Abstract

Proteksi radiasi merupakan suatu tindakan yang dilakukan untuk mengurangi dampak buruk radiasi akibat paparan radiasi. Tujuan penerapan proteksi dan radiasi adalah untuk mencegah efek deterministik dan mengurangi peluang terjadinya efek stokastik. Pemeriksaan radiologi thorax di ruang ICU dengan pasien tidak kooperatif. Pasien di ICU yang tidak memungkinkan untuk melakukan pemeriksaan secara normal sesuai teori dan tidak kooperatif, seperti: pasien tidak sadarkan diri, menggunakan ventilator atau alat bantu bagi pasien yang mengalami kesulitan bernapas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kajian proteksi radiasi pada ruang rontgen umum TOSHIBA RS Paru Khusus Medan. penerapan proteksi radiasi pada pemeriksaan thorax menggunakan mobile light plane di Intensive Care Unit (ICU) RS Paru Khusus Medan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan observasional. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menciptakan gambaran obyektif terhadap suatu keadaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui wawancara langsung dengan radiografer mengenai penerapan proteksi radiasi pada pemeriksaan thorax menggunakan pesawat x-ray Merk TOSHIBA di RS Paru Khusus Medan. Dari hasil penelitian terlihat bahwa pemeriksaan thoraks di Instalasi Radiologi RS Paru Khusus Medan pada tahun 2022 telah menerapkan proteksi radiasi di ruang umum Rontgen Merek TOSHIBA di Instalasi Radiologi RS Paru Khusus Medan pada tahun 2022. Maka dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa proteksi radiasi di ruang umum Rontgen Merk TOSHIBA Instalasi Radiologi RS Paru Khusus Medan sudah sesuai dengan Standar Operasional Pemeriksaan (SOP).   Radiation protection is an action taken to reduce the damaging effects of radiation due to radiation exposure. The aim of implementing protection and radiation is to prevent deterministic effects and reduce the opportunity for stochastic effects to occur. Thorax radiology examination in the ICU room with a non-cooperative patient. Patients in the ICU where it is not possible to carry out normal examinations according to theory and are non-cooperative, such as: unconscious patients, using ventilators or assistive devices for patients who have difficulty breathing. The aim of this research is to determine the study of radiation protection in the TOSHIBA general X-ray room at the Medan Special Lung Hospital. implementation of radiation protection during thorax examinations using a mobile light aircraft in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the Medan Special Lung Hospital. The research design used in this research is descriptive with an observational approach. This research method was carried out with the aim of creating an objective picture of a situation. This research was carried out by means of direct interviews with radiographers regarding the implementation of radiation protection during thorax examinations using a TOSHIBA Brand x-ray aircraft at the Medan Special Lung Hospital. From the research results, it can be seen that thorax examinations in the Radiology Installation of the Medan Special Lung Hospital in 2022 have implemented radiation protection in the TOSHIBA Brand X-Ray general room in the Radiology Installation of the Medan Special Lung Hospital in 2022. So in this study it can be concluded that radiation protection in in the TOSHIBA Brand X-Ray general room in the Radiology Installation at the Medan Special Lung Hospital, it is in accordance with the Examination Operational Standards (SOP).

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengenai teknik pemeriksaan radiografi artikulasi citbiti sinistra dengan kasus dislokasi di Instalasi Radiologi RS Universitas Sumatera Utara Medan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui teknik yang digunakan pada pemeriksaan ar/iculalio cuhiti sinistra, (2) dislokasi menjelaskan kelebihan dan kekurangan teknik pemeriksaan yang digunakan pada kasus dislokasi articuiatio cuhili di Instalasi Radiologi Universitas. Rumah Sakit Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Adapun pengumpulan datanya menggunakan metode mendalam, observasi wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dua orang dokter PPDS Radiologi, dan dua orang radiografer sebagai responden dalam penelitian ini. Apalagi bila informasi tentang teknik pemeriksaan radiografi artikulasi cuhili. Data yang diperoleh dari wawancara dikembangkan dalam metode transkrip untuk mengambil informasi, membandingkan dan menganalisanya. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa teknik pemeriksaan radiografi artikulasi cubiti sinistra dengan menggunakan proyeksi Flexi II AP masih dapat mendiagnosis dislokasi. Faktanya dengan proyeksi ini kita dapat memperoleh informasi apakah pada posisi AP terdapat pelebaran sendi berarti dicurigai subluksast atau dislokasi, walaupun dari posisi AP Flexi tidak dapat terlihat dislokasi dari posisi lateral basic masih dapat terlihat. dilihat seberapa jauh fossa keluar dari sendi. Selain tidak banyak mengubah posisi pasien atau benda sehingga pasien tidak merasakan nyeri dan tidak memperparah sendi, proyeksi AP flexi tetap dapat menilai gambaran radiografi sendi siku tanpa mengurangi kriteria pencitraan anatomi articulatio citbiti.   This research is about the technique of radiographic examination of articulation citbiti sinistra with a dislocation case at the Radiology Installation at the University of North Sumatera Hospital Medan. This study aims to (1) to find out the techniques used in the examination of ar/iculalio cuhiti sinistra, (2) dislocation to explain the advantages and disadvantages of examination techniques used in the case ofarticuiatio cuhili dislocations in the Radiology Installation of the University Hospital of North Sumatera. This study uses qualitative methods. As for the data, collection used in-depth, interview observations, and documentation methods. Two doctors PPDS Radiology, and two radiographers as respondents in this study. Especially when information about articulation cuhili radiographic examination techniques. Data obtained from interviews were developed in the transcript method to retrieve information, comparing and analyzing it..This research proves that the technique of radiographic examination of articulation cubiti sinistra by using the Flexi II AP projection can still diagnose the dislocation. The fact is with this projection we can get information whether the position of the AP there is a widening of the joints means suspected subluksast or dislocation, even if from the position of AP Flexi can not see the dislocation from the lateral basic position can still be seen how far the fossa comes out of the joint. Besides not much changing the position of the patient or object so that the patient does not feel pain and does not make the joint worse, AP flexi projections can still assess the elbow joint radiographic features without reducing the imaging criteria of the anatomy articulatio citbiti.

