Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy on community satisfaction at the wali nagari barung-barung balantai office. This type of research is quantitative, the research process emphasizes the measurement of objective results using statistical analysis. The population in this study is the Barung Barung Balantai community. The total population is 2,853 people. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling which is based on certain criteria, namely the people who perform services at the wali nagari barung-barung balantai office, while the number of samples is 78 people obtained by classifying the community. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 21.00 program. The results of this study indicate that physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy for community satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction at the wali nagari barung-barung balantai office

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Compensation on employee performance of PT.  Waskita Beton Precast, Tbk. There is an independent variable of the effect of Compensation to be tested for the influence on the dependent variable, namely Karyawa Performance.  The population in this study were employees of PT. Waskita Beton Precast, Tbk Human Resources division which has 50 employees as of May 2020, which are all permanent employees. The research data used are primary data obtained through the dissemination of questionnaires. The analysis tool used is a simple linear regression test. The results showed that: (1) the results showed that compensation had a positive and significant effect  on employee performance with a  significance value of 0.022 < 0.05; (2) the test results   of the coefficient of determination showed that the  Adjusted R Square  value of  0.579 means that as many as 57.9% of employee performance-bound variables can be explained by  the free variable, namely compensation,  while other  factors of  42.1% were influenced by  other variables outside the  variables studied

Abstract

One of the most important assets owned by a company is human resources because it has an influence on the survival of the company. Employees in a company should be provided with a comfortable working environtment to produce optimal performance. Leadership style is a pattern, method and expertise used by an organizational leader in acting, conveying and socializing to influence, direct, support and control other individuals or subordinates to perform a task in order to reach an agreement. Organizational culture is a comprehensive affirmation that is recognized by members of the organization in system of shared meaning. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance at Badan Kepegawaian dan Pembangunan Pembangunan Human Resources   Kabupatan Agam. Population in this study were 35 respondents who is also a sample of the entire population at the Agam District Civil Service and Human Resource Development Agency. Studies using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate leadership style and organizational culture have a positive significant impact on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to investigate corporate governance moderating the relationship between corporate social responsibility (CSR) and corporate risk in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. The sample is 194 with an observation period of five years, using purposive sampling technique and the selected sample is 970 observations. This study uses secondary data in the form of the company's annual financial statements through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id). The test uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 16.0 program tools. The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant relationship between CSR and corporate risk, Board Size strengthens and significantly the relationship between CSR and corporate risk and Board Independence strengthens and insignificant the relationship between CSR and corporate risk in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, work motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT Kurnia Abadi Padang. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample consisted of 63 employees of PT Kurnia Abadi Padang using total sampling. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that variable job satisfaction and work environment has no effect on employee performance at PT Kurnia Abadi Padang. Work motivation have a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction at PT Kurnia Abadi Padang

Abstract

The porpuse of this research is to examine the directives of organizational communication and work environment variables on employee performance at PT. Kencana Sawit Indonesia (KSI). The data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents using a saturated sampling technique, where all members of the population were sampled, using multiple linear regression testing with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the study indicate that organizational commucation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This research is motivated by the performance of Perumda Water Drinking South Service Area that has not been implemented optimally, so that the services provided are not optimal for the community. This study aims to determine the effect of work ability, workload, and communication on the performance of the Padang Air Perumda Water Supply employees. The research population is all 45 employees of the Padang Air Perumda Water Company. The sampling technique used was total sampling. The number of samples that can be used for analysis purposes is 45 people. Testing the research hypotheses was carried out using the statistical analysis technique of multiple regression analysis. The results of the study found that: (1) work ability had a significant influence on the performance of the Padang Air Perumda Water Company employees, (2) the workload had a significant influence on the Padang Air Drinking Water Company employee performance, (3) Communication had a significant effect on performance of Padang Water Perumda employees. (4) Work ability, workload and communication together have a significant influence on the performance of the Padang Air Perumda Water Supply employees

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, position transfer and work environment on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Padang Pariaman Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 146 employees or respondents. Research data were collected from respondents' results and analyzed by multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that work discipline has a positive effect and job transfer has a positive effect and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. It can be seen that the significant value of work discipline, job transfer and work environment on employee performance is a value of 0.000 <0.05 and a t-count of 4.999 from a t-table of 1.97681

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of compensation and work motivation variables on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at Ninja Xpress MSH Padang. Abstract

Gramedia is a retail store for books and stationery and various school and office needs that has a comfortable and modern feel. Gramedia bookstore as one of the largest bookstores in Indonesia has a wide selection of products that are attractive to the public. The Gramedia bookstore has succeeded in positioning itself not only as a bookstore, but as a store that provides the most complete stationery and various academic needs in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of shopping orientations, store trust and promotion on the purchasing decisions of Generation Z at the Gramedia Padang bookstore. The method used in this study using quantitative methods, namely multiple linear regression on shopping orientations, store trust and promotion. The types and sources of data used in this study used primary data which was processed using the SPSS application. From the results of the analysis of shopping orientations obtained a significant value of tcount from ttable, then the hypothesis (H1) in this study was declared rejected. The results of the analysis of the second and third variables obtained a significant value of tcount from ttable, then the hypothesis is declared accepted. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that shopping orientations have no and significant effect on purchasing decisions and store trust and promotion variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. then the hypothesis (H1) in this study was declared rejected.
