Abstract

The pattern of relationships between perpetrators and victims in sexual violence covers a wide spectrum, ranging from close relationships, unclose but known relationships, to anonymous relationships. Unfortunately, there is a lack of attention to certain relationship patterns, which has implications for weak prevention strategies and adaptive legal responses. The purpose of this study focuses on the pattern of relationships between perpetrators and victims that have so far been less explored in depth in academic literature. This study uses a qualitative research method with a conceptual approach. Data collection methods are collected using literature studies and then analyzed using qualitative methods and presented descriptively. The results of the study indicate that close relationships can involve betrayal of trust and emotional control that worsen psychological trauma, unclose but known relationships create ambiguity in proving the perpetrator's intentions, and anonymous relationships show opportunistic nature. Therefore, a victim-based approach is needed to place the needs and experiences of victims at the center of every legal process.

Abstract

Learning is a system that involves an integrated set of interrelated and interactive components to achieve expected results optimally, with predefined goals. Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK), for example, encourages students to move actively to reach the goal of improved physical fitness. PJOK does not require students to always be able and skilled at practicing the material; rather, it emphasizes the willingness, desire, and success in actively moving or participating in learning activities. Active participation can increase when the learning process is engaging, exciting, non-monotonous, innovative, and creative. This can be achieved by incorporating small games, such as the traditional "fort" game (benteng-bentengan). The purpose of this research is to measure the impact of implementing small games on increasing active student participation in PJOK classes for 11-grade students at SMK HARAPAN BANGSA KOTA SERANG. This research employs a pure experimental method with a quantitative approach, using a randomized control group pretest-posttest design. The sample consists of 28 students in the control group and 24 students in the treatment group. Data were collected through video analysis using the Proportion Focus Analysis (APF) instrument. Statistical calculations conducted using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) showed a significant value in the Wilcoxon test of 0.009, which is less than 0.05. This result indicates that implementing the "fort" game has a positive effect on increasing active student participation in PJOK classes at SMK HARAPAN BANGSA KOTA SERANG.

Abstract

The rapid development of the times has brought significant changes that should be preserved as heritage rather than ignored. Traditional games, rich in cultural and ethnic values and beneficial for children's development, are increasingly being replaced by modern games considered more realistic and personal. However, modern games should still pay attention to children's motor and cognitive aspects. This study utilizes Herbert Spencer's cultural theory, which states that society and culture evolve from simpler forms to more complex ones. Additionally, Jean Piaget's theory of child motor development is used, which argues that games significantly enhance children's cognitive abilities. This research aims to examine how traditional games influence children's development in the modern era. A qualitative method is employed to understand how children adapt traditional games into more modern forms to support their motor and cognitive development. The results show that traditional games can significantly contribute to developing children's abilities and character. The role of parents and teachers is crucial in preserving these traditional games, which are rich in meaning and cultural values. The study concludes that traditional games like gobag sodor contain cultural values embedded within their activities. Furthermore, these games include physical components such as agility, speed, coordination, strength, and balance, which are relevant in educational settings, both in schools and higher education institutions.

Abstract

In this modern era, advances in technology and social media play a big role in shaping children's character. Easy access to information and social interaction through social media can have a positive or negative impact on student character development. As an effort to overcome these negative impacts, Islamic religious education in schools plays an important role in forming characters with noble character. This research aims to analyze the role of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in shaping student character through religious values at the MTS 1 Pandeglang school. Islamic Religious Education Teachers are not only tasked with delivering religious material, but also function as role models, mentors and directors in students' daily lives. This research also explores how religious values, such as honesty, discipline and empathy, are integrated into school activities and implemented in students' lives. This character building involves all school components, including collaboration between teachers and active participation of students in various activities that prioritize moral and spiritual values. Apart from that, in the context of character formation, the influence of social media is also a concern, where students are given the understanding to filter and select information that is in accordance with religious teachings and noble values. Thus, character formation based on religious values at the MTS 1 Pandeglang school is expected to produce individuals who are not only academically intelligent, but also have good morals in social life.

Abstract

Augmented Reality (AR) technology has made significant progress since it was first introduced by Thomas P. Caudell in 1992 as an industrial support tool. Today, the application of AR has become increasingly widespread, including in the field of education. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Augmented Reality as a 3D-based learning medium to enhance student motivation for learning. The research was conducted with 32 third-grade students at SDN 1 Daroyon using a qualitative-descriptive research approach. Through a discovery learning approach, students were introduced to abstract concepts with the help of AR, which allows real-time visualization of virtual objects. The results of the study show that before using AR, 58% of students had very low learning motivation. However, after the implementation of AR, there was a significant increase in motivation, with 65% of students showing very high learning motivation. In addition to increasing interest and motivation, the use of AR also enriches students' learning experiences through interactive 3D visual features. This technology helps students understand abstract concepts in a more engaging and efficient way compared to traditional learning methods. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that integrating AR into the learning process can be an innovative approach to improving the quality of education. Specifically, this technology is effective in enhancing student motivation toward the subject matter. These findings support the importance of adopting modern technology in education to create a more dynamic and relevant learning environment in today's digital era.

Abstract

In today's global era, interest in learning has shown a significant decline as many individuals are more focused on social media platforms. Social media is not only popular at the local level but has also become an essential element worldwide in supporting daily activities. Although technological advancements have made long-distance communication with loved ones easier, children today tend to use electronic devices more for completing school assignments than for truly understanding the learning materials. They often perceive learning activities as uninteresting, even though without the learning process, one cannot gain extensive knowledge. The decline in learning interest has become more apparent due to technological advancements that provide fast access to information, making people feel less inclined to read or understand step-by-step processes. As a result, many have abandoned traditional learning methods and prefer to use technology as an educational tool rather than reading books. When someone chooses to read, the materials they select are usually not textbooks but rather novels or other works of fiction that are more engaging and entertaining, as they offer various emotional experiences such as joy, sorrow, and pain. This contrasts with textbooks, which are often perceived as boring and less appealing, leading to a reluctance to read them. Consequently, many individuals prefer using technology to solve problems, as it is considered more practical than reading books.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, science and technology are developing rapidly. One example of very popular technology is gadgets. Gadgets have a positive impact on children's thinking patterns, such as helping them regulate the tempo when playing, designing strategies in games, and improving right brain abilities. Notwithstanding these benefits, the use of gadgets can have detrimental effects on children's development, with a heightened impact on teenagers. The radiation produced by gadgets can damage a child's nerve tissue and brain if used too often. More importantly, children become less mobile and are rarely exposed to sunlight, which affects their physical health. As a result, children tend to become less interactive, less creative, and more comfortable being alone with their gadgets. This can trigger individualistic attitudes and reduce feelings of concern for parents, friends and other people around them, as well as their physical health. Physical education and sports carried out in the right proportions can make children fitter, so they can remain active and productive.
