Abstract

In the Regional Revenue Agency of North Sulawesi Province (BAPENDA), the process of sending letters still uses the manual method. By using the manual method, letters that have been sent cannot be tracked with certainty on where the letters are. This obstacle becomes a challenge to the organization in carrying out fast and precise business processes. So, the researcher was given the task of making an E-Office application. The purpose of making the application can simplify and develop the process of sending the letter. In short, the E-Office application that was created has the aim of facilitating business processes for correspondence within BAPENDA so that it can be carried out quickly, precisely, and flexibly. This application will be made based on the letter management SOP that applies at BAPENDA. Research on required applications uses the Modified Waterfall model, which is the result of a modified Waterfall method that is more flexible than the Waterfall model. The type of data taken is qualitative data, in which data is taken using interviews with parties involved in the process of business correspondence and dispositions. Information from the interview will be recorded and used to design the application to suit the needs & desires of the organization. The E-Office application will provide a new experience for organizations in carrying out correspondence business processes with convenience such as the user being able to find out where the letter has been, sending it is also made easier because it can be done wherever the user is, as long as they have an internet connection, it also makes it easier to view file and letter history with shipping details, etc. By implementing this application, it can encourage organizations to compete with other organizations in utilizing internet technology as an intermediary for business processes.

Abstract

In 2020 Indonesia became one of the countries affected by this corona virus. The government has made various efforts to suppress the spread of the corona virus, one of which is by taking vaccinations. The existence of this vaccination, of course, received a response from the community. Many opinions that appear ranging from hopes to worries. One of the forums where the public can express themselves is through the social network Twitter. In the process of processing public opinion data from Twitter social media, a preprocessing process is needed which can then be classified. The method used to analyze public opinion on Covid-19 vaccination is Naive Bayes. The results of the analysis of public sentiment on the Sinovac vaccine using the Naive Bayes method on Twitter showed that of the 1,139 tweet data, 82% were positive and 18% were negative, so it can be concluded that public sentiment tends to be positive. With accuracy or model testing with Confusion Matrix and K Fold Validation, data accuracy is 80%.

Abstract

PT Bejana Investidata Globalindo (BIGIO), as an IT consultant and software development company, develops an in-house product called Dzikra which is a platform to help users build good habits in worship. In order to develop this system, the company requires a daily worship content management system known as the Dzikra web admin. The Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) has several stages, one of the important stages is the testing stage which has the goal of evaluating whether the software has been created in accordance with the specifications and detects bugs or errors. Black box testing automation with Robot Framework can provide good testing documentation and can reduce human errors during the testing process. The implementation of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) in the testing process can also make the testing flow more structured and provide a better focus on each testing stage. The results of the testing show that of the six features tested, they have run as expected. It is hoped that this research will provide support to PT Bejana Investidata Globalindo (BIGIO) in automating software testing process.

Abstract

Good mental health is a condition when our mind is in a state of calm and calm, allowing us to enjoy everyday life and appreciate others around us. The importance of mental health for life because it can affect how a person thinks. Mental disorders can change the way a person handles stress, relates to others, makes choices, and triggers the desire to hurt oneself. In this study, the author intends to design and build an expert system to diagnose android-based mental disorders using the certainty factor method. The certainty factor method is a method used to measure something whether it is certain or uncertain in diagnosing and identifying a problem. In whitebox testing, conclusions are drawn, from the overall results of testing the applications made are free from logical errors, this can be seen from the results of calculations for the number of Cyclomatic Complexity (CC) is 12, Region = 12 and IndependentPath = 12, all values are the same. In the blackbox testing, conclusions are drawn, the overall results of the input and output testing of the application that are made are in accordance with the desired specifications. a value of 73% means the system can work well.

Abstract

Fish cultivation technology combined with agriculture is developing rapidly, and many suitable systems have emerged to combine planting media and fish cultivation, one of which is viticulture planting media where this agricultural cultivation system is carried out vertically or in stages in indoor and outdoor scopes. Some processes are still carried out manually, namely watering plants, checking water PH, feeding fish, checking water temperature in ponds, and controlling soil moisture levels, this is done manually. Therefore,. This system is made automated based on IoT (internet of things) is needed to overcome some of these problems by utilizing NodeMCu as a microcontroller which will be connected to soil moisture sensors, temperature sensors, PH meters, DC motors, control and monitoring of watering plants, fish feeding, water condition of water can be done automatically. Smart fish Farm cultivating tilapia and iot (internet of things) based verticulture plants can display appropriate data via a mobile application that can be viewed by the user, starting from the soil moisture level displaying the results of pH levels from 1 to 10 pH levels and displaying pond temperature fish from vulnerable 15 to 32 degrees Celsius and mobile applications can control the fish feed system. Abstract