Abstract

Pada pemeriksaan toraks, terkadang pasien tidak memahami atau tidak mengikuti petunjuk yang diberikan mengenai inspirasi yang diperlukan saat menjalani pemeriksaan toraks. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan gambaran radiografi menjadi kurang berkualitas atau kurang informatif, sehingga mempengaruhi kemampuan dokter dalam membuat diagnosis yang akurat atau mempengaruhi keputusan pengobatan yang tepat. Penelitian ini berjenis kualitatif melalui observasi lapangan, studi literatur, dan dokumentasi. Dimana 50 gambar foto Thorax dianalisis dengan membandingkan kriteria gambar inspiratif yang baik dan buruk. Hasil perbandingan akan diperoleh gambar yang memenuhi kriteria foto Thorax baik dan buruk disertai penyebab berhasil dan gagalnya inspirasi. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh 26 foto Thorax yang memenuhi kriteria inspirasi baik dan 24 foto Thorax yang tidak memenuhi kriteria inspirasi baik dari 50 sampel. Perbandingan dilakukan dengan 7 kriteria yaitu Costae 6 anterior kanan tampak, Costae 10 posterior kiri tampak lengkap, Costae anterior kanan tampak berbentuk V. Costae posterior kiri tampak seperti huruf A. Costae 6 anterior kanan depan memotong hemidiaphragm di tengah, Costae 7 anterior kanan depan memotong hemidiaphragm kanan di 1/3 lateral dan terlihat rib 9 posterior kiri dan rib posterior kiri 10. Dimana 26 foto Thorax yang memenuhi kriteria inspirasi baik dipengaruhi oleh pasien yang melakukan pernafasan dengan baik dan 24 foto Thorax yang tidak memenuhi kriteria inspirasi baik disebabkan oleh pasien yang tidak kooperatif seperti kurangnya pendengaran dan tingkat pemahaman inspirasi. Sehingga diketahui bahwa peranan inspirasi pada pemeriksaan toraks sangat penting dan pada pemeriksaan toraks inspirasi dilakukan dengan 26 baik dan 24 buruk.   In thoracic examination, sometimes patients do not understand or do not follow the instructions given regarding the inspiration needed when undergoing a thoracic examination. This can cause radiographic images that are of less quality or less informative, thus affecting the ability of doctors to make an accurate diagnosis or influencing appropriate treatment decisions. This research is a qualitative type through field observations, literature studies, and documentation. Where 50 Thorax photo images were analyzed by comparing the criteria for good and bad inspirational images. The results of the comparison will get an image that meets the criteria for good and bad Thorax photos accompanied by the causes of success and failure of inspiration. The results of this study obtained 26 Thorax photos that met the criteria for good inspiration and 24 Thorax photos that did not meet the criteria for good inspiration from 50 samples. Comparisons were made with 7 criteria, namely Costae 6 anterior right looks, costae 10 posterior left looks complete, Costae anterior right looks V-shaped. Costae posterior left looks like the letter A. Costae 6 anterior right front cuts the hemidiaphragm in the middle, Costae 7 anterior right front intersecting the right hemidiaphragm in 1/3 laterally and the left posterior rib 9 and left posterior rib 10 are visible. Where 26 Thorax photos that meet good inspiration criteria are influenced by patients who inhale well and 24 Thorax photos that don't meet good inspiration criteria are caused by uncooperative patients such as lack of hearing and level of understanding of inspiration. So it was found that the role of inspiration in thoracic examination was very important and on thoracic examination inspiration was carried out with 26 good and 24 bad.

