Abstract

Research aim : To analyze the forms of price discrimination in the airline industry in Indonesia and its impact on consumers and business actors.Design/Methode/Approach : The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method through literature studies from academic journals, policy reports, and official government publications.Research Finding : Based on the results of data analysis, the research findings are (1) various forms of price discrimination exist, including based on time of purchase, class of service, location of purchase, payment method, and customer loyalty programs, (2) the impacts on consumers include price uncertainty, unfair access to transportation, and potential price exploitation through price adjustment algorithms, (3) the impacts on businesses include revenue optimization but also increased regulatory risks and decreased customer loyalty if perceived as unfair.Theoretical contribution/Originality : This paper highlights how price discrimination strategies in the airline industry impact the balance between business optimization and consumer protection in the Indonesian context.Practitionel/Policy implication : More transparent and fair policies are needed in the implementation of pricing strategies to protect consumer rights without hindering fair business competition in the aviation sector.Research limitation : Limited to literature studies without direct empirical analysis of airline pricing behavior in Indonesia.

Abstract

Research aim : This study aims to analyze the impact of organizationalstructure flexibility on school stakeholders in Sleman Regency, SpecialRegion of Yogyakarta. It investigates how flexible structures affectlearning effectiveness, school administrative efficiency, instructionalinnovation, and stakeholder engagement.Design/Methode/Approach : The research employs a qualitative casestudy approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews anddirect observation involving school principals, teachers, students,administrative staff, parents, and school committee representatives.Thematic analysis was conducted to interpret the findings.Research Finding : The results show that organizational flexibilitypositively influences the quality of teaching and learning, supportsadministrative efficiency, encourages innovation in instruction, andpromotes active stakeholder participation. However, bureaucraticprocedures remain a significant barrier to the optimal implementationof flexibility.Theoretical contribution/Originality : This study contributes to thediscourse on educational management by highlighting how adaptivestructures can drive school transformation toward becoming moreinnovative, collaborative, and stakeholder-oriented learningorganizations.Practitionel/Policy implication : The study suggests the need foradaptive policies and responsive management systems to overcomebureaucratic rigidity and support sustainable school development.Research limitation : The scope of the study is limited to selected publicschools in Sleman Regency using qualitative methods. Future researchmay include broader areas and mixed-method approaches to enhancegeneralizability.

Abstract

Research aim : To analyze the factors driving hedonic behavior among students and its impact on academic performance and psychosocial conditions.Design/Method/Approach : The study employs a Mix Method Sequential Explanatory approach, consisting of qualitative data collection followed by quantitative surveys and in-depth interviews.Research Finding :Ten main factors influencing hedonic behavior were identified, including social media influence, social pressure, and lack of financial literacy, based on literature and survey data from 100 students.Theoretical Contribution/Originality : This research provides new insights into student consumptive behavior in the digital era by examining the role of social media and digitalization.Practical/Policy Implication : The findings can inform educational institutions, parents, and students in developing financial education and lifestyle management policies.Research Limitation : The study is limited to students in Yogyakarta and may not be generalizable to other regions or populations.

Abstract

Research aim : Analyzing the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies through the GrabFood application in increasing sales of Ramen Master in Kediri, on factors such as discounts, ease of use of the application, product quality, and service.  Design/Methode/Approach : Qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach, using in-depth interviews with 4 informants. And data analysis uses a triangulation process to ensure the validity of the research results..  Research Finding : The results show that Ramen Master's innovative marketing strategy through GrabFood has yielded impressive results by significantly increasing sales. The combination of competitive pricing, ease of use of the app, consistent product quality, and timely service has made Ramen Master the top choice for ramen lovers.  Theoretical contribution/Originality : This research can provide new insights into the role of food delivery platforms in increasing culinary sales, especially in terms of choosing the right marketing strategy.  Practitionel/Policy implication : The research results can be used as a reference for the development of other culinary marketing strategies and the improvement of grabfood services.  Research limitation : This research only focuses on culinary trends in specific regions and may not reflect national or global trends. In addition, the influence of social media on the formation and spread of trends also needs further research.

Abstract

Research Aim : This study aims to identify the technology adoption factors that influence purchase decisions among Shopee users. Method: This study employs a quantitative methodology incorporating causality techniques. The population in this study is the community of Gejagan Village, Loceret District, Nganjuk Regency. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula with 358 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression Results: The results show that technology adoption factors have an effect on purchase decisions among Shopee users in the community of Gejagan Village, Loceret District, Nganjuk Regency. Keywords : Theory Acceptance Model (TAM), perceived usefulness, ease of use, trust, and buying decision
