Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variable employment status and motivation partially on student performance (a case study in Jakarta students STEIN). This study is a survey research using quantitative descriptive methods and questionnaires as a data collection tool. The location of this research object is the Jakarta International School of Economics with a sample that used as many as 70 people. The results obtained are contained partially and simultaneously influence between the variables employment status and motivation of the student's performance STEIN.

Abstract

The influence of promotion mix toward the students decision for choosing (AKPINDO) Jakarta The problem of the research is how about the advertising, sales promotion and direct marketing toward the students decision for choosing AKPINDO Jakarta. This researh aims to know (1) the advertising, sales promotion and direct marketing influencing students decision in choosing at AKPINDO Jakarta (2) to know which be the most dominant factor to the student decision. The sample of this research was 58 (fifty eight) respondens. The research type was descriptive research supported by survey method, quantitative descriptive research approach, the variables measured with rating scale. The processing of data supported divice SPSS version 17.0 with descriptive analysis and hypothesis test uses multiple linier regression analysis. The result of research indicate that promotion mix (advertising, sales promotion and direct marketing ) about high significan toward the students decision for choosing AKPINDO Jakarta. And the most dominant factor is sales promotion that influencing students decision to studying at AKPINDO Jakarta.

Abstract

Human resources is a very important thing in an organization either a profit or non profit organization. However, leadership is needed to develop and motivate people in organization. This study was conducted to determine how much influence the organizational culture and leadership to employees performance at Hotel Novus Giri Resort and Spa. Study took a sample of 80 respondents by random sampling technique and the type of research that the data collection techniques. While analysis of the data using qualitative and quantitative way through hypothesis testing with statistical tests include product moment correlation test, T-test and the coefficient of determination. Both organizational culture and leadership have drive a positive influence on the employees performances at Novus Hotel Giri Resort and Spa peak and as suggestions for motivating performance even harder, Giri Hotel Novus Resort and Sp. It is therefore hotel management should pay keen attention to the style of leadership that suitable to motivate employees to increase their performances.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between shift work and working environment on the productivity of the employees of the Hotel Jakarta. The type of research is explanatory, with data collection through a questionnaire. The total sample of 90 respondents drawn by random sampling technique. While analysis of the data using qualitative and quantitative way by hypothesis testing with statistical tests, among others, product moment correlation test, T-test and the coefficient of determination. The conclusions drawn that the policy shift work system and work environment positive impact on the productivity of employees working at the hotel in Jakarta. It is therefore suggested that the policy shift working system and the work environment can be improved so that the hotel employee productivity continues to increase.

Abstract

This research purpose is to analyze the impact of tourist tttractions, price perceptions and location on decisions to visit Moja Museum Jakarta. In this study using multiple linear regression method. The population used in this study were all visitors at the Moja Museum Jakarta and the amount of samples used in this study were 100 respondents by using accidental sampling technique. The data is processed using the Validity Test and Reliability Test, then with the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression Test and to determine the Hypothesis by using the F Test and t Test. The results of this study prove that partially the independent variables, namely tourist attractions, price perception and location have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely the decision to visit Moja Museum Jakarta. Furthermore, simultaneously the three independent variable have been proven to have a positive impact and have a significant effect on the decision to visit Moja Museum Jakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the impact of quality of service, price perception, and word-of-mouth (WOM) on Estilo Coffee product purchase decisions. The population of this survey is Estilo coffee consumers from April to June 2022. The sampling method used non-probability-based sampling with a targeted sampling method to identify 100 respondents. Random procedure data collection using validation and reliability tested questionnaires. The analytical method used the classic test before the SPSS 20 multiple regression. 100 respondents as a tool, followed by F, T, classical assumptions, correlation and determination tests. The results of this survey show that quality of service variables have a significant impact on purchase decisions, price recognition variables have a significant impact on purchase decisions, and word-of-mouth (WOM) variables have a significant impact on customer purchase decisions. Therefore, variables such as quality of service, price recognition, and word-of-mouth (WOM) influence purchase decisions at the same time

Abstract

The purpose of this research to analyze the effect of tourist attraction, price perception, and destination image on tourist decisions to visit Lembang Floating Market. The population used are visitors to the Lembang Floating Market. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to visitors using purposive sampling method to get 100 respondents. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 20 for Windows. The results of the study stated that (1) Simultaneously, tourist attraction, price perception and destination image had a positive and significant effect on tourist decisions to visit Floating Market Lembang by 53.3%. (2) Partially, tourist attraction has a positive but not significant effect on the decision to visit the Lembang Floating Market. (3) Partially, variable price perception has a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit the Lembang Floating Market; (4) Partially, destination image variable has a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit the Lembang Floating Market.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation to visit, tourist attraction and promotion on the decision to visit Taman Mini Indonesia Indah partially and f simultaneously. This research was conducted at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. The data collection technique used was non-probability sampling. The samples taken were 100 respondents with the Accidental Sampling method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 20 software. The results of this study indicate that the motivation to visit does not have a positive effect on the decision to visit, tourist attraction has a positive effect on the decision to visit and promotion has a positive effect on the decision to visit, and there is a simultaneous influence on the motivation to visit, tourist attraction and promotion on decisions to visit.

Abstract

This research is to determine the impact of celebrity endorsers and word of mouth on purchasing decisions through brand awareness at Mie Aceh Kedai Kiko Jakarta. The population in this study were buyers to Kedai Mie Aceh Kiko Jakarta with 200 participants. The sampling technique used in this study is purposeful sampling. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method to conduct research based on survey data by distributing questionnaires to respondents and the analytical method used by the author in this study is path analysis. The author used a quantitative descriptive method that is by analyzing the data using IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The results show that Word of mouth has a significant effect on Brand awareness, Celebrity endorserhas a significant effect on Brand awareness, Word of mouth and Brand awareness has a significant effect on Purchase Decisions, but Celebrity endorserhas no significant effect on Purchase Decisions at Mie Aceh Kedai Kiko Jakarta. Celebrity endorsers have an indirect effect on purchasing decisions through Brand awareness with a contribution of 0.065. Word of mouth has an indirect effect on purchasing decisions through Brand awareness with a contribution of 0.182.

Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of finding out the effect of service quality, promotion, and atmosphere on customer satisfaction at Sailendra Restaurant. Quantitative research with primary data is the method used in this study, the researchers distributed questionnaires at the first source to obtain primary data. While the method used in this research is multiple linear regression method. Then the results of this study are the quality of service has a positive and significant influence partially by 34.81% on customer satisfaction. Then the promotion has a positive and significant influence partially by 37.09% on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and has a contribution of 29.71% to customer satisfaction. Quality of service, promotion, and atmosphere together have a significant influence of 46.3% on customer satisfaction. While the remaining 53.7% are influenced by other factors not included in this study.