Abstract

Tulisan ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fraktur yang terjadi pada kaput humerus yang dilakukan di unit radiologi RSUD Sundari Medan dengan menggunakan pesawat radiografi umum merk Toshiba. Karya tulis ilmiah ini merupakan karya ilmiah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan wawancara. Data radiografi yang diperoleh kemudian diolah, dianalisis, dan hasilnya disajikan secara deskriptif. Tulisan ilmiah ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan parameter ekspos 49 kV, 100 mA, 0,08 S, dengan posisi AP dan lateral untuk menghasilkan gambaran radiografi kaput humerus yang optimal. Pemeriksaan os humerus dengan dugaan fraktur kaput humerus di instalasi radiologi RSUD Sundari Medan dilakukan sesuai ketentuan/SOP yang berlaku.   This scientific paper aims to determine the fracture that occurs in the humeral head, which was carried out in the radiology unit of the Sundari General Hospital in Medan using a general radiograph aircraft brand of the Toshiba. This scientific paper is a quantitative scientific paper with an experimental approach. The method of data collection was done by means of observation and interviews. The radiograph data obtained were then processed, analyzed, and the results were presented descriptively. This scientific paper was conducted using the exspose parameters of 49 kV, 100 mA, 0.08 S, with the AP and lateral positions to produce optimal radiographic radiographs of the humeral head. Examination of the humeral os with suspected humeral head fracture in the radiology installation of the Sundari Medan General Hospital was carried out in accordance with the applicable regulations / SOP.

Abstract

Teknik Pemeriksaan Radiografi Os Femur Pada Kasus Fraktur Di Rumah Sakit Radiologi RSU Mitra Sejati, bertujuan untuk mengetahui teknik pemeriksaan radiografi Os Femur pada kasus fraktur di Instalasi Radiologi RSU Mitra Sejati serta mengetahui kelebihan dan kekurangan teknik radiografi Os Femur Os Femur pada kasus Fraktur di Instalasi Radiologi RSU Mitra Sejati Benar. Jenis pemeriksaan ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus yang dilaksanakan di RSU Mitra Sejati pada bulan Juni 2018. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien yang menjalani pemeriksaan radiografi Os Femur pada kasus fraktur di Instalasi Radiologi RSU Mitra Sejati dengan sampel penelitian berjumlah satu orang. Pasien dan mereka yang menjadi responden termasuk dua orang radiografer. Data penelitian ini diambil dengan cara observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kerjasama yang baik antara radiografer dan pasien sangat diperlukan demi kelancaran pemeriksaan. Teknik radiografi Os Femur pada suspek patah tulang menggunakan AP (Antero-Posterior) dan proyeksi lateral, memperhatikan kenyamanan pasien untuk menunjang hasil gambar yang baik serta ketajaman dan detail yang optimal, pengolahan yang digunakan adalah CR (Computed Radiography).   Radiographic Examination Technique of Os Femur in Fracture Cases at Radiology Hospital of RSU Mitra Sejati, aims to determine the technique of radiographic examination of Os Femur in cases of fracture in Radiology Installation of RSU Mitra Sejati and to determine the advantages and disadvantages of radiographic technique of Os Femur in fracture cases in Radiology Installation of RSU Mitra Sejati True. This type of examination uses qualitative research with a case study approach which was carried out at RSU Mitra Sejati in June 2018. The population of this study was all patients who underwent radiographic examination of the Femur Os in fracture cases at the Radiology Installation of RSU Mitra Sejati with the research sample including one person. The patient and those serving as respondents included two radiographers. This research data was taken by observing and documenting. The results of this research are that good cooperation between the radiographer and the patient is very necessary for a smooth examination. Os Femur radiography techniques with suspected fractures use AP (Antero-Posterior) and lateral projections, paying attention to patient comfort to support good image results and optimal sharpness and detail, the processing used is CR (Computed Radiography).

Abstract

Teknik Pemeriksaan Radiografi Ossa Cniris dettra pada Kasus Fraktur 1/3 Distal di Instalasi Radiologi Universitas Sumatera Utara, bertujuan untuk mengetahui teknik pemeriksaan radiografi cniris yang benar pada kasus fraktur. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus yang dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Universitas Sumatera Utara pada bulan Juli 2018. Data penelitian ini diambil dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara mendalam kepada responden, dan dokumentasi yang kemudian akan diolah di bentuk sistem pengkodean terbuka. Mengenai kondisi pasien posisi menyamping tidak dapat diputar kesamping, penulis membuat arah penyinaran dari mediolateral (dari dalam ke luar) dengan sinar horizontal dan pita vertikal.   Radiographic Examination Technique Ossa Cniris dettra in the Case of Fracture 1/3 Distal at the Radiology Installation at the University of North Sumatra, aims to determine the cniris radiographic examination technique correctly in cases of fracture. This type of research uses qualitative research wilh a case study approach conducted al the University of North Sumatra Hospital in July 2018. The data of this study were taken by conducting observations, in-depth interviews with respondents, and documentation which will then be processed in the form of an open coding system. Regarding the condition of the patient in the lateral position, it cannot be rotated laterally, the writer makes the direction of radiation from the mediolateral (from inside to outside) with horizontal rays and vertical tapes.

