPA Masjid AT-TAQWA. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model bagi lembaga pendidikan lainnya untuk mengadopsi teknologi digital dalam operasional mereka, guna meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan akurasi dalam pengelolaan administrasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini di buat bertujuan untuk memudahkan pihak rumah makan dalam meningkatkan pelayanan maupun keamanan untuk memberikan rasa nyaman kepada pelanggan, serta diharapkan mampu menghemat waktu maupun tenaga. Sistem ini menggunakan  Raspberry Pi dimana raspberry merupakan mikro komputer yang memiliki spesifikasi seperti komputer pada umumnya, sehingga mampu menciptakan suatu sistem pemantau keamanan yang canggih namun dengan biaya yang sangat terjangkau. Dari uraian masalah diatas, penulis mengkaji sebuah sistem yang diharakan mampu memberikan solusi terbaik sebagai sistem pemantau keamanan menggunakan Raspberry Pi, dimanan Raspberry Pi  merupakan komputer papan tunggal (single-board circuit; SBC) yang seukuran dengan kartu kredit yang dapat digunakan untuk menjalankan program perkantoran, permainan komputer, dan sebagai pemutar media hingga video beresolusi tinggi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem Smart CCTV yang dapat memfoto dan merekam secara otomatis ketika terjadi gerakan pada suatu area yang dipantau di R.M Waroeng Kampoeng Jepun Kota Cirebon. Sistem ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan sistem keamanan dan meningkatkan rasa nyaman bagi pelanggan.   ABSTRACK This Research aims to make it easier for the restaurant to improve service and security to provide comfort to the customer, and is expected to save time and effort. The system uses a Raspberry Pi micro-computer where raspberries that have specifications such as computers in general, so as to create a sophisticated security monitoring system but at a very affordable cost. From the description above problems, the authors examine a system that diharakan able to provide the best solutions as the system monitors the safety of using Raspberry Pi, where N Raspberry Pi is a single board computer (single-board circuit; SBC) which is about the size of a credit card that can be used to run office programs , computer games, and as a media player up to high-resolution video. The results of this study are Smart CCTV system that can capture and record automatically when motion occurs in an area that is monitored in R.M Waroeng Kampoeng Japanese city of Cirebon. The system is expected to improve system security and improve comfort for customers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan utama untuk menciptakan sebuah sistem informasi yang memfasilitasipengelolaan data terkait Pemberdayaan dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) di wilayah Rukun Tetangga005, Rukun Warga (RW) 24, Desa Sumberjaya, Kecamatan Tambun Selatan, Kabupaten Bekasi. Sistemtersebut dirancang untuk membantu petugas dalam merangkum informasi yang diperlukan dengan lebihefisien. Penelitian ini mengadopsi metode objektif, yang dianggap sebagai pendekatan yang sangat sesuaiuntuk menggambarkan elemen-elemen dan komponen-komponen yang terdapat dalam data aktivitasPKK, sehingga memungkinkan penyusunan sistematis dalam perancangan dan pembuatan sisteminformasi pengelolaan data PKK menggunakan PHP dan database MySQL. Hasil penelitian inimenghasilkan sistem informasi yang memungkinkan pengolahan data kegiatan PKK dengan lebih cepatdan akurat, sesuai dengan kebutuhan petugas dalam pembuatan laporan-laporan data PKK yangdibutuhkan. Dengan adanya sistem ini maka kegiatan dan program kerja PKK RT.005 RW.024 dapatdiliihat secara elektronik tanpa ada batasan waktu dan tempat, serta masyarakat dapat melihat kegiatanserta informasi tentang PKK.

Abstract

Considering the widespread ownership of gadgets or smartphones among residents of housing complexes, information is expected to be quickly and up-to-date and accessible. One of the problems is the manual recording of payments of residents' contributions in the Puri Hijau housing complex, which has limited the delivery of information to residents regarding their payment status, expenditure information, and balance information. By utilizing technological advances, especially information technology, an information system was created that aims to minimize existing problems, namely by creating a web-based information system model using FAST method.The final result is a web-based information system model used by residents' administrators in the Puri Hijau housing complex. This system is able to provide information on the status of dues payments quickly, information on residents' financial balances, and also financial management. The results of user trials indicate that this information system helps in delivering information quickly. Abstrak Melihat sudah umumnya kepemilikan Gadget atau Smartphone di warga Perumahan, maka informasi diharapkan dapat dengan cepat dan up to date untuk bisa diakses. Salah satu hal yang menjadi permasalahan adalah masih manualnya pencatatan pembayaran iuran warga di perumahan puri hijau sehingga mempunyai keterbatasan dalam penyampaian informasi ke warga baik tentang status pembayaran warga, informasi pengeluaran uang dan informasi saldo. Dengan memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi khususnya teknologi informasi, dibuatlah sebuah sistem informasi yang bertujuan agar permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada dapat diminimalisir yaitu dengan pembuatan model sistem informasi berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode FAST. Hasil akhir yang diperoleh adalah sebuah model sistem informasi berbasis web yang digunakan oleh pengurus warga di perumahan puri hijau. Sistem ini mampu memberikan informasi status pembayaran iuran secara cepat, informasi saldo keuangan warga dan juga pengelolaan keuangannya. Dari hasil uji coba terhadap user menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi ini membantu dalam penyampaian informasi secara cepat.

