Abstract

Significant technological developments in recent years have had an impact on people's behavioral styles in shopping in this modern era, it is easier for people to get what they need, many marketplaces have emerged in Indonesia, one of which is Shopee which is well-known among people. According to data collected by katadata.com Shopee was ranked first in the largest site visitors in the third quarter of 2020, reaching 96.5 million in 2018. This is due to the many reviews and ratings on shopee products that attract people to make purchases through the shopee marketplace. Many research prove that online customer reviews and online customer ratings have a relationship with customer purchase interest and become one of the important features, but not a factor that causes increased customer trust. Therefore, online marketplace companies must make reviews and ratings as one of the main marketing tools that can increase company revenue. Currently, Indonesian consumers are more interested in the use of media. This study is an active student of the 2017 UNP Kediri Management Study Program. The number of samples used in this study was 30 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression by considering the classical assumption test requirements which include normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocracy test. Hypothesis testing used t-statistical test to test the effect partially and F-statistics to test the effect simultaneously. The results of this study indicate that partially and also simultaneously the online customer review and online customer rating variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.   Keywords: Online customer review, online customer rating, and purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The development of the business world today is never separated from competition, entrepreneurs are required to always be creative and innovate to be able to maintain the business that has been built. The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine consumer buying interest at Srikandi Gold Jewelery Shop from the Attention and Interest Indicators. The approach in this study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques with interviews. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The conclusions of this study are (1) The decline in sales in the first semester and an increase in sales in the final semester. (2) The difference in sales in the first semester is 2,495,560 gr, while sales in the last semester are 3,454,150 gr. Recommendations for Srikandi Gold Jewelry Stores are to continue to comply with government recommendations, continue to provide prices below other stores, give bonuses to jewelry purchases, and provide the latest jewelry models to increase sales volume. Abstract

The system in internal control has a very important meaning fot the company, in implements effective internal control so that company goals are achieved. The purpose was to determine the effectiveness of cash receipts and disbursements using yhe internal control system on CV. Boom Motorist. The research approach uses a descriptive method  witha qualitative approach. The sources used are primary obtained from sources and secondary obtained from supporting data. Data collection techiques using direct field observation interviews, observation, and literature study. The results show that the existing system in the company, namely internal control of cash receipts and disbursements, has been effective, but in practice there are functions that have not been separated so that they are still concurrently with one function. Abstract

Computers are an alternative in this day and age to perform data processing systems. There are so many benefits of computers in agencies and companies, especially for the administrative and financial fields within agencies or companies in order to make office work more efficient and effective, such as making an Official Travel Order (SPPD) using a computer system. So far, the Office of the Kalimantan River Basin III in making the SPPD has not fully used the system, so that it has an impact on the service and reporting of the annual SPPD. This study aims to create a web-based SPPD to speed up the process of making SPPD and annual reports. The research method used is research and development/R&D with a case study at the Kalimantan River Basin III. The results of this study indicate that using a web-based SPPD can speed up the process of making SPPD and make it easier to make annual reports. Keywords: Business Travel Calculation

Abstract

This review aims to review product quality, price and word of mouth on purchasing decisions at Tommy Kediri Depot. In this review, the population is Depot Tommy consumers who have come for the last two months and do not make repeat purchases. Sampling was based on the Rao Purba formula and the results obtained were 97 respondents. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires. Sampling using the accidental sampling method, that is, someone incidentally meets the eye of the reviewer, is used as a sample. The results of the statistical data review, the indicators in this review are Valid and Reliable. The results of the review show that product quality, price and Word of Mouth either partially or simultaneously are significant to purchasing decisions. Abstract

The problems in this research are : (1) Do the variabbles dicipline, work environment and compensation have partial effect to employee performance. (2) Do the variables dicipline, work environment and compensation have simultaneous effect on employee performance.Collection techniques in this research using questionnaire. Wiht independent variables dicipline, work environment, and compensation, while dependent variables is employee performance. The approach used in research is quantitative approach. In this research the population is 55 employees and sample is 35 employees, analysis techniques used in this research include desciptive analysis,validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, t test and F test. Conclusions in this research that partiaily (t test)shows dicipline (x1), work environment(x2),compensations (x3) which have significant influence employee performance (Y). simultaneously (F test) shows independent variables (dicipline, work environment, and compensation) have significant effect to employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to predict the bankruptcy of the automotive and component sub-sector manufacturing companieslisted on the IDX for the 2020 period using the Altman Z Score. In this study, the population used is theautomotive and component manufacturing sub-sector companieslisted on the IndonesiaStockExchange (IDX) inthe period 2020. In determining the sample using purposive sampling, namely by showing directly to a populationbased on the characteristics or characteristics of the sample, with the aim of obtaining a representative sample inaccordance with the specified criteria. The steps taken in data collection using documentation techniques arecarried out by finding and collecting secondary data. The results showed that the condition of the automotive andcomponent sub-sector manufacturing companies according to Altman's Z Score assessment was in the distresszoneclassification.   Keywords: Failure, ZScoreAltman

Abstract

The background of this research is that pusrchasing decisions need to be analyzed using the 4P marketing mix Product, Promotion, Price, Distribution. The 4P marketing mix Analysis is neede be the company to to find out the factors behind consumers in making decisions to purchase the Medivac AI Vaccine PT Medion Kediri. This study aims to determine the product marketing mix, promotion, price, and distribution have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Medivac AI livestock vaccines in the city of Kediri. This study uses a quantitative approach with stastictichal methods (tes equipment) to calculate datathat will produce a conclusion. The sample from this study were regular customers who had used Medivac AI vaccine products in the city of Kediri and were analyzed quatitatively using tha classical assumption test an using multiple linier regression with SPSS for Windows sofware version 22. The conclucions of study are product, price, and variable distribution partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while promotion partially does not have a sinificant effect of purchasing decision. The novelty of research is that in the field of animal husbandy pharmaceutical promotion programs carried out by companies are not always directlt proportional to ha significance of the purchasing decisions, but can also be influenced, by others factors. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel motivasi kerja dan kompensasi finansial terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Global Indojaya Orion. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebesar 53 responden yang diambil menggunakan rumus slovin dalam teknik simple random sampling. Berdasarkan analisis parsial motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kompensasi finansial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Global Indojaya Orion. Secara simultan motivasi kerja dan kompensasi finansial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Global Indojaya Orion. Kata kunci: motivasi kerja, kompensasi finansial, kinerja karyawan. Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and financial compensation on the performance of PT Global Indojaya Orion employees. This study used a sample of 53 respondents who were taken using the Slovin formula in a simple random sampling technique. Based on the partial analysis, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and financial compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT Global Indojaya Orion. Simultaneously work motivation and financial compensation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Global Indojaya Orion employees. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara empiris mengetahui secara empiris financial literacy dan financial behaviour mahasiswa program studi manajemen universitas nusantara PGRI Kediri angkatan 2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik etnometodologi. Kriteria penentuan informan pada penelitian ini di antaranya adalah relevance, recommendation, rapport, readiness, reassurance (5R). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan kesimpulan tentang pengetahuan mahasiswa manajemen UNP Kediri angkatan 2017 yaitu (1) mahasiswa manajemen UNP Kediri angkatan 2017 menanggapi tabungan sebagai dana darurat, (2) mahasiswa manajemen UNP Kediri angkatan 2017 menerangkan bahwa investasi akan berdampak pada masa depan, (3) mahasiswa manajemen UNP Kediri angkatan 2017 memiliki perencanaan keuangan untuk meningkatkan taraf hidup.
