Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the influence of Store Atmosphere, Store Image and Servicescape on Purchase Decisions at Gramedia Padang Bookstores. This research is quantitative research, the sampling method using accidental sampling technique with the number of respondents 100 people. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Store Atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, Store Image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and Servicescape has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Organizational Culture and Empowerment on Organizational Commitment to improve Employee Performance at Puskesmas Ngemplak 1. This research was conducted on all employees of Puskesmas Ngemplak 1, totaling 40 people. This research is quantitative in nature. The sample of this study used a sampling technique with a questionnaire or questionnaire. The sample data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires directly to each employee. The number of questionnaires distributed and processed was as many as 20 questionnaires. Data processing in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques, assisted by the SPSS program version 20.0. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on performance. Empowerment of members has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Empowerment of members has a positive and significant effect on performance and organizational commitment also has a positive and significant effect on performance. This proves that organizational culture and member empowerment on organizational commitment greatly affect the performance of the employees of Puskesmas Ngemplak 1

Abstract

During the COVID -19 pandemic, people were enthusiastic about consuming vitamins, with the aim of increasing body resistance, especially to protect the body from COVID-19. Therefore, this study seeks to determine the factors that influence cognitive purchasing decisions, especially for Imboost products, such as the role of social media, brand image, and buying interest.Research respondents are boost consumers in the Yogyakarta area. The number of samples is 90 with online questionnaire distribution techniques, but the data that can be processed is 81. Data analysis using Smart PLS. The results of the analysis show that Brand Image has a significant positive effect on Purchase Interest and Purchase Decision Cognition. Social Media has an effect on Buying Interest. Meanwhile, Social Media has no effect on Cognitive Purchase Decisions, but is mediated by buying interest. Furthermore, the buying interest hypothesis is proven to have a positive influence on Cognitive Purchase Decisions.The results of this study provide managerial implications, especially for the marketing strategy of boost products. Cognitive purchasing decisions on imboost products require complete learning of imboost products because these products involve physical health

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Pariaman City Education, Youth and Sports Office. This study uses quantitative methods. The population is the employees of the Pariaman City Education, Youth and Sports Office, as many as 40 respondents and a sample of 40 respondents, the sampling technique is the Saturated Sampling Technique where all the population is sampled. Data analysis used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using the SPSS 26 application. The results showed that Work Discipline had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Education, Youth and Sports Office, and the work environment had a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance at the Education Office, Pariaman City Youth and Sports.

Abstract

Tiket.com is an online travel application that can help its users to book tickets through the internet, such as airplane tickets, train tickets, hotel reservations and so on. Most users of the Tiket.com application are dominated by those who need convenience in the traveling process. Management information systems are a technology that is very important and needed by business people to improve the quality and services provided to customers. The purpose of this research is to find out whether the implementation of the management information system in the Tiket.com application has been running optimally or not and how in the process of business activities. This research uses descriptive data analysis method by reading reference books, articles and journals made by experts to obtain accurate data so that data manipulation or other things do not occur. The subject of this research is an online travel application, namely Tiket.com. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of management information systems has been carried out optimally starting from disseminating information to its users so as to provide convenience and satisfaction to them. In addition, the implementation of a management information system on the Tiket.com application has a very good influence in supporting business activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to confirm the use of an electronic wallet (also known as an "e- wallet") offered by the DANA application to make online payments. Electronic wallets are so far considered as a technology that makes transactions easy and convenient. Many people recognize the dangers associated with modern technology, especially when it comes to payments. Even though some people consider it unsafe, many consumers still believe in it and take advantage of it. Therefore, to create a comprehensive technology acceptance model, this study takes into account risk and dependency variables. Risk and trust impact how acceptable electronic payment methods are, according to empirical research.

Abstract

The majority of Indonesian people now get news and information from social media sites. The use of social media as a promotional tool has been documented in numerous examples. However, successfully using social media for promotional purposes is not just a snap of the palm. Many people quickly give up after trying social media marketing. To help small businesses reach a wider audience, this article will provide a social media approach. Lardi's Social Media Strategy Framework was used at every stage of the research process, which included interviews, observation, and reading of relevant literature. As a result of this research, small businesses will have access to social media expansion techniques. It is hoped that small business actors will get some insights about how and for what to use social media from the social media plans that have been developed.

Abstract

The progress of the times leads us to evolve, whether we like it or not we have to follow the flow of civilization of the times. With the times, technology is also growing, from when we wake up until we go to sleep again, technology always accompanies us every day. With the growth of technology, more and more new creations are found. With the existence of internet technology, we can get information quickly and easily. Starting from any news or event to any purchase can be done online. As with ordinary shops in the real world, it turns out that the way to buy and sell transactions online is just as easy, even easier and more profitable. This study discusses the use of the online trading site and application tokopedia.co.id. The most monthly e-commerce web visitors in the first quarter of 2021 were Tokopedia, 135 million visits. The following data shows that the use of the Tokopedia application is very large based on consumer trust, who believe that buying through the Tokopedia e- commerce is easier to get the desired item. The method used in writing this scientific paper uses the case study method, where the case study data can be obtained from all interested parties, in other words, in this research it is collected from various sources. The purpose of this study was to determine the perception of using the Tokopedia e-commerce application on the ease of consumption of goods so that shopping satisfaction and shopping convenience.

Abstract

Research discusses "Buying and Selling Online (Shopee) Among Students". The objectives of this study are: 1) To describe the importance of using shopee among students, 2) To find out why students prefer shopping online rather than in person. This research aims to find out and understand the importance of using the shopee and why they prefer to shop online, especially students. This study used the literature method, which was compiled on the basis of 1) selecting library sources, 2) tracing library sources, 3) reading library sources, 4) keeping records, 5) presenting a literature review. The results of the study show the following: 1) The importance of using shopee among students is because it is easier, economical, time efficient and so on and goods are delivered directly to the house, 2) The reason students choose to shop online rather than in person is because almost the majority of students use shopee in shopping although there are also some people who shop in person on the grounds that traditional shopping is more secure than online shopping, and it turns out that students prefer to shop online.

Abstract

Waste that is not processed economically and effectively will damage the life of the surrounding environment. One way that the community can reduce the amount of waste entering the environment is by creating a waste bank. Bank Sampah Digital is a social enterprise committed to community waste management. This research aims to find out the role of waste banks in creating added value in the circular economy. The research method used is qualitative research with interview and triangulation methods. The result of this research is that the Bank Sampah Digital creates added value in the circular economy, especially from the sorting of waste that has been done by the community and weighed by the waste bank. This form of economic added value is in the form of financial savings or rupiah. These savings can be used for business capital expenditures, education, and others that can help the community's economy.
