Abstract

The aim of this study is to findout the main factors effecting making decision to purchase goods via on-line shop. The sample used as respondents are the student of STIE Pariwisata Internasional (STEIN), Jakarta, using Slovin formula to decide the number of respondent, but respondents selection by accidental sampling. The data analyzed by multiple regression analysis using SPSS-version 20. The finding of this survey covering that the product quality as the main factor to purchase at on-line shop. This variable also followed by delivery quality, website quality and price. There are four major player that used by respondent such as Lazada, OLX, Kaskus, and Berniaga. However, Lazada is the most popular in the mind of respondent due to product quality and delivery.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze factors that affect capital structure of agricultural sector companies in Indonesia. Capital structure is a decision that related to how company can manage the composition of financing. This research used panel model regression as method of analysis. The research revealed that tax, tangibility of assets, size, profitability, growth, percentage of credit and crisis are affect to companies capital structure. While Tax, Profitability, Percentage of credit and crisis has negative significance related with capital structure, and Tangibility of Assets has positive significance related with capital structure. There are 7 agriculture companies were selected purposively as the sample of this research, using panel data of financial report from 2011-2015. The analysis using the formula in attaining the capital structure. It is found that the revealed tax, tangibility of assets, size, profitability, growth, percentage of credit and crisis have affected companies capital structure. While Tax, Profitability, Percentage of credit and crisis have negative significance related with capital structure. The Tangibility of Assets has positive significance related with capital structure.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh seperangkat rasio keuangan untuk mengelompokan perusahaan-perusahaan manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) masuk kategori FD dan Non FD dengan menggunakan Analisis Diskriminan dan Regresi Logistik, dan membandingkan kedua metode tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 107 perusahaan yang laporan keuangannya lengkap dari tahun 2010-2014. Kriteria perusahaan masuk kelompok FD sebagai variable dependent adalah nilai Earning Per Share (EPS) negatif atau Jumlah Aktiva (TA) < Jumlah Kewajiban (TL) dan 24 rasio keuangan sebagai variable independent. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rasio keuangan Equity to Total Assets (ETA), Return on Equity (ROE), Return on Asset (ROA), Retained Earning to Total Assets (RETA), dan Pre Tax Profit to Total Assets (PPTA) adalah rasio keuangan yang mampu memprediksi Kelompok FD dan Non-FD. Dengan regresi Logistik, rasio keuangan yang dominan untuk memprediksi kelompok FD dan Non-FD adalah ETA, ROA, dan RETA. Kekuatan Prediksi Regresi Logisitik relatif lebih baik dari analisis diskriminan.

Abstract

This research is aimed to measure the influence of Economic Value Added (EVA) as an alternative to measure the financial performance of the value based company compsare with financial performance f the accounting based company. The performance of the 100 companies preferred stock by Kompas were analyzed by using multiple regression anaylisis,for the period of 2011-2013 by Cash Flow from Operation (CFO, Earnings Before Interest and Tax (EBIT) against abnormal stock returns. It is measured by incremental information content to confirm the influence among the EVA that consist of Accrual, CFO, Capital Charge against abnormal stock returns. The finding of this research are categorized as follows that EBIT is stronger to influence the abnormal return than EVA. The operating accrual dan operating cash flow (CFO) has the incremental information content inbfluewnced the abnormal stick returns than EVA of the non accountinbg cost of capital based company.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to know the exchange rate (1), debt to equity ratio (2) and return on equity (3) simultaneously or partially on The Banking Industry Stock Price from Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this research are the banking companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) since 2011-2014. The sample that used for this research are 10 banks. This research use purposive sampling technique to get the sample. Data analysis tools that will be used for this research are multi linier regression, classic assumption test (normality test, runs test, heteroscedasticity test and multy collinearity test) whereas the hypothesis test including the F test, t test, partial correlation analysis and coefficient of determination ( ). The result of this research concluded that exchange rate, debt to equity ratio, and return on equity have effected stockprice of the bank companies, significantly, at the market of Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

