Abstract

This research aims to know the influnce of the quaility of service and location toward the satisfaction of visitors of the Museum Fatahillah both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study are Fatahillah Museum visitors. Sampling research use the technique of accidental sampling approach with 100 people. Independent variables in the research are service quality (X1) and location (X2),while dependent variable (Y) is the satisfaction of visitor. Data collection method using question form. Data analysis using multiple linier regression and analysis using SPSS program. Conclusion of this research is that quality of service and location influence on visitor satisfaction both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of products and prices affecting partially on customer satisfaction and to know the two variables that affect customer satisfaction. The data used in this study is the primary data obtained from the questionnaire. Data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression. Population in this research is customer of small restaurant Cita Rasa Cak Wanto. The technique used is accidental sampling, with samples used 100 people. Then the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test which includes normality test, multicolinearity, heteroscedasticity test, and linearity test. Whereas hypothesis testing includes F test, t test and determination coefficient analysis (R2) from the analysis can be known product quality and price partially and simultaneously have an effect on to customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study attempts to analyze the influence of Probability Ratio (Earning Per Share, Return On Asset, Return On Equity, and Net Profit Margin) to stock prices. This study uses population to companies that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2012-2015. Number of companies as samples of this study are 38 companies for 4 years observation. Using to purposive sampling method, the total of this study are 152 financial reports. The testing of hypotheses in this study is use multiple regression and assisted by Eviews version 7.0 software. The results of the study indicate that the Net Profit Margin influences significantly to the stock prices. Meanwhile Earning Per Share, Return On Aset, and Return On Equity don’t influence significantly to the stock prices.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the Quality of Product, Price, and Location against Purchasing Decision partially, and and simultaneously at Mc Donald’s Out let at Sukahati, Cibinong. The population of this research are the customers at the certain period of time, while the sample taken using Slovin formula. The total of respondents are 100 persons. The analysis method by multiple regression applying F-test, t-test and coorelation determination. Data were obtained by using SPSS versi 20. The results shows that quality of product, prioce, and location aremsignificant in partially, as well as simultaneously, at the 5% of degree of significance. It is then suggested to boost other method or marketing mix to maximize customers to that outlet at Sukahati, Cibinong.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction at Cafe Batavia Jakarta. The type of data in this study is primary or data derived from respondents to determine dimensions of service quality, product quality, and customer satisfaction. Data collection collected by questionnaire instrument. The population in this study were all consumers of Cafe Batavia Jakarta with a sample of 100 respondents and randomly distributed by Accidental Sampling. The method of analysis using descriptive and quantitative methods, by multiple regression analysis. From the results of research on partial variables, the value of t is greater than t table, then Ha shows and states there is a positive and significant influence between service quality and product quality to customer satisfaction. While the percentage of influence on the quality of service and product quality given to consumers Cafe Batavia Jakarta amounted to 44,5%, while the rest influenced by other variables such as price factors, location factors and others.

Abstract

The type of data in this study is primary or data derived from respondents who contain opinions of respondents will be dimensions of service quality, product quality, and customer satisfaction. Data collection can be through questionnaire instrument. The population in this study were all consumers of Jambo Kupi Restaurant Pasar Minggu Jakarta with a sample of 100 respondents and randomly distributed (Accidental Sampling). The method of analysis using descriptive and quantitative methods. From the results of research on partial variables, the value of t is greater than t table, then Ha shows and states there is a positive and significant influence between service quality and product quality to customer satisfaction. The percentage of influence on the quality of service and product quality given to consumers Jambo Kupi Pasar Minggu Jakarta amounted to 30,14%, while the rest are still influenced by other variables such as price factors, location factors and others.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to analyzing the effect of profitability ratio (Return on Asset and Return on Equity) and leverage ratio (Debt to Asset Ratio dan Debt to Equity Ratio) on Stock Return on Manufacturing Companies from Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010 to 2015. The population consisted of manufacturing companies from Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010 to 2015 and a sample of 107 companies was obtained by using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis that will be used for this research are multi linier regression, classic assumption test (normality test, runs test, heterocedasticity test and multycolinearity test) whereas the hypothesis test including the F test, t test, partial correlation analysis and coefficient of determination (R2). From this analysis we can see the effect of Return on Asset, Return on Equity, Debt to Asset Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio on Stock Return on Manufacturing Companies from Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010 to 2015.

Abstract

Pemerintah Indonesia telah mengeluarkan kebijakan bebas visa bagi 169 negara di seluruh dunia berkunjung selama 30 hari. Kebijakan ini dikeluarkan melalui Peraturan Presiden Nomor 21 Tahun 2016 Tentang Negara Bebas Visa. Isi peraturan ini tidak membatasi pelabuhan masuk wisatawan sebagai pintu masuk. Pada saat yang sama pemerintah juga telah mengeluarkan pernyataan bahwa Indonesia dalam keadaan darurat narkoba yang pemasoknya kebanyakan berasal dari luar negeri. Studi ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh untuk menentukan negara asal wisatawan asing ke Indonesia. Data sekunder instansi berwenang digunakan dari 20 negara yang dipilih secara purposive. Ada lima variable dianalisa berdasarkan data cross section dan data panel menggunakan piranti lunak Eviews. Hasil riset menunjukkan bahwa Negara asal yang berpotensi menjadi sumber wisatawan adalah penduduk dari Negara yang memiliki Produk Bruto Domestik tinggi.

Abstract

Competition in the hotel field is increasingly tight, companies are competing to create competitive marketing strategies and achieve goals. Consumers or guests who live as well as users of hotel products and services is the highest priority for companies to influence every consumer's decision to buy products and services. Different ways of embedding a company image need to be implemented with a closely related marketing strategy in positioning strategy and differentiation strategy that accentuate the difference and uniqueness of the service products offered. This study aims to analyze the effect of positioning strategy and differentiation strategy partially or simultaneously to the purchasing decision Respondents are taken purposively from the population of hotel residents, within a period of three months. Data processing is used with multiple linear analysis techniques with SPSS 3.0. The results of research that positioning strategy, and differentiation strategy correlated significantly with purchasing decisions with correlation coefficient of positioning strategy is 0.505 and the coefficient of determination is 5.50%. The value of correlation coefficient of differentiation strategy is 0.417 and the coefficient of determination is 17.39%. There is a need to improve the quality of services more acceptable and the addition of facilities such as ATM center to facilitate guests in conducting cash transactions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop the valid and reliable instrument in assessing the nature-education-based tourist attraction.This instrument is expected as a means of monitoring and evaluating for managers of tourist attraction in the context of meeting the goals of nature education. In the early stages, researchers conducted a theoretical validation involving some tourism experts. Analysis of the data used in this early stage is the Product Moment correlation. Of the 50 items on the instrument, only 43 items were declared valid. Furthermore, the empirical validation through the survey method to visitors of 3 nature-education based tourist attractions were conducted, involving 300 students of elementary school age, by using accidental sampling technique. Determination of the number of respondents follows Gable’s theory. Test of the construct validity of the instrument used Principal Component Analysis (PCA) with varimax rotation. The analysis showed there were 40 valid items, based on the loading factor. The result was further confirmed by a confirmatory method (Confirmatory Factor Analysis) to test the goodness of fit of the model, using the Brown’s criteria of RMSEA, SRMR, CFI, TLI values, and factor loadings as well. While the reliability of the instrument was calculated using Cronbach alpha coefficient ​​with a cut-off value 0.60. The results of validity and reliability test is an instrument with 40 items.