These application are made by android, because now trend fo applications and games based mobile and that are any used by most of people. Making these applications uses the language of programming, ActionScript 3.0 is language of programing which work to flash, flex with uses supporting of Application Adobe Air, Adobe CS6, it can be simplifly design of application software using object into design of application can be used as aids to teaching into the form of games, technology based, android smartphone. Abstrak Aplikasi pengenalan nama hewan dalam bahasa inggris merupakan salah satu pendekatan terhadap sistem belajar. Oleh karena itu, inovasi dalam pembelajaran dan strategi pembelajaran bahasa inggris perlu dilakukan. Aplikasi  ini dibuat berbasis Android, karena pada saat ini trend aplikasi-aplikasi dan game-game berbasis mobile banyak digunakan oleh hampir semua kalangan masyarakat. Dalam perancangan aplikasi ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman ActionScript3.0 merupakan bahasa pemrograman yang bekerja pada Flash, Flex dengan menggunakan penunjang Aplikasi Adobe Air, Adobe CS6, dapat menyederhanakan desain aplikasi perangkat lunak. Penggunaan object dalam desain aplikasi dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantu mengajar dalam bentuk permainan pendidikan teknologi berbasis android  smartphone.

Abstract

The development of information technology spurred a new way of life, from life starting to ending, this kind of life is known as e-life, meaning that this life has been influenced by various needs electronically. Now this is lively with various letters starting with the prefix e such as e-commerce, e-government, e-education, e-library, e-journal, e-medicine, e-laboratory, and others that are based on electronics. Selection of suppliers who are competent and able to provide quality raw materials is the first step to maintain product quality. In an effort to meet the needs consistently and with quality, supplier selection needs to be carried out to obtain appropriate criteria for the company. Seeing the rapid development of the business world, companies are competing to be the best to meet market and consumer demands. CV.EKA TEKNIK is a small and medium scale aluminum furniture manufacturer. The variety of requests for orders from consumers causes CV.EKA TEKNIK to always provide and provide the best service for its consumers. In an effort to win the competition in the eyes of consumers, CV.EKA TEKNIK uses various methods including increasing customer satisfaction through quality products, on time delivery and cost efficiency. Therefore, CV. EKA TEKNIK needs to assess suppliers carefully and precisely. Arresting suppliers is a strategic activity, especially if the supplier will supply goods that are important and will be used in the short and long term.   Abstrak Perkembangan teknologi informasi memacu suatu cara baru dalam kehidupan, dari kehidupan dimulai sampai dengan berakhir, kehidupan seperti ini dikenal dengan e-life, artinya kehidupan ini sudah dipengaruhi oleh berbagai kebutuhan secara elektronik. Sekarang ini sedang semarak dengan berbagai huruf yang dimulai dengan awalan e seperti e-commerce, e-government, e-education, e-library, e-journal, e-medicine, e-laboratory, dan yang lainnya lagi yang berbasis elektronika. Pemilihan supplier yang kompeten dan mampu memberikan bahan baku berkualitas merupakan langkah awal untuk menjaga kualitas produk. Dalam usaha untuk memenuhi kebutuhan perusahaan secara konsisten dan berkualitas, pemilihan supplier perlu dilakukan untuk mendapatkan kriteria – kriteria yang sesuai bagi perusahaan. Melihat perkembangan dunia usaha yang semakin cepat mengakibatkan perusahaan berlomba-lomba menjadi yang terbaik untuk memenuhi permintaan pasar dan konsumen. CV.EKA TEKNIK adalah sebuah perusahaan produsen penyedia furniture alumunium berskala kecil menengah. Beragamnya permintaan akan pesanan dari konsumen menyebabkan CV.EKA TEKNIK harus selalu menyediakan dan memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik bagi para konsumennya. Dalam usaha memenangkan persaingan dimata para konsumen CV. EKA TEKNIK menggunakan berbagai cara diantaranya meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan melalui produk berkualitas, ketepatan waktu pengiriman dan efisiensi biaya. Oleh karena itu, CV.EKA TEKNIK perlu menilai supplier secara cermat dan tepat. Penentuan supplier merupakan kegiatan strategis, terutama apabila supplier tersebut akan memasok barang yang penting dan akan digunakan dalam jangka pendek dan panjang.

Abstract

Groceries shops, rice stalls, cake shops, shoe shops and mini markets are various types of businesses built by entrepreneurs. Franchise minimarkets are a case study taken in this research because business competition is becoming increasingly fierce and competitive. The lack of experience and knowledge of entrepreneurs, the number of competitors, business support, crowd centers, population density, parking lots, community income and road access and the difficulty of determining the right business location are the causes of the business not developing. One of the successes of a franchise business is influenced by the accuracy in choosing a business location. A strategic business location will determine the number of consumers and profits that have the potential to increase. The method used in this decision support system is the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART), which is a multi-attribute decision-making method. SMART is a comprehensive decision-making model taking into account qualitative and quantitative matters. In this SMART decision-making model, it basically tries to cover every shortcoming of the previous non-computerized models.
