Abstract

In today's free competition, management information systems play a strategic role in designing good business processes that are the key to the success of an organization / company. The needs of management information systems are highly dependent on the components used to produce such information systems. Gaps in the implementation of this component reduce the accuracy, detail, timeliness and relevance of information, leading to errors in business or organizational decision-making. Therefore, to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage requires a deep understanding of the components of management information systems, especially hardware, software, and brainware. Over time, digital transformation continues to develop to face the revolutions that will develop in the future. The purpose of this study is to find out the role of digital transformation in the success system of the company's sector.

Abstract

This paper aims to evaluate all aspects of the feasibility of the laundry business from Dilara Laundry. The increasing number of residents provides opportunities from various businesses, one of which is the laundry service business. Every housewife definitely needs these services because washing is a household need. Dilara Laundry is located in a strategic place that can be easily reached by consumers. Dilara laundry also provides very affordable prices and has various programs that can benefit consumers. In addition, Dilara Laundry provides shuttle facilities. Based on research from various aspects, it can be concluded that Dilara Laundry can be said to be feasible to run.

Abstract

This research aims to find out that management information systems play an important role in companies that have progressed to become an important part of the company or organization. Apart from that, management systems play an important role in business, in an organization or company it will not run smoothly if there is no proper information. Information systems with the aim of increasing productivity and effectiveness. This research also uses qualitative research methods to understand research procedures by utilizing descriptive data in the form of written or oral statements. Information systems are a collection of methods that can make companies more competitive and get better information to make decisions. Management information systems play an important role in the dissemination of data within a business. Information for business does not only come from within the organization but also from outside. The creation of management information systems makes it easier to meet the information needs of organizational decision makers and other users. Human work can be replaced by technological advances. As a result, a secretary must continue to learn to understand technology which greatly helps organizations in their operations. Information is an important element that must be addressed immediately. Companies need accurate information to make decisions and find solutions to problems.

Abstract

Technological developments in the payment system have replaced the role of cash, which is known to the public as a means of payment in general, to a more effective and efficient form of non-cash payment. The non-cash payment system that is currently quite common in people's daily lives is electronic money. Electronic money is essentially cash without any physical form, the value of which comes from the value of the money that is first deposited with the issuer, then stored electronically in an electronic medium in the form of a server or chip card, which functions as a non-cash payment tool to non-cash traders. the electronic money issuer concerned. Based on the results of a study of the problem, payments using electronic money in carrying out transactions are regulated by Bank Indonesia through Bank Indonesia Regulation Number 18/17/PBI/2016 concerning the Second Amendment to Bank Indonesia Regulation Number 11/12/PBI/2009 concerning Electronic Money (Electronic Money). ). Electronic money offers convenience and practicality to the public, thereby having a changing impact on society in carrying out transactions. Law as a means of social control is needed to provide certainty and protection so that conflicts and imbalances that may arise as a result of changes in society do not disrupt public order and productivity.

Abstract

Determined in the SKP Employee Work Targets are what will be provided by a single employee of a Civil State. Employee targets contain job duties activities and targets that must be completed in sufficient and flexible time (PP 46, 2011). PERKA BKN No. 01 TAHUN 2013 and PP No. 46 TAHUN 2011 are the basic documents for employee work targets. The only thing the most important thing to understand about the work a caregiver is doing at any given time is the job title. At Surabaya State University, employee performance assessments are mainly carried out through semi-manual procedures or by manually entering data into a predetermined format.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to determine the application of management information systems at the KFC fast food restaurant Rumah Setia Budi Branch Medan Pusat. Types of qualitative research whose data sources consist of primary data and secondary data. Research informants consist of manager KFC, employee, public, And a number of journal supporters. Technique collection data through observation and interview. Results show that KFC use system information computers to develop ordering systems from telephone booking systems to systems social media to create communities and various discount offers via the Internet. KFC apply system information management with Good And efficient so that capable compete with company other.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of management information systems at PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach with literature studies in the form of library research and the company's official website in the form of library searches. The data collection method is taken from several references and does not require direct involvement in the field. A collection technique by paying attention, recording the desired information, then analyzing the data to organize data, present data and draw conclusions. Finally, the authors draw comprehensive conclusions about researching the literature and validating the data. the results of the study show that data input in the application of an online-based SIM has been implemented by PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance s from the management, operational and technical aspects of financing services. The online-based SIM data process has been well implemented to provide convenience to customers and the public through the use of the Adiraku application, so that community data that has been entered can be immediately processed by PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance. Output data in the implementation of an online-based SIM have been implemented to further improve work results in providing service.

Abstract

The percentage of open unemployment rate in Serang Regency in the last two years occupies the top position in Banten Province. The role of investment in Serang Regency in creating jobs has not been felt by the community significantly, this study aims to stimulate an increase in the quality of investment so that it can have a positive impact in efforts to reduce the unemployment rate in Serang Regency. The research method uses a qualitative approach based on in-depth observation. The results of this study present strategies that can be implemented to reduce the unemployment rate in Serang Regency through improving the quality of investment.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to find out whether CAR, ROA and ROE affect Stock Growth in state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2013-2022 period. This research method uses a quantitative research method, the population in this study is all state-owned banks totaling 4 banks and the sample used is 4 state-owned banks using saturated samples, data collection techniques using secondary data, data analysis techniques used in this study consist of statistical descriptions, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficients and statistical hypotheses. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the CAR count is -5,988 < ttable -2,028 and the t-test sig is 0.000 < 0.05, the ROA t-2,213 < ttable 2,028 and the t-test sig is 0.033 < 0.05, the ROE tcount value is 7,654 < ttable 2,028 and the t-test sig is 0.000 < 0.05, and the results of the F test (simultaneous) are obtained The calculation is 78,723 > 2.86 Ftabel and the test sig value is 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that partially CAR has a negative effect on Stock Growth, ROA has a negative effect on Stock Growth, and ROE has a positive effect on Stock Growth. Meanwhile, simultaneously CAR, ROA, and ROE affect Stock Growth in SOEs listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2013-2022 period.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of halal certification, product quality and price on the purchase decision of Make Over products with brand image as an intervening variable. The research method used is quantitative using primary data. The research sample was 130 respondents who used Make Over products in Semarang Regency. The test uses path analysis to test the influence of intervening variables used to assess the relationship between three or more variables. The analysis tool used is SPSS 20. The results of the study show that simultaneously the variables of Halal Certification, Product Quality and Price have a significant positive effect on the brand image. However, halal certification and brand image have no effect on purchasing decisions, while product quality and price have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Halal certification, product quality, and price do not have a significant effect on the purchase decision of Make Over products in Semarang Regency with brand image as an intervening variable