Abstract

Background: Exposition factors are factors that determine and influence the quality and quantity of x-ray radiation in making radiographic images. In a computed radiography system, images can be optimized before printing, thereby minimizing repetitions caused by inaccuracies. Research Purposes: The aim of this study was to determine the effect of exposure factors on Thorax examination and Os examination. Cruris. Method: This research uses a qualitative method with an observational approach. Researchers collected data by conducting a study of several related literature. Data processing and analysis is carried out by making similarities and differences, conducting a study of literature sources, then analyzing the contents of these sources and concluding the results obtained in order to answer the problem in the problem formulation. Research Results: The Thorax examination used a tube voltage of 64 kV. the tube current is 200 mA, and the exposure time is 0.10 seconds, while in the Os examination. Cruris uses a tube voltage of 50 kV, tube current of 100 mA, and exposure time of 0.12 seconds. Conclusion: Differences in the influence of exposure factors on the Thorax and Os. Cruris is the tube current and second (time), while kV is adjusted to the thickness of the object (atomic number).

Abstract

The dark room is an important room in a Radiology Installation which is useful as a place for film processing, storage of unexposed film, storage and maintenance of cassettes and screens, as a place for the initial and final processes of making radiographs. This process plays an important role because it affects the quality of the resulting radiograph. Darkroom equipment must meet the standards of the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Health Regulation No. 24 of 2020, so periodic inspections must be carried out in the darkroom to produce an optimal picture of the film processing process. This research aims to determine the standardization of the darkroom in the radiology installation at RSU Vina Estetika. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research. The research was conducted at RSU Vina Estetika from April to May 2022. Data processing was carried out by means of field observations, in-depth interviews with radiographers and documentation. The object of this research is a dark room while the research target is a radiographer. In this research, the results showed that at RSU Vina Estetika there were several darkroom components that did not meet standards, such as the darkroom construction on the ceiling, ventilation, general lighting, and the absence of a cassette hatch. Meanwhile, the darkroom floor, darkroom work layout, darkroom equipment, darkroom location and water circulation in the darkroom have met standardization.

Transformers are crucial equipment in substations, performing important tasks such as voltage transformation, current adjustment, and power quality maintenance. However, various factors over time, such as increased operating temperature, loading conditions, and maintenance schedules, can impact transformer performance and lead to a reduction in its lifespan. This research focuses on the effective and accurate estimation of age loss employ the Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) skill. LSTM means a deep neural network that processes sequential data and retains historical information. Data utilized in this research is sourced from transformer 6 at the Buduran 150 kV substation, including load and oil temperature data for 2021 and 2022. The performance of LSTM is assessed using Mean Squared Error (MSE) cum Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE). The estimation results demonstrate the favorable performance of the LSTM method, with an MSE error value of 0.0002 and an RMSE of 0.014. The projected age loss for 2023 is estimated to be 17.89% or 0.1789 pu. Abstract

Pemeliharaan dan pengoperasian pada gardu distribusi merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dalam menjaga kinerja sistem distribusi listrik berjalan dengan baik. Gardu distribusi berperan penting dalam membagi tenaga listrik dari gardu induk ke pengguna tenaga listrik. Pemeliharaan gardu distribusi melibatkan serangkaian kegiatan inspeksi rutin, pembersihan penggantian komponen yang rusak, uji dan perawatan rutin, serta pemantauan kondisi pada gardu distribusi secara berkala. Adapun tujuan dari penulisan ini ialah melakukan pengoptimalan pemeliharaan dan pengoperasian pada gardu distribusi yaitu memahami proses dan prinsip kerja dari gardu distribusi dan meningkatkan kesadaran keselamatan terhadap arus Listrik serta memperkenalkan peralatan teknologi dan inovasi terkini yang dapat digunakan dalam melakukan pemeliharaan dan pengoperasian pada gardu distribusi. Hasil Analisa dan pembahasan dari penelitian ini ialah membuat jadwal pemeliharaan pada tiap titik gardu distribusi, dan pemeliharaan teknologi mengikuti aturan yang ada dengan melakukan inspeksi sepanjang jalur kelistrikan