This research is aimed to measure the influences of service quality and location toward the customers’ purchasing decision of Bebek Kaleyo Tebet Restaurant. The population of the research are the consumers of Bebek Kaleyo Tebet Restaurant and a hundred of them are taken as respondents using purposive sampling technique. Method of analysis uses Multiple Regression analysis. The result shows that service quality and location have positive and significant influence toward purchasing decisions. Based on the analysis of statistical data, indicators on research are valid and reliable. By testing the assumptions of classical regression model, Gaussian with a value of 0.05 > significance i.e. non 0,870, multicollinearity problem and there is no heterokedastisitas. Order partially from each of the most influential variable is variable of location with the influence of 14,66% whereas the least influential variable is quality of service with the influence of 0.72%. Restaurant’s management therefore needs to pay more attention and highlight other factors (quality of the product, price, promotion, etc.) that may influence more over customers’ purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload, stress and schedule of work simultaneously toward student grades. The population used in this study was 90 respondents. The sample in this study were 70 respondents using non-probability sampling. Respondents in this study were STEIN students of 2012 who take courses in Public Relations. Data were collected and analyzed using SPSS version 20. Classic assumption test including normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and linearity. R -Square summarized in the regression model for 0.931 that shows the influence of the workload , schedule / shift , and stress work simultaneously toward student grades by 93.1% while the remaining 6.9% is influenced by other factors that not included in this study.

Abstract

Sapta Pesona is a program to increase community awareness, responsibility and action in supporting tourism activity to its development. Jakarta as a capital city of Indonesia and as a tourism destination with all the potentialities they have, include of hotel. The perception of hoteliers and employment to sapta pesona program then become an important point to be analized due to its adoption to develop tourism sector especially in east Jakarta.The study could be summarized as follows: their perception and adoption are sufficiently state level. to increase perception and adoption can be conducted by improving training, and activity such as workshop related to hotel and tourism.

Abstract

The quality of service provided by PT. Mediatama Binakreasi to its customers (exhibitors of Crafina 2014) is one of the important aspects for the company's marketing. This will affect the sustainable competitiveness of the business as one of the famous Professional Exhibition Organizers (PEO) in Indonesia to compete with others. This study discusses three important issues: a) expectations of the exhibitors on the performance of PT. Mediatama in organizing national level craft fairs (Crafina Expo 2014), b). The level of satisfaction of the exhibitors on the performance of PT. Mediatama Binakreasi, and c) what steps need to be done to meet the expectations of exhibitors in the exhibition. The purpose of this study is to determine a). expectations of the exhibitors on the performance of PT. Mediatama in organizing national level craft fairs (Crafina Expo 2014), b). the level of satisfaction of the exhibitors on the performance of PT. Mediatama Binakreasi, and c) what steps need to be done to meet the expectations of the exhibitors. The method of analysis used in this research is the analysis of quadrant (quadrant analysis), whereas the data obtained from questionnaires to a sample, interview and observation. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there is gap between the expectations of the exhibitors and the performance of PT. Mediatama Binakreasi at craft fairs nationwide (Crafina 2014) held at the Jakarta Convention Center on 26 to 30 November 2014. It can be seen from the level of interest / expectations by 94.24% while the value of contentment only amounted to 85.27%, the difference is 8.97%. In addition, management has not yet implemented some attributes that are considered to be factors that affect customers’ satisfaction, including the elements that are considered important, such as: the arrangement of the exhibition facility design, accuracy in recording transactions, and process services to exhibitors in 2014 Crafina. Based on the conclusion, the author then gives advice namely: management on future occasions should further improve the quality of service in all aspects to the exhibitors due to the persistence of the gaps between expectations and satisfaction levels. The need to continue to get feedback from customers (exhibitors) or desire to know the expectations of the exhibitors and also the need to build a shared commitment throughout the human resources available for the provision of excellent service to the exhibitors. Thus, knowing the deficiency in the management and other services, this step also serves to maintain the satisfaction of exhibitors and also to enhance the corporate image.

Abstract

The development of internet users in Indonesia lately increased rapidly resulting effect great change for someone to convey the message or information to others. The widespread use of social networking sites to make the deployment of an information or news by word of mouth via the Internet (e-WOM) is widespread, including information about an attraction information, such as the Setu Babakan in South Jakarta. From previous studies, such as Putu Yudi Setiawan (2014), Geng-Qing Christina Chia, Hailin Qu (2008) and Zarrad H and Debabi M. (2015) diketahu that there pengarun of-variables such as e-WOM, Citra destinations , tourist satisfaction and destination loyalty. With 280 sample data visitor and using SEM as a tool of analysis can be seen that in the attraction Setu Babakan there is a significant positive effect between e-WOM with Citra destinations, image destinations positive effect on satisfaction rating, and image destinations also affect positive on Loyalty destinations. Meanwhile between e-WOM variable with traveler satisfaction and traveler satisfaction to destination loyalty has no effect.