This research aims to apply the Aztec Code technology to design an Android-based inter-district bus ticket reservation system in South Sulawesi. So far, bus ticket reservations are still made via telephone and even come directly to bus representatives, and the tickets given are still in conventional form. The method used in the implementation uses the Aztec Code, where the Aztec Code will be obtained in digital bus tickets or printed form. Aztec Code is a code that can store alphanumeric information that can be scanned, which makes the Aztec Code easier to read in the scanning process. Furthermore, an Android-based platform is used for smartphone devices in building the system. The result of the research is to design a system that can be used in making bus ticket reservations that are applied to Bintang Prima Makassar, which uses Aztec Code technology and has a good level of ease of reading when scanning the code. Based on the functional testing of the system, valid data is generated.

Abstract

Deep learning is part of the most popular artificial intelligence (AI) technology among the public where this research aims to assist in solving problems. This study discusses the relationship between the philosophy of science and the correlation of axiology on the development of deep learning. This study uses library research by collecting literature studies, analyzing data, describing the contents of the problem, concluding the problem, providing conclusions and suggestions. The basis for implementing knowledge about deep learning can recognize objects or sounds with the science under study and the correlation between axiology and the development of deep learning trials, the need for deep learning in an increasingly complex society becomes the basis for developing systems where data processing is carried out in more detail. and produce the correctness according to the algorithm that has been inputted. The research discussed also provides suggestions for guidance on the development of deep learning science on the development of axiology related to the philosophy of science in the implementation of deep learning systems on the development of science and technology in the field of computers.

Abstract

Leaves are one part of a plant species that is commonly used to classify plant and plant species. The process of assisting various types of leaves usually involves experts using a herbarium, which is a collection of preserved plant specimens. Leaf classification is the detection of different types of leaves, where there are 2 types of leaves including Magnolia Soulangeana and Invillea leaves. The training data contains 30 images consisting of 15 each of the 2 types of leaves, then the test data contains 20 images which are also taken from the 2 types of leaves. So that the total images used are 50 leaf images. The leaf classification uses feature extraction and the method used in the classifier is Learning Vector Quantization (LVQ) which is a pattern classification method in which each output unit represents a particular class or group. The test results showed that the process of calling Magnolia Soulangeana and Bougainvillea leaves in this experiment was successful with 80% detection Keywords—Leaf classification, Learning Vector Quantization, Artificial Neural Networks, Feature extraction.

Abstract

This article discusses the modification of the Caesar Cipher algorithm by adding a key as a way to increase its security. Caesar Cipher is one of the classic algorithms used to encrypt messages by shifting each letter in the original message 3 times, where the shift is 3 times as the key used. However, even though Caesar Cipher is relatively simple and easy to implement, this algorithm is vulnerable to brute force attacks because it only has 26 possible shift ciphers. Therefore, the authors propose a modification by adding a key to this algorithm. In this modification, keys are added to each letter of the original message before it is shifted, thus making the resulting shift patterns more complex and difficult to solve. The test results show that modifying the Caesar Cipher algorithm with the addition of a key can improve message security. However, the author also realizes that although the addition of keys can improve security, this algorithm still has other weaknesses such as being vulnerable to frequency analysis attacks. Therefore, the authors conclude that this modification can only improve Caesar Cipher's security to a certain level and still needs to be combined with other encryption techniques to achieve better security.

Abstract

Technological developments have had a significant impact on various sectors, which is in the film industry, of course this is become a challenge for film producers to make works that suit people's tastes. The recent film that has become the public's attention is the Sri Asih film, due to its fresh genre and story, this film got a lot of opinions from the public. With the social media Twitter, people can express their opinions, comments, and criticisms online. Therefore, Twitter can be used to observe positive and negative responses to analyze public opinion about the film Sri Asih. The analysis is sentiment analysis, which is a process to analyze whether public opinion is negative, neutral, or positive. The goal of this study is to determine the public's response to the Sri Asih film which can be used as an evaluation for film producers. This research was conducted using three methods: Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) with 78% accuracy, K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) with 61% accuracy, and Logistic Regression with 81% accuracy.
